Scammers. They wait until you have invested a great deal of time and money before telling you there is a problem with your insurance. An investigation showed that they had never even tried to submit a claim. Beware! They will find every possible way to drain your money until you give up. You have been warned.

I am very glad that two colleagues recommended New Hope Fertility Center to me after both successfully became pregnant there. I had previously visited other clinics, but most offered a one-size-fits-all protocol. Because my case was unusual, New Hope Fertility Center explored other approaches instead of giving me the same standard protocol as other clinics. They took the time to understand my specific needs and worked with me to find a suitable approach. Throughout treatment, they were very accommodating whenever I had scheduling conflicts. Their fees were reasonable, and I genuinely felt that they were focused on helping patients struggling with infertility, not merely making money. Although my transfer was delayed by about two months, they made sure everything was ready before proceeding. What impressed me most was their attention to my body's needs and their use of treatment approaches that went beyond the basic protocol. The physicians and nurses were candid, kind, and supportive throughout monitoring and treatment. As for the outcome, although we were told that the egg quality was low, the final result was still very good. My first transfer was successful, and I plan to return there for a second transfer next year. My embryos are currently stored there and ready for transfer. The entire process, from monitoring to transfer, took only a few months. My only minor issue was during blood draws, when the nurse had difficulty finding my vein and needed several attempts. Other than that, my experience was excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied—everyone was kind and welcoming.

I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Zhang and feel very fortunate to be under his care. He is kind and approachable, always listens patiently, and respects each patient's views. What I appreciate most is that he supports shared decision-making and is always willing to discuss and adjust treatment plans based on each patient's circumstances instead of rigidly following a standard approach. Throughout nearly a year of IVF treatment, Dr. Zhang consistently supported and cared for me and was willing to work with me to optimize my treatment plan. Regardless of the final outcome of my IVF treatment, I am genuinely grateful to have him as my physician and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking fertility treatment. I recommend him one hundred percent.

I had an unpleasant experience during an ultrasound at New Hope. The technician asked me to remove my pants without first providing a drape, which made me feel exposed and embarrassed. I have been to three other IVF clinics and have never experienced this. The clinic should do more to protect patient privacy, ensure comfort, and maintain professionalism. I hope they improve their procedures and communication with patients in the future.

I started my fertility Journey with New Hope 3 years ago, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. At first, I tried switching to, Progyny, an alternative clinic, because of my employer fertility benefits and additional coverage. But despite this, I returned back to New Hope because the services received at the facility in network with progyny simply did not compare to the services at New Hope. Alhamdulilah, I achieved my fertility goal and graduated from the clinic to continue with my OB/GYN. If you are like me (a relatively busy woman) seeking fertility treatments that will not interfere with your career, New Hope is the perfect place for you. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Zhang, a physician with New Hope who actively listened and did not stray from his commitment to tailoring my needs to meet my fertility goal. Dr. Zeitoun and the OR team supported me in numerous ways and were extremely punctual and professional; They always made the time to promptly respond to my emails and return my calls when I had questions. The receptionist Toni, is consistently engaged and diligent when it comes to client needs. The Billing team who always made sure I understood what I was charged for and any past allowances were carried over to my next treatment session. I am and will always be forever grateful for the services received from the entire team. From the PA's, Nurses, Phlebotomist, Ultrasound Tech, Embryologists, Coordinators and all team members. New Hope Fertility Clinic will definitely be where I return if I intend to pursue future fertility treatments.

From the moment I walked in, I felt exceptionally well cared for. The nurses, ultrasound technicians, and doctors were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind, patient, and considerate. They took time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and put me at ease during what could have been an overwhelming time. I truly do not know where to begin. New Hope Fertility Center is amazing! From the first contact through every step of treatment, their care, expertise, and thoughtfulness deeply moved me. This is my second time as a surrogate, but this clinic has been my worst experience by far. My previous clinic was excellent: the staff were kind, communication was clear, and I felt supported at every step. Although I have experience as a surrogate, this journey was much harder than my first. The medication protocol was different and the entire process felt different, but none of it was explained clearly. This clinic did not meet my expectations. During the embryo transfer, the doctor was rough and did not communicate with me. He did not explain what was happening or ask about my comfort or pain. It was very uncomfortable and, honestly, upsetting. The nursing staff were not helpful either. Their answers were vague, and communication throughout the process was very poor. I often felt I had to ask repeatedly or figure things out myself instead of receiving proper guidance. As a surrogate, I deserve care and respect. Instead, I felt like a number—overlooked and unsupported. This experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I would be a surrogate again. If you are considering this clinic, especially as a surrogate, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this clinic.

Based on my personal experience, I recommend New Hope Fertility Center. I consulted Dr. Zhang on September 15, 2025, and completed two egg retrieval cycles. Although treatment was ultimately unsuccessful, I remain sincerely grateful for the attentive care I received during this difficult journey. Dr. Zhang designed an appropriate protocol for me: mini-IVF. Given my age, over 45, I felt a gentler approach with less medication was most suitable, and I appreciated that his recommendation matched my needs. During follow-up visits, the nurses were always kind and responded promptly to my emails. Nonna was especially considerate during ultrasounds. She always listened patiently to my concerns and showed genuine understanding. Whenever I needed to speak with Dr. Zhang, Nonna arranged a meeting without hesitation. I am very grateful for her support. I also want to thank the billing department, especially Sihoe. She was excellent—always willing to answer my billing questions and extremely efficient when I requested a refund. When I needed my medical records, Toni responded quickly and made the process easy. Although I spoke with Valentina only once, she was very helpful in directing me to the right department. Although most of my experience was very positive, the front desk could improve. Simple matters such as paying a copay went smoothly. However, when I needed other assistance, some front desk staff seemed too busy or unwilling to help. I believe they should receive more training in empathy and patient support, especially given how emotionally challenging IVF treatment can be. Overall, I was satisfied with my care at New Hope Fertility Center. Although I did not become pregnant, I remain deeply grateful for the team’s support during this difficult period. Thank you to everyone who helped me. I would still recommend New Hope Fertility Center to others seeking fertility treatment.

The clinic is extremely well organized. There was no wait at all during monitoring. The nurses always responded promptly, which was excellent. Everyone is dedicated, and the coordinators are very helpful and attentive. I must especially mention Kseniya Rodkina, who consistently goes above and beyond. The doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the egg retrieval went smoothly. My favorite is Dr. Zeitoun. He was very gentle during the retrieval, and I had no pain after the anesthesia wore off. Overall, I am very satisfied with New Hope!

This center provides seamless service in a beautiful, calm, organized, and efficient environment. I had excellent experiences here in both 2017 and 2025. Valentina A. was especially diligent in coordinating my recent care. She was available almost around the clock and remained kind and helpful throughout. Surprisingly, their fees are far lower than those at nearby academic institutions.

I had so many eggs retrieval procedure done at New Hope. Every doctor, nurse and technican are professional and friendly. I wanna give the shout out to the nurse Claire who constantly checked on me with all apple juice, cookies and water to make sure I got my energy back after eggs retrieval. She also provides me heating pad and blanket to relive the uncomfortable symptoms. Overall, this is the place you can trust and believe the positive outcome is on the way.

Early last year, we visited this clinic for a consultation but felt it was not the right fit for us. The staff were professional, but the approach felt very clinical and mainly procedure-focused. New Hope Fertility Center has some excellent staff, but there are also drawbacks to consider. Pros: Dr. Zhang is very patient and encouraging and genuinely gives patients hope during what can be a stressful treatment process. His manner is calm, reassuring, and helpful. Nona, the ultrasound technician, is wonderful—kind, gentle, and willing to take the time needed for accuracy, which truly helps reduce anxiety. The phlebotomist is consistently pleasant and professional and makes the experience smoother. Cons: Unfortunately, the clinic recently increased its prices without extending the benefit to existing patients who had already begun care. This adds financial pressure for loyal patients during treatment. Another major drawback is the lack of payment-plan options. The clinic offers almost no financial flexibility for patients who cannot obtain third-party financing, leaving treatment inaccessible to many. Overall: The clinical team is excellent in its care, patience, and professionalism. However, the clinic's financial policies feel rigid and unsupportive, especially for long-term clients. If affordability and flexible payment options matter to you, this may be a significant drawback.

The front desk has been terrible since day one. They have no idea what is happening, and the communication is even worse. I do not know how they got these jobs. They would never work under my supervision. The front desk staff need more training! I pay out of pocket, and this is the only bad service. I have never seen such a lost team!

I am still receiving treatment, but my initial impression is positive. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Silva, who draws my blood every other day with nearly perfect accuracy. The staff treat you like a person, which means a great deal because some other centers in New York do not. Instructions about visit times could be clearer, so when you come for monitoring, be sure to ask about the time of your next visit and the subsequent procedures so you can prepare.

When my partner and I first came to NHFC for IVF, we knew it would be a difficult journey. Thankfully, Dr. Zhang and Dr. Zeitoun did not rush us into treatment. Instead, they took time to perform initial tests such as blood work and semen analysis and encouraged us to continue trying naturally. We are glad we followed their advice because we ultimately conceived a baby boy naturally. During that time, they were very kind, understanding, and supportive of our concerns. We now want a girl, so we decided to complete an IVF cycle, although we have not yet transferred an embryo. Once again, the entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for. The doctors and clinical staff were patient, thorough, and attentive throughout. Most importantly, the laboratory team was excellent! They were always responsive and answered our many questions clearly and thoughtfully. We consistently felt well cared for. We are now ready for transfer, so we are praying everything goes well!

Overall, my experience at NHFC was very positive. The doctors were knowledgeable and attentive, fees were reasonable, the monitoring staff were friendly and welcoming, and the offices and exam rooms were always very clean. Email communication was prompt and effective, which I appreciated. The clinic's main areas for improvement are communication and administrative processes. It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, and I had to submit my medical records several times. Although the medical care itself was excellent, I hope the clinic continues improving these areas to provide a better patient experience.

I had a very positive experience freezing my eggs at New Hope. The process was easy, I felt comfortable, and I was well cared for throughout. My fertility journey has not been easy, but every day I am grateful that I came to New Hope. I was previously at another clinic, and Valentina listened to me and reassured me that choosing New Hope was the right decision. The New Hope staff are outstanding, from reception to Naki, Silva, and the rest of the blood-draw team. I appreciate that they drew my blood successfully on the first attempt. Nona and Maria in ultrasound always welcomed me warmly and gave me the encouragement I needed. Nona was very precise during scans and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that she never rushed when answering my questions. When I first came to New Hope, my condition was unstable, but Dr. Zhang patiently reviewed my results with me every week. I always looked forward to speaking with him. My first retrieval with Dr. Zhang successfully produced a frozen embryo. Several previous doctors had told me I could not produce a viable embryo. Dr. Zhang gave me hope when I did not know whether any remained. I can never repay the gratitude I feel. Dr. Zhang and his excellent team gave me hope that I once thought was impossible. At Dr. Zhang's New Hope Fertility Center, innovative and groundbreaking treatments continue to emerge.

I had an amazing experience at New Hope Fertility. I opted for having retrievals while fully awake and with little to no hormonal medication via a process called ultra mini IVF. Dr. Zaytoon, who performed my retrievals was kind, gentle and clear and I can say that each retrieval was actually more comfortable than a routine pap-smear, in other words only mildly uncomfortable and very tolerable. Dr. Zheng, the strategist behind my retrievals managed the process as a true expert would. The nurses and technicians were kind and available for me all the time. She did everything possible to help me achieve a healthy pregnancy, and her compassion, expertise, and dedication meant so much to me. Dr. Mariya was very easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed. I do not know how much time was scheduled for my appointment, but we both asked questions and the conversation never felt one-sided. She explained my options without pressuring me to follow their recommendations. She laid out every plan and said my specific plan would be sent by email, which arrived quickly. It felt good to be heard and not treated as if I did not matter.

Although my egg retrieval and embryo transfer were successful, their penny-pinching during such a precious time in a woman's life is ridiculous. Their out-of-pocket fees have increased three- or fourfold since 2022. I was not told that I had fibroids until they deliberately “scheduled” the embryo transfer. Even after the myomectomy, they told me I needed a biopsy to ensure everything was normal. They used an outside anesthesiologist, which I learned only later, and I was charged twice the out-of-pocket amount I paid at New Hope. When I asked to see the consent form I had signed authorizing care by an outside provider, all communication stopped. They simply do not answer questions that do not serve their interests.

I tried IUI 4 times. Dr. Zhang gave me false hope that it would work with all the medication. I consulted another fertility center, where the doctor said that given my partner's and my PCOS, there was no point in continuing IUI. Instead of investing in ineffective treatment, they should have performed a more thorough evaluation before moving on to complex care. The nurses who drew blood and performed the MA test were sometimes rude.

My wife underwent IVF here in early 2022. It felt like a well-oiled machine, and the results were excellent. When we contacted our local clinic in Quebec, they asked to observe the procedure because they had never seen more than 15 eggs fertilized at once. It was very easy to consult the doctors, and follow-up visits were frequent. I do not know why other reviews are so negative, but we now have a 2.5-year-old daughter who might never have been born without them, so we are extremely grateful for the entire experience.

I love this place I had my daughter 12/21/22 and she’s the best thing that ever happened to me . The place is kind of busy but I honesty feel the doctors and staff care about you . I had 3 egg retrievals and 2 embryo transfers before being successful it’s a process but it’s so worth it .i had 3 failed attempts elsewhere before coming here and the day of my last egg retrieval Dr zhang walked into the room during my ultrasound and told me don’t worry we will get you pregnant and low and behold he did . This place is great and it’s unfortunate they have such bad reviews . As you all know fertility is a journey and everyone experiences it differently although it’s emotional for all of us we don’t all get the results we wish . So if you’re reading this give them a try and I wish you all the luck . ❤️

I was treated like part of an assembly line. I was also told I was “too emotional,” which was absurd after experiencing a loss and being full of hormones. I was disappointed to be treated this way by people who are supposed to help you through your fertility journey. My experience at NYU was more compassionate and professional.

NHFC is a knowledgeable, professional, and well-organized fertility center—one of the best in the field. They do not promote conventional IVF, so they are not just after your money. For communication, I always received a response when I put my patient ID in the subject line, which helps them retrieve your chart. I have read comments about the bankruptcy—read the case, because it is not what you think. During the COVID pandemic, Dr. Zhang could no longer pay rent for the entire building, and bankruptcy was a strategic step that relieved him from paying rent on a completely empty building. Even then, he continued providing attentive care to many patients and making their dreams come true. Nothing in life is guaranteed or perfect, but NHFC comes very close. I am grateful to the entire staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would never have any procedure here again. One blood test, one ultrasound, and one 5-minute conversation, and now, four years later, I have been charged over $1,700 for that alone. Charging someone $500 to speak with a doctor only to be told they should have more tests, which I did not need, is ridiculous. My child has no sibling because we never even had the chance to try. This clinic only wants to charge fees. This clinic and NYU Langone operate the same way and should not be in business.

I graduated from NHFC today and want to share my positive experience. As a working woman, I appreciated the flexible early-morning and weekend hours. The office is organized efficiently, allowing quick monitoring appointments. Its location is convenient for commuting, and the space is comfortable and clean. Every department has a dedicated email address, so I received quick, direct answers to all questions, usually within a few hours. Regarding billing, IVF is generally expensive everywhere. I knew this in advance, researched, and understood my benefits. From day one, NHFC clearly explained self-pay pricing and services that are not usually covered, so I knew exactly what to budget. Finally, the doctors were skilled and knowledgeable. I was not overmedicated and needed little recovery time after procedures. All the doctors, nurses, ultrasound technicians, front-desk staff, and phlebotomy team were patient and friendly and generally seemed to love their work. I would definitely return to NHFC if needed in the future. Thank you again.

I give NH 4 stars because they did give me my miracle twins, for which I will always be grateful. Before IVF, research everything so the doctor does not make every decision for you. I believe I succeeded because I stayed in control and always asked questions. This clinic has strengths and weaknesses. Communication is not very good. I had an egg retrieval and 3 eggs developed successfully. I waited a month for transfer, but without discussing it with me, they wanted to perform another retrieval. If I had not asked about the next step, they would have charged me another $10,000. I paid cash for everything and believe they wanted to take advantage of that. Once I learned their plan, I refused and said I believed in my 3 little embryos. Thank God the transfer succeeded, and my children are beautiful and healthy. I also disliked how I was discharged. It felt as though, because I was pregnant and no longer spending thousands of dollars, they did not tell me what to do afterward. I had to research again. I was discharged at 7 weeks, while most people graduate at 10–12 weeks. But God is good. I liked that the clinic was clean, the women who drew blood were wonderful, and the anesthesiologist was excellent for every procedure. I also appreciated needing fewer medications than at most clinics. I would recommend this clinic to women with a high chance of IVF success, because its poor communication could make treatment very difficult for others.

I am extremely disappointed with this fertility experience. Over eight months, I invested a great deal of time, money, and emotional energy and got nothing in return. I spent approximately $35,000 or more and underwent countless treatments without any result. I often felt like just another number rather than a valued patient. This entire ordeal cost me time, money, and health. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

My partner and I will not return to NHFC after 4 unsuccessful attempts and poor bedside manner. We spent more than $25,000 out of pocket on one egg retrieval, 3 embryo transfers, and one failed IUI. We were also told that our batch of 10 embryos was bad. Our first issue was Dr. Zhang giving us incorrect information. He claimed my partner had endometriosis and read the wrong chart, saying she had undergone a C-section. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed and want nothing more to do with this center. We spent an entire year hoping for a good result, only to face failure after failure without determining why this "batch of embryos was poor quality." We were also told in the hallway, in front of 4 other people, to terminate the pregnancy.

If you are looking for a fertility clinic, this is the best choice! I made sure to follow every step and instruction they gave me. Everyone was highly professional and welcoming. The service was excellent, and I never had any problems. It was also very clean. My doctor was DR Zeitoun.

My experience here was very personal and tailored to me. I could ask questions during meetings with the doctors and nurses. They replied quickly and responsively to emails. Their medication instructions were concise, clear, and direct. They scheduled procedures precisely by the hour. This is the worst clinic I have ever seen. A group of unprofessional doctors work here and do not even carefully review patient charts or why the patient is there. I recently completed my third IVF cycle with them. They prescribed the wrong medication for my FET. On June 3, they prescribed RX Ovidrel 250mcg/0.5 syringe (ML). This medication is a trigger injection for egg retrieval, not an FET medication. I called the prescription department to ask why the doctor had prescribed it. I paid out of pocket for this expensive injection, but it was not used in the FET cycle. I asked the clinical nurse on the day of the FET; she had no answer and told me I could keep it. What am I supposed to do with an injection that you do not use? Who will compensate me for the financial loss? After the IVF failed, there was no counseling, and no doctor even called to explain why or what the next step was. They only collect money from unfortunate patients without providing better treatment. It is a huge fraudulent scheme. Dr. Jung prescribed the wrong injection. I spoke with several people at the front desk and sent messages asking why they spent my money on unnecessary medication, but no one has answered. My advice to anyone considering treatment here is to find another, better clinic. I spent 4 years with them and nearly $70,000 for nothing. They did nothing special for me. After the IVF failed, the doctor asked me why it had failed. How ridiculous: you are the fertility specialist, yet you ask the patient why the pregnancy failed. If patients had that answer, they would not spend money here. NHFC's treatment is terrible and unethical.
