This is by far the most absurd experience I have ever had. With an attitude like this, this company should not be in business. Shame on you! Watch how you speak to potential customers. Do not assume sarcasm is acceptable; professionalism and courtesy are the bare minimum!

Dr. Sadek is such an amazing doctor! We love him and feel incredibly fortunate. He shines brighter than all the stars because he is so humble and kind. He brings us calm and peace 🫂🥹🙌

Their website claims to provide inclusive care, but that proved to be a lie. This clinic discriminates based on weight. Dr. Jaffe's understanding of weight and BMI is outdated. They are not patient-centered; they only seek patients who will generate the most profit because their IVF services are very limited. This was a painful experience, and all I can do now is be grateful that I left this clinic and found truly inclusive care at CNY Fertility, which now has a monitoring location in Orlando. Despite Dr. Jaffe's discriminatory practices, I will say that the clinic is not entirely without merit. 1) The office staff, nurses, and lab technicians are wonderful; 2) the other doctors and nurses showed me tremendous care during my miscarriage; 3) the care coordinators communicate well; 4) the cryopreservation team was prompt and helpful (although the clinic's cryopreservation services are overpriced, and other clinics charge much less). Overall, I advise all women to stay away from this clinic. From what I understand, it has a poor reputation in the community and is profiting from women's fertility problems. **To all overweight or obese women who hope to become mothers**: You deserve competent, inclusive, professional medical care. Although you will not find it at CRM, such care does exist. A good doctor will evaluate your health comprehensively rather than excluding you from treatment and surgery solely because of your BMI. A fertility doctor should not tell you how many pounds you need to lose. You can take ovulation-induction medication, continue taking GLP-1 medication until you need anesthesia or have a positive pregnancy test, and absolutely have a healthy, safe pregnancy.

I had an excellent experience at the Center for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Jaffe and her team were outstanding, professional, and helpful. I could not be more grateful!

Sadly, this clinic makes you feel like just a number. Its service lacks a personal touch, and nearly everything is handled online. We have been patients here for about a year but have never met our attending physician, Dr. Asante, in person. All treatment is handled through virtual appointments. During our last treatment cycle, they did not even contact my wife to ask about her progress or status. That was when we realized they did not know us at all; we were simply an account they used to make money. Unless we contacted them, they would never know how our last treatment progressed. This was the biggest waste of our time at this clinic. They charge you quickly but do not communicate afterward. Unless we specifically request a follow-up visit, everything is handled through the app and medical assistants. You do not even communicate directly with the doctor. The staff simply relay all the information back and forth. We began wondering whether there were any doctors in the clinic at all or whether they were working remotely from other states or countries. If you like this type of service, this clinic is perfect for you. Otherwise, I would avoid the CRM system and look elsewhere. I would rather be treated as a person than as a number used to meet a quota. This office is purely transactional.

I am now 16 weeks pregnant, all thanks to CRM. My husband and I first met Dr. Asante in 2023. He was very kind and helpful and explained the entire process in detail. I previously had a frozen embryo transfer at another clinic and now have a son. CRM has stricter procedures and requires far more testing than the clinic where we had our previous embryo transfer because they aim for the best possible outcome, so my husband and I did not feel fully prepared at the time. By the end of 2025, I felt ready. I had ReproTech transport our precious 7 embryos, frozen in 2019, from New Jersey to Florida. The process went very smoothly because ReproTech works closely with CRM. Before the embryos arrived, CRM carefully coordinated with our previous clinic to understand its embryo-freezing procedures, grading system, and more. There was a great deal of paperwork, but that reflects how thorough CRM is. After the embryos arrived in Orlando, I underwent a hysteroscopy and a hysterosalpingogram. I had undergone a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) before but never a hysteroscopy. It seemed a little excessive at the time, but I understood that CRM wanted to ensure there were no underlying issues with the uterine lining. They truly want to conduct as much testing as possible to avoid wasting embryos. Dr. Sadek performed both procedures and was excellent, explaining the entire process and the results immediately afterward. Everything went smoothly, the results were normal, and I was ready to begin my frozen embryo transfer (FET) protocol. Instructions were available in the app and in documents uploaded to it. My nurse made a small mistake: the instructions in the app differed slightly from those in one uploaded document, but I quickly received clarification after asking through the portal. The nurses responded promptly. Occasionally, a response was delayed and I had to call to escalate the issue, but they always called back. During my frozen embryo transfer (FET) protocol, Dr. Asante recommended nutritional supplements and provided guidance about intercourse and other matters. His instructions were much more detailed than those I had received at my previous clinic. At my final uterine lining check, he said he was confident the transfer would succeed because my lining looked good. One of my favorite things about this clinic is the supportive welcome handbook and the option to join an online support group with nurses and other women who have experienced infertility. Through this program, I could ask nurses and fertility coaches nonurgent questions and talk through difficult moments. It was a lifesaver, and I wish I had received this kind of support when trying for my first baby. On transfer day, my physician was Dr. Loy, likely one of the most experienced specialists, and thank goodness I chose him. During the transfer, he discovered that my cervical opening was “U”-shaped, making catheter insertion very difficult and painful. A transfer normally takes only 15 minutes, but we waited 45 minutes. He asked how I felt and whether I wanted to reschedule. I told him absolutely not and asked him to try again. Thankfully, he did not give up on me and successfully completed the transfer without bleeding or injury. The embryo was placed perfectly, and I had a feeling right then that we would become pregnant. Sure enough, two weeks later, my beta-hCG level soared. Thank goodness we are expecting our second baby boy 💙 Special thanks also to the front desk staff, Kelly, Ruby, and Isabelle. Everyone was courteous, professional, and attentive. Most of all, I want to thank Dr. Asante. He is always kind and very candid. He genuinely cares about his patients' outcomes while also being honest about their chances of success. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Dr. Asante still owes me a baby girl 🤣, but that is my fault for choosing not to have the biopsy. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Asante, Dr. Loy, and CRM for helping us build our family!

Very disappointed. My husband, our doctor, and I have contacted this clinic countless times asking them to send our lab results to our fertility clinic. We never received a response. We finally received an email with the results, but they had forgotten to attach the lab report. We have been trying to reach them for a month and still have not received a response. I am now forced to leave a negative review here because this is the only place where I have seen anyone receive a reply.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Maame, the ultrasound technologist at CRM Orlando. On 6 8, I met Maame during a fertility evaluation. She transformed what could have been a stressful and anxious experience into one filled with hope, reassurance, and genuine joy. It has been nearly a year since we successfully conceived through IVF at the Center for Reproductive Medicine and welcomed our baby boy. I want to reflect on our journey under Dr. Loy’s care. After several failures, Dr. Loy and his outstanding team never gave up on us. Kelly at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and encouraged us with her positive attitude. Dr. Loy’s nurse, Evelyn, supported us through every high and low, accompanying us like family at every step. The front desk staff here is amazing! From the moment I walked in for my first consultation, I felt welcomed and supported. One morning I went to have surgery at Orlando Avenue Surgery Center and I was annoyed because I had to wait about 3 hours until my surgery time. Samantha was incredibly kind and patient with me at explaining the process.

The fertility journey is not easy, but having some of the best staff in the field makes all the difference. Everyone here is kind and welcoming, and I especially want to thank Kelly at the front desk. She is a ray of sunshine and brightens every visit. I had an excellent blood draw with Jenn at CRM in Celebration. She was very gentle and patient, making me feel at ease during what can be an anxiety-provoking procedure. This is one of the best facilities ever! From the very beginning, literally the very first phone call, I have had an outstanding experience! Big shout out to Dr. Loy, Patel, Asante, Sadek, nurse Evelyn, the front desk staff, the lab nurses, and TRULY everyone at CRM, for a job well done in providing A+ care and customer service!

Although some staff were very kind and thoughtful, I encountered several problems. First, I only saw the doctor at my initial consultation and never again. Second, I was told I could not consult or speak with him again until I completed the three intrauterine inseminations (IUI) he ordered. Third, a woman named Belinda was drawing blood. When I asked if she could use my hand, she made me feel like a burden and said I should have told someone earlier because other patients were waiting. This blood test was confirming the miscarriage of my first pregnancy. When I complained to the manager, her solution was for me to return another day, even though Belinda was not the only person drawing blood. I will not return. I understand this is a business, but we are human, and pregnancy can be one of life's most sensitive and painful experiences. Please show more compassion and patience.

My husband and I had struggled with infertility since 2021. After trying to conceive naturally for a year, we were referred to the Center for Reproductive Medicine. The doctors and staff were amazing and truly our saving grace. After countless blood tests and ultrasounds, they discovered and treated a condition I did not even know I had (endometriosis). Following medicated cycles, 4 intrauterine inseminations (IUI), and IVF involving one egg retrieval, one hysteroscopy, and two embryo transfers, we welcomed our sweet son Trace this February. Few people share their infertility stories, but I am happy to say we finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️

He uniquely combines professionalism with humor, making a joke just when you are nervous and instantly helping you relax. That approachable bedside manner is invaluable. Communication impressed me most. It is essential to me, and this practice exceeded my expectations in every way. They are thorough, responsive, and make you feel supported at all times. This was honestly one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had. I am deeply grateful to the entire team and would recommend this practice without hesitation.

My wife and I have been patients at CRM for three years. We have struggled with infertility, but Dr. Patel and her team have been extremely helpful throughout the process. They always respond promptly, and we have never questioned their approach to treatment. Dr. Patel is the best! She patiently explains everything and takes time to answer any questions. I had never experienced fertility problems before coming here. I have had several children and even became pregnant while taking birth control pills. I had my fallopian tubes removed, with no damage elsewhere. Every embryo tested as poor quality, and none of the transfers succeeded.

I hardly know where to begin; words cannot express my joy. My physician was Dr. Loy, who was excellent and professional from start to finish. Even better, every staff member—from the front desk and phlebotomists to the nurses and ultrasound technicians—was wonderful. My husband and I thank everyone who helped make this wish come true. The surgical team on the first floor also gave me tremendous help and support every time I had a procedure. Thank God for making this possible and for providing such an excellent medical team to help others who long to build a family.

We officially “graduated” today (YAY!!!) and there’s only good things I can say about Dr. Jaffee and the CRM team! We originally were open to be treated for fertility, and we ended up getting pregnant naturally❤️, the doctor and the team (which was available conveniently through the app) were quick to make my first 2 months of the 1st trimester a success, I felt safe and heard if I had a concern, and they were quick to act!!! Dr. Jaffee is always kind and doesn’t rush to answer any questions and will have the right answer for you. My husband and I are truly thankful for your service and care❤️

Very expensive. We had four failed IVF cycles and five failed IUIs. We still do not know what the problem is. We spent a great deal of money and time.

I have only just started using their services, so this review reflects my initial experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their app makes the entire process very easy to follow. They are one of two companies recommended by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I am pleased that I chose CRM.

Three years wasted without ever meeting the doctor in person. Dr. Loy lacks compassion and empathy for patients. In addition, he failed to use the correct medication dosage twice during IVF treatment. When my wife asked how we should prepare for the next step toward having a child, he made an unwarranted personal attack and said she needed ‘emotional management treatment.’ Dr. Loy lacks medical ethics and the ability to help others. After multiple failed IUIs and IVF attempts, I began to wonder whether CRM deliberately avoids helping couples become pregnant because the longer patients remain, the more money it earns. Dr. Loy was our fertility doctor for more than three years, yet we never met him in person! For over three years, we communicated through an app. The entire process was disappointing, and the treatment plan lacked guidance. Most absurdly, when the injection stage began, they simply sent instructional videos and nothing more! The clinic provided no guidance on how to correctly mix medications, attach needles, or administer injections. My wife and I paid for two IVF attempts, and both failed before egg retrieval. Our entire experience at CRM was terrible.

I cannot say enough good things about this fertility clinic! Dr. Patel is wonderful—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient. She truly listens and makes you feel that your concerns matter. Her nurse Gabby is equally exceptional: warm, helpful, and always available to answer questions and ease anxiety. The staff at the Winter Park clinic are also wonderful. Everyone is kind and attentive, making you feel completely at ease throughout the process. The entire team made a potentially stressful journey much easier. I am extremely grateful for the care and support I received here! Thank you for everything you do!

I deliberately waited nine months to write this review because we were patiently awaiting the arrival of our baby boy. I am delighted to share that he was born healthy in November 2025. Our journey with CRM began two years earlier, in September 2023, when we first consulted Dr. Loy. After spending time with him, hearing about his experience, and even drawing at his desk, we knew he was the doctor we needed because he was approachable and compassionate. During a stressful and uncertain period in our lives, the entire CRM team treated us with exceptional care and consideration. Before coming to CRM, we had tried to conceive for four years, and two years later, we finally welcomed our beautiful baby! The journey was not easy. We experienced three failed IUIs and three IVF cycles, finally succeeding on the third. Dr. Loy was very honest, and his thoughtful treatment plans made us feel that he took our concerns with each attempt seriously. We especially thank Dr. Feranec for performing our hysteroscopy, Dr. Jaffe for our egg retrieval, Dr. Asante for our laparoscopy, and Dr. Loy for our embryo transfer. We also thank the reception team for supporting and encouraging us throughout the journey. I hope this review helps others going through the same process understand that success is possible and that they should never give up!

This is the worst medical center in all of Florida. The people here are terrible and look for every way to take patients' money. A woman named Pamela is extremely rude and unprofessional. In June, she sent the wrong prescription to CVS and refused to correct it. Months have passed, and despite my repeated calls, she hangs up and still will not fix the error. I am now without medication that I must take every day. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Please seek care elsewhere to avoid the same ordeal.

Thank you to Dr. Loy and his wonderful team! We finally met our baby girl on October 23, 2025! None of this would have been possible without them.

They are difficult to communicate with and hard to reach. You cannot even call with a simple question. They only allow messages, but when you send one, the person responding has no idea what you are talking about. Then you wait another hour for a reply, and two days later you finally receive the information you needed—but it is too late, and the entire process is delayed another month. They do not treat people like human beings. I can no longer tell whether I am chatting with a person or a bot, and they do not answer the phone anyway. If it were not already too late, I would have switched companies. If you ask detailed questions and want to participate actively, I strongly advise staying away. If you do not care about the outcome, give them a try.

I met Dr. Asante several times by video, and he was pleasant. However, the finance department has been one of the most difficult I have ever dealt with. I planned to begin IVF this summer, but they required full prepayment before my cycle and immediate purchase of all medication. I paid everything so we could proceed, but then conceived naturally and never began the cycle. In the first week of July, I told them I was pregnant and no longer needed IVF. They still charged a coordination fee and said it would be deducted from my refund, which was another issue, but promised a refund. Nearly four months after payment, they have not answered my emails or clarified whether the refund was approved, how much it will be, or when it will arrive. It is outrageous that I had to pay immediately while they hold a large deposit for four months. The stress forced me to consult a lawyer about next steps. I therefore do not recommend CRM.

Dr. Patel and her team are amazing! Our daughter is nearly ten months old, and Dr. Patel's faith and determination are major reasons she is with us today. Working with the entire team was wonderful. We sincerely thank you 💕

Do not waste your time or money with this terrible company. They do everything by text, and none of the staff seems to know what they are doing. You can never schedule an appointment by phone. I have to drive 1 hour and 40 minutes just to reach them. Do not waste your time.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Do not waste a second calling this company; go elsewhere. I spent all morning going back and forth because a referral was ‘wrong’ simply because two words were missing. Completely unhelpful, indifferent, and a total waste of time. Your money and peace of mind are better spent elsewhere.

Despite all the fancy features here, I felt compelled to leave an honest review because difficulty bringing new life into the world is among the hardest challenges anyone can face. Avoid this place and find an office where you can speak directly with your doctor. This office tries to charge your insurer and you as much as possible. If you continue here, ask when and how often you will actually speak with your doctor. I quickly noticed a clear difference between this office and my previous doctor. After three months, I still had no reliable plan for moving forward. I had met my doctor only once in a 10-minute virtual visit. I had to retell my story to every staff member because earlier notes did not accurately convey what I had shared.

The doctors and staff are wonderful, but billing is a nightmare. Every time I sought a refund, the patient's insurance was overcharged. I was told I had unpaid out-of-pocket costs, although I had paid in advance and my insurance was still billed, so I know they were paid twice. It is a nightmare that patients must call to recover a $3,000 overpayment.

CRM. The worst experience. Unprofessional and disrespectful, with staff showing dismissive and even insulting attitudes toward LGBT people. Healthcare should be compassionate and equitable. I wish I had read the negative reviews before registering.

I went to CRM on the recommendation of friends and colleagues. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Loy’s team at the Winter Park clinic for helping us build our family. I have been Dr. Loy’s patient since 2021, and we now have two wonderful children thanks to the IVF treatment they provided. They are very willing to listen and recommend the best treatment plan for your specific situation. We had both male- and female-factor infertility, with only a 5% chance of conceiving on our own. They readily provided information so we could make informed decisions and never pressured us. A few things to note: your primary doctor remains your doctor and is responsible for all testing and treatment plans. However, they share some procedures. Their doctors rotate responsibility for different procedures. All their doctors are excellent, and I saw nearly every one of them for various treatments. Fertility treatment and testing take time. This is not a quick process. It requires patience, especially when you want to start a family. Trust the process, but do not be afraid to advocate for yourself. They are a large clinic, and although their team is excellent, it is entirely appropriate to ensure communication remains clear while you are undergoing treatment and/or testing. I hope this helps you find the right fertility doctor, and I wish you all the best.

The nursing team was always available and gave me tremendous support and encouragement with every concern, both during my successes and through setbacks and disappointments. My experience at this clinic was amazing! Dr. Sharon Jaffe was understanding, attentive, and genuine from the beginning. The entire clinic team takes excellent care of you and answers all your questions. Although it took several months, everything was worthwhile. We searched for a doctor for nearly four years and finally found this clinic. It was a miracle! A few months later, my test was positive. My baby is now 7 months old, and we can only be grateful because none of this would have been possible without finding the right doctor. God bless. P.S. Those who say the costs are high need to understand that all these processes are expensive. They require many tests, medications, and injections, and ultimately, you may also choose whether to undergo surgery. I have BCBS insurance and only paid for one fallopian tube test they performed, about $1000. They warned us that insurance might not cover it. I also paid for genetic testing, which was not expensive. I could even pay the $1000 in installments. Some pills and injections were covered by insurance, while others were not affordable, mainly vitamins for my husband and me. I highly recommend the brands they carry; they are excellent.

For years, I have trusted CRM to help achieve my family-planning goals. The attentive care provided by the reproductive endocrinologists and staff truly put my husband and me at ease. They gave us confidence in the process and reassured us that they would be with us at every step.

Your process was supposed to be ‘easy and stress-free,’ but my experience was the opposite. Being honest and proactive seemed to get me nowhere. I repeatedly had problems with the app not displaying results. I kept calling, but it took three weeks to finally reach a live representative; until then, everything was handled by text. After the technical problem was resolved, I repeatedly asked about a $50 charge that appeared and disappeared. I even went to the clinic, but no one could explain why the balance kept appearing. Again, I was the one constantly following up. Eventually, I spoke with Susy in billing, who told me my account had been sent to collections for $50 back in April and should have been frozen. I was shocked because I had already begun the process. On August 7, 2025, and August 11, 2025, I called again for clarification. The second call was at 8:45 a.m., and I spoke with an extremely rude woman. When I asked whether I was speaking with collections, she said, ‘Unless you pay what you owe to the collection agency, we cannot help you.’ She refused to provide any information and claimed that her name was also Susy. She even put me on hold and said her supervisor was unavailable. The entire process was frustrating, poorly communicated, and far from the promised ‘easy’ experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. After I completed all the tests, the doctor said I simply had poor egg quality and my husband had low sperm motility, which did not seem as serious to me as blocked fallopian tubes or similar problems. I hoped he would prescribe medication to help my husband and me, but instead he had a stranger call to sell us a medication he knew would not improve egg or sperm quality. We tried every medication, and the IVF he recommended was beyond our budget. We were very dissatisfied with our experience and felt that the practice was more focused on making money than helping us reach our goal.

The doctors, staff, and most nurses are wonderful. However... ...the financial department caused enormous, unnecessary stress for my family and me. I was charged far more than my insurance should have left me responsible for. Claims were not submitted or were submitted incorrectly, and nothing was resolved until I personally spent hours reconciling them.

Highly recommended!! Everyone is wonderful, but Dr. Patel and my nurse Gabby were especially outstanding. Thank you so much!

Dr. Jaffe and the entire CRM team helped me dream of becoming a mother again. They first answered the questions we had carried for so long, then guided us through the entire IVF journey. The app was very helpful for tracking medications, and the chat feature was an added benefit because the staff responded so quickly. I will always be grateful for all their guidance and help, and I cannot wait to welcome our baby!

Pay attention to other similar reviews. This clinic operates like a factory, cramming in as many patients as possible every day. They make you download their terrible app, which they use to ensure you never get to see a doctor. They do not contact you with test results and instead make you call to schedule a follow-up. They send you in circles for months, and you can never reach a doctor or get useful advice. This clinic is a joke. I am sure they will reply to this review with their usual canned response: “We are sorry about your experience; please email us...” Save your time and money and find another clinic to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life.

Do not use this company; it seems to be falling apart. Since joining Prelude, they have become extremely difficult to work with. Our experience over the past few months has been a nightmare, worse than dealing with most government agencies. Each employee is wonderful and tries their best, but they seem to know nothing about policy and departmental changes. Because departments were moved without staff being informed, it took us weeks to get answers. We have been trying to leave for more than two months, but their bureaucracy makes it very difficult. The department handling transfers says email responses may take 24-48 business hours, or 3-6 business days, making communication extremely slow.

I am 45 years old and now 8 weeks pregnant. I just want to thank this team! It has been a long journey. They always supported us, and the doctor always answered our questions patiently. Carlos is wonderful, and the nurses are very gentle. And Dr. McNichol is simply perfect!

I do not understand how this practice has such high ratings. During the first six months, we saw a doctor only once. Our case was somewhat unusual, and I understand that human error happens, but they handled our case quite coldly. We received a generic ‘we are sorry’ but no explanation of how they would resolve the situation. There was no strategy or plan. I am honestly frustrated that I wasted time there. Time is critical, and it felt as though no one respected the limited time we had. Other issues I found with this practice: - Poor follow-up after procedures. I had to call several times to receive my results, and they made excuses that sometimes results are not available for months. - Billing. Make sure you follow up on how they charge you because duplicate charges do occur. - No one discusses your ultimate goal, and I felt that the idea of using an egg donor was raised several times. - When the ARNP reviewed our results with us, she did not even know who our doctor was. If you want to feel like another number and a sheep being herded through the process, this is the place to go. Please note that I regularly visit other practices and was shocked by my experience here. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk staff were very kind.

The doctors are friendly because they make a lot of money from you. Fertility services are a money-making operation. The billing department is a nightmare. They charge you for services 9 months later without even explaining what the bill is for. The doctors order unnecessary procedures and surgeries, and the entire process feels like an assembly line. They know you depend on their services to become pregnant, and they thrive on that. The doctors seem accustomed to a particular treatment protocol, and if your body does not respond normally, they do not know what to do with you. They move you through the clinic quickly, but be prepared to receive bills two years after leaving.

I searched online for options accepted by my PPO and happened to find CRM. I am so glad I did! They have been doing this for almost as long as I have been alive, and so far it feels like fate. I pray the same for you!!

I spoke with Nicole but felt unheard regarding my inquiry. They refused to disclose their fee structure unless I came in for a consultation. I told her that was not a good fit because I want a transparent and respectful practice.

I called this afternoon to have results faxed to my doctor's office, and the person I spoke with was very rude. People working in healthcare should try to be more sensitive toward others.

I have no complaints about the doctors or facility and had a wonderful experience. Speaking with billing, however, is a nightmare. You ask a question and they talk in circles or do not provide what you requested. Do they read requests? For example, I asked for an itemized statement of charges paid with my Carrot card for fertility assistance, but they completely ignored the request. I had to emphasize and ask four more times before they understood. A simple question should not cause this much stress. I explained clearly what I needed, so please get organized and read patient requests.

My husband and I are very grateful to the CRM team for helping us have our baby girl through IVF. We completed 2 IVF cycles and 1 FET. As Dr. Patel's patient, I received excellent treatment. She truly cares, which made all the difference. She is strategic with her protocols and does not make rash decisions. Dr. Sadek was also very kind and made me comfortable when he performed one of my retrievals. Ta'nah worked with us throughout the process and cared deeply about us. I would recommend CRM to anyone needing fertility treatment and would certainly return in the future if necessary.
