Dr. Dougherty and Dr. Manera are amazing! They are true professionals and highly skilled physicians. The staff make you feel that they genuinely care about you, which is completely different from other clinics! The best thing about this clinic is that they return your calls no matter how much you pester them! They are now helping me appeal a decision with my insurance company. After two and a half years of infertility, Dr. Manera, Dr. Dougherty, and their wonderful team helped me become pregnant, and I now have a healthy one-year-old. After seeing many specialists, this was the only clinic that truly listened to me and created a personalized treatment plan based on each family's circumstances. I highly recommend Dr. Manara and Dr. Dougherty. After every visit, you speak directly with a doctor rather than receiving a brief nurse call with results, as at other clinics. After three and a half years of infertility, I finally became pregnant and am now enjoying life with my seven-month-old baby, thanks to this clinic. My husband’s insurance did not cover IVF, so I wanted to avoid paying out of pocket. Other local clinics broadly insisted that “three IUIs plus one IVF is best” for unexplained infertility. Dr. Dougherty listened carefully to every question and concern and supported his reasoning with current research. I felt treated as an individual, not as one step on an assembly line designed to maximize success rates. His compassion and persistence helped us conceive, and I will return for a second child. Although I worked less often with Dr. Manara, he was knowledgeable and very compassionate. He helped manage my anxiety during early pregnancy until graduation. I highly recommend this clinic.

Update September 30, 2025 Today, when I felt at my worst, I walked into the office and unexpectedly felt endless love, which says everything about this clinic. IVF is heartbreaking, and today was difficult. As soon as I entered, Ashley at the front desk, always friendly and energetic, joked about our matching green hair and made me laugh. I saw Sam, one of my favorite people at the clinic, and her smile when she saw me was the hug I needed. She is warm, considerate, compassionate, and caring, exactly the person you want beside you during a procedure. Then I saw Mariah, who is like a sister. Although we have known each other only briefly, we share parts of our lives. She is also very gentle when drawing blood: quick, precise, attentive, and gentle. Chelsea is undoubtedly the gentlest, most considerate, kindest person I have met. During ultrasounds, she cares for you like family. She explains what is happening, apologizes if anything is uncomfortable, and breaks everything down so you understand what she is doing and what you see on the monitor. I cannot say the same for another female ultrasound staff member. She was awful, rude, and insensitive and needs training or a different field. I deducted one star because of her; she was the worst experience during this period. Ms. Jennifer is a tremendous blessing: kind, knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and very hands-on. I love her. Ms. Christine—sigh—is so understanding, caring, compassionate, gentle, and considerate. My injections hurt, and others might say, ‘That is part of the process,’ meaning just endure it. Christine instead asks, ‘Would you like me to check the site and make sure everything is okay?’ ‘Did you change medications? Is it helping?’ or ‘Let me draw where you should inject.’ She is amazing. Dr. Dougherty and Dr. Manara are simply the best, truly diamond-standard doctors. Their level of care is beyond words. I am still on this journey with them, but I had to update everyone unsure which doctor to choose. For anyone seeking a sincere person who cares about women's bodies and the gift of conception, this describes how kind and grounded Dr. Manara was at our first meeting. He breaks everything down to help you understand what he believes is the best treatment. He patiently asks about past experiences and medical history and develops a plan. He never rushes appointments and shows constant care throughout the visit. I have only just met him, but I know he is an angel sent by God to save my partner and me because words cannot describe how we feel. Kelly assisted me when I called. She was very kind and courteous on the phone and is truly a treasure. In person she was equally warm and kind, revealing her beautiful heart. At check-in, another physician, Dr. Dougherty, greeted us, introduced himself, and was very friendly. In 2024, it is refreshing to find humanity, gentleness, and warmth in healthcare. I had not yet met Dr. Manara but had to leave this review while sitting in the waiting room at 5 p.m. today, July 9, 2024. I will update after meeting him, but so far he is five stars in our view.

After a terrible experience at RMA across the street, this clinic was so wonderful that words cannot describe it. From the moment we entered, Dr. Manara and Dr. Dougherty treated my husband and me like family. RMA wanted many unnecessary tests and planned to begin full fertility treatment as soon as possible. Dr. Manara prescribed only what was needed for testing, and we ultimately conceived naturally without treatment. I had early monitoring here for the first two months of pregnancy. They were thorough, attentive, and supportive and never made me feel I asked too many questions. I highly recommend this clinic.

I began IVF in early March and learned in mid-April that I was pregnant—our first pregnancy after 6 and a half years of infertility. Dr. Manara helped my husband and I explore our options after two miscarriages in 2023. He was respectful of our decision to not pursue IVF and gave us testing to ease our minds about trying again.
