Nevada Fertility Center was founded in 2018 by Russell Foulk, MD, FACOG, HCLD. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Foulk has helped thousands of couples from around the world pursue their dream of having a child. An internationally recognized expert in reproductive endocrinology, he has established successful fertility treatment centers in four states. Gary Levy, MD, FACOG, and Khurram Rehman, MD, joined the practice in early 2024 to serve our growing patient population.

    Hello! My name is Natalia. Dr. Gary Levy is the best doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients and is very helpful. He helped my husband and me conceive naturally after we had hoped for a baby for nearly six years. Every staff member I met was wonderful, and I have no complaints. They always greeted me with smiles, and I never had to wait long in the waiting room. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Gary Levy for all his help and to the entire staff for their attentive care. I recommend Dr. Gary Levy to everyone. In my opinion, he is the best. My husband and I have been incredibly happy since becoming pregnant under Dr. Gary Levy's care.

    I absolutely love the people at the Nevada Fertility center. Every visit or even phone call that I have experienced with them has been filled with care and kindness. Everyone there shows extreme professionalism while making you feel like a member of their work place family. Dr. Foulk is warm, kind, and very efficient. Adrian is amazing she made the entire process much easier and she is so down to earth, feels like I've known her for years now. Lol I would highly recommend using them for any of your fertility needs!

    My entire treatment experience at Nevada Fertility Center was excellent. Dr. Levy is highly skilled; my nurses Keka and Leah were very kind and supportive; and the lovely phlebotomist Graciela drew my blood every other day. Shannon was also very kind and performed my saline ultrasound. My egg retrieval went very smoothly and took only about 15 to 20 minutes. I was comfortable in the recovery room after waking up, and the heating pad on my pelvis was a thoughtful touch. I am very glad I chose Nevada Fertility Center for IVF. I would recommend them to anyone needing specialized fertility care. Everyone was professional, and I felt my stimulation medications and injections were managed very well. Ultimately, 17 eggs were retrieved and 10 fertilized; I am 37. I am now waiting for the blastocyst testing results, but I feel hopeful. I love their patient portal, which is very detailed. They upload all my laboratory results and follicle reports so I can clearly see everything. I am extremely satisfied with the entire clinic. It is clean and beautifully decorated for holidays. Overall, I would give them 10 out of 10.

    Nevada Fertility Center was a blessing to us. From the front desk to the nurses, every staff member at the clinic was caring, professional, and attentive. You can tell they are experienced and highly skilled, and they treated us with respect and care throughout.     I was an egg donor at this center. Dr. Levy was my physician, Adrian was my coordinator, and everyone at the clinic was very kind! They answer all your questions and make sure you remain safe and healthy while preparing. I felt very secure and comfortable here!

    I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Levy. I am happy to share that we have graduated from the clinic and will soon begin obstetric care. April was an excellent coordinator who answered all my questions and helped me navigate challenges during pregnancy. Gina was my favorite ultrasound provider. She always listened patiently to my concerns and performed careful, thorough examinations. Before I left each visit, she made sure I fully understood our current status. I felt that everyone at the clinic was cheering us on and recognized me at every appointment. Graduating from the clinic is bittersweet, but my experience here was truly wonderful!

    Dr. Lyman is such a wonderful person—considerate, kind, and deeply caring toward his patients. I am very happy and grateful that he was my doctor. I barely needed to ask questions throughout the process because he always answered them before I could ask! Dr. Levy performed my transfer and was also very kind and understanding of my concerns.     I had an excellent egg donation experience. Appointments were always convenient and usually took less than 30 minutes. Dr. Lehman and his team were dedicated, professional, and knowledgeable. Adrian and Stephanie patiently explained every step and made me feel at ease throughout the process.     Freezing my eggs was never part of my plan, especially because I hoped to conceive naturally in the near future. Unfortunately, after being diagnosed with cancer last August, my oncologist recommended urgent egg freezing before chemotherapy because treatment could leave me infertile. The news was devastating and added greatly to my anxiety. My oncologist quickly referred me to Dr. Levy at NFC, and a detailed treatment plan was promptly arranged with Kimberly as my care coordinator. After everything I had endured fighting cancer, I felt incredibly fortunate and relieved to have such a positive experience. Dr. Levy gave me hope and assured me that he and his team would take excellent care of me—and they did. He was warm, gentle, and showed a level of compassion I rarely see in male physicians. Kimberly was always available, promptly answered my medication questions, and ensured my treatment plan remained effective. She is one of the kindest and gentlest people I have met. She kept everything on track through retrieval day and checked on me often. The entire staff are wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Everyone radiates positivity, and I left every visit feeling uplifted and hopeful. Thank you, Dr. Levy, Kimberly, and everyone at NFC, for giving me hope during this difficult time in my life.     Words cannot express how grateful I am for this fertility clinic and my egg donation experience. From the beginning, the application was thorough yet unexpectedly quick, efficient, and well organized, immediately making me feel reassured and cared for. Once the donation process began, everyone I met was kind and supportive and made me feel that my contribution was genuinely valued. The entire experience was very rewarding, and the clinic clearly treats donors as people, not merely as patients.     We have worked with NV Fertility for four years, and they have always been helpful, kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Foulk was excellent from the procedures through the embryo transfers!     This review is long overdue, but I can finally announce that I am pregnant 🥳 Thank you so much to Dr. Rehman, Dr. Levy, and the entire care team. I remember starting this fertility journey in April, but I had actually been dealing with infertility for three years, and NFC was my second clinic. By August, after everything I had been through, I was ready to give up. But when I told Dr. Rehman that I needed a break, he encouraged me not to quit... We then had a successful IUI, and I am now 16 weeks pregnant with our baby boy ☺️💙 I will always be grateful to NFC, the care team, and every staff member who made me feel so comfortable. Our baby boy is due in June 2026, and we cannot wait to bring him back to the clinic so our fertility family can see the little life they helped us create.     I was recently a donor with Nevada Fertility Center and I had a great experience. Adrian was my coordinator and Dr. Levy was my physician. They were amazing, and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Adrian was always available to talk through any questions or concerns that I had, I even had to postpone my donation at 1st amd she was very understanding and worked with me the whole way through. Anyone thinking of donating or just looking for IVF i highly recommend NFC.

    17 years ago, I delivered a very healthy baby but experienced postpartum complications. Since May 2008, I have had 4 miscarriages. My husband and I decided to visit Nevada Fertility Clinic for the first time. The staff were wonderful! They were welcoming and attentive and made every visit pleasant. I was fortunate to have Khurram Rehman MD as my physician. He was kind and compassionate, very thorough, and patiently explained everything we needed to do to achieve pregnancy. After an HSG, he found a large amount of scar tissue from my difficult delivery 17 years earlier. He gave me several options, including removal of the scar tissue. Surgery was scheduled for July 2025. In September of the same year, I became pregnant! I am now 9 weeks pregnant. I am very pleased with this clinic and its staff. I felt like family, not merely a patient. I was sad to leave Nevada Fertility Clinic. At my last visit, the staff who had supported me throughout hugged me, added our names to the tree, and invited me to return after the baby is born! I hope my story reassures new patients. I wish you all success in welcoming a baby and hope you enjoy your experience here as much as I did! I am very happy with this clinic.

    What an extraordinary experience! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The procedure was quick and very comfortable. They made helping other families an incredibly rewarding experience.     Beginning the egg donation process without any prior knowledge felt overwhelming, but my coordinator Adrian supported me throughout and even continued checking on me after my first donation. When I went for egg retrieval, my attending physician, Dr. Levy, was very reassuring and eased my preoperative anxiety and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to all my friends!

We previously underwent IVF at another clinic in the Valley, so we were hesitant to start again. We are very glad we chose Nevada Fertility Center. I felt discouraged and thought my path to parenthood was over until I met Dr. Foulk. After transferring to NFC, I felt renewed.     My very first egg donation journey has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel so supported, cared for and valued throughout this entire process. With this being my first egg donation Adrian my donor coordinator made sure everything was explained thoroughly and would always make sure I was doing great each day which gave me so much peace of mind, comfort and I never once felt alone in the process. Adrian, Dr. Raymond, my anesthesiologist and the entire staff at Nevada Fertility Center were so kind and compassionate that I never once felt rushed or overlooked. The procedure itself is a very quick and easy one and was handled with such care. Waking up in the recovery support room afterwards, I felt safe, respected and appreciated every step of the way. Goes to show just how much they truly prioritize their donors. This journey was not only smooth and positive but also deeply rewarding and so special to me knowing that I could help a family bring joy and possibility in such a meaningful way.     As a first time egg donor, I was nervous, I’m not going to lie. But I was excited to help others. Every single person at Nevada Fertility Center from the front office staff, to the phlebotomists, to the physicians and everyone in between made this experience for me so incredible.     My husband and I have been receiving treatment at Nevada Fertility Center since October 2024, and our journey is still ongoing. We are very pleased with our experience. The attention and care we have received have been exceptionally thorough. The entire team goes above and beyond to support us, always making us feel cared for and understood. The quality of service and level of professionalism are outstanding, and we deeply appreciate the dedication of everyone involved.     I had my first egg retrieval a week ago. Thanks to the clinic staff, the experience was excellent. My coordinator Adrian Freeman and my interpreter Yohana patiently answered my questions throughout the process. The clinic has Spanish-speaking staff, so communication was not a problem. Highly recommended; you will feel like family here.

    I love this place. I had a tubal ligation in California when I was very young and later regretted it. After an unsuccessful tubal reversal, we began considering other treatment options. The doctors were very kind and understood my condition. They developed a treatment plan tailored to my body. I now have a 14-month-old daughter and another baby on the way! My husband and I are very happy. Thank you, Nevada Fertility Center!

    My wife and I began our IVF journey in June 2023. Everyone at NFC was extremely helpful throughout the process, and every follow-up visit went smoothly. Dr. Foulk performed both my egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer and was kind and patient throughout. We especially loved the nurses, who always made us laugh. We now have a 4.5-month-old daughter whom we adore! Thank you, NFC, for completing our family. We will definitely return for our next embryo transfer!

    I have been going to NFC for over a year, and everyone has been very kind and caring. We are still on our journey, but everyone shows compassion when we face setbacks and gives us tremendous support when we make progress. Dr. Levy is wonderful, and Kimberly is truly the best.     Where do I begin? I cannot say enough good things about NFC. First, Dr. Foulk is highly compassionate and skilled. He is so gentle and thoughtful—the kind of doctor anyone would want. The front desk staff were always welcoming. The medical assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, phlebotomists, ultrasound technicians, and everyone else I may have missed were wonderful! Yohana was my RN coordinator, and she was very kind, understanding, and patient with me. Thank you all. I am grateful to have found such an excellent team! There were many obstacles along the way, but this wonderful team supported me through them. I cannot wait to return for my second baby! My first baby is almost here!

    As a surrogacy agency, we saw how quickly this clinic reviewed medical records, how efficiently they scheduled medical screening and FET, how professionally they responded to our IPs' emails and other requests, and, amazingly, our surrogate became pregnant after the first embryo transfer!
