    I am still shocked that he was forced to close his clinic. He embodied the compassion, kindness, and care that many of us associate with Jesus. People make mistakes, but in this case, the error appears to have been made by the embryologist. It is difficult to understand why he must bear the full consequences for something that was not entirely his personal fault. Even more heartbreaking, many patients chose his clinic because they wanted an alternative to large fertility chains. They left well-known clinics seeking the personalized care, compassion, and genuine human connection he offered. Those who fled large institutions for his attentive care must now return to the very system they were trying to escape.     I want to share my experience with Fertility Center of Orlando, which is transitioning into CNY Orlando. Some people may be hesitant to try this clinic because of past experiences, as I was. I was afraid, but driving to Sarasota for monitoring was too far, and my previous outside-monitoring experience was poor and difficult to schedule, so I decided to try this clinic. This was my third visit. I waited until after several visits to review the consistency of my experience. So far, I have never waited more than 15 minutes, and all the nurses and front desk staff have been very kind. Dr. McNichol performed all my ultrasounds and Nup Wash procedures. He is highly skilled and approachable. I had many questions during the ultrasounds, and he patiently explained everything and addressed all my concerns. I also told him about problems I had encountered with the CNY GLOBAL nursing team. He was very understanding and agreed that I needed medication for my autoimmune condition, so he updated my protocol and prescribed the necessary medication. I felt that he genuinely listened and tailored treatment to my circumstances rather than applying a standard IVF protocol to everyone. I am very satisfied with my experience so far and will continue receiving treatment there.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. McNichol and the entire team at Fertility Center of Orlando. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported, cared for, and truly seen. I was extremely nervous going into my exam, especially after hearing and reading about others’ experiences, but Dr. McNichol completely put my mind at ease. He was incredibly gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What stood out most was how informative he was he took the time to walk me through each part of the process in such a calm and reassuring manner. His team was just as amazing encouraging, compassionate, and present throughout the entire experience. I never once felt alone or overwhelmed. I am beyond grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend Dr. McNichol and his team to anyone in need of fertility care.     This was the most productive medical visit I have had in a long time. It was my first appointment, and I left hopeful and confident about the future. Dr. McNichol is very knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and explains the different fertility options. Highly recommended.

    My husband and I loved this clinic. Dr. McNichol helped us conceive our daughter and supported us greatly when we began trying for a second child. We wanted to continue working with Dr. McNichol and the clinic, but their new office hours made that impossible.

    My journey at Fertility Center of Orlando has been nothing but amazing, from the front desk staff to France to the Dr. Everybody has been amazing. The office manager, Ashley, kept me calm when I was panicking. They checked up on me and made me feel safe and comfortable. I recommend the Fertility Center of Orlando to anybody who's having fertility problems or just trying to conceive. Although I was a handful, they all helped me stay calm, and I am now pregnant from my first frozen IVF at the age of 40 with blocked tubes.

    My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McNichol. From the beginning, Dr. McNichol was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and caring. He patiently explains every step of the procedure, helping you feel comfortable and confident throughout what can be an emotional process. This is our second successful embryo transfer with Dr. McNichol, and we are incredibly grateful for his skill, care, and dedication.     Where do I start?! This fertility center is terrible. No one ever answers the phone. I even wonder whether anyone works there. It is a waste of time and money. They schedule appointments whenever they want, take your money, cancel, and then try to reschedule as if women trying to conceive have time to waste. If you want to waste a menstrual cycle, go to this fertility center, but I strongly advise against it. It is a complete waste of time. The staff should be ashamed for their poor communication, unanswered calls, and wasting the time of women trying to conceive.

    We would give Dr. McNichol a thousand stars if we could. He was exceptionally attentive and made us feel like the only patients in the clinic. He is highly knowledgeable and explains complex information clearly and thoroughly, almost like an excellent university course. After the consultation, we immediately had an ultrasound and bloodwork, all performed in the clinic. His team was very kind and made us feel part of a large family. I could feel hope and positive energy from everyone. He was approachable and human rather than presenting himself only as a doctor, which helped us build a strong rapport with him.     I would not recommend this clinic. My wife and I attended a consultation with Dr. McNichol, who was very kind and explained the process clearly. He had me complete bloodwork that day and confidently said treatment could be completed in January. After that visit, however, the experience was far less positive than it sounded. I repeatedly called for updates on my bloodwork and treatment, but no one responded. Because I had been rushing to work that day, I called several times. When I finally reached them and explained how I felt, they asked my wife and me to return for another appointment. We went again and still received no information. The receptionist assured us the doctor would contact us that afternoon, and we were given the doctor's phone number, but we heard nothing. Three weeks have passed, and as of today, we still have not received a call. They previously said my appointment information had been added to the doctor's schedule, but that was apparently untrue. Because we had already started care and paid our copay, we kept calling rather than starting over at another clinic. After countless attempts, no one answered and there were no updates. It is extremely disappointing that they will not even take the time to respond or inform their clients. I have always believed that how busy a clinic is matters less than its patience and attentiveness. That reflects how much a clinic cares, and this clinic clearly does not care about its patients.

    We had an excellent experience with Dr. Milton and his team. At every step, they went above and beyond to help us reach our goal of pregnancy. Dr. Milton made complex issues simple, and we fully understood everything he explained. We did not know today was the deadline to begin IVF, but he called us, worked his magic, and arranged the medications we needed to start today, October 22, 2025.     My review is based only on my first meeting with Dr. McNichol. I have visited fertility clinics that cared only about egg freezing or IVF, both expensive services. They never investigated the underlying cause of infertility. With Dr. McNichol, however, we had an in-depth discussion of possible causes, and I gained a thorough understanding of the issues. It was extremely helpful. More fertility specialists should learn how to build trust with and help patients. If a patient chooses IVF, they can then explore treatment together.     After a frustrating experience elsewhere, finding Dr. Milton McNichols was a relief. Unlike the Winter Park fertility clinic, which insisted I spend thousands on testing before even considering IUI, Dr. Milton carefully reviewed my records and immediately recommended the best treatment based on my age and circumstances. His approach was thoughtful, efficient, and refreshingly honest. What truly sets him apart is his accessibility. He personally responds after hours and on weekends when urgent treatment needs or questions arise and never makes you feel uncomfortable for asking for help. That level of care is rare. He is responsive and compassionate and explains every step patiently and clearly. I am deeply grateful for his expertise and dedication.

    Dr. McNichol took his time in trying to help diagnose the causes behind my history of miscarriages, and infertility. I refused IVF at a prior clinic and felt rushed towards IVF, without any doctor really caring enough to get to the bottom of why we couldn’t stay pregnant. After a few appointments, and some testing, Dr. McNichols let me know I had a genetic variant and needed supplementation. After two long years dealing with infertility, we were able to conceive naturally in three months from my last appointment with Dr. McNichols, after starting supplements. No pressure from Dr. McNichols, only genuine curiosity and kindness. He took his time and called me personally at 8pm at times to let me know what was going on. He actually urged me to not resort to unnecessary fertility treatments , which is exactly what I needed to hear after these money hungry clinics kept telling me it was my only option at having kids. So grateful to him, and Gabby at the front desk for making a difficult journey easy for us. Highly recommend!

    Everyone here is amazing! Dr. McNichol feels like family and genuinely cares about his patients. From the nurses to the front desk, the care is exceptional. After years of infertility and heartbreak, we finally graduated with our baby boy. I am so grateful and could not have reached this point without them. I sincerely recommend them!

    Dr. McNichol is wonderful. He helped us have two children. However, the current staff are simply incompetent. My wife called for two weeks to have her records sent to her new obstetrician. After two weeks, the employee said, “Oh, right...we need a signed records release.” Then they sent only her blood test results, with no implantation date or images from her multiple ultrasounds. She had to call repeatedly to get everything sent, and they sent information from our first implantation two years ago rather than the current pregnancy. My wife eventually went to the office in person to find out what was happening. The front-desk employee sat staring at her nails while the phone rang 15 times before going to voicemail. The doctors are excellent, but I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with the other staff.

    This place is terrible; do not waste your time! I had an appointment at 12 p.m. on 2025/2/4. I arrived a few minutes early, but no one was at the front desk. I assumed they would return quickly, but I was wrong. It took 30 minutes, while I was the only person in the lobby. I nearly gave up and left after 25 minutes, but went upstairs to the laboratory hoping to find someone; no one was there either. A kind woman briefly entered the lobby and said she would find the front desk staff, but that did not seem to help. At 12:30, I checked the desk one last time and finally found someone. I explained that I had plans later that day and hoped it would not take long, and she assured me it would not. The only positive thing I can say is that they accommodated my cash payment, and the doctor personally made change for me. I was there for a semen analysis, so I went upstairs. The bathroom was awful, with wet marks or stains on the floor near the recliner, and I would not use it before wiping it with disinfectant. Afterward, I briefly returned to the lobby to ask how long results would take. They assured me it would be one or two days at most and that I should "follow up, just in case." I called after 48 hours, but unsurprisingly no one answered. I left a voicemail, yet it still took them 6 days to email the results. They did not call to explain or say thank you, just sent a generic email with disclaimers. It felt as though this place only wanted my money and never wanted to deal with me again. Do not waste your time or money here. I saw every warning sign but still convinced myself to complete this one appointment. For your sake or your partner's, never come here.
