HART Fertility Clinic - The Woodlands, United States

I don't know who you had working this morning. Before I even had a chance to speak, the woman immediately turned me away. Maybe she should have asked a few questions about what exactly I wanted to do. Good grief.

God bless HART Fertility and Dr. Roach! When my husband and I started our fertility journey we were met with a lot of "Unexplained Infertility" responses. The clinics we visited prior made us feel like cattle and just a number. My neighbors successfully started their family with Dr. Roach and referred me to her. I went in hopeful. I came out with an actual concrete plan. Dr. Roach took the time, made us feel heard and was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to her and her miraculous team we have a beautiful baby boy. We will hopefully be adding to our family again soon and there is no one I trust more than Dr. Roach, Nurse Jana and their team of nurses Ashley, Alicia and more. Feels like their team is really rooting and praying for you start to finish. Not to mention their phlebotomist Amy is the best I have ever had as someone who is a hard stick!

Extremely disappointed with using this clinic for my outside monitoring. I checked to make sure results would be sent same day before scheduling anything with the clinic (over a month or two in advance) and was assured they would be if I was seen before a certain time. Every single time I had to get an ultrasound or bloodwork done, my out of state fertility clinic would message me asking if I had gotten the tests done. Every time it was after hours because this office seems to close early and it became a very frustrating hassle to see if the results were sent over. Not sure where the disconnect was, but EVERY TIME trying to get results was a huge hassle and a very stressful experience during an already stressful time. Not once were results sent over smoothly and in a timely fashion/where I didn’t have to follow up. Do NOT use this clinic for outside monitoring unless you absolutely have to.

We found this clinic in Woodland after a friend from church recommended it. We live in Houston, and every visit to this small clinic requires a two-hour round trip. The second time my husband went to the clinic, I accompanied him because I had scheduled the appointment using my email. However, they never explained what the appointment involved. I thought they were simply going to review my husband's test results, but they did not discuss any other information with us. They only asked me to log in to the account and complete some information. They never mentioned that I also needed testing. Because of this lack of explanation, the appointment was canceled after we arrived. Apparently, they needed my information and needed to perform tests on me, but no one had explained this beforehand. In the email, they only asked what consultation I needed, and I replied that I wanted to learn my husband's test results. Although the appointment was canceled, I asked the receptionist if they could still review my husband's results. Unfortunately, her response was sarcastic. In the first email, she told me the examination and tests would cost $300, but when we arrived, the price suddenly became $360. She also never explained which tests they planned to perform on me. She had a poor attitude every time I asked a question. If someone dislikes their job, they should not take it out on customers. Because of this experience, my husband will likely choose a local Houston clinic instead of driving two hours to come here. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

After learning Dr Ertug Kovanci is leaving and being given the option to refund all unused funds regarding ivf, my wife and I decided to refund. After informing the clinic, we have been effectively ghosted. Its been over 3 weeks and everytime we call, all we get is "we'll forward this to the office manager." We don't even know if the refund is processing. We haven't been able to speak to anyone regarding the refund. We took out a loan for ivf that we intend to pay back with the refund. The longer we get the run around the more we have to pay in interest. It's sad they will instantly take your money but won't process a refund they offered.

Dr. Roach and her team genuinely care about couples hoping to build a family. HART means so much to us because they gave us our wonderful daughter. IVF is a long journey, and choosing the right clinic is essential.

Dr. Roach is amazing. Both I and my husband love her bedside manner and how she explains everything very throughly. We got pregnant with our second IUI procedure and now have a happy healthy almost 2 year old.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the entire team for supporting us through one of the most important and challenging journeys of our lives. I had once given up hope of becoming a father, but thanks to your professionalism, patience, and attentive care, we can now hold our daughter Emma in our arms. Your support throughout the process was invaluable. This is more than a clinic; it is a team that genuinely cares about its patients. At every step, we felt heard, guided, and supported. Even when we felt uncertain, the information was always clear, and every step went smoothly, just as it had been explained. From the moment I first walked into this clinic, I felt truly cared for. The front desk, medical staff and lab staff were always kind, patient, and quick to answer any questions, which made a stressful process feel so much easier. Dr. Roach took the time to explain every step, listened to my concerns. Infertility can be an emotional roller coaster, but having a team like this made all the difference. This was our second time working with Dr. Kovanci and his team, and they once again gave us exceptional care. Everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Throughout the process, we always felt heard, well informed, and fully supported. We are very grateful to HART and will return in a few years when we are ready for our third baby!

Terrible experience. I paid $300 in advance, waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and had to cancel an appointment with another doctor because of the delay, costing another $100. I left without making any progress and lost $400. I even sent a detailed message through the patient portal explaining what happened, but they did not bother to respond. If a clinic is too busy to respect patients' time and money or even reply to messages, it should not accept new patients.

This review is long overdue! I cannot say enough good things about the HART Fertility team and Dr. Roach. When my husband and I became Dr. Roach's patients, it was the first time in years, perhaps ever, that I felt truly heard by a doctor. After the first visit, I finally realized that the symptoms I had experienced for years—and that doctors had called “normal”—were not normal. Dr. Roach took time to listen and investigate the root cause of my infertility, which was incredibly reassuring and made the fertility journey much easier. She never pressured me to choose the most aggressive treatment immediately, which put me at ease. We ultimately chose IVF. Although the process was far from smooth, everyone on the HART team cared about me at every visit and truly gave me hope. Our daughter was born healthy and happy, all thanks to Dr. Roach and her team! In summary, I strongly recommend HART Fertility and am very grateful to have been their patient.

After ten years of trying to conceive, we met Dr. Ertug Kovanci, and our lives changed completely. We chose him for IVF, and to our delight, my wife became pregnant on the first attempt. She is now 8 months and 1 week pregnant, and our baby will arrive in a few weeks. Dr. Kovanci was outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication are beyond words. By God's will and through his skill, our ten-year dream is finally coming true. We are overjoyed, emotional, and moved to tears. Special thanks also to nurse Jenna for her tremendous support, care, and help throughout. Every staff member was patient, kind, and professional from start to finish. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Kovanci and his team. After our child is born, we will visit again to thank him in person, and they can meet the baby they helped bring into our lives. They treated me as an individual, listened to my concerns, and made sure I always felt supported. Dr. Roach is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You can immediately tell that she knows her field thoroughly, and her confidence puts you at ease. She was always confident, kind, and respectful, and encouraged every question. She never rushed me or dismissed my concerns. The entire staff was equally outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I came to Dr. Roach's clinic, and she was very attentive and thoroughly explained all the medications and vitamins needed while trying to conceive. She helped me greatly during this process. She performed my ultrasound and helped me become pregnant successfully. Dr. Roach is experienced, attentive, warm, and helpful. Ashley was also very helpful with scheduling appointments and guided me step by step. The other staff and nurses at Dr. Roach's clinic were also very helpful in supporting me through a successful pregnancy. I am very grateful to Dr. Roach and everyone at the clinic.

I love Hart Fertility Center. My child is now two years old, and I am very grateful to them. They are caring and genuinely looked after me.

After waiting for 7 years, I'm holding my 2 month old in my arms right now. I'm thankful for Dr Roach and her team for making it possible. I 100% recommend them.

We had been trying to conceive for some time until we met the wonderful staff and team at this clinic. Everyone was completely genuine and wanted only to provide the best service. They care about you like no one else and, with God's help, guide you through the entire process. If you keep the faith and believe, anything is possible. Peachs, Alicia, and jenna made sure we were cared for and kept informed about everything, uploading each step to the portal according to our appointments. They were very professional and kind. I especially want to thank Dr. Kovanci. God bless you. He is a caring doctor, which is very rare. At every visit, he made sure things were progressing and explained what my body might be lacking so I could consistently take the vitamins I needed. Thank you all so much. I am now eight weeks pregnant, and everything is going well! God bless everyone!!

Honestly, do not go here unless absolutely necessary. My husband and I called several weeks in advance and told them that we simply wanted my fertility checked to see whether there were any problems. They said, “Do not worry! The doctor can do that.” Dr. Roach was very rude. When she saw us, she did not shake our hands or introduce herself. She simply asked us to sit and essentially said, “Why are you not trying? Why are you here?” When I kept saying, “I want to have my fertility checked,” she repeatedly raised her eyebrows and essentially shamed us, saying, “Well, you have not tried, so there is nothing I can do.” My primary care provider referred us for this exact reason, so we were very confused. When everything was finished, they said, “We will call after she reviews your blood tests.” We left, and less than 4 hours later I received a text from the “HART Fertility Portal” saying they had made an error with my ultrasound and I had to return. Keep in mind that I had to take time off work to come here, and the experience was truly terrible. No one called to say, “We are sorry, we made a mistake. Can you come back?” They never called. The only call we received was, “Pay $100 for your results.” What?!? Do not go here. This is 10000% a scam and a waste of your time. They do not care about you; they only want your money.

I waited three days for them to email me so I could schedule the initial appointment. The staff were also rude. I am not surprised by some of the other reviews.

I see no reason for you to charge fees before providing any service.

Before coming to HART, I had visited another clinic. At that clinic, I felt like just another number and had to deal with different technicians. At HART Fertility, Dr. Roach personally performs every test, takes time to answer any questions you may have, and sometimes even calls you personally with instructions. I was fortunate to become pregnant after my first embryo transfer. God willing, I will return for my remaining little embryos. Without question, the best clinic in the Houston area!
