Dr. Gavrizi and her team made our IVF journey as smooth as possible. Dr. Gavrizi listens carefully to her patients, patiently answers questions, and always has a smile on her face. IVF can be a long and emotional journey, but Dr. Gavrizi always made us feel reassured. Thanks to her, we are now 13 weeks pregnant and feel incredibly fortunate! Dr. Propst is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and takes time to explain his diagnosis and treatment recommendations thoroughly. He is very direct and will tell you the truth about your condition even if it is not what you want to hear. Highly recommend him and his team!

We've decided to pay out of pocket and move to a different facility. As you'll see from the screenshot attached, once my husband and I completed our testing, we never received a consultation. Instead, I had to follow-up, and was met with a message to do an IUI out of nowhere. There are additional messages where I try to gather more information. Did something come back on my test results? How did we get here? The nurse tried to help me. But in the end, I can't believe a doctor isn't willing to have a consultation to discuss options and the right next steps. Could I have asked for a call? I guess...but why do I have to beg for collaboration through this process?

Dr. Propst and his team are wonderful. From my first appointment through today, I have consistently felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The entire team is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. They carefully explain every step and answer every question, including anxiety-driven ones, making a potentially overwhelming journey feel manageable and hopeful. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Fertility treatment is deeply personal and vulnerable, and this clinic treated me with professionalism and sincere compassion. Monitoring, communication, and coordination were all seamless, and I always felt supported throughout. Thank you for helping me begin a new chapter in my life. Dr. Gavrizi and the entire TFC team are the reason we have our beautiful three-month-old daughter. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end, especially given how emotional and stressful fertility treatment can be. Our experience with Texas Fertility Center, especially Dr. Propst, Ashley, and the entire team, was extraordinary. After years of hoping for a child, we ultimately needed a surrogate. As a military couple stationed outside Texas, the process felt overwhelming and sometimes unreachable. Everything changed when we met Dr. Propst. He made what seemed impossible feel attainable. His expertise, compassion, and steady confidence gave us hope at every step. Ashley and the team were equally exceptional: supportive, responsive, and fully invested in our journey. We began surrogacy in May 2024 and welcomed our healthy baby boy in October 2025. Calling it a miracle hardly feels sufficient. Texas Fertility Center guided the medical process and accompanied us through one of the most emotional and meaningful chapters of our lives. Dr. Propst is an excellent doctor. Beyond his extensive experience and distinguished professional record, I was struck by his energy when we first met. My baby is now four months old, and if we decide to have a second child, I will certainly choose him again.

You have two embryos, and both transfers fail. Dr. Gavrizi calls you rudely—the phone rings once, and she hangs up before you can answer—but after you spend over $25,000 plus what your insurance company paid, they do not hesitate to send you a bill for $12.87. What a fine practice.

Working with Dr. Propst was an enormous blessing for my husband and me! By the time we found him, we had been trying for five years, and calling the journey heartbreaking and difficult would be an understatement. He explained the IUI process in detail and comforted and encouraged us when it did not work. He was very kind and helped us tremendously throughout. After several failed attempts, he recommended IVF, but we could not afford it, so he told us about grants. While we waited, he recommended laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, unexpectedly found that I had endometriosis, and treated it. After seven months of trying, we finally conceived our daughter! After six years of effort, we finally had our little miracle! Dr. Propst's care went far beyond that. When I had some bleeding, he closely monitored me and the baby for the following weeks. He performed weekly ultrasounds, checked all my measurements, and ensured that the baby and I were well and progressing normally. We will always be grateful to him and his wonderful team! I cannot praise him enough. He is highly knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Highly recommended! He is like family to us!

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Gavrizi at Texas Fertility Center (TFC), which ultimately led me to leave entirely. She follows a one-size-fits-all, protocol-centered approach that ignored my individual needs and concerns. In addition, when switching doctors at TFC, they require you to start over and pay another initial consultation fee, even if you had one only weeks earlier. They clearly care more about profit than patient satisfaction. Not recommended. I see many high ratings from parents who successfully had children through TFC, which is wonderful. I simply want to caution those just beginning their journey: there are many fertility clinics around Austin. Any prospective parent who has been trying for a while will give five stars to the clinic that helps them conceive once they are holding their baby. But if you want a positive fertility experience before reaching that point, and if you want your input to matter from point A to point B, go elsewhere.

Do not bother making an appointment. They are rude and do not care about you. They canceled my appointment and left a message saying they refused to treat me because I am deaf and have Medicare as secondary coverage. I cannot change being deaf or having Medicare.

Words cannot express my gratitude and how I feel. I was treated with respect and felt that Dr. Propst and his team put me first, helping me through my IVF journey. Although the odds were not necessarily in my favor, I welcomed my miracle baby in April 2025! I will always be grateful that I chose Texas Fertility Center in Austin and Dr. Propst's team.
