If you are considering IVF to start a family, come here! With determination, anything is possible, and they will find a way. My wife and I tried for years without success. We should have sought IVF treatment sooner because they quickly identified the problem, and we did not even need IVF, just some medication! We now have an adorable baby boy! Pinnacle Fertility IVF1 made a difficult situation so much easier! They supported us throughout the process, guided us through each next step, and made sure all our questions were answered, and we had many! It is hard to express how grateful we are because they truly changed our lives! I came here at the last minute for remote monitoring. They managed to fit me in, and I have continued coming ever since. They are fast, efficient, and kind; the facility is modern and clean, with convenient free garage parking across the street. I am in and out very quickly—usually in less than 15 minutes for an ultrasound and blood work—and the results are very fast too. It has been such a great experience that I wish I had completed the entire process here. I am glad I found them and will definitely recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with this fertility clinic’s lack of transparency, communication, and ethical consideration while treating my recurrent pregnancy loss. I began on December 4 and underwent comprehensive evaluation, including recurrent-loss bloodwork and hysteroscopy preparation, while pursuing IVF. I repeatedly requested detailed pricing for informed, timely decisions. I raised the lack of financial information with several staff, including the front desk nurse. Each time, they directed me to billing or promised a representative would call. Billing representative Gaby missed my scheduled financial-planning meeting and did not contact me for a week. When communication resumed, I was promised a portal quote, which never appeared. Even after requesting another representative, I received no pricing or follow-up. After weeks of active treatment and repeated requests, my first formal bill arrived less than 24 hours before hysteroscopy, after extensive testing and emotional preparation. Transparency and trust are vital in fertility care, especially amid miscarriage and age-related time pressure. Last-minute financial information felt inappropriate and stressful. Unable to trust them, I canceled IVF. No patient should make life-changing medical and financial decisions without clear, consistent, honest communication. Obtain all costs in writing beforehand and proceed cautiously. Update: A week after canceling follow-up for the canceled procedure, they repeatedly called my workplace about insurance. They then said that even insured, I owed $20,000 out of pocket—far beyond my budget. This wasted time, raised and shattered my hopes, and cost me two months. I am now trying naturally.

I had laparoscopic surgery here to begin fertility treatment, and it was excellent. Surgery was frightening, but Dr. Morris and his team reassured me. Barbie and Allison explained everything in detail; Barbie especially showed great care and made me feel safe. Afterward, Dr. Morris comforted me and said treatment could start soon, giving us hope. I highly recommend this clinic and thank the whole team ❤️

We had the most wonderful experience here! It was a long run but everyone was wonderful from the very beginning to graduation. I can not speak more highly. From the front desk, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, procedure techs, nurses and doctor! Everyone made it so bitter sweet to graduate. Special shout outs to Jocelyne- who always checked in and made sure I was doing okay, comforting our setbacks and celebrated our wins; Pam - who answered all of our questions, cared for us, got to know me beyond infertility, cheered us on at each step, and always smiling. Isabel- who I grew close to at every early morning monitoring ultrasound and our exciting ones. Lorena and Hai- always making my morning blood draws not as painful! Dr Morris and his team helped make our dreams come true. So happy I was referred here and highly recommend IVF1 to anyone else. Who would think leaving a doctors office would be so bitter sweet! Highly recommended. Dr. Morris is highly skilled. All the nurses and staff are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The phlebotomist was gentle and left no bruising. The entire team was very thoughtful, especially during our difficult moments.

Dr. Morris and this clinic far exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Nurse Pam Baker! She is an angel—compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptionally attentive. She remembered every detail, answered every anxious question, and made us feel supported through every step of IVF. Her kindness carried us through the hardest days. When you are undergoing fertility treatment, having someone like her makes all the difference. Dr. Morris made the process as easy as possible. He is organized and extremely efficient.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for years. Our first miscarriage was heartbreaking, made worse by how our previous doctor handled it. He showed no empathy, was indifferent to our grief, offered no helpful resources, and was frankly cold and uncaring. It completely changed how we viewed medical care during such a vulnerable time. We lost confidence and lowered our expectations. So when we came to IVF1 and met Dr. Morris and his team, we were skeptical. They not only met our needs but gave us so much more. Everyone is wonderful, and I have really appreciated the team over the past year. Labcorp does a good job with blood draws, but I still wish our original team could continue drawing our blood because we developed such strong trust and rapport with them!

Thanks to Dr. Morris and Dr. Hur, we finally have a healthy baby boy! After multiple rounds of IVF treatment at a leading New York fertility center, we succeeded on our first IVF attempt here. Many thanks to all the outstanding operating-room nurses, especially Barbie! She was amazing! Special thanks also to the nurses who drew blood: elsewhere, no one could find my veins, but here they never had any difficulty. Dr. Morris is direct, honest, and serious. Dr. Hur is very kind—she even held my arm and hand and stroked my shoulder before anesthesia, making the entire process more comfortable. As a former IVF1/Pinnacle Fertility patient, I feel compelled to share my experience. My journey began 3-4 years ago when I sought family-planning assistance. I told the clinic that I hoped to have multiple children in the future, but as I aged, I worried about my fertility and chances of a successful pregnancy. Unfortunately, despite my stated desire for multiple children, IVF1/Pinnacle did not provide the critical information I needed to make informed decisions. During consultation, they did not tell me that egg quality declines significantly after age 43. I was breastfeeding at the time and could have chosen to stop earlier to begin fertility treatment, but the clinic never explained that women my age should consider egg retrieval as soon as possible. Instead, they told me to wait “until you are ready,” without urgency or explanation of the biological reality. This lack of education and guidance ultimately cost me a crucial opportunity to improve my chances. By the time other fertility clinics told me that women above this age should retrieve eggs promptly, it was too late. I have since experienced multiple failed IVF cycles, each carrying a heavy financial burden, especially after insurance benefits were exhausted and all treatment became self-pay. I am deeply frustrated that I missed the chance to seek treatment earlier and that IVF1/Pinnacle failed to explain how important timing was in my situation. Had I been educated earlier, I might have acted sooner and possibly improved my chances. Instead, I spent years waiting, unsure what to do, while continuing to pay for ineffective treatments. Although IVF1/Pinnacle never promised a specific outcome, I believe they neglected their responsibility as specialists to properly explain the urgency of fertility treatment at my age. I trusted them to provide all necessary information, but they failed to do so, costing me valuable time and money. I am sharing this review so future patients ask the right questions and fully understand their fertility risks and treatment timeline. IVF is emotional and expensive, and I hope clinics will communicate more transparently and proactively.

At this clinic, you are just a number!!! They only want to bill you and your insurer as much as possible. Medication is always confusing, communication among doctors, nurses, and patients is poor, and you never see the doctor. Very disappointing and ineffective; it does not feel as though they truly care.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Fertility, formerly IVF1 Fertility! Most importantly, their expertise and dedication helped us achieve our greatest dream: conceiving our son. Beyond that, every staff member—from reception and the nurses to Dr. Morris and Dr. Hur—was wonderful! They were always willing to answer questions, explain every procedure, medication, and timeline in detail, and offer support and encouragement when needed. They did all this with warmth, friendliness, and genuine care. I chose them because their office was closest to me, and I could not be more grateful for that decision. They truly were the fertility team of my dreams!

Thanks to Dr. Hur, Dr. Morris, and their incredible team of nurses, phlebotomists, and ultrasound technicians, I am currently holding my happy, healthy one-week-old baby girl. I am deeply grateful for their care and kindness throughout the process.

Edit 2: This is the third Google profile Randy Morris and IVF1 have created. That should tell you something. This place mistreated a disabled veteran with cancer. Yes, you read that correctly. I was diagnosed with cancer several years ago, heard nothing from them, and then suddenly received a bill for thousands of dollars. There were many other problems. An employee named Annie was among the worst and has no place working in healthcare. I recommend going elsewhere because they clearly show no empathy when dealing with patients experiencing the worst time of their lives. Is the doctor okay? Maybe? But the administrators were so terrible that I filed a complaint with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Beware! Edit: Changed the reporting agency to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

Thanks to Dr. Morris, we finally have our daughter. Although insurance requirements led us through several unsuccessful rounds of intrauterine insemination (IUI), our first IVF transfer succeeded, and we were blessed with a healthy baby girl. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone struggling to become pregnant.

Dr. Morris made our goals and dreams come true. We transferred here from FCI in Warrenville, where we had a terrible experience and nothing worked. We spent a year with Dr. Morris before graduating and returning to my regular obstetrician for pregnancy monitoring. He was always kind to my husband and me—and, of course, very intelligent. All his administrative staff and nurses were wonderful. Even Brenda, the finance manager, gave us a very pleasant and thoughtful experience.

My twins are now 10 years old, all thanks to Dr. Morris. We tried with other doctors for 4 years without success. Then I found Dr. Morris, who truly is our hero.

They only want to make money. Patient safety and health are not priorities here.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Morris and his staff. From our first virtual consultation through the final ultrasound and transfer to my obstetrician, I consistently had an excellent experience. Early-morning blood-draw appointments and multiple satellite offices made it convenient to work around my schedule. The nearly daily portal instructions simplified the confusing IVF process and made it mostly painless. Whenever I had questions, the nurse on duty was always very helpful. Finally, Dr. Morris's sense of humor was a perfect fit for my husband and me and helped me relax during unpleasant medical procedures. Infertility is frightening, stressful, and emotional, so I am glad we chose the best team to guide us through IVF. Our happy, healthy son just turned one, and we are extremely grateful!
