If I could give this place a -10, I would! Before onboarding, everyone was so communicative. It has been a disaster so far! It seems like a scam now! No one calls after the egg retrieval. I’ve been waiting for over a month for genetic testing, and no one gives me any updates! Please stay away! You will regret it financially and emotionally!

I had a terrible experience with the front desk at this clinic. They either do not answer the phone or, when they do, never pass messages to the doctor. The way they operate is absolutely ridiculous. I left messages with different people for three consecutive days because I wanted to speak with Dr. Desai about testing, only to be told I needed an appointment. I will therefore not be returning. Dr. Desai is pleasant enough, but I was never able to communicate effectively with her, and my treatment did not progress well.

Where do I begin? A fertility journey brings unique challenges that only those who experience it can truly understand. I had the privilege of working with Dr. B, and now it is time to reflect on our journey. While waiting for a nonstress test (NST), my eyes filled with tears. It is hard to believe our baby will soon arrive. Our journey began in 2023 after ovulation-stimulation injections and two failed intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles. We eventually made the difficult decision to try in vitro fertilization (IVF). Although testing showed that we were both healthy, we did not commit wholeheartedly to IVF. Even on graduation day, Dr. B said our case was unpredictable because we might ultimately conceive naturally. However, given our age and nearly three years of trying since our 2021 marriage, we finally found the place we had prayed for over many years. I was panicked and terrified on egg retrieval day. Then Dr. B entered the operating room and joked, ‘Anna, did you end happy hour early last night?’ I immediately laughed and took a deep breath. He is one of the most extraordinary people I have met. His infectious positivity always made us believe a miracle would happen. When he first saw our test results, he exclaimed to my husband, ‘You are basically a Navy SEAL!’ and told me, ‘Anna, you are an egg farm!’ He made us believe everything would be all right. God bless you, Dr. B. You are truly one of a kind! To me, Dr. B is unquestionably a leader in fertility care. He will retire on June 1, 2026. Dr. B, I hope you see this and understand the profound impact your career has had on so many of us. I can never repay your tremendous support and miraculous help, and I eagerly await the baby's arrival. May you enjoy retirement and fulfill the beautiful purpose meant for your life. You created life-changing experiences for many people, and we wish you health, happiness, and abundance. May God always bless you. The Navas Family

I tried everything. Every call was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes, only to be told that scheduling would call the next day, which never happened. I called again and heard the same thing. After several attempts, I spent hours waiting each time. The clinic appears seriously understaffed. Earlier reviews suggested calling the clinic, but in my experience, calling only wastes time in long queues and does not solve anything. In addition to the stress of infertility, patients must endure unanswered calls and long waits when someone finally answers. I am completely disappointed in an organization that is supposed to help. Hire more staff so the current team can work more effectively. If no one answers, stop advising people to call the clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B! I have referred many friends and family members to FSAC. Our experience with Dr. B and the entire team was excellent, and we will always be grateful for everything they did!

Amazing!!! I appreciate everything they have done. Dr. Shamonki is the best doctor. He always listens carefully to my concerns and does everything possible to make sure I am well. I do not know what I would do without him and all the wonderful nurses. I would give them a million stars if I could.

Dr. Desai is one of the best doctors I have ever met! I am now 7 weeks pregnant and highly recommend her. We specifically chose this clinic because of her reputation, and I am so glad we did. We are very grateful! From our first visit, she made us feel heard and supported. No matter how many questions I asked, she answered patiently and explained everything clearly. Dr. Desai is gentle, compassionate, understanding, and genuinely cares about her patients. She treats patients as people, not just cases. All the nurses are very kind as well. The whole team is wonderful. A+! If you are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated doctor, Dr. Desai is the right choice. I would recommend, and already have recommended, this clinic without hesitation!

Tingting and Catalina at FSAC were the most unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible people I encountered during my surrogacy journey. They took a share of the service fee I paid to the surrogacy agency they recommended, yet refused to fulfill their responsibilities. When problems arose, they immediately denied involvement, shifted blame to the other company, and told me, “Ask them; we are not involved.” This led to endless finger-pointing between the two companies, with no one accepting responsibility or genuinely helping. As an intended parent facing serious problems during surrogacy, I had no one to turn to. Tingting and Catalina repeatedly said they were “not involved,” even though I had clearly been told that: • They received part of the fee to manage me as the client • The other agency managed the surrogate • The service fee was split between the two companies for that reason When challenged, they became hostile instead of resolving the problem professionally. They blocked me and threatened legal action, claiming a contract clause prohibited me from discussing my experience. That conduct alone shows how they operate. Worse was their bullying and discriminatory attitude. If you are Chinese and not fluent in English, they treat you as though you understand nothing and can be manipulated. I am a living example of how they treat clients they believe will not fight back. Their tone was arrogant, aggressive, and intimidating, with no respect or compassion for intended parents enduring an emotionally and physically exhausting surrogacy process. From IVF treatment through delivery, the entire experience was extremely painful, stressful, and overwhelming, largely because of their conduct, attitude, and refusal to accept responsibility. If you value transparency, accountability, and basic humanity, avoid FSAC's IVF and surrogacy services. No one should experience what I did.

Please do not come to this clinic. As a new patient, my very first appointment ran 45 minutes to an hour late. The next week, my husband submitted a semen sample to the lab, and they said the doctor would contact us within 24 hours. No one called. My husband called and was promised a response, but no one called. The next day I called and was told a note would be left on the doctor's desk for a same-day callback, but she still did not call. I later had a phone appointment with Dr. Mel, and she was late too. Ten minutes past the scheduled time, I was upset because we had been patiently waiting for bloodwork and other test results. The receptionist laughed at me on the phone and said she did not know what was happening. Being laughed at over test results was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will definitely go elsewhere. After I argued with the front desk, my husband called, but they said they did not want to speak with him because I was emotional. Dr. Mel finally called an hour and a half after my appointment time to discuss everything. Do not waste your time here. They do not care about you or respect your time; they only want your money.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Shamonki and his team. I am 40 years old with polycystic ovary syndrome and mild endometriosis, and I am now 17 weeks pregnant with my baby girl. Their treatment plan was excellent. Both egg retrievals were very successful, as was my first transfer.

We will update this review if things change, but this has been our experience so far after first consulting Dr. Hubert and now working with Dr. Bayulos. If your case becomes complicated or does not proceed as planned or expected, it is difficult to get direct answers. If your situation ends in miscarriage, it is best to arrange a backup care plan in advance, because we were essentially rushed out of the clinic with almost no options or guidance on follow-up care. We are currently considering transferring our embryos to another clinic.

I had a wonderful experience here! My doctor was excellent, and the two other doctors I saw while he was out of town were also wonderful. The nurses and all the staff were very welcoming. Blood tests have always been difficult for me because of anxiety and fainting, and I had a lot of blood drawn throughout the process, but the nurses were very gentle and made me comfortable. My questions were always answered, and as a 40-year-old single woman who became pregnant through IUI, I never felt judged. I was fortunate to become pregnant on my second attempt! The doctors were very encouraging and did not pressure me into more invasive and expensive procedures I did not need. I was especially impressed by the early-pregnancy follow-up care, including ultrasounds and testing to ensure everything was progressing well. I never had any difficulty with communication or appointments. Thank you so much!

I sincerely thank this clinic and its entire team for their attentive care and support throughout my fertility journey. From my first visit, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable and truly listened to me. Dr. Buyalos and the nurses were compassionate and highly professional, always explaining each step patiently and thoroughly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.

Working with Dr. Buyalos has been a wonderful experience since we first met him in October 2024! He took time to listen to us and explain everything in detail. He worked with us to develop a fertility plan. I am thrilled to share that, with the help of Dr. Buyalos and his excellent team, I became pregnant after our second IUI! Thank you to the clinic for this opportunity and to the entire medical staff for their support.

We are very grateful to the doctors and nurses here. Our primary physician, Dr. Buyalos, was outstanding and helpful throughout the process. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful and kind, including the front desk staff and all the nurses. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, this clinic feels like a factory. They often did not remember who I was or what treatment I was receiving. By the time the bills arrived, I knew something was wrong. You would think they would suggest changing the treatment plan after six rounds of Clomid, but as long as I kept paying, they did not seem to care. A complete waste of time and resources.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to Dr. Buyalos! We decided to go in simply to assess our health at the beginning of our journey to conceive. Learning about ourselves and the process was very beneficial to both of us. We were fortunate to conceive naturally the following month. We were glad we chose this path because we had already begun with Dr. B, who could care for us until 10 weeks. It was a very nerve-racking process, and I was grateful we could see him at 6 weeks instead of waiting several more weeks until an OB/GYN would first see us. My schedule is very busy and physically demanding, so this reassured us throughout. Because we were proactive, when we learned I was pregnant, the genetic results we received gave us clear reassurance that everything was already fine with our baby. I also learned other valuable things about my health. Many thanks to Dr. B and his team. They are kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! At ten weeks, they even gave us a swaddle. It was a thoughtful gesture. Do not hesitate to contact them during your journey!

Many thanks to the entire FASC staff and Dr. Hubert. This was completely different from the last fertility clinic I visited. Dr. Hubert is very approachable, and I felt comfortable with him throughout the process. His experience, sincere compassion, and empathy for patients make him an excellent provider. I cannot recommend this facility and Dr. Hubert highly enough.

Beware! We had only one in-person consultation and already spent over $2,000 without receiving any treatment. We continued receiving bills from third-party companies as late as 6 months after that one visit. They should be transparent in advance about every cost associated with the tests they order. I feel misled and will not continue treatment.

My two children, now 11 and 6, were both conceived through IVF, all thanks to Dr. Gary Hubert. He truly is the best of the best! Dr. Hubert's passion for his work shows in everything he does. He explains every detail clearly and oversees every procedure from start to finish. From day one of my IVF journey through my second pregnancy and beyond, he was always there. I highly recommend Dr. Hubert and his facility to anyone struggling to conceive. I love sharing my experience to give hope to couples facing fertility challenges—it is possible; nothing is impossible.

I had embryos frozen here. Dr. B was very kind and professional, and the outcome was successful! Thank you, Dr. B.

I felt neglected by this clinic.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Hubert at FSAC. After several failed IVF cycles, we came to him from another clinic feeling hopeless. I am now 5 months pregnant, and I would not be here if we had not gone to Dr. Hubert. I highly recommend him and FSAC! Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Where do I begin? I was a patient of Dr. Mousa. I came to him after losing a baby at 20 weeks because of a chromosomal deletion. It was devastating, but we knew we wanted to try again with the help of science. At our first consultation in his Sherman Oaks office, he listened to why we had come with great compassion and patience. He was caring and reassuring and did not rush to the next patient. As our appointments moved to his Thousand Oaks office and we began our IVF journey, he communicated very well throughout the process. He explained everything in detail and showed warmth and humor when needed. He always made himself available. I had never had a doctor share his cell phone number and provide embryo updates. That was very reassuring when anxiously waiting for updates over the weekend. I am so glad he was our doctor throughout the process. His office, front-desk staff, nurses, and surgical technicians run like a well-oiled machine. They have an established system that is highly organized and followed precisely to provide patients with the best support. We were always welcomed with a warm smile, asked how we were feeling, and the child who often accompanied me to appointments was given stickers. The clinical assistants always greeted you, got to know you, and helped you settle comfortably into the exam room. There was no wait for Dr. Mousa. After the examination, nurses reviewed every medication and explained how to take it, and they were always reachable by phone. The excellent surgical technicians prepared you for retrieval or transfer, made sure you were as comfortable as possible before the procedure, spoke with you beforehand, gave you quiet time if needed, and arranged for the anesthesiologist to call the day before to check everything. They ensured you were comfortable before and after the procedure. They excelled at every step. The happiest day was learning I was pregnant, and graduating from the clinic was bittersweet. I highly recommend this office, Dr. Mousa, and his staff.

I am writing this review at 6 weeks pregnant after IVF with Dr. Shamonki. Dr. Shamonki is undoubtedly the best doctor I have ever met. He has been incredibly patient with me. I came to him traumatized after three miscarriages, and trusting him through the IVF process was one of the best decisions of my life. I had symptoms that some people consider normal in pregnancy, but given my history, I needed constant reassurance. Dr. Shamonki and his team were incredible. They fit me in at the last minute to put my mind at ease and called me on their days off. They went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful I could cry. When Shamonki was busy, another doctor stepped in, and the entire experience was amazing. They did everything they could to hold my hand through the process. I highly recommend this clinic and will return for all future embryo transfers. It is a very special place. Thank you, Dr. Shamonki. I will recommend you to everyone!

This clinic is a breath of fresh air. The staff are approachable, kind, and patient, and the clinic is highly professional. I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. They called when they said they would and did what was right for their patients. Dr. Hubert was very kind and considerate and made me feel comfortable throughout treatment.

I underwent IVF at this clinic in early February. All my test results were normal, but of the 12 eggs retrieved, only three were mature. ICSI was performed, but none of the embryos made it past day five, and all three died. I chose the wrong place, lost money, and harmed myself. It was a painful lesson.
