    我在这家诊所遇到的护士萨米非常糟糕,她很不专业。另外,一定要自己做好调查,仔细了解他们的服务内容。我同意评论者玛格丽特的说法,我也多次被告知错误信息,不得不反复为自己争取权益。

I initially had an embryo transfer at another clinic, but after it was acquired by a private equity firm, I chose Dr. Robins for my second transfer this summer. Pros: local care, a local business, and local embryo storage. Their embryologist coordinated the embryo transfer very smoothly and professionally. I gave four stars because they do not have an app for communication, but that is fine. The nurses are easy to reach by email or phone.

We absolutely love this clinic, Dr. Robins, and all the nurses and staff!

I do not recommend this clinic. Although the nurses were generally kind and tried to help, the overall atmosphere felt very profit-driven. The procedure itself is already extremely expensive, yet medications ordered through their partner pharmacy cost 3 to 5 times more than at our local CVS. The front desk staff were friendly, but otherwise the entire experience felt cold and focused on profit. Unfortunately, we had to seek care elsewhere.

This clinic is rated higher than Pinnacle, but I cannot say it is much better. First, do not be distracted by the snacks and gift bags. They are thoughtful, but remember that you are there for professional care, and my experience was far from professional. I saw Gabriela, who advised against intrauterine insemination (IUI) because she said it does not work well for women aged 41. Note that this was before any testing. Gabriela then performed a Pap smear and follicle count. It was day 19 of my menstrual cycle, although follicle counts should be done between days 2 and 5. I am certain she could not have seen all my follicles because my next period was still a week away. My previous follicle count, done one year earlier at the correct point in my cycle, showed 18 follicles. This time Gabriela counted only 8. Naturally, I left very worried. I then looked up when follicle counts should be performed. Realizing that she had done it on the wrong day made me feel slightly better. After the Pap smear, I went to an office where they told me my insurance would cover all IVF expenses. Fortunately, I understand my coverage and knew that I had less than $6,000 in fertility benefits remaining. Imagine what would have happened if I had believed them. Finally, they performed additional blood tests. My AMH result took 14 days, and my Pap smear result took 15 days. While I waited, I repeatedly received calls and emails inviting me to begin IVF. Sadly, here you are treated only as a source of revenue.

My spouse and I had an extremely poor experience here. Dr. Robbins was not only incompetent but also outright rude. The entire visit felt cold and mechanical, more like an assembly line than a healthcare facility. We were repeatedly given incorrect information and had to research matters ourselves and advocate actively to ensure treatments happened on time and that we understood all available options. This clinic expects you to fit its schedule; for example, certain procedures are offered only on specific dates and at specific times, regardless of what is appropriate for your body. The clinic is also closed on weekends, so if your optimal timing falls on Saturday or Sunday, you are out of luck. After only one treatment here, we sought care elsewhere. After learning more about Dr. Robbins, I discovered that I was not the only person with a similarly poor experience. Some clinics are kind and work with you to determine the best plan for you and your body, but this is not one of them. I recommend seeking care elsewhere.

This doctor lacked empathy and treated my partner and me like a chore. The front desk staff were excellent and are the only reason I am giving any positive feedback. They had plenty of snacks and patiently helped validate our parking despite some confusion in the garage. We were scheduled with Dr. Robbins because we had questions about frozen sperm. My partner wanted gender-affirming surgery as soon as possible, but clear guidance was unavailable online and our primary care doctor was not supportive. He immediately stated that my weight and irregular periods were the reason we could not conceive—not possibly or perhaps, but definitely the reason. I had provided no information suggesting that my periods were irregular, nor had I said we had started trying to conceive. He mentioned no other possible causes of difficulty conceiving, only that I was overweight and could be prescribed a GLP-1 medication. I understand that excess weight can affect pregnancy, but he did not even ask whether that applied in my case. Perhaps he should have asked whether my periods were irregular before assuming they were because I was overweight. I acknowledge that my partner could have consulted other doctors first, but we made it clear that we knew nothing about this. The doctor's lack of empathy was deeply discouraging and reinforced our sense that we were on our own. TL;DR: They will tell you that you are overweight, tell you to search Google, and then leave you to figure it out yourself.

My spouse had a semen analysis, and it was handled very poorly. We waited over a month for the results. When they arrived, they were very concerning. We later went to another center for further testing and learned that the previous results were inaccurate. While we were trying to obtain the results, they gave us all kinds of excuses, such as ‘the person who sends faxes is not here today’ and ‘we lost the key to the records room.’ I strongly advise against coming here for fertility concerns because we did not receive accurate answers promptly. For your peace of mind and sanity, go anywhere else. Trying to conceive is difficult enough already.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They are amazing!

When other places in the Valley would not even try to help me, the care team here stepped in and listened to my concerns. It was a simple solution that my OB-GYN had overlooked. They responded quickly and understood my concerns and fears. Dr. Robin and RN Brianna listened and helped us, and with their assistance we now have a son. They looked beyond age and other limitations after we had been told we would never be able to have children.

I just completed my first appointment here and cannot praise them enough! The receptionist warmly welcomes you, takes you to the waiting room, and gives you paperwork. The waiting room has snacks and drinks! When my husband and I went in to speak with Dr. Robins, it was clear that he knew his practice thoroughly. We felt comfortable asking questions. He then recommended a physical examination and ultrasound. I appreciated that the doctor took the time to perform the ultrasound himself. Dr. Robins explained every image shown on the ultrasound screen in detail. After the examination, the attentive assistant takes you to a room where your nurse coordinator explains every aspect of your care plan. A financial adviser then explains all potential costs. I am very grateful that this clinic made the appointment so comfortable, relaxed, and informative. I cannot wait to continue working with them!

The team is truly amazing. They are very supportive and optimistic, but also candid and direct when needed. I appreciate Dr. Robins and his expertise. They do not waste your time or money and explain insurance coverage and expected costs for every procedure in advance. You are assigned a nurse and a financial coordinator to assist throughout, so you are never left uninformed if you have concerns or questions. We recommend CRH over any other fertility practice in Spokane.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about CRH! Dr. Robbins and the entire staff are outstanding. We had our little miracle last May, and we are looking forward to round 2.

I delayed posting this for some time because I saw no need to spread negativity among people already struggling through the difficult infertility journey, but I can no longer remain silent. A few months ago, after moving to the area, I had a consultation and was not impressed. As other posts say, the staff seem kind and caring, but Dr. Robin's bedside manner was terrible. We not only felt pressured toward IVF and other expensive treatments, but unexpectedly underwent an ultrasound and Pap smear during the consultation. During these procedures, performed by another woman who may have been an NP or PA—I do not know because she was never introduced and did not bother to say a word to me—I had no idea what was happening. The doctor and this unidentified woman whispered and barely spoke to me. A kind nurse standing nearby tried to tell me what they were doing, but I still felt violated and uncomfortable with what was happening to my body. The only person who asked whether I was okay was my poor husband, who had to watch. This was by far the most painful Pap smear and ultrasound I have ever had, and I have now lost count of how many I have undergone. Now that I have found a new clinic that is kind, considerate, and ensures I am comfortable during examinations, I increasingly understand how wrong this interaction was. No one should feel that providers are whispering and do not care about their feelings. They should not make you feel stupid for asking questions. We left with a bill over $1,000 and more questions than when we arrived. We were also charged for several STD tests without knowing they would be performed. Had we known, we would have explained that we did not need them and saved several hundred dollars. Look elsewhere for help with your fertility journey!

We have only just begun our journey, and although this is a difficult time in our lives, we felt comfortable at our appointment with Dr. Robins. The staff are knowledgeable and very encouraging; they truly support you! We are very excited about what lies ahead! Highly recommend!

We came here several years ago when we resumed our fertility journey after getting married. Dr. Robin and his team were outstanding, kind, supportive, compassionate, and communicative at every step. Although they could not help us become pregnant because of my personal health issues, I would still recommend them to anyone experiencing fertility difficulties.

We have been coming to CRH since August 2024, and despite the difficult process, our experience there has been pleasant so far. We appreciate being cared for by a doctor as knowledgeable as Dr. Robins. That is the most important thing to us. The nurses are kind, and we feel comfortable every time we visit. We hope a miracle comes soon!

A friend referred me to CRH, and I am extremely grateful. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Robins is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend CRH. We achieved success through IVF, and Dr. Robins was very transparent. I love the staff here, especially our nurse Alissa ❤ Even my OB-GYN recommended this office and reassured me by saying, “If Dr. Robins does not think he can help you become pregnant, he will not accept you as a patient.”

I am sharing my experience in the hope that it may help others facing the same sadness and difficulty with infertility. My husband and I consulted Dr. Robbins after trying to conceive for more than two years, finally becoming pregnant, and then miscarrying. It was a terrible experience. First, he told us that the baby we lost was probably not a viable pregnancy and may even have been a false pregnancy, whatever that means. According to my obstetrician, this was absurd; we lost a real baby when I miscarried. He completely denied the life and dignity of the baby we lost. He then told us IVF was probably the best path and that we should pursue it immediately if we wanted a child in the near future. Perhaps we were naive when we made the appointment, but we were looking for answers. We had clearly conceived once and needed advice and resources to help us do so again. Instead, the doctor declared our pregnancy invalid and pressured us into expensive treatment with an already low success rate. He also pressured me to undergo an invasive internal examination, although I believed the appointment was only a consultation. He was aggressive and inconsiderate, and his bedside manner left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and humiliated. If you are addressing any infertility issue, I strongly recommend having any evaluation performed at SRM, where the staff are more sensitive and compassionate. I also recommend researching alternative approaches such as dietary changes, acupuncture, and supplements. A few months after this appointment, we conceived naturally without any help from the doctor or expensive fertility treatment. Also, if you genuinely care about the fate of your potential children, be aware that fertility doctors are not opposed to abortion and that many embryos will be 'discarded' along the way. You will be told they are not viable at all, but that is not necessarily true. If you want children but cannot conceive on your own, consider Snowflakes Embryo Adoption. It is a wonderful option for families who cannot conceive.

Egg donors, be careful. Dr. Robins had no bedside manner, and my first appointment was deeply traumatic. He did not explain that he would touch highly sensitive areas during the transvaginal ultrasound and examination. I was visibly confused and shaking, but he said nothing—not even greeting or introducing himself when he entered. I had to ask other staff who he was. $5,000 is not worth returning for the same treatment. The women in the office were wonderful, but that is all. This happened five months ago, and I still hesitate to have a pelvic exam with my regular gynecologist. Dr. Robins, you should be ashamed. The women you meet support your business and deserve transparency and warning in such a vulnerable situation. I wanted to help a family through egg donation but was left only with trauma.

It worked for us. Dr. Robins’ testing was difficult to relate to and seemed endless, but it did work. We have a child. Update: For our second round, the nurses and staff we knew had been replaced. They seriously underestimated the cost after we enrolled in an FSA, costing us a great deal of money. Their response was, ‘Oh well, it is not our job to know what our services cost.’ The new nurses seemed interested only in a paycheck, provided little help, and did not appear to care about patients. I left three stars because treatment did work. Service deserves one star. Reduced to two stars. The procedure felt rushed, and nurse communication was poor. The second round failed, and they appeared to manipulate the billing to use as much money as possible, even though they did not see us for the initial office visit. Last time we used a local clinic, saving time and money.

After several years of infertility, we had our first consultation with Dr. Robins. I wish we had met him sooner. He immediately gave us a plan, and his confidence gave us hope for the first time in a long while. We then underwent IUI and IVF, and every interaction with the CRH team was as smooth as possible. Our nurse Alissa responded quickly by email or phone to every question or concern. Financial information was provided upfront, with no surprises. In short, we now have our miracle baby thanks to Dr. Robins and the CRH team. I will always be grateful to them. 2024 edit: We now have two CRH IVF babies. We are incredibly grateful!

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I was referred here only for an ultrasound. When I arrived, about 10 other women were already waiting. We were clearly all there for ultrasounds because the same MA took us back one at a time and placed us in a small private waiting area until our turn. The doctor performed the ultrasound with the MA. He was extremely unfriendly: no greeting, introduction, conversation, or eye contact. Nothing. This was surprising for his own private, single-physician practice. My appointment lasted about three minutes at most. They are experienced and know what they are doing, but the approach is very much ‘in and out’ and extremely rushed. It felt as though this must be Spokane’s only clinic because it was so busy and hurried. I would not return unless referred again.

Do not waste your money here. My experience at this fertility clinic was extremely frustrating. Dr. Robins was difficult to communicate with and lacked bedside manner. Worse, the nurse who guided me through IUI resigned and was replaced with someone completely unqualified. Unless your cycle aligns perfectly with their limited office hours, good luck becoming pregnant. I wish I had known there were other options in town besides the Center for Reproductive Health. All I received here were evasive answers.
