My experience with Dr. Bendikson and the team at Pinnacle was absolutely perfect. I went in for an egg retrieval and was very nervous because of my medical history. Everyone was so thoughtful, and the entire experience was warm and caring. Even my partner said that everyone, from the nurses and patient navigators to the doctors, was incredibly kind and attentive. A perfect score of 1000!

I am writing this on graduation day with tears in my eyes and so many emotions. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Nina Vyas and her entire team. After trying to conceive for nearly two years, I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility at age 32. My husband and I began treatment with Dr. Vyas in the year 2025, during the month of 9. After four intrauterine inseminations (IUI), one egg retrieval, and two embryo transfers, we are incredibly grateful to be expecting our first baby. From our first consultation, Dr. Vyas was warm, knowledgeable, honest, and reassuring. She patiently explained our options, answered every question we asked, and helped us understand both the science and the practical realities of fertility treatment. What I appreciated most was her ability to balance realism with optimism. She always presented the facts honestly and never gave us false hope, yet she helped us stay hopeful and focused on the next step. Dr. Vyas and her team handled every stage of treatment exceptionally well, especially the egg retrieval cycle. They closely monitored my response to the medication, adjusted the protocol as needed, and did an excellent job anticipating and managing my postoperative recovery. Everything felt organized and under control, and it was much easier than I expected, making an otherwise highly stressful process feel manageable. What truly sets this clinic apart, however, is its people. My care coordinator, Izzy, was wonderful—responsive, compassionate, organized, and always prompt in updating me on blood test results, medication changes, and next steps. I also want to give special thanks to the nurses, phlebotomists, and front desk team—Drena, Al, and Tanya. During one of the most emotional and vulnerable periods of my life, they made the entire process much easier than I had imagined. Seeing familiar faces at each follow-up appointment, being warmly greeted by name, and knowing I was surrounded by people who genuinely cared meant so much to me. Fertility treatment is not a journey anyone hopes to face, but this team made it as positive, supportive, and hopeful as possible. We can never fully express our gratitude for their attentive care and for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents.

I strongly recommend Dr. Guy Ringler. He is absolutely one of the best doctors, if not the best. We have gone through surrogacy with him multiple times, and each time was successful on the first attempt, even when the embryo quality was not high. He always patiently listens to our needs, explains everything in detail, and maintains an extremely high standard of professionalism. He personally performs all surgeries and works closely with the embryology lab to thoroughly investigate any embryo issues we encounter. Unlike other doctors who are only focused on making money, Dr. Ringler advised us against certain treatments, helping us save costs. The nursing and reception team are also excellent and have provided us with tremendous support.

Dr. Nina Vyas at Pinnacle is absolutely amazing! I tend to be very anxious, but she and her entire team made my entire IVF journey incredibly smooth and stress-free. Dr. Vyas accurately predicted the entire process from the very beginning. After receiving the PGT results, I looked back at the notes she wrote during our first consultation, and guess what? They were spot on! Additionally, because I had a high number of eggs and possibly PCOS, we retrieved a considerable amount. Surprisingly, I had no discomfort after the procedure and didn’t even need painkillers. That alone speaks volumes about her exceptional skill. Not only is she highly skilled, but she is also very attentive and caring. My coordinator, Izzy, was fantastic! She kept everything perfectly organized and always responded super quickly. Honestly, I was terrified of needles, and having to inject myself for several days in a row was the scariest part for me. Fortunately, Izzy was very patient and walked me through every step in detail. She even switched me to shorter, easier-to-use needles. She was my lifesaver! The rest of the team was equally outstanding. Special thanks to my nurses, Stephanie and Brisa, who made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. How we chose Pinnacle Fertility*** My husband and I have been married for nearly 17 years. We never used contraception and, to our knowledge, had never conceived. Friends who had experienced eight years of infertility pursued IVF with Dr. Ringler at Pinnacle Fertility. While researching IVF options, we asked them about their experience. My husband had Progyny fertility benefits through work, and Pinnacle Fertility was in network. Based on our friends' experience and positive online reviews, we contacted Dr. Ringler. Cycles*** Our friends began IVF with Dr. Ringler in 2024. One retrieval produced two embryos, and their April 2025 transfer led to the birth of their daughter in November 2025. We had two retrievals—the first produced no embryos and the second one embryo—followed by an April 2026 transfer and a December 2026 due date. Like our friends, we had unexplained infertility, and my AMH was low. Between retrievals, fertility acupuncturist Danica Thornberry helped me improve my nutrition and prepare. I believe the break Dr. Ringler recommended allowed my body to recover, while the new nutrition plan was important to our second retrieval. Although waiting two months was difficult, it was the best choice. We had more follicles, three eggs fertilized, two embryos frozen, and one passed genetic testing. I turn 39 this November. Initial consultation*** Our first appointment with Dr. Ringler was in April 2025. The clinic offers street or valet parking. We used street parking to save money (note: street cleaning is Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.). The clinic was professional and clean. We had already decided on this clinic, so the consultation was brief, and our friends had already explained much of the process. Staff recognition*** Dr. Ringler*** We are very grateful for Dr. Ringler's expertise, guidance, and careful planning. He is highly skilled and encouraged us throughout. We had to persevere and take each appointment one step at a time. We deeply appreciate his work and help. Navigator*** Once you become a patient, a navigator helps answer questions, obtain prescriptions, explain medications, review schedules, and more. Jackie Herrera was the most caring, professional, and efficient navigator. Through every high and low, she remained kind, compassionate, and invested in our success. She is the best. Medical scribe*** Dr. Ringler's scribe, Avina, was also very kind. She accompanied nearly every ultrasound and supported us throughout our year-long journey. Laboratory***** Their in-house laboratory has three friendly, efficient phlebotomists. Cheyenne, Anel, and David are amazing! Front desk*** Drena provides excellent service. She greeted me by name before I reached the desk, and her cheerful personality was very welcoming. Conclusion*** What are you waiting for? Go to Pinnacle Fertility and see Dr. Ringler and Jackie Herrera. You will not regret it. The photos show our 4AA embryo and our daughter's 8-week ultrasound.

I worked with Dr. Nina Vyas for an egg-freezing cycle and had an excellent experience and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Vyas and her clinic for any fertility concerns. She is warm, professional, and efficient. During my initial consultation, she thoroughly explained how many eggs I could expect to retrieve, what that number could mean for a future live birth, the difference between freezing eggs and embryos, and what to expect throughout the process. Dr. Vyas was also able to tailor my cycle around my busy personal schedule. I saw Dr. Vyas at every follow-up, and she answered every question I had. The retrieval went very smoothly. Dr. Anton, the anesthesiologist, spoke with me both the day before and the day of the procedure, and the anesthesia also went smoothly. My care coordinator, Izzy, was also excellent and made me feel supported and cared for. She called or texted with my blood-test results and any medication adjustments for that day. The clinic feels very modern and clean. Scheduling is convenient, and it is easy to drop in for bloodwork. Everyone from the front desk to billing was welcoming and easy to reach. Parking can be difficult, so allow extra time.

I am very grateful for the care I received from the Pinnacle team. Dr. Bendikson is compassionate and meticulous, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. I appreciate everyone's support and highly recommend her.

The doctors and nurses are nice, but that is where the positives end. The clinic's scheduling is terrible. You are constantly moved ahead of more “urgent” cases that they knew about weeks earlier but failed to plan for. The real problem, however, is the finance department. They accept my insurance but told me they did not. They require patients to prepay a “package” several weeks before transfer, yet if they overcharge you, the refund takes months. I am still waiting for mine... I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was fortunate to complete two surrogacy journeys at this fertility clinic and receive care from three outstanding doctors: Dr. Chung, Dr. Baek (now retired), and Dr. Ringler. Each has unique strengths, but all share an exceptional passion for medicine, their patients, and excellence in care. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt warmly welcomed. The front desk always greeted me with a smile and a friendly “hello.” Their laboratory is excellent, and every blood draw was smooth and easy. I felt reassured when the nurse took me to the examination room. Every step was explained clearly, the atmosphere was reassuring and open, and I never worried about asking too many questions. Even difficult questions were always answered patiently and thoroughly. The examination rooms were clean and comfortable. My first surrogacy journey went very smoothly. My intended parents had only one embryo, and with that embryo and the expertise of Dr. Chung at CFP, we welcomed their beautiful baby boy in September 2023. Joy comes easily when everything goes well. When nearly identical measures lead to a very different outcome, however, finding that same joy is much harder. During my second journey, I received care from Dr. Baek and Dr. Ringler, each of whom performed one embryo transfer. As my second journey came to an end, my heart sank. My intended parents and I learned that the embryo had no heartbeat. The news was devastating, and I felt very small. Yet the way Dr. Ringler handled the situation deeply affected me. From his tone to his expression, he gave me the strength I needed at that moment. As patients and as people, we sometimes wonder whether we are valued or heard. As Dr. Ringler's patient, I can tell you that you will be valued. After seeing Dr. Ringler, I met with Joe to discuss the next steps. I felt no pressure or sense of being rushed. Joe showed deep empathy, sincerity, and clear communication. He listened carefully and gave me time to process what he said. My dilation and curettage was scheduled promptly. Every step of the preoperative instructions was provided by phone and through videos on the portal. I could ask questions at any time and received immediate answers. Thank you, Carmen. I greatly appreciate Dr. Ringler's willingness to perform my dilation and curettage at Pinnacle Fertility. I was grateful that they did not refer me to an OB-GYN I did not know, even if that doctor might have been in my insurance network. The operating room team was amazing! Every member was outstanding. Maddie was actively involved throughout my preoperative care. She answered all my questions and streamlined the paperwork. Isabella cared for me during the procedure. She was very kind and introduced herself before surgery, making the process much easier. Dr. Antin, the anesthesiologist, was calm and had impeccable attention to detail. Stephanie cared for me after surgery. Her communication was excellent, and she was compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Patty was in the operating room and proactively contacted Dr. Ringler after surgery. She was a lifesaver. Our drive home was more than five hours, and Patty made sure I could leave on time. The operating room team cared effectively for both my physical and emotional well-being. They are a dream team. Finally, postoperative monitoring occurred as planned, and follow-up calls and text messages were prompt. Whenever I sent a text, I received a quick response. Thank you, CFP/Pinnacle Fertility! If you are seeking fertility treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend the former California Fertility Partners, now Pinnacle Fertility Los Angeles. My husband and I worked with Dr. Chung and his team from early 2023 through spring 2025 after transferring from LARC Encino. Dr. Chung was thorough, attentive, and caring. The facility is excellent, with everything performed on site, from blood draws to egg retrievals and embryo transfers. We are a mixed-race couple in our forties with a history of fertility surgery, fibroids, and other concerns. After our first consultation, we felt well cared for and ready to proceed. Dr. Chung and our nurse coordinator, Monica, guided us through best practices and scheduling, and gave us hope and clear steps toward our dream of building a family! After an extremely difficult experience at KindBody Santa Monica, finding CFP completely transformed my fertility journey. The organization, professionalism, care, knowledge, and efficiency were exactly what I had been missing, and they made me feel supported at every step. Terrible! From the moment you enter Pinnacle Fertility, it is obvious that they have more patients than they can handle. The waiting room feels more like the DMV than a clinic. The nursing staff are careless and indifferent to patient safety. The doctor I worked with was condescending when I asked questions about the process. After two chaotic months at Pinnacle, I left for another clinic in the South Bay, which was the best health decision I have ever made. I regret wasting my time at this clinic in the first place.

The care team at Pinnacle is absolutely terrible. I recently moved to Los Angeles, and my REI in New York recommended Pinnacle. After receiving five-star care in New York, I was extremely disappointed with Pinnacle Fertility LA, to say the least. The nurses were not only arrogant and annoyed when I asked about the IVF process, but also remarkably incompetent, unable to answer basic questions such as, “Is this a common side effect of this medication?” or “Why am I having bloodwork today?” When I told a nurse that a medication had caused severe hives, she became irritated and offered no help. I could never get a return call from the nursing team. They often waited until 5 p.m. to respond to portal messages, making communication impossible because the clinic was closed by the time I saw them. After enduring more than two months of incompetence, I switched to a clinic in the Valley. I advise anyone beginning a fertility journey to stay away from Pinnacle!

She came fully prepared to my first visit and had carefully reviewed all my records. Only 30 days until we meet our baby boy! I cannot believe we have come this far. The daily injections do not feel long ago, and now we are counting down to the final moment. Our situation was complicated because our frozen embryos were stored in a device that almost no embryology laboratory knew how to handle, called “CryoTips.” When we spoke with the embryology laboratory, Pedro and Ryan said their senior laboratory director understood these rare devices—and he truly did. Once we were in Dr. Schiewe's hands, everything changed. We went from “We do not know how we will have this child” to “I understand what to do.” We are extremely grateful to Dr. Schiewe, Ryan, Pedro, and our embryologist at CFP, Claudia. Without them, we would not now have a healthy pregnancy in the second trimester. Thumbs up!

I cannot say enough good things about the attentive care from Dr. Chung and Monica! Both of them cared for us exceptionally well, and their bedside manner was outstanding. In addition, the facilities, reception, laboratory, communication, and everything else were first-rate. We give them five stars :)

After experiencing fertility issues of her own, a friend recommended Dr. Carolyn Thompson and CFP to me. Obsessed. Spoiler alert—I now have two beautiful children!! Dr. Thompson's communication style is excellent and worked very well for me. She communicates information clearly and sets realistic expectations while providing support in a caring way. There is so much to learn during the process. After receiving a broad and overwhelming overview of the different paths during our consultation, Dr. Thompson gave me more information about what would happen between appointments so I could process and absorb everything. The IVF process is highly stressful, and everyone at CFP understands that. They greet you with kindness, warmth, and professionalism. The nurses, receptionists, and technicians are all very friendly and help every appointment run smoothly. All my procedures and tests were completed in the office, which helped reduce the stress of fertility difficulties. I had such a good experience with Dr. Thompson that I sent two friends to see her. So many Dr. Thompson babies!!! Thank you, CFP❤️

It took me far too long to write this review. I highly recommend Dr. Baek and her team! My story is not unique. For years, I wondered why I was not conceiving naturally. My OB-GYN misdiagnosed my problem, and after trying medication, developing cysts, and having multiple periods, I finally knew I needed to see a specialist. My sister also had fertility issues and saw many, many doctors. She told me directly, “Stop wasting time and go straight to Dr. Baek. She is the best.” She was absolutely right. At every scan and every appointment, Dr. Baek was there and was very professional and thorough. After each appointment, I would sit down with Nurse Nara, who would continue to hold my hand and make sure I understood everything. It is a difficult process, but the team made it so much less stressful! They truly are the best. We ultimately went through two rounds of IVF, which produced four healthy embryos. We had a transfer last April and welcomed a perfect baby girl. She was born at 7 a.m. on her due date, weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces! Haha. Our lucky #7. I am so grateful to Dr. Baek and her team for making our dream of a family come true!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the CFP clinical staff and nurses, and of course to Dr. Ringler. I was 44 when Dr. Ringler transferred my healthy embryo. I am now the mother of a healthy, full-term baby boy. Dr. Ringler's scientific approach and incredible attention to detail truly distinguish him from other doctors. As a scientist working in climate change and water security, I deeply respect his dedication to reading cutting-edge papers and making sound, timely decisions based on a patient's age. This quality is difficult to find. I will be forever grateful to him, his staff, and the nurses. Every blood draw, injection, visit, and hardship I experienced was ultimately worthwhile. Thank you for managing my case so exceptionally during such an emotional time.

Guy Ringler and the staff at California Fertility Partners transferred one of my embryos without even speaking with me. They did not feel a discussion was “necessary,” even though my last transfer was two years earlier under very different personal and medical circumstances. To be clear, transferring an embryo to create human life required less informed consent than a dental cleaning. I requested a copy of my medical records, but they provided nothing. When I accessed the patient portal, there was no record of any informed-consent discussion. Guy Ringler heavily markets these services to couples across the United States and worldwide, all paid in cash. In my own case, there was no documentation of any telehealth consultation or consent. I am a surgeon. I know what should have been done, and they did not do it.

As an egg donor, I had a wonderful experience with CFP. I had previously donated at another clinic, and without question, I felt most cared for at CFP. The nurses were exceptional; I had a nurse I could call after hours, the front desk was excellent, and I loved their laboratory team. Every interaction I had at the clinic was positive. Dr. Ringler was wonderful. He made me feel incredibly well cared for, and I knew he wanted everything to be perfect. Although I also liked the other clinic where I donated, CFP stands above it and has an outstanding staff overall. I highly recommend this clinic to donors :)

We are deeply grateful to Dr. Marrs and the CFP team for finally helping us become parents! We welcomed our perfect baby boy in March and could not be more thankful. After two years of canceled cycles and an unsuccessful transfer at another clinic, we began working with CFP in 2023/1. With Dr. Marrs's help, I became pregnant in July, and we have four more healthy embryos frozen for an attempt at a second child. Unlike some other reviews, our experience with the front desk staff was excellent. We waited some time to schedule our initial appointment because Dr. Marrs wanted to review our records before accepting us as patients. By the time we arrived for the consultation, he had essentially memorized the entire 100-page document and had developed a complete plan for what he would change in his protocol to help us succeed. We never waited more than 10 minutes past our appointment time to see Dr. Marrs, apart from one visit with Dr. Ringler while Dr. Marrs was away. In fact, we were often seen before our scheduled time and could complete our appointment and the required blood draw before appointments with any other doctors would even have begun. Our nurses, Nava and April, were very kind and helpful. We also had a wonderful experience with Mitch, the director of embryology. After retrieval, we emailed the laboratory with several questions, and he kindly replied to us directly. We are very grateful for all your help! Thank you!

Dr. March is the best doctor you could ever have. Dr. March has been my doctor since the 1980s and is the standard I believe all doctors aspire to. There will never be another physician as capable as he is. You can trust him completely and feel fully confident in his care. I was able to relax and no longer fear routine appointments or surgery. I recommended Dr. March to my mother and daughter, and they both found him exceptionally patient, kind, uplifting, and a wonderful storyteller. Vivian Gray

The doctor is great, but the nurses and front desk staff are terrible. On my first visit, I waited over 45 minutes to see the nurse and saw the doctor for only 10 minutes. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. It is unfortunate that the clinic is run so poorly, because it could otherwise be excellent.

Dr. Chung is truly amazing. However, the front desk staff are disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. This is a very intensive experience, and the staff should pay more attention to scheduling, billing, and bedside manner. Be sure to review all your documents carefully, as I found several errors in mine that had to be corrected. It took about 6 months from consultation to retrieval, mainly because dealing with the front desk was so daunting.

I had the same experience with this clinic's staff as other reviewers. Dr. Chung was recommended by one of my doctors. I tried to schedule an appointment with her and, after completing an extensive questionnaire, was told that their policy prevented them from accepting me as a patient. Fair enough, but afterward they were completely unhelpful in answering follow-up questions. Her staff are now calling and harassing me, claiming that I have not responded to their attempts to contact me, even though I have been emailing Dr. Chung's patient coordinator. I have now asked them several times to stop contacting me. By contrast, the intake process with the other doctors recommended to me was amazing. I spent an hour on the phone with them, and they answered every question. The reason Dr. Chung would not accept me did not stop them. I am actually glad Dr. Chung did not take me as a patient.
