I loved my experience with Conceptions. I am currently holding my two-week-old baby girl thanks to Dr. Moore and his team. Around a year ago, we started our IVF journey with Conceptions, and the staff was amazing. I loved everyone I interacted with. Dr. Moore was very kind when our first egg retrieval resulted in no mature embryos, and he helped us understand the possible reasons. We made a plan and had an amazing 2nd egg retrieval. We did our first FET in September, and our little girl stuck around. I delivered her on 6/7, and we are over the moon. We still have one PGT-tested euploid embryo safely waiting for us if we decide to do another FET, and we will definitely return to Conceptions. If you are looking for a place where you are not just another number, Conceptions is the place to go. Dr. Moore and his staff are very attentive and want you to succeed. Thank you, Dr. Moore and all the staff at Conceptions, for giving us our miracle baby girl.

We had an excellent experience at Conceptions. Because we live out of state, they were very patient and helpful with us. They always communicated with us promptly through the app. Thanks to them, we now have our daughter.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Conceptions. Here, you really are just a number, and they will not help you identify the underlying cause of your infertility. During my year here, I never saw a doctor in person, only a few unhelpful virtual consultations that felt like trying to cover a bullet hole with a bandage. The only positive thing I can say is that I really liked the nurses involved in my care. They were very friendly and thoughtful. Their billing department was also completely unhelpful. Please do not come here.

My husband and I were very pleased with both the staff and our experience at Conceptions Fertility. We are deeply grateful for their support during our struggle to conceive. Fortunately, we ultimately achieved a successful pregnancy and welcomed a wonderful baby boy. We sincerely thank them for their help and support.

My husband and I cannot thank Conceptions enough! We had previously visited two other clinics in the state, and both experiences were discouraging. After countless unsuccessful medicated ovulation induction cycles, three unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUI), and one unsuccessful adoption attempt, we finally came to Conceptions, where they made our dream come true. Every negative pregnancy test felt like losing a part of myself. I was very nervous before starting treatment because it was not financially practical, and the injections—needles are my nightmare. Yet the staff were patient at every step and stayed by my side even when I cried and panicked during blood draws. Haha! Communication at this clinic is excellent. Doctors I saw before took weeks to respond, but at Conceptions Fertility, I felt I could reach the team whenever needed, even on weekends. Dr. Moore gave us tremendous support and explained the next treatment steps clearly and honestly. The entire staff at Conceptions Fertility turned a frightening experience into an emotional yet beautiful journey that ultimately brought us our rainbow baby. Even in grief, their kindness restored my hope. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help.

Dr. Moore is the most compassionate doctor I have met. His team is highly skilled and performs examinations carefully to minimize pain and stress. He listens exceptionally well and allowed me to shape my treatment plan around my own physical needs. He performed a D&C and removed a uterine fibroid. When the fibroid was larger and more difficult to remove than expected, he went above and beyond. I became pregnant a few months later and now have two sons, thanks to his help!

They also provide a convenient communication app that makes it easy to contact staff, and the entire process is comfortable. I chose them for both of my pregnancies and am very glad I did. We had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so kind. After reviewing the options and ratings in the valley, my wife chose Conceptions because they are welcoming and respectful to everyone who comes in. They took excellent care of her. We had an amazing experience at Conceptions! My friend donated her eggs, and they made sure all three of us—my husband, my friend, and me—fully understood the process and were emotionally prepared to make this decision. They also had us watch videos so we knew exactly what the process involved. I felt well prepared and informed and could ask questions at any time. Dr. Moore also took time to discuss any concerns with us. Best of all, I became pregnant after my first transfer and gave birth to my son! We felt supported throughout the entire process, and they genuinely cared about our family. Special thanks to nurse Danielle, who handled most of our care. I would recommend Conceptions to everyone, and we plan to have our second transfer as soon as they allow!

I had a billing issue involving an unfair consultation charge that I had not previously known about, so I contacted them to request that it be reversed. They responded quickly, and to my pleasant surprise, they not only disputed the bill but also made a one-time exception because I had not signed a financial agreement before the consultation. I truly appreciate this, because most organizations would find every possible way to collect a fee that was never disclosed in advance. Thank you for such excellent and considerate customer service!

I am sharing this review to help other young women, especially teenagers and women in their early twenties, avoid being misled when considering this clinic. I began receiving care at Conceptions Fertility Center when I was 18. I was told that my AMH level and follicle count were below average for my age, and based on this information, the doctor recommended egg freezing. At the time, I did not feel that I was given complete and objective information or that other possible contributing factors—such as stress, inadequate nutrition, or overall health—were explored before discussing such an expensive and emotionally difficult treatment. Being told at such a young age that I might be unable to have children caused tremendous emotional trauma and completely changed my life plans. I canceled my planned Mormon mission, took a semester off school, and spent six months selling door to door to raise money for egg freezing while experiencing intense stress, inadequate sleep, and poor nutrition. As the process continued, I gradually realized that the total cost, medication expenses, and actual success rates had not been clearly explained in advance. After starting birth control to prepare for egg retrieval, I ultimately had to cancel because I could not afford the medications. After I canceled, I received calls and texts from the doctor and nurse offering discounts and encouraging me to continue. I understand this could be interpreted as kindness, but given my age, actual health, financial situation, and emotional state, I felt pressured for their financial benefit. I later conceived naturally, suggesting that the urgency and communication I experienced at the time may not have been appropriate for my situation. They did not investigate the true reasons for those low measurements, even though the answer could have been found through a laboratory test, a Google search, and confirmation from another doctor. I understand this may have resulted from ignorance or lack of understanding, but such a vulnerable and expensive process should have been approached more carefully. They should not have pursued such invasive treatment without fully understanding the situation. I am not writing this out of anger but out of a sense of responsibility. I strongly urge the clinic to be more cautious and transparent and to conduct more comprehensive evaluations when counseling very young patients. I also urge other young women to ask detailed questions, seek a second opinion, and fully understand all relevant factors before making major decisions. I am glad I did not continue treatment, as I would have incurred substantial debt at a very young age and completely altered my life plans.

This place is amazing! The nurses and nurse practitioners are very kind and thoughtful. All my questions were answered promptly, and I felt extremely supported throughout the process. I was able to control the pace of my husband's and my fertility treatment. I now have a beautiful baby boy, and if I still lived in Utah, I would definitely return here for any future fertility treatment!

I spent thousands of dollars on all these tests, only for the doctor to speak with me for five minutes without even being present, make an "educated guess," and say it was not a guess because he did not want to put his name to it.

I began treatment at Conceptions after a poor experience elsewhere. From the start, I felt that the Conceptions team genuinely cared about me and my experience. I did not feel like just a number or one patient among many, which had been a strong feeling at my previous clinic. Throughout the process, I always felt well informed and supported. If I had any questions, they were only a phone call away. Most importantly, Conceptions helped my husband and me achieve our ultimate goal. After 3 failed IUIs, 1 unsuccessful egg retrieval, and 1 failed frozen embryo transfer, our second frozen embryo transfer brought us our beautiful baby boy. Infertility is one of the most difficult experiences a woman can face. I simply want to say how deeply grateful I am for the excellent care they gave me. I have a healthy, thriving three-month-old baby boy. After years of trying, I never imagined I would finally have what I have now. They have an excellent team, and I could feel how much they cared for me. I underwent IVF, which everyone knows is expensive, but Conceptions helped ease much of the financial burden. They worked with me, and I will always be grateful. A well-deserved five-star review.

After countless losses and tremendous pain, Dr. Moore and his team helped us realize our dream of building a family. I was pregnant 9 times and ultimately delivered 3 children. I do not know what I would have done without their help! They are the only clinic I trusted, and I still trust them today. I had feared the healthcare system for years, but this clinic restored my hope in Western medicine. Everyone treated me kindly, respected my wishes, and cared for us not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. If you need fertility treatment, this is absolutely the best place to go! Their kindness and compassion are unmatched, and for our family, the treatment was a success!

This place was extremely disappointing. It is disorganized and the service is indifferent. They sent me another customer's information, arranged for a stranger to assist me in a private setting without telling me until I entered the room undressed, and made many promises they never kept. They led me to believe I was covered under an insurance program, only to tell me after treatment that I was not. Do not waste your time here.

For three years, as we dealt with secondary infertility, Dr. Moore and his team provided the best care. Dr. Moore listened carefully to our concerns and reviewed every detail, helping us achieve a successful pregnancy! During such a difficult time, excellent care and a doctor who truly listens are essential.

I had planned to pursue cryopreservation, but this clinic had a poor attitude and was not very friendly during the consultation. Their storage fees were also extremely expensive.

I absolutely love Conceptions fertility clinic! The staff are warm and friendly, and their communication is better than at any other clinic I have visited. They were able to see me quickly, and after two and a half years of trying to conceive, they helped me become pregnant with my lovely baby. I visited four different clinics before them, and this was the only one that made me feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Conceptions is highly focused on money. As a new patient, I had a 6-minute telehealth consultation with a nurse practitioner who told me nothing important apart from some discouraging information. Conceptions has now sent me a $167.52 bill for that 6-minute consultation. They billed code 99204, which requires 45 to 59 minutes; level-four care requires more than 45 minutes. This is a scam! I even called them twice and left messages, but no one returned my call to explain or apologize! It was only 6 minutes, the nurse practitioner did not even know my full medical history, and it was a phone consultation! Scammers! Terrible conduct! Completely disorganized!

I had been trying to conceive for almost a year. Now that I have left the clinic and am no longer a patient (for many reasons), I can say I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very professional and made me feel at ease even in very uncomfortable situations, and I always felt safe. Dr. Moore is knowledgeable and kind, and I felt my fertility plan was well guided. Thanks to everyone here, I am finally pregnant! I highly recommend Dr. Moore and his team to anyone seeking fertility care.

Not worth it. The staff are not organized at all. We had our initial consult and then a few weeks later they reached out by text message asking us to call to setup a meeting. I called to setup a meeting that they had requested; however, they didn't even know what I was talking about. They then admitted they had made a mistake and that no appointment was needed. I then told them that I wasn't sure what the plan was and they responded by saying that they had sent messages to their app. I have no clue what app they are referring to. I was never asked to download an app and never consented to messaging through any app. So I then asked them what the status of our situation was with them and they then told me that they were still waiting for the information from a different clinic but at the same time requested that we re-do the test that we had completed previously at the other clinic because they "didn't want to bother the other clinic". They then started talking about doing testing for an embryo transfer which was odd since we don't have any embryos to transfer. I can only assume that incompetence runs rampant at this facility as I have been to a couple of different clinics and this is the only one that is completely clueless to its own interworkings.

I loved working with Conceptions. While we navigated infertility, they helped identify the best option for our family and enabled me to become pregnant without spending excessively. I will always be grateful for everything they did.

When I began my fertility journey, I contacted two other clinics in the area. Unfortunately, I had to follow up several times before receiving any response—one clinic took a week to reply, and the other took three weeks. When I emailed Conceptions, I honestly did not expect much, but to my surprise, they replied within an hour! They also scheduled me sooner than the other clinics could. Throughout my treatment, including 3 IUIs, 2 egg retrievals, and 1 embryo transfer, the entire team was consistently friendly, supportive, and caring. Although I live in Salt Lake City, the drive to Provo was absolutely worthwhile. Thanks to Conceptions, I now have a healthy, beautiful baby girl. I will always be grateful!

I am so grateful to Conception Fertility! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful! They understand the stress, worry, and all the other emotions involved in trying to conceive and will do everything they can to help you!

I am very disappointed with my fertility experience. :( Every time I entered their office, I was the only person in the dark basement waiting room. I met Dr. Moore nearly 6 months ago, but despite visiting the office at least ten times, I have not seen him once since. We are at the beginning of IUI, yet no one on the team has taken time to explain any step. We had to Google what IUI was because no one would guide us. The nurse practitioner who performed my ultrasound today was very hesitant and seemed unsure of what she was doing while another staff member instructed her as I lay there uncomfortably. I have had several ultrasounds and never felt this way before. We have paid them thousands of dollars for testing and treatment, but have no results and have felt no support.

I am sharing my experience at this fertility clinic. First, they misdiagnosed me with diabetes, and when I returned for repeat testing, they had someone else’s laboratory records in hand. Second, every time I went to this clinic, they asked, ‘Is this your first time?’ They asked again during my third intrauterine insemination (IUI), and I finally had to question it. My third complaint: the doctor came in to check my follicle size but began teaching a new technique without asking my permission. This was my final IUI, it failed, and I was very emotional. Before she left the room, I had to ask whether the follicle size was normal because she had told me nothing. After my final IUI, they wanted to schedule a follow-up to begin in vitro fertilization (IVF). I had a bad feeling, so I sought another opinion at a different clinic, and I am glad I did. My new doctor is more hands-on, while at this clinic I saw a different doctor each time. Also, when I saw my new doctor, he asked whether the previous clinic had checked my prolactin. They had not. Prolactin is an important test early in a fertility journey. Do your research before choosing this clinic. I felt more like a source of revenue than a patient.

Dr. Moore is a very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind physician. I experienced infertility, but he and his team made me feel valued and cared for. He is a miracle worker, and today, thanks to IVF, we have our beautiful miracle baby! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful experience at Conceptions! Dr. Moore and the other fellows were very kind and knowledgeable. They always accommodated my schedule and managed to fit me in for ultrasounds even when there were no obvious openings. We began fertility treatment at Conceptions, had our first child, and will definitely return for future pregnancies.

We struggled to conceive for a year and a half despite never having problems before. We met with Conceptions, and they immediately helped us; the process moved quickly and seamlessly. The office staff and nurses were always kind, attentive, and available to answer our questions. From the first day I scheduled a consultation, I had the best experience. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and billing department, was very kind and helpful. I repeatedly drove four hours from Boise to Logan for all ultrasound appointments and laboratory work, and six hours to Provo for the egg retrieval and transfer. Despite the long drives, it was worth it! All the staff were wonderful and made IVF a better experience!

Conceptions is so friendly and empathetic. I love that they seem as committed as we are to growing our family. They celebrated small victories and held my hand through devastating losses. They listened to every concern and supported my mental health when I felt defeated after several miscarriages. IVF is hard, but Conceptions makes everything easier. Dr. Moore cared about my health and comfort throughout the process. He spoke to me in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. The road to today was difficult. After three miscarriages and three IVF cycles, we welcomed our beautiful rainbow baby in October. She is happy, healthy, and deeply loved. I cannot wait to bring my baby in and introduce her to the Conceptions team!
