Thanks to Dr. Nichols and the entire team, I now have my baby girl. I especially loved my nurse, Kayla. She listened patiently, put up with all my irrational thoughts, and always made me feel so much better. The process was difficult, but this clinic made everything much easier. The front desk staff remember your name and make you feel like a friend. They also respond very quickly to questions through the patient portal, and Gretel is the best coordinator I have ever met! If you need IVF in Brevard County, this is the place to go!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nichols throughout my care. She was consistently compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made a very stressful journey feel much more manageable. I always felt heard during appointments, and her clinical care and bedside manner were truly excellent. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation. Unfortunately, the experience with the billing and accounting departments was the complete opposite and significantly impacted my overall impression of the clinic. I frequently had to follow up to ensure charges were run through insurance correctly and that payments were applied to the appropriate accounts. There seemed to be ongoing confusion and lack of coordination between billing staff and patient accounts, which resulted in repeated corrections on my end. At times, I was even told I needed to guide or correct how claims were being processed, which should not fall on the patient. Communication from the billing department was also unclear, especially regarding what was covered under existing payment plans versus newly added charges. This led to unnecessary stress and confusion, and in one instance resulted in an account being sent to collections despite my understanding that I was current on my agreed-upon payments. Overall, while I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Nichols and the medical care I received, I would strongly encourage the clinic to improve its billing transparency, training, and internal communication processes. The administrative experience does not reflect the same level of professionalism as the clinical care.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to Dr. Nichols, Marta, Gretel, Kayla, Evelyn, Jordyn, Yusi... and the entire team. My husband and I had a very complex situation, and we originally thought the chances of getting pregnant with my eggs were not high. We are so grateful to Dr. Nichols for being realistic with us while also giving us hope, and for truly going above and beyond. I have diminished ovarian reserve and endometriosis. We underwent two egg retrievals and were fortunate to obtain some embryos. Before proceeding with the transfer, we did many tests to ensure my body was ready, but unfortunately, the embryo did not implant. Dr. Nichols did not let us continue trying; instead, she insisted on more testing. This led to some necessary adjustments in our treatment plan (if we hadn't done this, I might never have been able to get pregnant). Now, I am holding my 3.5-month-old baby, and all of this is thanks to Dr. Nichols and her team. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They always update their treatment plans based on the latest research, which is crucial in this field. We can never express in words how grateful we are to them for helping us have our precious son. After my last appointment, I cried as I drove away because I will miss them so much! I know that for my next transfer, they will take the best care of me. Love you all!

Choosing an IVF clinic is a deeply personal decision that requires careful consideration. Looking back, I truly cannot imagine going through this process anywhere else. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt cared for by a professional and compassionate team. Most of the clinic staff are women, and it was incredibly encouraging and reassuring to receive care from professionals who understand both the medical and emotional pressures of the process. At the same time, the environment never felt exclusionary toward partners or family members; it was warm, personal, and attentive. I am most grateful for the careful attention I received at every stage. The team often chose caution, precision, and additional safeguards instead of rushing or taking shortcuts. At the time, those extra steps were difficult because they required more waiting, patience, and trust. But now, after this journey, I am finally pregnant, and I can honestly say I am deeply grateful for every decision. I always felt that their goal was not merely efficiency or process, but doing everything possible to give me the best chance of success. What impressed me most about this clinic was the confidence it gave me. At no point did I feel like just another patient on an assembly line. I felt guided, fully informed, and genuinely cared for. I also want to give special thanks to the front desk and administrative staff, who played an essential role. Anyone who has undergone fertility treatment knows how overwhelming appointments, insurance, authorizations, and scheduling can be. Their office was extremely efficient, responsive, and organized, which significantly eased an already emotionally stressful treatment process. IVF itself can feel clinical and extremely stressful, but this clinic created an experience that was both professional and deeply human. I will always be grateful for the care I received here.

I would give zero stars if possible. If your weight is not ideal, they will not treat you, and clinic staff lie. I wasted more than $1,200 only to be disqualified as a patient. Staff also disclose my patient information without ever verifying the caller's identity.

We are still early in treatment, but Dr. Nichols has been excellent and thorough. I will update our progress, but for now I recommend IVFMD Viera to anyone struggling with infertility. Update: Several months later, I have completed two successful egg retrievals. Dr. Nichols, nurse Kayla, and the rest of the IVFMD staff have been wonderful. They always answer my questions quickly and never make me feel that my many questions are a bother. Update: Although the process took longer than expected, I am now pregnant and very grateful for all the help and support from IVFMD and Dr. Nichols.

I have never visited a clinic where I felt so welcome and cared for. I cannot praise this clinic enough. Dr. Nichols is amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and always encouraging. From the moment you enter, every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am so grateful someone recommended this clinic, and I will be sad when I no longer need to come!

My entire experience was perfect, 10 out of 10! I had a terrible experience at another fertility clinic and came here for a second opinion. I was very nervous, but that feeling disappeared as soon as I entered. The staff were warm and friendly, which is essential for a patient's first impression. Dr. Nichols also made me feel completely at ease. She was thorough and patiently explained everything. This clinic's initial testing was more comprehensive than any testing I had previously received during infertility treatment. It was wonderful to finally have someone investigate the root cause of my infertility instead of running a few simple tests and immediately starting a treatment cycle. For the first time in six years, I felt truly heard. Although nothing is guaranteed, I have hope again. Thank you, Dr. Nichols and team!

The worst clinic. They wasted months of our time, then finally told us they should never have scheduled us because they could not perform the test they had booked and confidently assured us they could do! Save your time and go to Vartility of Veria.

I went there 3 years ago . Told me I couldn’t get pregnant anyways my problem was miscarriages & anyways I have an almost 2 year old son . This clinic didn’t help me only to drain ur pockets . Thank god I went somewhere else

The doctors and nurses are wonderful; I have no complaints about them. However, the finance department is an absolute nightmare. It was terrible and left me horrified. First, they submitted the wrong amount to my insurance company. They quoted me $8500 instead of $2400, then gave me another incorrect quote. I took out two loans to pay the balance. Worst of all, they accepted no responsibility for the error and told me to call patientfi to cancel the loans. I called patientfi, and they said I could not cancel them; ivfmd had to log in to the portal, cancel the loan I did not need, and correct the amount of the second loan. Patientfi said it was simple. Nothing was done, no one called me, and they did not correct their mistake. Because of them, I now have to repay two loans that I never needed.

Dr. Nichols is absolutely the best! I have seen many fertility specialists over the years, but none compares with her. I am so glad I found her. She is highly skilled and made my treatment experience excellent. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing fertility problems!

Dr. Nichols and her care team are truly the most compassionate staff. From the moment you enter, the front desk staff warmly greet you and make you feel welcome, encouraged, and hopeful. All other support staff, from those handling laboratory work and vital signs to ultrasound staff, are exceptionally professional and understanding. They take time to speak with you and listen, making you feel valued and recognized. I felt more supported and met with genuine compassion here than at any other clinic. Dr. Nichols is never rude or dismissive and always tries to help and find a solution. She is warm and approachable and makes your goals feel like her highest priority. I cannot say enough good things about her or the clinic staff. Dr. Nichols helped me tremendously, and I highly recommend her!

They sent my bill to collections but could never send me the billing documents. They said they would cancel the bill if I signed consent for them to dispose of my sample. They could never send me the billing documents!!! I spoke with them several times over several months. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this place. Response: A supervisor was supposed to handle it, but they never did. I was told that many times. You could never post the bill to the app. I told the customer service representatives it was not there, and I was always transferred to a “supervisor.”

Dr. Nichols explains everything very well. She made me feel comfortable and was highly professional. I like how easy she is to talk to. She always makes sure I am relaxed and that all my questions are answered. She is very approachable and patient.

Fertility treatment is difficult, but the Melbourne IVFMD team made it much easier. These women became like family and worked as hard as we did toward the outcome we wanted. We will always be grateful to the entire IVFMD staff for helping us fulfill our dream. We highly recommend them.

I was satisfied with the service until they “lost the $500.15 cash payment I made.” They now say I still owe money, or they can give me a “15% discount” on the $500 I already paid. My advice is to keep thorough payment records. Be careful.

A wonderful fertility clinic with excellent doctors and staff. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

I do not usually leave reviews, but this is important for women facing infertility because it is so difficult. Do not see Dr. Nichols. She is extremely harsh and has zero empathy. I expected more compassion from a woman, but she was very severe. She told me my chance of pregnancy was below 1%, yet I conceived naturally, so those numbers were not based on fact; they spread fear to push you toward donor eggs, which she strongly promotes. If you live in Melbourne, go to Orlando for better care. During one procedure, she repeatedly told the nurses that she looked so young that young people did not realize she was a doctor. Does she not understand how unprofessional that is or how she comes across? I could say much more, but ladies, if your case is complex, please do not see her. She will pressure you rather than encourage you and will pry into your hardship.

My wife and I loved our experience at Viera IVFMD. We enjoyed working with Dr. Nichols, Gret, Jordan, Kayla, Michelle, and the nurses who drew my blood, whose names I cannot remember. They were all very kind, supportive, and happy for us when our first IUI attempt succeeded! We are now eight weeks pregnant and have graduated, thanks to all of them! We cannot wait to begin IVF with them to have more babies! 👶
