I would not have my daughter without Dr. Goldstein. We are truly so grateful to her. Before finding Beverly Hills Fertility Center, I went through three egg retrievals and two embryo transfers at another clinic that many consider the "top choice" for fertility care in Los Angeles. Although I was fortunate to create embryos there, both transfers failed, and the entire experience felt very impersonal. Switching to Dr. Goldstein and this more boutique clinic was the best decision we ever made. She recommended a different approach, and it worked on the first try. Dr. Goldstein and her team are amazing! I began freezing eggs with her six years ago, at ages 34 and 35. Now, at 40, I am trying to conceive with those frozen eggs. I live in Chicago and repeatedly confirmed that traveling back and forth for her personal care is absolutely worth the distance. The clinic is comfortable and designed for women. Her team is outstanding—I especially want to thank every staff member I met, particularly my coordinator Sola—and Dr. Goldstein is flawless. My wife is currently receiving care at Beverly Hills Fertility Center, and unfortunately, the severe lack of communication has made our treatment experience frustrating. Our coordinator, Erika, has repeatedly failed to reply to our emails promptly or at all. On several occasions, we waited up to a week for a response, which is extremely stressful given the nature of fertility treatment. Ironically, the nurses have been more responsive and supportive, even though our coordinator is supposed to guide us through the process. When you are going through something as sensitive and time-critical as trying to conceive, communication should be a top priority—but it clearly is not here. I expected more from a clinic with “Beverly Hills” in its name.

Despite the high cost, I encountered poor communication, a lack of transparency, and questionable expertise. • The clinic failed to disclose critical sperm test results before IVF, denying me the opportunity to change donors or cancel the procedure. • When problems arose, BHF focused more on avoiding legal risk than helping the patient. • Despite my AMH being close to 3, they retrieved only a single-digit number of eggs, raising concerns about their protocol. • The service did not match the high fees; the lack of guidance and professionalism made the experience frustrating. ⚠️ Think carefully before choosing BHF! Their negligence can have serious consequences.

If you want the best chance of success, trust Dr. Alan Goldstein. This practice is highly flexible and accommodates each person's schedule during treatment to achieve the best outcome. I am very glad I chose to come here. It is worth it!

Dr. G was the only doctor who met with me in person. Even in the post-COVID era, it seemed important to me that a doctor would speak with me face-to-face and perform her own ultrasound for a proper assessment on which to base a plan. While other doctors pushed IVF and donor eggs, Dr. G mapped out her plan for me on a sheet of paper and explained why, considering my complete fertility picture, she would not take the IVF route. Dr. G communicates with patients by email and rarely takes more than an hour to respond to concerns or test results, which is incredibly reassuring during this journey. She is truly dedicated to her patients and will come in on a Saturday or Sunday if that is the best day for a patient's procedure. My clinical coordinator, Alondra, was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She guided me through the daily routine of each cycle and coordinated all my medications. The entire staff, including Erica, whom I saw often, were extremely supportive through my 3 IUI cycles. They genuinely wanted each cycle to succeed. Dr. G was very attentive during every scan and made small medication adjustments to achieve the best outcome. She was also very cost-conscious and always looked for ways to save me money on medication or treatment, which I appreciated during an expensive process. I cannot say enough kind things about this practice; I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone there wants every patient to succeed, and when a cycle does not go well or the journey becomes difficult, they take the time to talk with you. When my pregnancy test was positive and I saw the team for my first few ultrasounds and blood tests, it felt as though we had all won! I may be biased when I say, “I think Dr. G worked even harder for me since I was having twins,” but I know she gives every case the same effort. I know Beverly Hills Fertility Center will continue its amazing work helping families grow, even when other doctors may not see the same possibilities. Looking back on my entire infertility journey, I am so glad I found Dr. Goldstein and her practice. My family and I will always be grateful to everyone who played a part in our story.
