I would have given him five stars because he was my doctor for 11 years. Unfortunately, my insurance is still listed as accepted by his office. Toward the end, it became very difficult to reach the doctor for medication refills, and I left messages every day for a week. In December, I received an email saying they no longer accepted my insurance and that I would have to self-pay to continue seeing him. I simply cannot afford the fee. I was heartbroken because he felt like family, and I trusted him deeply. We had been through so much together over the years. Sadly, I felt that instead of telling me directly, 'We can no longer continue your care,' he responded in an indirect yet impolite way. I wish he had told me personally.

I initially chose this doctor because of insurance limitations, although I had reservations after reading some reviews. After about a year of treatment for uterine fibroids, I felt ignored and dismissed and even began doubting myself. His manner was consistently cold, making me feel more like a commodity than a patient. Every visit felt transactional rather than supportive, and I never felt that he truly listened to my concerns or cared about me. Ultimately, because of the stress, difficulties, and discomfort, I stopped treatment with him just before scheduling surgery. I am now under the care of another doctor who successfully performed my surgery, and the difference is remarkable. Looking back, I am extremely glad I trusted my instincts. I am sharing this experience in hopes of helping others avoid the pain and distress I experienced while seeking help in such a vulnerable state. My experience caused significant anxiety and wasted a great deal of time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him.

Dr. Clark is a wonderful doctor, and I sincerely wish him well. However, communication at this clinic is terrible. I sent multiple messages about bleeding outside my menstrual cycle and received no response. They need better management or the practice will continue to decline. I will definitely go somewhere that makes me feel valued.

I was a patient of Dr. Brian Clark from fall 2024 through spring 2025. He is an excellent doctor who knows what he is doing and stays current on reproductive health and medical research. He tries to minimize invasive treatment. I understand that his direct communication style may bother some people, but he genuinely wants to help families and add their photos and stories to his office’s success wall. However, I transferred to a hospital clinic because NERMAS’s scheduling did not work well for me. I hope they now have more front desk staff because reaching the clinic was extremely difficult. Calls went to voicemail, email replies took 24 to 72 hours, and I frequently had to send reminders. Their hours made scheduling the right appointments during my cycle very difficult, and being closed on Fridays increased my stress. When they prescribed oral contraceptives because they would not be in the office that week, I decided not to return. I felt my menstrual cycle was too inconvenient for them. The stimulation injections they had prescribed had already disrupted my cycle the previous month, and I did not want to disturb it further. This is only my personal experience. I know many patients have succeeded at Dr. Clark’s clinic. It may be perfect for others, but it was not right for me.

I cannot understand how anyone could give Dr. Clark fewer than five stars. He is thorough, honest, and genuinely committed to helping women with their healthcare needs. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have had two surgeries, most recently the day before July 4, and he still calls to check on me. My only complaint is that I now have no reason to need another surgery from him. He answered every question and always supported my choices. He is an exceptional, one-of-a-kind doctor. Donna at reception is also hilarious! It feels great to have a good laugh before an appointment. Everyone there is wonderful.

I have been trying for a week to schedule an appointment and receive a callback. I was referred here, but no one has returned my calls, which is frustrating. I hope the staff is better than what I have read in the reviews!

At first, I was unsure. I was scared, skeptical, and distrustful. After all the testing, I was diagnosed with completely unexplained infertility. But after more than 5 years of treatment—IUI and IVF—I finally had my little miracle in 2023, and it would not have been possible without Dr. Clark and his wonderful staff. Sitting here reading reviews about Jane and others, lol—this is a doctor's office. People are not usually at their happiest. If you have been through an experience like mine, you know. But talking with them helps. I genuinely enjoyed seeing Jane because I came in so often. I always felt important, and yes, I followed up every day, as anyone dealing with healthcare needs to do. If you expect someone to call and take care of everything for you, you have a lot to learn. Dr. Clark is as thorough and realistic as they come. No BS, and he never gives up. If something can be done, it will be. When something did not work, we met again and tried something different. What other doctor texts their patients? He was available 24/7 to answer all my questions. Do not judge a book by its cover. As someone who had a long road to motherhood, I highly recommend him.

Really great surgeon for my Endometriosis. Stop suffering and get in there.

Worst experience ever. Dr. Clark's staff are extremely incompetent and rude, and they screen calls too (they do not answer your calls, and now you know why!). I thought I had completed genetic testing and sent something in, but no one in his office, including him, told me otherwise. Now, 6 months later with a new provider, I learned I never had it done and that I am a carrier for something very important. Once, I thought I was pregnant but never received any follow-up about my blood test. I had to review and interpret it myself. They only care about statistics. If I had become pregnant because of the lack of care here, my child could likely have been seriously harmed. This place is dangerous, and I do not recommend it to anyone. If you are referred here, run.

Wonderful staff. They always call me back the same day. Dr. Clark is a strong advocate for first-rate women's healthcare, which is important to me. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions. I have been a patient for several years. At my first visit, I had an ovarian cyst that needed removal. I have remained a patient ever since because of the wonderful experience I had at that time. Years later...Dr. Clark is now treating my menopausal symptoms.

I am sad to say that after 7 years at NERMAS, I have decided to change doctors. Dr. Clark is a great doctor. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. However, the atmosphere has changed dramatically. It used to be warm and welcoming. Now it feels cold and tense. The nurses and front desk team are very distant. They truly do not care about patients. I am very sad to leave, but I simply cannot take it anymore.

I have had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Clark. I have been a patient for the past year, and there have been some changes. All the staff are very kind and welcoming, both in person and by email. Dr. Clark performed an open myomectomy to remove uterine fibroids and was very informative and supportive throughout the process. I have never had such a positive experience with a healthcare provider. (My husband agrees! 😊)

Dr. Clark was recommended to me three years ago. He is an excellent professional, compassionate and empathetic; I am truly delighted with his care.
