Although I underwent many tests, I did not assume treatment would succeed; I only hoped to improve my chances of conceiving. When I was told that no Hcg was detected, my mind went blank! Over the past year, communication with YOYO was excellent. Every question was answered patiently, which I sincerely appreciated because clear back-and-forth communication is essential across countries. Every clinic can have successes and failures. I worked very hard this year, and I am proud of how seriously I approached it. I also reflected on what was lacking in the first attempt and what unnecessary steps I could avoid. Overall, I will keep things simple, relax, exercise, and maintain an early sleep schedule. I want to keep this attitude and try once more. I hope heaven hears my wish and that the next attempt brings a healthy pregnancy!

The doctors, embryologists, nurses, and receptionists are excellent. But the manager, Kristina Lam, is arrogant, rude, and indifferent to patients' emotions. She lacks compassion and courtesy. We left Labryo because of her.

Labryo Fertility was a dream come true for my husband and me. After extensive research and meetings with local clinics, this team immediately impressed us. Dr. King always listened, answered clearly and compassionately, and never rushed or dismissed me. Maranda, Christine, and Georgia provided excellent communication and follow-up with ultrasounds, laboratory results, medication, insurance, and the many anxieties of IVF. Today I am graduating from Labryo while expecting my first baby despite diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Seeing two lines and hearing the heartbeat were among our most precious moments. If you are choosing an IVF clinic, research, ask questions, and trust your instincts. We are profoundly grateful that ours led us to Labryo, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

In my experience, this was the worst medical care I have received. During a cycle with Dr. Kenneth Vu, I was overstimulated, causing an extremely painful recovery that I believe proper monitoring could have prevented. When I sought help afterward, Dr. Vu never returned my calls. Clinic calls appeared as "No Caller ID," making it almost impossible to reach anyone or obtain follow-up care. The nursing care was equally poor. A nurse named Lupe was not only unhelpful but rude, increasing my anxiety while I was already in severe pain. Overall, I found the care unsafe, unresponsive, and deeply disrespectful. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against Labryo and treatment by Dr. Vu. California has many other fertility clinics; choose another doctor.

Thank you so much to Labryo for fulfilling my wish to have a Baby boy. I was completely devastated when my first attempt at another clinic failed entirely! Later, a friend recommended Labryo. The Labryo staff gave me hope; they helped us with enthusiasm, care, and patience! We were well cared for at every step. They are the best and most wonderful healthcare professionals I have met since coming to the United States!

The embryologist here is Taiwanese, so many LGBTQ people from Taiwan go there, including me. I shipped frozen eggs from Taiwan and had two transfers. I was 35, with a Day 6 AA embryo that had passed PGS. The two of us completed two transfers and spent about 2 million in total, including various treatments in Taiwan, flights, and accommodation, but never saw two lines on a pregnancy test. After recommendations from other LGBTQ people, we changed to another clinic and succeeded on the first attempt. Of course, I still know LGBTQ friends who succeeded at this clinic. IVF can never be 100% successful; we simply want the most opportunities to try for the least money. I recommend that LGBTQ people from Taiwan seeking children join LGBTQ family-building groups and listen to others' experiences. Google keywords such as overseas family building PTT. There may be more cost-effective options.
