Words cannot express how grateful I am to this team. Nurse Tutu was outstanding during all my ultrasounds. She was gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and reassuring and always took time to make me feel comfortable and cared for. My nurse and phlebotomist Lorena was wonderful. She was highly skilled and so gentle that I could barely feel the needle, which meant a great deal because I am very afraid of needles. She always brought a calm, positive energy that immediately put me at ease. Charise at the front desk was equally excellent. She was always welcoming, friendly, thoughtful, and patient in answering questions. From the moment you enter the clinic, she makes you feel fully cared for. I willingly drive farther to receive care from this team because they are truly exceptional. They gave me tremendous comfort and support throughout treatment at SGF, and I sincerely appreciate every one of them. Their compassion, kindness, and dedication made all the difference. Ms. Courtney has been very kind to me. Whenever I call, she is always happy to answer all my questions. Even when I ask the same question repeatedly, she remains patient and listens carefully to everything I say. The staff at SG are also friendly and respectful. I love it here. I will be starting fertility treatment soon and truly hope everything goes well.

My experience at Shady Grove Fertility was very different from what I expected when beginning fertility treatment. I anticipated a cold, impersonal setting, but was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Xu and her team are knowledgeable and professional, but what impressed me most was their care, empathy, and genuine warmth. This journey is emotionally difficult, and positive support and guidance from professionals were deeply reassuring. Courtney, the clinical team's PCC, accompanied me throughout prescreening. I appreciated her encouragement and prompt responses, which made the process less intimidating. I am still in treatment and hoping for a good outcome, but I am very grateful to have such an excellent team beside me.

Shady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge sets a standard of care that no other clinic has matched. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel supported, well informed, and genuinely cared for. My experience during treatment at SGF was absolutely wonderful! Every staff member was excellent. My care team never let me down and always followed up promptly during treatment. Dr. Xu was very kind, and thanks to her and her team, my husband and I conceived and welcomed our baby boy! A dream come true!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at Shady Grove. On October 2, my spouse and I consulted Dr. Xu. During the consultation, Dr. Xu advised that because we had an embryo in Puerto Rico, it would be best to have the transfer performed there while receiving pre- and post-procedure care from Shady Grove. Based on that recommendation, I scheduled the transfer with the clinic in Puerto Rico. However, when I later contacted Shady Grove to arrange the related care, I waited an entire week for a response and was then told that the clinic no longer provides pre- and post-procedure care for transfers performed elsewhere. This delay and poor communication caused significant distress and wasted time. If the policy has changed, all physicians must be informed promptly so patients can make informed decisions. A one-week response time for a prospective patient is also unacceptable. Because of this situation, I may have to cancel the planned transfer in Puerto Rico because my husband, a service member, will deploy at the end of December. Given the area's large military community, I am surprised that Shady Grove offers no support for circumstances like ours. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your communication and service processes to prevent similar problems in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove. Dr. Xu was kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. We had struggled with recurrent miscarriages and then were unable to conceive. I am now holding our newborn son, all thanks to Dr. Xu, Adrienne, and everyone at Shady Grove. Our first intrauterine insemination (IUI) was successful. They were very organized throughout the process and made sure we understood the plan at every step. Everyone we met was kind and gave us hope. Going through miscarriage and infertility is extremely difficult. I am very grateful to Dr. Xu and everyone who helped us along the way. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling to become or remain pregnant. Words cannot express our gratitude!

She always recommended alternative options to help me move through the process. Nurse Adrienne was warm and approachable. She handled scheduling and ensured I understood the next steps. They both went above and beyond to make my treatment at Shady Grove smooth. Graduating from their care was one of the happiest moments of my life! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to start building a family. Thank you to all the Shady Grove staff; you will always hold a special place in my heart.

I cannot praise Dr. Hsu and her team at Shady Grove in Woodbridge enough. My husband and I had been unable to conceive on our own, so I did my research. Although another Shady Grove location is closer to my home, I specifically drove 40 minutes to see Dr. Hsu and her team. Everyone was kind, caring, compassionate, and genuinely supportive and wanted to help me become pregnant. Everyone knew my name and sincerely cared about our outcome. We completed two IUI cycles. The first failed, but the second succeeded! I am now 12 weeks pregnant and have no complaints. I do not know another place or team I would trust with such a sensitive issue. From the first day of our journey, Dr. Xu, Adrian, and the entire team provided exceptional care. We never felt rushed and always felt like more than just another patient. As we overcame fertility challenges, having such a caring and attentive team was essential to maintaining hope for our future child. Under the team's attentive care, we retrieved a large number of eggs and completed PGT-A testing. Our first frozen embryo transfer was successful, and our ideal son was born in February, just over 10 months after my first egg-retrieval injection. We cannot wait to work with the team again in the near future!
