I had an excellent experience at Empower! Dr. Rychlik and the entire Empower team were extremely helpful throughout my fertility journey. They were always attentive and very knowledgeable. Olesya handled my follow-up visits and ultrasounds, and she was truly wonderful! She made me feel relaxed, and I was always happy to see her. I would recommend Empower Fertility without hesitation and would choose them again when I am ready to have a baby!

During this initial visit, Dr. Rychlik criticized the other fertility clinics in town and told my daughter and her husband that they had wasted their time and money on previous infertility care. He suggested that the process had psychologically damaged her and blamed her for not "having her head in the game." He also said that if IVF did not work, it would be her fault. Infertility is difficult enough without adding a doctor's negativity and pomposity. He is definitely not the doctor they would trust with such a delicate process.

I had an excellent egg-freezing experience at Empower Fertility. Dr. Dan is highly skilled and has assembled an outstanding team. During the initial consultation, they focused on education and made sure I had all the information I needed to move forward confidently, without any pressure. Olesya was also exceptional. She was both kind and professional, and I felt extremely well cared for throughout the process. Their patient-first, boutique approach was evident at every step. From Delilah at the front desk to the entire surgical team on the day of my egg retrieval, I knew I was receiving the best possible care. The final result far exceeded my expectations, and the whole process involved little stress and very few side effects. Many thanks to the entire team! I truly hope I have the opportunity to use these eggs to have a child in the future so I can spend more time with them.

Dr. Rychlik, Oleysa, and the clinic team were patient and understanding at every stage of our journey to have a baby boy. During our first frozen embryo transfer (FET), we suffered the heartbreaking loss of our first baby. Several years later, we tried a second frozen embryo transfer (FET), which was successful. For years, we chose Oma Fertility. We did not receive notice of its bankruptcy and lost our loan as a result, which was a major problem for us. Dr. Rychlik bought out his own shares and founded Empower Fertility. During that financial crisis, he offered us a frozen embryo transfer (FET) to make up for the loss, so my husband and I had to rebuild our trust. The new Empower Fertility clinic communicated much better with us. Sarah and Oleysa frequently responded to my emails and phone calls, and I appreciate them. The location is easy to find, the facility is modern, and it has everything needed for IVF. Our favorite person, Oleysa, guided us extensively through medication schedules, insurance coverage, and remarkably positive support. We love our baby boy and cannot wait to complete our family with another baby at our next FET.

Update after the clinic responded to my original review: I greatly appreciate the clinic's thoughtful response and the intent behind this transfer. However, I want to clarify that in my case, the clinic did not communicate with me personally. I learned about it through a generic email after the transfer had already been completed. I understand the clinic's goal is to provide world-class care and a personal touch, but this experience did not reflect that. I am sharing this not to criticize the clinic's science or staff, but to advocate for more transparent, personalized communication, especially when patients entrust them with something as emotionally and financially important as embryos. I hope future transfers will be handled with more direct, patient-first communication. Original review: The clinic's lack of informed consent and communication is shocking. I previously had a successful procedure at Oma Fertility, but things have steadily worsened since the clinic was renamed Empower Fertility. Without prior notice or my consent, they transferred my embryos to another clinic even though I had paid them for embryo storage. I learned about it through an automated email, and when I called their team, they had no idea what had happened. This was more than an oversight; it was a serious violation of trust and autonomy in a process that is already extremely sensitive, private, and expensive (over $10,000). I strongly caution anyone considering this clinic because of its poor communication and inconsistency. No one should be blindsided like this.

I love everything about this facility. They treat me like family and always create a positive atmosphere. Communication is a top priority for them. I cannot even choose a favorite because they are all incredible: Sarah, Olesya, Cynthia, and Dr. Dan. They also offer a wonderful military package. This is a family you should not overlook.

This place seemed fine at first; wherever you go, you begin with hope. Then things changed. The doctor explained things without giving real answers, using analogies instead of speaking to us like people. The nursing staff encouraged you about finances and reminded you that they honored what you had already paid, then created additional charges. My lining did not grow with oral estrogen. I advocated for myself and asked whether I could try another form, but they always insisted on the ‘calendar’ and treated every case the same, even though I do not have ovaries. I left disappointed and crying every time. You can tell they do this only for money, without a genuine passion for helping. I finally left, and my new clinic is like night and day. If you want compassion and genuine concern for your health—not a doctor who only says ‘there is not enough research on the uterus’ and provides no answers—do not come here. My package included charges for services I never received, such as labs. When I had to shorten my other transfer package ($4,200), they refunded $100! $100?! That was not even enough for the gas to drive there. Do not go here; you will be disappointed. When my first transfer failed, they made me feel like the odd one out. The physician reminded me that they had a 100% success rate, which did not make me feel better.

This is a wonderful group to work with! Because our IVF clinic is elsewhere, we came here for outside monitoring. Olesya is the best sonographer! In addition to being knowledgeable, kind, reliable, and professional, she is a lovely person. Sarah is also a superstar. She was tremendously helpful with immediate scheduling and prompt communication, which I greatly appreciated because this process requires fast responses. Everything was easy, and our results were always delivered promptly at lightning speed. Because IVF and fertility treatment are often unpredictable and stressful, having a team you know you can trust is essential. Empower unquestionably provided invaluable support.
