    和其他人一样,我也遇到了账单问题。Kindbody公司没有将账单提交给保险公司,反而向我们收取了全额费用,即使我们多次致电也无济于事。他们说会在两周内有人联系我们,但现在已经过去三个月了。

The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The staff did an excellent job following up and accommodating my schedule. Appointments were easy to arrange and were not booked too far out. Rose, the financial advisor, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Ms. Morales is my favorite phlebotomist! She is kind and funny. Laura is also wonderful; she keeps me updated and adjusts plans when needed. My only suggestion is not to rely too heavily on portal messages. Sometimes a phone call is necessary to clarify matters. Overall, my experience has been very good so far!

I had an excellent visit, and I especially want to recognize medical assistant Celeste Morales. She was not only kind but also warm and reassuring. Blood draws are never something I look forward to, especially when several tubes are needed, but she made the process much easier. Her friendly, calming conversation meant I barely felt the needle. She truly has a kind heart, and it shows in the way she cares for patients. The entire team was also outstanding, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful. Every visit has been positive and pleasant, and I am very grateful for the excellent care provided here.

My experience at Kindbody has always been excellent! I cannot imagine undergoing IVF anywhere else. Houa, Celeste, Dr. Balmir, and every ultrasound technician I have met are a first-rate team. I always feel reassured and supported, and knowing they use the latest, most advanced technology and processes gives me great confidence. I would give them ten stars if I could!

My husband and I resumed our fertility journey because this clinic was in his insurance network. Choosing it proved to be a mistake, and we should have left at the beginning because they repeatedly ignored us during and after treatment. They told us I needed a saline ultrasound, which cost about $500; I later learned this was not routine at other fertility practices. They also recommended a hematopoietic stem cell transplant, costing about $1,500. I had the transplant and then another saline ultrasound, which still showed retained tissue. Afterward, I strongly advocated for intrauterine insemination (IUI), but they said I needed additional laboratory tests and ultrasounds. The entire experience was absurd. Kindbody’s responses were unprofessional and untimely. I called repeatedly requesting a callback but never received one. When I recently contacted them about billing issues, they said they would respond within 10 business days—after already ignoring me for months. Do not waste your time, hope, or money here.

I scheduled a consultation during a 2024 promotion. At booking, I provided credit-card details for direct payment because I knew my insurance did not cover fertility services. My appointment date and time were changed without notice, and I had to contact the clinic to reschedule. I booked only because the website said payment plans were available. During and after the consultation, I was told KindBody offered no payment plans: all costs were due on the service date, or 50% in advance and the remainder that day. I decided not to use KindBody. I believed the HSA account I provided at booking had been charged. A year and a half after the consultation, I was billed the full fee rather than the promotional rate. Through the portal, billing said my request would take 10–15 business days. It was reassigned, restarting the same wait. I called KindBody’s billing line, waited over half an hour with no answer, and was disconnected. I called again and requested a callback but received none. Billing then told me to keep waiting within the 10–15-day window. After two more weeks, my request was reassigned to a third representative, who fortunately replied within 1–2 business days. She said the service had been billed through my health insurance rather than the credit card, despite their system showing it should have been self-pay. I never received an explanation for this. Because the service was not covered, I should have received an insurer bill, but none arrived. This makes me question whether KB’s billing department failed to bill me until a year and a half later. I am glad I did not choose KB. If this is how they handle billing, I cannot imagine the financial consequences.

In 2024, we had fertility testing before our daughter was born. Later that year, we received bills for medical expenses already paid by insurance. After weeks of follow-up, KindBody resolved the balance. In 2025–2026, we again received bills for charges that had already been paid. Be very careful when paying and verify whether each charge was previously settled. If a bill appears incorrect, be prepared to wait weeks for a response regarding insurance.

Every appointment has been a wonderful experience! They are very welcoming to same-sex couples!

The team is amazing! This rating is only for the medical team. The financial team is terrible and deserves 1 star or 0 stars.

I had an excellent experience at Kindbody. The entire team was kind and considerate, and the doctors and nurses were highly professional. I want to thank Dr. Ellen Hayes, Dr. Laura Henderson, and nurses Haley Keeney and Celeste Morales for supporting me throughout treatment.

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for several years when we happened to find this clinic. They were incredibly kind from the start. We completed all necessary testing, identified the problem, and began treatment. After many cycles and continued monitoring to ensure everything was progressing well, we finally became pregnant! I am now 22 and a half weeks pregnant, and our little one will arrive soon. The front desk staff are always warm and friendly, and everyone we encountered cheered for us and every patient who came through the clinic. I highly recommend this clinic, and do not be afraid to ask questions. They will do their best to help. Thank you, Kindbody!

Words cannot express how wonderful our experience at Kindbody was. We had been receiving care at another clinic but decided to change providers. We found Kindbody, and from the moment we entered, we knew it was the right clinic. Everyone we encountered was wonderful. The front desk staff, nurses, sonographers, specialists, and of course Dr. Balmir were all kind and thoughtful, making our difficult journey much easier. Communication was excellent, and we always felt informed about each step. They truly made a painful experience positive. We now have a six-month-old son, all thanks to Kindbody. We highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this clinic because its fees are not transparent. You first pay $400, essentially to hear a lecture about women's health and liability protection—that is all. The follow-up is even worse: the doctor simply gives you a large amount of information and leaves you to interpret it yourself. Despite other people's accounts, the service at this clinic felt entirely impersonal and lacking in individualized care. Additionally, no one verified my name or identity during the visit, which is concerning in a healthcare setting.
    Nov 16, 2025
Poor communication, a terrible phone system, a confusing messaging system, and an extra donor egg sample was used. We also wasted a great deal of money on medications that were not needed for the cycle. After spending so much, we were heartbroken that I did not become pregnant. Trying again would require another egg retrieval and another major expense. I will never give Kindbody any more money. Please consider another clinic.

My experience at Kindbody Minneapolis was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was communication—or the lack of it. I had to repeatedly follow up for answers, and important questions received slow follow-up or no response at all. This was frustrating and left me uncertain about my treatment. Worse, I was surprised by unnecessary or unclear charges that had not been properly explained in advance. I often felt I was being charged fees without reasonable justification or transparency. When they acknowledged that we had been overcharged for medication, all they could do was apologize, and they never issued the refund they had promised. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kindbody Minneapolis due to the poor communication, lack of follow-up, and unexpected charges.

It was an absolute nightmare. They kept adding charges to our account and used our desire to have a child and our frozen embryos to demand money. I feel completely defrauded and would never recommend this organization to anyone.

My experience at Kindbody was wonderful. From the first consultation, the entire team made me feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff were professional and kind, always patiently explaining every step and answering all my questions with care. The clinic is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, which helped during an emotional and stressful treatment process. My nurses and doctors were attentive and encouraging. I always felt they truly cared about my outcome and about me as a person, not just a patient. From scheduling and medication instructions to follow-up and communication, my care was very smooth. They made everything easy to understand and always responded quickly when I needed help. I highly recommend Kindbody to anyone considering fertility care. They combine excellent medical care with genuine empathy, which is what sets Kindbody apart. 💛❤️❤️❤️ Thank you.

During one of the worst periods of my life, Kindbody gave me hope and light. Every staff member was wonderful. I hated needing IVF to have a child, but I am glad I could choose Kindbody. The front desk was always warm and friendly, and every medical professional I met was knowledgeable and greatly reduced my stress. Any problems were addressed quickly. If I had to face infertility, at least Kindbody's support helped me through it.

I have been a Kindbody patient since 2023, beginning at the Los Angeles location. My experience there was excellent. The team, including Dr. Bendickson and the nursing staff, was candid, helpful, and compassionate. I always felt informed and cared for, exactly what anyone would hope for during fertility treatment. My IUI was successful, and I later froze my eggs. Both treatments were handled attentively and professionally. Unfortunately, my experience at the Minneapolis location was completely different. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and there was little transparency about care and costs. I was asked to undergo treatment without a clear explanation or cost estimate and ultimately paid about $1,000 unexpectedly. This level of confusion is unacceptable for treatment as emotionally and financially stressful as fertility care. More disappointing was the near absence of follow-up after my IUI failed. I received only one text from a nurse and was told I would have to wait nearly a month to discuss next steps with a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor. For a patient in a time-sensitive fertility period, this delay matters. Even worse, my concerns remain unresolved. I have contacted the Minneapolis team several times and still have not received a response. The lack of accountability is deeply troubling. Anyone considering Kindbody Minneapolis should think carefully. Their lack of communication, especially regarding costs and follow-up care, is concerning. Fertility treatment is already overwhelming; patients should not have to fight for basic transparency and timely communication. I know Kindbody is capable of excellence because I experienced it in Los Angeles. But the Minneapolis clinic needs major and urgent improvements if it is to provide even a basic standard of care. Patients deserve better.

This place is amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and care about your feelings. They stay with you throughout the journey. I would bring all my children here. The people are wonderful. Thanks to them, my wife and I have a handsome little boy named Luca. He is almost three months old, and I will never forget the excitement and happiness we felt when we first saw him. These kind people made our dream come true. We will return to continue growing our family.

I had an excellent fertility-care experience at Kindbody. The staff are responsive, and many resources are available through the portal. They have successfully integrated technology into the process for a smooth experience.

At my first consultation with Dr. Balmir, I was treated with such respect and compassion. Since beginning my infertility journey, I have mostly felt like a science experiment, but Dr. Balmir made this initial experience comfortable and gave me confidence in my decision to use Kindbody.

Dr. Balmir is wonderful—genuine, kind, compassionate, and authentic. My husband and I are very grateful to her and delighted to have her guide us through IVF! The entire team was kind and welcoming and made us feel seen and heard.

I appreciated Kriszta's private conversation and advice. She tailored her recommendations to my situation and created a comprehensive, easy-to-follow plan. She is positive and optimistic and a pleasure to work with.

Good afternoon. I am looking for a clinic that provides IVF. What is the cost?
    Mar 26, 2025
Overbilled by thousands and money withheld. Let's start by stating Dr. Balmir and her team are incredible. They went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for their care. I had a bad reaction to the medication and their care saved both me and my baby. Incredible team. HOWEVER, Kindbody as an organization has BIG issues. Kindbody overcharged me by THOUSANDS of dollars. When brought to Kindbody's attention, they took many messages, stated they would pass the message on, and then refrained from contacting me further. It took from July 2024 to February 2025 for them to finally place a refund on my account (just the account. I still have not received the funds). They kept denying I was overbilled (lying about it) and I had to present to them old invoices that had thousands in duplicate charges. The lack of communication and denial of the issue is very problematic. I was told the refund would be sent to me via check SIX weeks ago from today, March 25, 2025. I have messaged Kindbody multiple times asking when this would be sent out and they refuse to respond. It has been almost 9 months since I brought this issue to their attention, still with no resolution, as they withhold thousands of dollars they intentionally overbilled and then tried to cover up. And you cannot directly contact the billing department. You can leave a message FOR billing, but the billing department will never return your call.

KindBody was a joy to work with! Infertility journeys are extremely difficult but the team at KindBody always made me feel valid, welcome and heard. Dr Balmir and the incredible team at KindBody helped my husband and I to have a successful pregnancy after one transfer. They listened to our desire to push forward as soon as possible with each next step and were there to answer all of our questions along the way.

I went to Kind Body because insurance had a good benefit. Then I found out I cannot use that benefit until I hit the deductible. I was told one thing then told something different which made me feel uncomfortable. The finale uncomfortable statement was a conversation about going on birth control for a month for some testing. After that I knew kind body was not for me. Glad to know kind body works for some people. Hope this is helpful for someone.
    Apr 5, 2025
We had a wonderful experience with the Kindbody staff, but afterward we were billed for items listed as covered by insurance or for services months after they occurred. When we tried to contact billing, we never received a callback or any response through the portal. This was completely different from our experience scheduling appointments or asking treatment questions. My husband and I are both teachers, so it is very frustrating to suddenly receive bills for services we were told were covered.

Friendly staff, good communication, an easy-to-use app, and a beautiful, welcoming office environment. Highly recommended!!

Kindbody, its staff, and its doctors are very professional, informative, and supportive. The clinic's atmosphere, colors, and decor create a very calming environment during a stressful process. They kept me fully informed about the next steps. My first experience was so positive that when my insurance changed, I chose to pay out of pocket for this personalized, one-of-a-kind experience to help me conceive. I would choose Kindbody every time.

The team is friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is comfortable and welcoming.

After multiple failed transfers at another clinic, I switched to Kindbody. They provided the right protocol and guidance for me to become pregnant after my first transfer. As I write this, I am holding my three-week-old baby boy. I am so grateful to the entire staff at Kindbody Minneapolis, especially Dr. Balmir, who showed so much compassion and kindness and genuinely wanted me to succeed. All the nurses were wonderful as well. My only complaint is the billing department. I felt nickel-and-dimed. Although I signed a financial agreement for a specific amount and confirmed everything was included in my cycle fee, I was billed far more than I had agreed to. Other reviews suggest this is common, which is truly unfortunate for IVF patients who already spend so much on the process. I am still going back and forth with them about my bill because I was charged much more than I initially expected. However, everything else about the clinic and its services was outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Balmir to anyone considering IVF.
    Feb 23, 2025
After referring many patients to Dr. Balmir, I knew this was where I should go when I experienced secondary infertility. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr. Balmir is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Pricing was very transparent. The program accommodated my inflexible schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Balmir and Kindbody! Thank you for helping us conceive our second child!
