I do not recommend coming here at all. I have been calling the clinic for the past two days, but no one has answered or returned my calls. The front desk staff are very unprofessional.

I am sincerely grateful to Manchester OB-GYN for providing care that far exceeded my expectations. After contacting several OB-GYN practices and being told I would have to wait months for an appointment, I began to feel hopeless. When I called Manchester OB-GYN, I explained that I had a gynecologic issue and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Although they were short-staffed and down one physician, the woman I spoke with was very considerate and made sure I could be seen that week. From my first visit, everyone made me feel welcome, respected, and completely at ease. I saw two different doctors, and both took the time to sit with me, listen carefully, and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They were always on time or even finished early, which I greatly appreciated because I had taken time off work for my appointments. They scheduled a follow-up for the next week and assured me that they would continue to monitor my condition closely. As many women know, gynecologic examinations can feel stressful and vulnerable, but the entire team's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Manchester OB-GYN absolutely deserves five stars. Thank you for caring so attentively for your patients and reminding me what compassionate healthcare should feel like.

She is attentive, responsive, and truly listens to her patients. I recently had some concerns, and within minutes she sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Fertility specialist Dr. Jenny Bachman is also outstanding. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and made me feel comfortable at every step of my care. Her kindness and support meant so much to me during what can often be a stressful process. Special thanks also to Rebecca, who helped schedule my appointments and patiently explained everything in detail. She made arranging appointments and next steps so much easier. I wish I knew all the women's names, but the front desk staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful, and you can feel it from the moment you walk through the door. If you are looking for an OB-GYN practice that truly cares about its patients, I highly recommend Manchester OB-GYN Associates. The entire team goes above and beyond!

I had a consultation with Juline. She was attentive to my needs and listened to my thoughts. Follow up questions were answered timely and effectively by triage staff.

I would not recommend this gynecology clinic. The doctors were unprofessional. They performed ultrasounds but could not interpret the images, repeatedly referring me to Elliot Hospital for additional scans. In the end, no one detected that the umbilical cord was wrapped around the baby three times. This should have required a C-section, not a recommendation for vaginal delivery that endangered both mother and baby. Thank God the baby was fine. My delivery experience was terrible. I also do not recommend Jenny Bachman, the doctor who delivered the baby.

I have been a patient at Manchester OB-GYN for more than 30 years. The staff have always been wonderful, and the doctors and nurses are excellent.

The doctors I have met here are excellent, but Diane is unprofessional and behaves inappropriately. A few months ago, I called about a suspected second ectopic pregnancy, and Diane was the first person to answer. She repeatedly called me ‘girlfriend,’ as though we were old friends rather than treating me as a patient calling about a possible medical emergency. Worse, when I described my symptoms, she commented on my condition without even reviewing my chart. I understand this situation very well because I have experienced it before, so I knew her comments were baseless and that no conclusion should be drawn without results. That is common sense. She told me I would lose my fallopian tube if the ectopic pregnancy ruptured, which is simply not true. She made an already difficult situation even harder and far more stressful. She may be knowledgeable, which I assume is why she has not been dismissed despite the many complaints about her. However, I strongly recommend that her supervisors review how she treats patients because her longstanding disregard for professional conduct is unbelievable. This is not a nail salon; it is a medical facility where vulnerable women often call for help during the most sensitive moments of their lives. They deserve to be treated with dignity and to feel reassured after speaking with a nurse, not angry because of the nurse's tone.

This is the most caring and attentive clinic I have ever seen. After a terrible experience at another clinic, I transferred here, and this team truly goes above and beyond! I am so glad I found them!

Every experience has been pleasant, which says a lot considering my feet are in stirrups. I never feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I always feel able to speak openly without fear of embarrassment. Thank you for providing such a safe place where I always feel comfortable and at ease.

I highly recommend Juline D Davis, APRN. I followed her to this clinic. The clinic is well run, with smooth check-in and checkout and almost no waiting. It provides high-quality, personalized care.

Dr Donofrio did surgery 15 years ago and just had a follow up, she was just as nice and professional as I remembered her from 15 years ago. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Thank Staff were very friendly and professional as well. Would definitely recommend her and this practice for your care.

I had been happy here for ten years, especially with Dr. Mainz, who performed my three C-sections. Unfortunately, the practice suddenly dismissed me because they said they did not accept my insurance, except perhaps for an emergency hospital admission. Their participation was clearly listed on my insurer's website. This left me without prenatal care because other Elliott Hospital delivery providers only accept my insurance for established patients, which is still more than MOGA was willing to do. I wish I had known this more than ten years ago; I would certainly have chosen another practice.

I have never received better medical care! The doctors listen and take time with every patient. If you want doctors who genuinely care, come here!!!

My doctor referred me to this gynecology clinic today for my annual exam. It was my first visit. The appointment itself went smoothly. The nurse was kind and attentive and made the medical aspects of the visit comfortable. However, the overall clinic environment was disappointing. The building and interior looked dated and need renovation to create a warmer, more comfortable setting. There was also an unpleasant odor that affected my experience. I was surprised that they used metal speculums. Although I was told they were sterilized, they were stored loose in a drawer with other items rather than individually packaged, which concerned me as a patient. Although the clinical care was good, the condition of the facilities and equipment made it difficult to feel completely reassured. In the future, I may choose a clinic that better meets my expectations for environment and patient comfort.

This place is terrible. My wife and I had an 8:30 appointment but did not see the doctor until 9:00. This has happened several times, while I have watched other people arrive and be seen immediately. We have been patient and understanding each time, but after so many occurrences, it is ridiculous.

I am very disappointed with their billing practices. The financial policy says that for accounts in collections, they 'may terminate my medical care.' I saw a doctor who recommended surgery, and the practice dismissed me that same day without mentioning it. When I called to schedule surgery and spoke with billing, they would not even let me arrange a payment plan. They also did not update my electronic medical record with any relevant information.

The front desk staff are excellent. They are capable, attentive, and very friendly. I have been a patient at this clinic for years, and the doctors, as well as my former nurse practitioner Angie, have been outstanding. They listen well, are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and are genuinely kind!

Dr. Donofrio was wonderful. She made my hysteroscopy painless and helped me feel relaxed. We even joked a little, and she made the entire procedure feel easy and pleasant. She is amazing.

Julie is wonderful. I see her only once a year, yet she remembers my children, my vacation plans, and any issues I have had before. Julie is also always on time, which is very important to me. The staff are excellent and efficient as well.

After several poor healthcare experiences, I transferred to Manchester OB/GYN. Its clinicians were considerate and went above and beyond to provide excellent care. I will always be grateful to Dr. Durak and Dr. Bachman for caring for me and safely delivering my son in 2022. Every appointment was on time, and all clinic staff were helpful and welcoming. Nurse Diane was outstanding. APRN Julene Davis was also wonderful: she listened well, was kind, and made me feel at ease even during stressful situations. I am very glad I made this decision.

I have received OB-GYN care through MOGA for many years and have been very satisfied. At every stage of my life, they have provided excellent, personalized care. I never feel rushed during visits, my concerns are heard, and I always leave reassured. Their genuine care for every patient is evident. On a more personal level, they cared for my cousin and delivered my "nephew" a year ago. They supported her greatly and ensured her baby was delivered safely. I highly recommend this team!

Scheduling an appointment with this practice is a nightmare. You tell them your symptoms, and they send you to a triage nurse who somehow decides in a two-minute conversation whether you can see a doctor. It is absurd. I was denied an appointment because they believed they could not help me. Six months later, after every other possibility had been ruled out, they still wanted me to speak with the triage nurse.

Words truly cannot express my deep gratitude and admiration for everyone at Manchester OB-GYN. From my first appointment to my daughter's birth, every step was filled with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Dulac made me feel heard, supported, and respected throughout labor and delivery. She always answered my questions patiently, and her calm, confident manner consistently reassured me, especially when I was emotional or uncertain. Thanks to her, I felt safe, empowered, and exceptionally cared for while welcoming my daughter into the world. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Dr. Dulac beside me and will always be grateful for her role in one of the most important moments of my life! 10/10 recommend.

I am especially grateful to Dr. Dulac for everything she did during delivery! I will always be grateful for MOGA's role in welcoming my daughter into the world. Very satisfied with my recent visit. Check-in went very smoothly, and Juline created a very comfortable atmosphere and genuinely cared about my overall health.

Too many unreasonable things happened at this clinic. Because this review has a length limit, I can only provide a brief summary: They used billing codes to obtain additional reimbursement, a practice known as unbundling and upcoding. In addition to the examination actually performed, they charged for an advanced scan that was not performed, which is considered billing fraud. When I confronted them, their written responses contradicted one another, and they did not provide the proper documentation required by the AMA CPT codebook, payer guidelines, AIUM, and ACR for this type of scan. They tried to silence me while I was pregnant by locking me out of the MyChart communication portal, preventing me from replying to messages from nurses and doctors who seemed unaware of what the clinic had done. They used a prefilled template that listed one of my concerns as vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, which I never reported. This documentation practice is appalling. They also require automatic payments and a card on file. I asked to receive an itemized bill before being charged, but they refused. This violates patient rights as well as federal and state law. They did this despite knowing that I am the mother of a child fighting cancer. They had every opportunity to act with integrity, but chose not to. They did not merely cross a line; they violated the basic ethics of patient care. Do you know what will trouble them most? I am not acting out of revenge, but on principle. I did not come at them in anger—I came with receipts. I did not merely say, "This is wrong." I proved it. I reported their violations to multiple regulatory agencies, and this will not end unless the clinic is formally sanctioned. I gave them countless opportunities to take responsibility and apologize, but they continued creating inconsistencies, making absurd excuses, and contradicting their previous statements. Every email contradicted the one before it! I want to share this story as widely as possible to warn other patients. If you have been here before, review your bills, especially if you received prenatal care. As patients, we need to take control of our healthcare. Clinics should be held accountable for overcharging. So much money is wasted, which is why insurance is so expensive for all of us. MOA's practices affect everyone.

They messed up my appointment. The ultrasound was supposed to have been scheduled the night before, and my mother took time off work to come with me. When we arrived, they said they could not perform the ultrasound and still charged me for the visit. I was very unhappy.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. As I was checking out, the woman with short brown hair was very kind. The woman beside her concerned me because of how she spoke on the phone about a pregnant patient. She chatted with someone about unrelated matters, then described a pregnant caller, without giving identifying details, as “in denial,” “stupid,” and used other hurtful language about the situation. I was one of 3 patients, along with office staff, who directly heard her discussing an obviously vulnerable patient. I found it ironic that they display flyers for postpartum support groups while criticizing pregnant women behind their backs. My own experience was also somewhat strange. My doctor was good, but during my consultation a medical assistant came in and began discussing another patient with her. I do not think I will return for care because of the unprofessional behavior and lack of patient privacy I witnessed at checkout.

Last year, my daughter was stillborn at 35 weeks while I was receiving care from this obstetrics practice. Although I was understandably worried during my second pregnancy, only about a quarter of the providers were kind. The rest treated me like I was foolish for still being concerned during my second pregnancy.

They were very disrespectful to my wife. I do not recommend this place at all. The cashier had a terrible attitude. This is no way to treat a pregnant disabled veteran...

I highly recommend Dr. Dulac! She is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also warm, approachable, and willing to listen. She is trustworthy and genuinely cares about her patients' health. I feel confident and reassured in her care. Highly recommended!

I've consistently had a wonderful experience with my OB/Gyn, Erin Hebert. Some of the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. I feel heard and well cared for at my appointments. The front desk staff and medical assistants are always friendly and professional as well.

I called several times to make an appointment, but they leave you on hold for hours. I eventually gave up because they never answer the phone.

Dr. Mainz is the best! Everyone at the practice is very supportive and knowledgeable.

The billing department here, staffed by people with no medical license or training, determines your medical condition and denies you care. This is not a medical facility.

Dr. Nathan at Manchester OB/GYN and his surgical team at Elliot Hospital were wonderful. All my nurses were kind and attentive. When I became anxious, they kept the mood light and cheerful, and we joked until the anesthesia began. I could not have asked for better care. 20/10 recommended!
