He is highly skilled, approachable, and compassionate and always patiently answered every question. Throughout treatment, he made us feel exceptionally cared for and respected. He showed great concern for both my wife and me. IVF can be extremely stressful, emotional, and technically precise, but this clinic made the difficult journey manageable. Every step was explained clearly, every detail was handled professionally, and we felt fully supported medically and emotionally. My fertility journey with Kofinas Fertility Group was long and challenging, but one thing never changed: their belief in me. At times I wanted to give up, but the team never did. Dr. Narin and Dr. Kofinas completely mishandled my frozen embryo transfer cycle. The clinic had difficulty accessing my cervix from the beginning. I repeatedly asked Dr. Narin to dilate it before transfer, but she ignored and dismissed my requests. Instead, she charged me for 4 unnecessary PRP treatments at $450 each, which also lack scientific support, rather than addressing the obvious issue. After the transfer procedure, I woke to learn that Dr. Kofinas had canceled the cycle because he could not access my cervix, exactly as I had predicted. I was devastated. I spent thousands of dollars, and they wasted my time, money, insurance, and an entire year. The failed transfer was their error because they did not listen. When I told Dr. Narin she had known about the problem and could have addressed it earlier, she only replied, ‘Understood.’ Their negligence forced me to move my final embryo elsewhere. After the canceled cycle, Dr. Narin proposed demonstrating to Dr. Kofinas how to perform the transfer during another mock transfer. A younger doctor having to teach a more experienced one was shocking and unacceptable. There were many other problems. Stimulation was inadequate, leaving me only two embryos, while other clinics use much higher doses. The clinic lost my husband's blood sample and made him return for genetic testing without apologizing. They put everyone through an unnecessary mock cycle, wasting time and money and delaying frozen embryo transfer. When I reviewed my records, Dr. Narin had documented counseling me about matters such as metformin and IVF risks that she never discussed. One nurse was also hostile when I merely asked another nurse what else I could do to support the protocol. Instead of showing compassion, she angrily told me anything I did would increase my stress, while her behavior itself caused stress. Reception staff were extremely rude and even rolled their eyes at patients. I also learned that Dr. Kofinas performs every embryo transfer, rather than the doctor managing the patient's cycle. He did not know my history and did not address my cervical problem, which another clinic's doctor later resolved. Finally, the clinic charges excessively and orders many unnecessary tests, only to mishandle the process. They treated me like an ATM, not a patient. Fertility patients are extremely vulnerable, and care is sensitive, private, and critically important. The clinic did not understand that and treated me as nothing more than a talking wallet. I should not be writing this review; I should be holding my first child. They exploited my vulnerability as a patient and took that hope from me.

I was very nervous when I decided to freeze my eggs because I had never done it before. After my first consultation with Dr. Kofinas, I immediately felt at ease. He was intelligent, kind, and considerate, making the entire process seem simple and easy to understand. The clinic is conveniently located in a beautiful setting, and the nurses are friendly and welcoming. I completed two egg-freezing cycles with Dr. Kofinas and felt well cared for throughout.

I cannot say enough good things about Kofinas Fertility and Dr. Jason Kofinas. He is extremely intelligent and evidence-based, yet approachable and easy to talk to. The embryology lab at their 65 Broadway headquarters is outstanding and uses only the most advanced equipment, which gave me complete peace of mind. The Central Park West team are the stars: Lydia is lively and welcoming, making every visit pleasant, while Luz is the best phlebotomist I have ever met. Every staff member was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. After a year of treatment, graduating to my OB-GYN felt like leaving family, which was bittersweet. I will always recommend Kofinas Fertility Center to anyone seeking the most scientific, high-quality care and thoughtful service on their fertility journey.

Thanks to Dr. Jason Kofinas and his team I have a beautiful son and a daughter imminently on the way. Dr. Kofinas and his clinic gave me the best results in terms of number of embryos produced and success rate. Before my pregnancies, I had been to five other clinics with no results. One of those clinics, a big name clinic with multiple locations, diagnosed me with "unexplained infertility," leading me to believe I would never have children of my own. Other clinics also suggested I use donor eggs or just continue to do more IVF cycles. Dr. Kofinas was the first and only doctor who truly wanted to understand the underlining issues of my infertility. He suspected silent endometriosis and suggested I also remove a large fibroid that had grown due to the multiple IVF cycles I underwent. During a laparoscopy, performed by Dr. Kofinas himself, he confirmed the endometriosis. Afterwards, I became pregnant right away on the first cycle, and again with my second. Dr. Kofinas and his team were the first place who treated me like a person, not just as a patient or number. Both he and his staff were extremely personable with wonderful bedside manners and I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me. Dr. Kofinas was constantly at the monitorings, making sure he addressed any of my questions and concerns, and follow up questions were addressed either at the clinic visit or within the same day in an email from Dr. Kofinas himself or the staff. Highly recommend!

Choosing Dr. Kofinas was the best decision I made during my long IVF journey. I initially received treatment at NYU, where I could not communicate with a doctor and felt I repeatedly received the same standard protocol without good results. The difference between NYU and Dr. Kofinas was enormous. Dr. Kofinas and the nurses were kind, hands-on, helpful, and took time to explain everything. Every part of my care felt personalized. After years of poor results at NYU, we finally achieved excellent results with Dr. Kofinas. I highly recommend Kofinas—they changed everything for me!

Scam update: This fertility clinic is notorious for failing to call insurance before visits. They will confirm that you are fully covered and then bill the full amount. Be aware that consultations include an ultrasound billed separately from bloodwork, and insurance may not cover every separate service. Their claim that they called my insurer was a lie; they only wanted to bill me. The nurses cannot be trusted and know about the clinic's practices, as other reviews below show. My best advice is to consider one of the many other New York clinics and not refer anyone here. Review: An absolute scam!! I never write reviews, but I had to review this terrible, irresponsible, dishonest clinic. I scheduled a consultation and asked by phone whether I would owe anything. They said no. On the appointment day I paid my copay, and they performed unexpected lab tests. Before testing began, I asked several nurses whether everything was fully covered. They said yes and that I would owe nothing, so I assumed they had contacted my insurer. Weeks later, I received two more calls about my results and financial options. They were supposed to send financial information but never did. I spoke again with Dr. Kofinas, who pretended he would email the documents but never did. He kept asking whether I had other questions and said treatment could begin the next month. I was clearly being rushed into an expensive treatment with side effects. Two weeks later, Labcorp billed me more than $200 for the tests. I called Kofinas twice and explained that it was irresponsible and unacceptable to make patients pay after telling them everything was arranged and repeatedly assuring them there would be no out-of-pocket cost. They hung up on me twice and never called back!! Beware of this clinic's scams, poor communication, and lies!

He skillfully combines expertise in reproductive medicine, excellent surgical technique, and evidence-based practice, often citing research when answering my questions and planning treatment. I came to Kofinas feeling discouraged. Two gynecologists and a female primary-care physician told me that after a miscarriage I simply needed to wait patiently and stay positive to become pregnant again. Fortunately, Dr. Kofinas explained the actual situation in detail and designed a treatment plan that worked exactly as described. More reasons to choose Kofinas Fertility include: 1) They have their own reproductive surgery center, helping ensure continuity because the same doctor manages both medical and surgical care. 2) The clinic is spotless—possibly the cleanest I have visited. 3) The nursing and administrative staff are friendly and helpful. Throughout my year of treatment at Kofinas, they consistently welcomed me and answered my questions. They genuinely seem to enjoy working there. 4) Dr. Kofinas emphasizes vitamin therapy and a Mediterranean diet alongside necessary medication. 5) The clinic is beautiful and modern, with pleasant music. I went to Kofinas for fertility care a long time ago. At first, they seemed knowledgeable and educated about fertility treatment. After going through various stages of treatment, I realized the doctors did not care about patients. I was waiting in a room for an injection when another patient walked in and sat in the room. Where was the privacy? This was already a HIPAA violation. I had a terrible experience there. My A1C was very high, yet they still transferred not one but 3 eggs, and I lost them all. I would not recommend them. I was later told that if your A1C is high, you absolutely should not undergo IVF because both you and the baby may be at risk. Research and read reviews before choosing any fertility clinic.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jason Kofinas and his staff. They truly go above and beyond in every way and provide the greatest comfort throughout your fertility journey. I will always be grateful to have met Dr. Jason Kofinas and his staff. After 2 years of infertility treatment due to stage IV endometriosis, including IUI and IVF treatment and surgery for my endometriosis, I finally conceived naturally during IVF treatment. I had some embryos frozen but could not complete IVF because I conceived naturally a few days before the embryo transfer! I know this happened because of the care I received over the years from Dr. Jason Kofinas, Dr. Courtney, NP Juanita, and all the staff at the Central Park office. I truly appreciate all their efforts and the kindness of every doctor and staff member during my time with them.
