Everyone in the office was very kind. Dr. Nathan took the time to understand my situation and develop a treatment plan. He made me feel heard, cared about what I was going through, and wanted to help me recover in the way I preferred—at the clinic, rather than receiving medication I did not want in a hospital operating room.

This was my follow-up with Melissa, and I could not be more pleased or more comfortable with her. Melissa is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable not only about my concerns but also about my other medical conditions, which I find very important. The receptionist is very kind—I am sorry I cannot remember her name at the moment—and always so sweet. I visit the Londonderry office, which is perfect for me!

The administrative team is warm and friendly, and the waiting area is very comfortable—it does not feel clinical like most clinics! Their care is personalized, comfortable, and thorough. They take time to understand your needs and respond promptly to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome. They are highly professional, yet down-to-earth and easy to talk to. A truly excellent experience.

On May 27, I visited this clinic's Tarrytown location for a routine 7-week pregnancy viability ultrasound. The transvaginal ultrasound (CPT 76817) was appropriately billed, and I do not dispute it. However, I was also billed for a vascular duplex scan (CPT 93976), which I absolutely dispute. Billing a vascular duplex scan requires spectral Doppler with documented waveform and velocity analysis. Color Doppler alone is insufficient. “Duplex” literally means combining color and spectral Doppler. When I asked the clinic for documentation supporting the 93976 charge, they only replied that “color Doppler images were obtained.” That is not enough. I then asked them to show where CPT guidelines state that color Doppler alone qualifies as a vascular duplex scan, and they had no answer. This is textbook upcoding and unbundling. Color Doppler is already included in a fetal viability scan and does not need separate billing—unless the goal is to increase reimbursement and hope the patient does not notice. I also raised concerns about their billing policies. They require every patient to keep a credit card on file and enroll in automatic payment, which may not be illegal but is unethical. What is illegal is refusing to provide an itemized bill upon request. I requested one, on paper or by email, and cited state and federal laws requiring providers to supply an itemized bill within 30 days of a request. I was ignored. The clinic now claims I knew these policies before my visit and could have gone elsewhere if I disagreed. That is false. My first appointment was May 27, and I received no billing documents or policies until June 30, at my 12-week ultrasound. For an entire month, I did not know they required automatic payment or would charge me for services I did not receive. Although I did attend appointments on June 30 and July 1, I transferred care immediately afterward, so their “you could have gone elsewhere” excuse does not hold up. Even if they had given me the policy before May 27, nowhere in their forms does the patient agree to upcoding or waive the right to an itemized bill. That is a distraction. Another serious concern: they deleted part of my medical record instead of making a lawful amendment. Ask any licensed healthcare professional how to correct a medical record: it should be amended, not deleted outright. This is a clear HIPAA violation. During my brief time at the clinic, I encountered several other unethical, unprofessional, and frankly cruel situations, but these were the most serious. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue quietly. Instead, they chose denial, deflection, and misrepresentation. I have filed complaints with the appropriate regulators. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I had an IUD inserted and was very worried it would hurt because of the stories I had heard. Melissa did an excellent job, and I only felt cramping.

I have consistently had positive experiences at Manchester OB/GYN. The front desk staff is very nice. I find Melissa very caring, capable, and knowledgeable about all aspects of women's health. She is a valuable asset to the practice. That is why I choose Manchester OB/GYN.

They were very helpful. Although I was 10 minutes late and they could not see me, they rescheduled me for that afternoon. The office staff in both Manchester and Londonderry were very kind. I had waited a long time to find another place that could give me an appointment. Most importantly, I met Melissa! She was wonderful! She helped resolve my issue immediately. I felt comfortable with her and liked how she explained everything. I look forward to seeing her again. She made something I had struggled with for a long time feel easy. Thank you, ladies!! 💕

I have seen several different providers, and everyone I have encountered during my appointments—from the front desk staff and nurses to the doctors—has always been very caring, kind, and friendly.
