I absolutely recommend this clinic a thousand percent! I became pregnant with my baby girl on my first attempt. Dr. Kenan Omurtag is incredible; he works magic! Seriously, he is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in an easy-to-understand way. The entire team is outstanding and gave me so much support. If I could, I would give them six stars!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Omurtag, Nurse Kim, and the entire care team. From the moment I began my IVF journey, they showed tremendous compassion and attentive care, always taking the time to reassure me and help me feel at ease through every step. Their positive attitude, encouragement, and professionalism restored my hope during what could otherwise have been an emotionally difficult fertility journey. Thanks to their exceptional medical care, I ultimately became pregnant with twins. I am deeply grateful for everything they did for me and will always remember the care and support they gave me throughout my journey.

Unfortunately, I must give Washington University Fertility Clinic a poor review. I worked with Dr. Lebovic and his team for several months and attempted 5 intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles, but only completed 3 because of illness, cycle timing, and other reasons. I never met Dr. Lebovic in person; he saw me twice by Zoom, including my initial consultation. You might expect a doctor to be willing to meet patients, but that is not the case here. Since my last IUI two months ago, neither my nurse nor doctor has contacted me. That IUI failed, and combined with my previous poor treatment experiences, I could not continue. Poor communication between nurses and doctors caused many misunderstandings. Nurse Kate, my first nurse, was terrible. She was cold and always made me feel like a burden when I called with questions. She was negative and rude and gave inaccurate answers to medical questions. Dr. Lebovic said one thing and she said another. No attending physician was present for any visit or treatment; residents worked alone. I was never told in advance that only residents would see me in person. Every resident had different opinions about what should or should not be done. A different resident performed each IUI and knew nothing about our history or circumstances. They simply completed the procedure and said, “Good luck.” I strongly recommend that anyone seeking fertility care go elsewhere. No one deserves this treatment. Dr. Lebovic seemed kind and caring on Zoom, but that was all. This is a stressful, expensive process, and you handled it terribly.

Working with Dr. Omurtag and his team was a dream from the beginning. He listened carefully to every question and explained everything more clearly than we imagined possible. We never felt rushed during conversations; he was always patient, reassuring, and genuinely caring. I could not have built my family without him. Even five stars cannot express my gratitude.

We had an excellent experience with the doctors and nurses at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). After years of infertility, they helped us finally build the family we had dreamed of. Every step was handled with grace, compassion, and care, turning what could have been an overwhelming journey into one filled with hope and support. Dr. Omurtag and nurse Kim played vital roles in our wonderful experience. We entrusted our first IVF treatment to them and will certainly choose them again when we are ready to grow our family. We will always be grateful.

I primarily worked with Dr. Omurtag and his team, but everyone at the clinic was extremely helpful throughout IVF. The doctors communicated recommendations clearly, staff were responsive and kind, and most importantly, they provided compassionate, high-quality care during a stressful and uncertain process.

We began at Washington University Fertility Center in June 2022 and worked closely with Dr. Omurtag. From the start, he communicated well, put us at ease, and explained options so we understood every step. His pride in his work and sincere desire for the best patient care were evident. We underwent several IUIs and four IVF cycles. During the fourth retrieval, the trigger injection failed. Dr. Omurtag stopped the procedure, explained what happened, and advised another trigger and retrieval two days later. His quick response was crucial. Because of that decision, we transferred two embryos, and our lovely miracle baby just turned one. We will always be grateful to Dr. Omurtag and the Washington University Fertility Center team. They treated us with compassion and professionalism throughout a difficult process. I firmly believe we would not have our child without their care and expertise.
