We are extremely pleased with everyone at FTC! I appreciate Dr. Craig's direct and honest style. We tried several intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles without success, so we moved on to in vitro fertilization (IVF). Our IVF coordinator Jen was incredibly helpful throughout. She communicated very well and always answered patiently, even when I had many questions! The receptionists, medical assistants, and nurses were all very friendly. I highly recommend them!

I had no complaints until the actual attempts to conceive. My partner and I had visited several other fertility clinics, and this was the first that did not make us feel rushed or pressured into treatment. The staff were kind and the doctor attentive. They told us we were both healthy and were unsure why we had not conceived, but believed their treatment would work. That felt reassuring and supportive. An ultrasound found a polyp in my partner, but the doctor told us not to worry. We have now completed three treatment cycles with follicle-stimulating hormone and intrauterine insemination. It has been nearly eight weeks since our last IUI, and unfortunately we are still not pregnant. We understand that fertility involves uncertainty, but the clinic has not called once to check on us. It feels as though they only care while collecting payment. We sought a second opinion about the polyp. The new doctor urgently arranged a series of tests in hopes of helping us conceive. It appears FTC rushed us into expensive treatment without a comprehensive evaluation to improve the likelihood of success. The lack of even one follow-up call after eight weeks further confirms our concerns about FTC.

    Great doctor.

I genuinely like their staff, but I have been dealing with the finance department for nearly six months to recover the thousands of dollars they are holding after I canceled my IVF cycle. I had previously discovered that thousands of dollars were unaccounted for. Please choose carefully.

Thank you so much to Dr. Craig and his team. Previous doctors believed we would not succeed, but they helped us. I am so glad we sought a second opinion.

I highly recommend Dr. Craig’s practice to anyone trying to conceive. They are efficient, prompt, and attentive. They offer several options, and Dr. Craig explains each one carefully. Although it took many intrauterine insemination (IUI) attempts before I became pregnant, we have conceived twice under Dr. Craig’s care—once with a singleton and once with twins. Dr. Craig gave us a family, and we are overjoyed!

Their supervisor is the worst. She will share your information with other people. Be careful!

We spent a great deal of time communicating with them, and then she simply canceled my appointment...

Every time I enter this office, the staff are extremely friendly, from the front-desk team to the clinical staff. They answer calls and portal messages quickly. My husband and I are still on our fertility journey, and we appreciate the many options Dr. Craig has offered us. We found the baseline and diagnostic testing thorough, as well as the follow-up consultation reviewing our results. Dr. Craig took time to understand our situation, and after our initial meeting we knew this was the clinic where we wanted care. Many thanks also to the nurses for taking time during appointments to answer all our questions and concerns. There are clinics closer to our home, but we are happy to drive 45 minutes to this one because their service is excellent.

I was a patient at this clinic for a year. From the first appointment, my husband and I felt herded through the process like cattle. Apart from the front-desk staff and the excellent triage nurse Angel, the bedside manner was terrible. During every ultrasound, each nurse was rushed, rough, and abrupt and said there was not even time to discuss the scan or next steps. It was always, "Sorry, we are booked back-to-back today. Your coordinator will call whenever she has time." Keep in mind that we drove two hours from out of town solely to attend this clinic. Meetings with Dr. Craig were similar. At his pace, consultations lasted less than ten minutes. If we did not fully understand or needed further explanation, he often made us feel foolish. He frequently said, "I don't know all those details; the girls outside handle that." No. Our first coordinator was rarely in the office, and when we did reach her it was always through the patient portal, with no explanation for our first transfer. The patient portal is a joke. They used it only to obtain signatures. Our laboratory results were never updated or even uploaded. There were no records, and genetic laboratory results or anything similar were not easily available. Again, when you feel you are bothering them because they "have things to do" or are busy, it is hard to feel important or reassured about your concerns. Our first transfer resulted in a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. We were devastated because we had "graduated" at only six weeks and were told to find a doctor. We repeatedly asked for a reputable doctor near us but were refused because that was "our job." When we asked one final time, we did receive information, but the doctor required three weeks' notice to see us. We needed continued care to ensure our hormone levels were adequate and so forth. Again, we were told we had graduated and needed to wait until a local doctor could see us. Had we remained under monitoring or had they worked with us, the pregnancy might have continued. We returned for further transfers without success. By our final transfer, we had done enough Google searches and research to know we could not rely on the clinic to provide information. When we first started, Dr. Craig emphasized that our chances would increase with each transfer: 73% for the first and 62% for the second. At the consultation before our third transfer, we expected good news but were confused when told our odds were now 30%, with no real explanation of what had happened. We moved forward and requested a new coordinator, thinking perhaps the first had simply done the job so long that she had lost touch with patients. It bothered me that when we requested a new coordinator, Dr. Craig did not blink or ask what had happened or why we were making the request. The final transfer came, and by then our coordinator had never spoken to us by phone. Everything she did was by email. We thought we could manage because we were already accustomed to not receiving real guidance during transfers. The uncomfortable ultrasounds continued, with little contact from our coordinator or on transfer day, but there was no result. After one year of continuous IVF, three transfers, two egg retrievals, one miscarriage, seven grade-A PGT-tested embryos, and more than $60,000, we decided that although we wanted another child, this clinic would not receive another dollar from us. We understand that pregnancy can never be guaranteed, but a fertility clinic should at least guarantee respectful bedside manner, a trustworthy team, and genuine human compassion. We did not feel valued or even feel that a real team was helping us. They were too busy and seemed bothered by individual patients. I strongly suggest that everyone adjust their attitude, because patient care and the service you can provide should always be the priority.

Thank you to Dr. Craig and the staff for doing an excellent job. After trying for eight years, my husband and I had had enough and began our journey to seek help. My husband was initially sent here for a semen analysis. The doctor who originally referred him said there was nothing he could do and refused to see him again. Thankfully, FTC called my husband with his results. He explained that he no longer had a doctor and told them what had happened. They encouraged him to schedule an appointment with Dr. Craig for both of us. I feel it was fate. After all those years, I had lost hope and told myself this was it: if it did not happen, I would stop trying. My IVF coordinator, Amber Lee, clearly explained every step and helped throughout the process. The surgical staff were so kind, especially Angel. I have honestly never met such a kind soul; she made me feel deeply cared for. Every staff member I met was incredibly friendly and caring. They created an amazing plan, and I made sure to follow it exactly. The process began in February, and I am now nine weeks pregnant. I am so glad I found FTC and will be forever grateful! They gave me the chance to become a mother again. I strongly recommend this facility. They truly take excellent care of their patients. Thank you.

I cannot even explain how wonderful this clinic is. I am sure no other clinic goes above and beyond like Dr. Craig and his team. I was very impressed by their bedside manner and collaborative approach to choosing the treatment plan best suited to you. Dr. Craig spends a great deal of time staying current with the latest research, which I appreciate. I am so grateful to have found them!

The staff and Dr. Craig immediately made my husband and me feel comfortable with the process. We were trying to conceive for the first time, and I was an older patient. We did not succeed on our own, but we worked with the staff at this facility and became pregnant. Everyone was easy to work with, from the pleasant front-desk staff to the people who worked with us in the examination rooms and even those who handled billing questions. Everyone was friendly and responded quickly when we had questions. I also found the app helpful for reference and communication. We now have a healthy baby who is almost nine months old, and we are very grateful to the staff at FTC! :)
