Dr tatpati is by far the best Dr ever , she’s very informative, and Compassionate when it comes to my wants and my health , . She takes the time to answer questions and helps with any concerns you may have (procedures ect…) highly recommend seeing her and this team . Also shout out to Dr Gilbough (hope I spelled his name correctly) he’s been helping us as well (male side ) .

Our whole family is extremely grateful to CFRM (Virginia Center for Reproductive Medicine) for their help. Dr. Peregrin was very caring and worked with us to create a personalized testing and treatment plan based on our medical history. She gave us many options, always supported our decisions, and did everything possible to put us at ease. We completed a medicated intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycle, and I am now 26 weeks pregnant! I previously received treatment in another state, and I can honestly say that the doctors, nurses, and staff at CFRM are the kindest and most considerate people we have encountered. They supported us throughout our journey to conceive. Infertility is challenging in many ways, and having such encouraging and kind people beside us during treatment meant so much. Bree, Samantha, and Mary were incredibly helpful during all my ultrasounds and IUI treatments. They always returned calls promptly, and I always received the medications and information I needed on time. I am truly grateful to them! I was also very impressed with the clinic staff. Scheduling was flexible and convenient, and my waits were always short.

Today I am rocking my three-week-old daughter in my arms, thanks to Dr. Granger and his team. With PCOS, I knew pregnancy might be difficult, but after nearly two years of trying, I felt hopeless. Dr. Granger said he was confident his recommended treatment would help me conceive within three months. Twenty-five days after the first cycle, my pregnancy test was positive. He kept his promise, and I will always be grateful for this gift! Dr. Granger and nurse Brianna were kind and compassionate and gave me hope when I had none. We did not connect well with another nurse, but after requesting Brianna, our care was excellent. Thank you to the whole team for making the seemingly impossible possible.

More than a year ago, I saw Dr. Granger about tubal reversal surgery. Before surgery, he checked my anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level and my husband's semen quality to support a successful outcome. We had surgery in July and received a positive pregnancy test on November 3! We monitored human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and everything looked good. Unfortunately, yesterday's six-week ultrasound showed an ectopic pregnancy and a ruptured fallopian tube. Dr. Granger and his team delivered the news calmly and compassionately and arranged surgery that same day. I am very grateful to Dr. Granger, his team, and everyone at Cypress Surgery Center!

I am very satisfied with this clinic. All the nurses provide good service, but one was especially outstanding. Brianna is extremely patient and kind. She never makes me feel rushed and always takes time to answer all my questions. I would recommend her to everyone!

My overall experience at this clinic was positive, and I appreciate the attentive care from the doctor and most staff. However, a nurse named Bethany made several visits unpleasant. She came across as rude, lacking empathy, and always rushed. It was difficult to ask her questions because her replies often sounded impatient or frustrated, making visits tense rather than reassuring. In a place where patients seek care and compassion, that attitude lowers the clinic's overall quality.

The worst thing I could have done was visit this clinic and Dr. Jamie Peregrine! Rude, arrogant, and racist! She does not consider your feelings at all! She makes you feel stupid, and without even asking whether I spoke Spanish, she requested an interpreter 🙄 😒 😑 I drove 8 hours from Colorado, did not receive a copy of my information, and then received a bill for her consultation with an interpreter that I did not need!

Extremely rude for no reason. You need a better customer service representative!

Dr. Grainger is wonderful, and I am very grateful that he helped me finally receive a diagnosis. The nurses and office staff are also excellent; I have never had trouble receiving a callback the same day.

I saw Dr. Tatpati, and after only one round of treatment, I became pregnant within 6 months! Throughout the process, everyone was very supportive and did an excellent job explaining everything!

This clinic and its staff are wonderful and professional. They helped us become a family. You do not always have to go to Kansas City, although I am sure the staff there are also excellent. Kindness and hope were always with us, and this group gave us a chance.

I had my tubal reversal on March 28, 2007, and then had our little Destiny Marie Tjadan on September 10, 2008.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire process and were candid about what it involved. They also explained the costs in advance, which was helpful to know before we began. Thanks to the team here, I was fortunate to give birth to my beautiful baby in April.

If I could give no stars, I would. During one of the most stressful periods of my life, I had an extremely negative experience here. I was referred to this center for surgery to remove a fallopian tube, and I would not recommend them to anyone. One nurse I contacted had a very poor attitude when I called for information about my surgery. She spoke rapidly and treated me as though I were a nuisance. The scheduler was also extremely disorganized and unprofessional, providing information piecemeal about which medications I needed to stop and the costs involved. I was told only one thing at a time, such as stopping one medication, when I believe everything should have been explained from the beginning. I had listed all my medications and provided both insurance policies on my application, yet they acted as though none of this information had been provided. When I asked why my application did not mention these issues, they seemed even more confused. This not only interrupted important medication for my diabetes, but left me nervous and anxious. This was already an emotional situation, and they certainly did not make it easier. I became so frustrated and uncomfortable with the organization and its insensitivity toward something so important in my life that I canceled the surgery 😢😢☹️☹️
