Calm and informative.

Everything Dr. Morris and his team did was wonderful. Procedures, appointments, and communication were planned and professional. They care about their work, and it shows in every aspect. It was a wonderful experience—especially since we just celebrated our beautiful daughter's first birthday.

I began receiving care from Dr. Morris at age 14, and I am now 32. Over the years, I had very positive experiences. Even through losses and bad news, the staff and doctors were always compassionate and kind. I recently suffered a failed embryo transfer. When I called to begin the next step, I was transferred directly to billing and told I owed money, although I had a payment plan. They said they do not offer payment plans, which was strange because I see the bank payment on the 15th of every month. They would not work with me to start treatment. I explained that treatment was less than 24 hours away and I had already placed a $209 medication order. I was told to pay in full or they could not help me. I was speechless. If such a major policy changed, all patients should have been notified. Leaving me uninformed and then telling me when it was essentially too late that I must either pay or receive nothing completely broke my heart. No patient should be treated so poorly by a billing department, especially at a fertility clinic. Now my embryos are trapped there until I can find the money to pay the balance. I spoke with three different clinics, and all offer payment plans. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong one. Do not end up like me—choose a different fertility center!!!!
