My husband and I love this clinic - definitely a top IVF clinic in Hong Kong! A little background on our journey: we tried IUI twice with no success, traveled to Thailand for IVF twice, but unfortunately nothing worked out. Finally, we decided to try IVF here in Hong Kong. Choosing The Women’s Clinic was the best decision we ever made! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the care and efficiency we experienced. A huge shoutout to Dr. Dorothy Ng, who is nothing short of an angel. From our very first consultation, she was a bastion of hope - so positive, compassionate, and fully dedicated to helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents. Dr. Dorothy Ng tailored the treatment specifically for me, recognizing that every body is different and requires a unique approach. Her expertise and determination to figure out what worked best for us truly made all the difference. She was with us through the whole process - from the initial consultation, through every check-up, to delivery day, and even postpartum care. We had a miscarriage scare midway through the process, and she answered our call in the middle of the night with such calmness and confidence that it immediately eased our fears. Dr. Dorothy Ng is truly our champion! My husband and I cannot thank her enough for the role she played in bringing our little miracle into the world. For anyone considering IVF, I think it’s so important to find a doctor you feel emotionally comfortable with during this journey, and that’s exactly what Dr. Dorothy Ng was for us. We’re forever grateful! ❤️

Poor review. This clinic only cares about making money, not its patients. I will never return.

As other reviews mention, the doctors are good, but the payment and prescription pickup process is very frustrating. As a working woman, I cannot wait an hour after an appointment. The nurses are not always pleasant either. Given the prices we pay, the service should be better.

Dr. Dorothy Ng was very thorough during examinations and monitored all of my and my baby's measurements throughout the pregnancy.

Even though I had not decided, Dr. Wong spent a great deal of time explaining everything very clearly.

Good clinic and good doctors. However, the reception staff lack common sense when quoting appointment and procedure fees. They quoted the procedure cost without explaining additional mandatory charges, such as laboratory and extra physician fees. I left the clinic having paid 50% more than the amount quoted by phone and WhatsApp. They then blamed me for not asking about additional fees beforehand.

The doctors are very professional and the facility is good, but the wait is ridiculously long. I requested a 5:30 p.m. outpatient appointment, but they told me to come at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5 p.m., they made me wait thirty minutes. I do not understand why I could not come at 5:30 as originally requested. I left without seeing the doctor because I knew their cashier would also take a long time to process the payment and issue a receipt. I do not know why they do not address the wait times.

I am grateful to have found Dr. Vivian. From prenatal checkups through the cesarean section, my baby was born safe and healthy 🥰 Expectant mothers should book well in advance because she is very fully booked.

I do not understand the negative reviews. The doctor did not pressure me into expensive treatment at all.

They only care about taking as much of your money as possible.

Going to this hospital is my greatest regret. I do not recommend it. Dr. Wu's attitude changes depending on the patient, and she is cold toward patients without connections or money. When I asked questions, they said, ‘Next time,’ then did not answer at the next visit. Examinations were rushed, and every treatment was performed mechanically with little discussion. Nurses made many errors, including the wrong number of important injections and unbelievable mistakes such as opening injection boxes. They seemed interested only in sending patients home quickly. It is expensive, so I do not recommend it. I should have left when I began to distrust them. I truly regret it.

A waste of money. Overpriced. The doctors are average. The concierge and pharmacy staff provide poor service.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past few years and have always had a great experience. The staff and doctors are caring and make me feel comfortable during my visits. The clinic is comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended!

I am surprised by all the negative reviews. Dr. Kong was very professional and took excellent care of me. I froze my eggs, and the process went smoothly. In the end, I was able to freeze 16 eggs, although another doctor had told me I could freeze only 10. It is more expensive here, but worth every penny.

Dr. Alice Wong was very helpful and offered useful advice. She explained everything to us patiently and in great detail. The friendly staff were also very helpful.

Do not come here! They overcharge for medical care and consultations. The place is filthy, and the nursing service is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else! To explain further how dirty and unprofessional they are: when my wife had an ultrasound, there was blood on the machine, presumably from a previous patient. The nurses are completely rude and unprofessional. They care only about money. When taking blood samples, they do not verify the client's name or identity. I strongly encourage anyone considering this place to find another IVF center. The clinic only asks for feedback by email. Do not waste your time here. I am surprised it is still operating.

The setting is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Dr. Alice Wong is professional, and the service is excellent. I had a wonderful experience here!
