Today, I officially graduated from the Fertility Center and Applied Genetics of Florida. It has been a long journey for me. Before coming to Dr. Pabon's clinic, I faced several health issues, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and heavy menstrual bleeding. Dr. Pabon was exceptionally thorough and attentive throughout my treatment. He performed an endometrial biopsy, opened my fallopian tubes, and carried out a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and saline ultrasound. Because my cervix was narrow, he also carefully placed a stent before the embryo transfer, which was very successful. Reassuringly, I had no pain or postoperative discomfort after any of these treatments. I can sincerely attest to Dr. Pabon's exceptional medical expertise. He explained every step in detail, repeatedly checked how I was feeling, and even called on weekends to make sure I was recovering well. His knowledge and dedication are remarkable. His entire team is also wonderful. They are friendly, caring toward their patients, and always easy to reach. Although my little one will be two next month, I still want to recommend Dr. Pabon to everyone. Several years ago, another doctor misdiagnosed me with an abnormally shaped uterus. I felt that my fertility journey was hopeless. After seeing many OB-GYNs and specialists, I had an MRI and was surprised to learn that I had a congenital uterine septum that was completely correctable. I began searching for a doctor skilled in uterine septum resection. Finding the right clinic or doctor was a long journey: they needed to be knowledgeable, experienced, patient, capable of performing the surgery, and someone I felt comfortable with. Emotionally, countless examinations and comments that my uterus was the wrong size, shape, angle, and more had taken a toll on me. These experiences began affecting my mental health in many ways. Every examination made me anxious because of what I had previously been told, but Dr. Pabon was the calmest doctor I met. When I asked Dr. Pabon whether everything was normal, he reassured me with the words I had longed to hear for years: I was “completely normal.” He examined me meticulously, ensured the measurements were accurate, prepared me for surgery, and guided me step by step from beginning to end. With the staff's help, my surgery was scheduled quickly. At my first follow-up ultrasound, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw a normally shaped uterus—something I had never imagined possible. Five years ago, Dr. Pabon performed my tubal reversal. The process was easy and pleasant, even though I traveled from another state for the procedure. At the time, I only wanted relief from pain following tubal ligation. Later, I met my partner in my forties, and we were unable to conceive naturally, which was later found to be entirely due to male-factor infertility. During local testing, I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG). The doctor asked where I had undergone the reversal because my tubes were completely open. She said she had never seen a patient have 100% success after tubal reversal. Dr. Pabon's excellent reviews are well deserved; he is exceptionally skilled. Highly recommended!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Parbhu and his team. My experience with them was wonderful. They were kind and thoughtful and made me feel comfortable throughout. If I can, I would like to save others from wasting $350 if they are over 45. Other clinics I contacted firmly told me that they could not help because of my age and would not even schedule an appointment. I contacted this clinic for one of two procedures, and the staff told me they could perform them. They misled me into believing this only to collect payment, then told me they could not and tried to push IVF instead. The procedures I wanted most were laparoscopic tuboplasty and/or tubal flushing/recanalization to open blocked fallopian tubes. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Pabon believing they could provide the service I wanted. At the appointment, all they promoted and discussed was IVF. I would not have been so angry if they had not blatantly misled me by saying they could unblock my fallopian tubes at their facility. I even spoke with a scheduler beforehand, who then spoke with Dr. Pabon. They contacted me and said yes, they could see me and provide the service I wanted, and we were satisfied with what we discussed. I thought we had reached an understanding. Yes, I understood the circumstances and the odds. I had done extensive research and wanted to try for that 1% chance. I felt good at the end of the conversation and believed we had an agreement, so I confidently completed all the paperwork and sent $350 for the consultation, under the impression that they could and would try. I knew we might lose far more than $350 if it failed, but that was my risk, and I was looking for someone willing to help me take that risk. I made this very clear on the phone. Needless to say, the answer was “no”! Your age is a problem, your eggs are old, consider in vitro fertilization (IVF) and an egg donor; we can examine your uterus so you can carry the pregnancy yourself and also check your heart. I could have been told this before driving nearly two hours and spending $350 to hear the same advice other facilities had already given me over the phone. Directly declining someone is more humane than offering false hope and pouring salt into an existing wound. Going there essentially paid for his golf money. His facility has an inventory of eggs, so of course he wants to be paid from every direction. Perhaps one day science can help women like me who want another child, but that will only happen when doctors are willing to try and find innovative approaches beyond donors. Where there is a will, there is a way, but until then, his only willingness was to listen before the appointment, give me false hope, take $350, and tell me what other facilities had respectfully told me by phone: “We cannot help you.” If you are over 45 and willing to use donor eggs or a surrogate, spend the $350. If not, save yourself the trouble because the answer will certainly be “no.” I would add that he has absolutely no skill in unblocking fallopian tubes, and his staff will lie and say he does to get you through the door.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Dr. Pabon and his team. From the moment we entered the clinic, we felt warmly welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The entire team treated us with warmth and professionalism throughout the process. Dr. Pabon is highly knowledgeable and patient and always took time to explain every option and answer all our questions. Most impressive was how deeply the entire team invested in our treatment journey, not only medically but emotionally. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized, and appointments were always on time. Communication was smooth and responses prompt. Dr. Pabon also always took time to call us with updates. I had been trying to conceive for over eight years. During that time, I tried many treatments, including IUI and IVF at another clinic, without success. It was heartbreaking and exhausting. My wife and I made the worst decision ever by choosing this doctor! For months, we repeatedly had to undergo unnecessary tests, and appointments were constantly rescheduled because the staff did not know what was happening. We went to another specialist in Tampa, and after only three appointments my wife became pregnant with our son.
