After two and a half years of infertility treatment at this clinic and four years in total, we finally welcomed our daughter. We are deeply grateful that they never gave up on us despite our difficult circumstances and considered many treatment options. The clinic director stays current with the latest research and techniques and provides evidence-based treatment. Having changed clinics several times myself, I believe it is rare to find a doctor this diligent and knowledgeable. The waits can be long, but they allow ample time for every consultation, which may be one reason. At my previous hospital I often felt rushed, so I appreciated the easy communication here. I understand that waits are unavoidable when providing individualized care, and I could see the clinic working to shorten them, so I did not find this unpleasant. I hear the clinic will soon move near Tokyo Station. I enjoyed exploring Ginza while waiting and came to know the area better, so I feel a little sad. Still, I believe the move reflects the doctor's wish to treat more people, and I wish them continued success.

Thank you for your attentive care; I successfully became pregnant. I conceived soon after laparoscopic surgery. The director is very approachable and takes the work extremely seriously. The director and reception staff are also very friendly. Waits are short on weekday evenings, so I often went for procedures after work. Thank you very much.

This is a comment after giving birth. I safely delivered a healthy baby boy. Thank you very much.

I had an online consultation. When I asked about medication I had previously taken at the hospital, the doctor said it would be better not to have a period every month because menstruation is troublesome. The doctor did not prescribe anything. Even after I explained that I could only use an online consultation because there were no nearby clinics and I could not visit in person, they still would not prescribe it. I felt I had wasted my money. I searched a long time to find this clinic, only to be told, “It would be better not to have periods!” How can they be so dismissive of a patient's feelings? I do not recommend this clinic.

Because I pay out of pocket, every blood draw costs a substantial amount. Yet the same nurse draws my blood each time and has difficulty every time, leaving several needle marks on both arms. I understand that my veins may contribute, but having this happen each time makes me very anxious. Blood draws should be a basic skill, so I hope the nurses can improve their technique. It is unfortunate because the clinic's other services and environment are very good.

I came only to collect previous test results but waited two and a half hours. When I was finally called, the consultation lasted only five minutes. I simply wanted my results, so I sincerely hope they improve this.

This is a terrible clinic, especially the hypocritical director Nikaku. We were deeply disappointed and wasted our time, trust, and money. This clinic worships money and does not care about how you feel while trying to conceive. Words cannot describe how bad the experience was. If you are considering this clinic, first search Google Maps for negative reviews. I do not have enough adjectives. In short, the worst clinic.

Unfortunately, I was unable to become pregnant at my previous clinic, but I succeeded after transferring here. I had considered giving up because of my age, but the doctor assured me that pregnancy at my age was entirely possible. I am glad I trusted him and continued treatment at this clinic.
    Mar 20, 2026
Despite my age, I completed treatment successfully. I received treatment here for about one year. Compared with my previous hospital, the doctors and staff here cared about me and gave me a great deal of support, which helped me approach infertility treatment positively. Thank you very much. Treatment is not inexpensive. You need to be prepared. The long waits are a major challenge. Preparation is important. However, the environment allows you to use the waiting time effectively. I believe egg retrieval is performed under local anesthesia. Although this approach was more painful for me, I think it places less strain on the body in the long term. I received a new treatment here. I believe that is why I was able to become pregnant. 〜*〜*〜*〜*〜*〜*〜 My first visit was for a tea gathering. It was wonderful to speak with clinic staff and others undergoing infertility treatment. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, and the reassuring manner helped me decide to entrust my treatment to this clinic. I transferred from another clinic and am very glad I did, because I had nearly given up. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ My daughter was born safely. She has now celebrated her first birthday. I had many anxieties, but I am glad I persisted with treatment. I hope everyone reading this finds happiness.

I was able to have a child through this clinic. I chose it because a friend recommended it. I believe they selected the appropriate treatment based on my age. The nurses are also kind. Children are not allowed inside the clinic, but childcare is available, so treatment is possible when trying for a second or subsequent child. The waits are quite long. If that improved, the clinic would be much easier to visit.

I experienced secondary infertility, but the clinic receptionists and doctors were very kind, so I felt comfortable attending. They also have a family lounge that can care for older children, which is very convenient. Waiting times can be long, which is a drawback, but otherwise I think this is a very good clinic.

I recently delivered a baby girl safely. During treatment, the doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery, and I became pregnant after one transfer. I was amazed by the advanced care at Ryokaku Ladies Clinic. Although I had some morning sickness, the pregnancy was generally healthy, and my water broke two days before my due date. However, the baby did not descend and my cervix did not dilate, so I ultimately had an emergency cesarean section. I will never forget the emotion of holding my baby after watching a tiny fertilized egg grow day by day. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Ryokaku and all the medical staff for giving me such a wonderful experience. At times during treatment, I felt as though I had entered an invisible tunnel, and those days were very difficult. The doctor and staff stayed beside me, supporting and encouraging me so I could continue. Thank you.

I chose this hospital after receiving a referral. I am writing strictly from my own experience because many negative reviews here appear inaccurate and malicious, even though similar issues occur at other hospitals. ● Weekday visits take less than 5–6 hours. They may occasionally take longer, but I do not think that is common. I visited four times on weekdays, and the total time from arrival to departure was usually about 2–3 hours. ● Receptionists speak softly rather than loudly. ● Treatment covered by insurance is available. ● If you bring a referral letter, they will perform a comprehensive examination. ● My treatment was covered by insurance, and they considered my schedule and preferences. (Of course, egg retrieval and transfer are subject to limitations based on the number of days since menstruation, as they are everywhere.) ● During pelvic examinations, you cannot see the doctor’s face, which is also true at other clinics. I would rather not see it because it would feel awkward. ● My husband did not need to return to review his initial results and, after his first examination, did not need another visit until egg retrieval day, even when providing a fresh sample. ● Many nurses are very skilled at injections, so they barely hurt. This genuinely surprised me. At my previous hospital, more than a dozen nurses were poor at injections and caused enough pain to make me cry. Here, none of the nurses caused significant pain, although there was still a slight sting. This is only my second retrieval cycle, so I have not been receiving care here long and have only completed retrieval and transfer. I may revise my review later, so I am giving four stars for now. Perhaps it was coincidence, but this hospital retrieved and froze more eggs than my previous hospital. So far, I do not regret choosing this hospital.

I am 32 years old and have a low AMH level. Another hospital diagnosed blocked fallopian tubes, making natural conception difficult. I began IVF treatment at Morozumi Clinic in late December last year. It was my first IVF cycle, so I was nervous, but Dr. Morozumi confidently told me I would graduate from the clinic in March. Although I had doubts, I decided to trust him and begin treatment. After just one IVF cycle, implantation succeeded and I became pregnant. As the doctor predicted, I graduated from the clinic in March. At graduation, I also received an amulet for a safe delivery, which made me very happy. I look forward to working with you again when we try for our second baby. P.S. I gave birth to a beautiful daughter in November 2025. I had no serious illness or morning sickness during pregnancy and enjoyed every day. Thank you so much! 😊

I transferred from another hospital, and the doctors, nurses, receptionists, and all other staff here were very courteous and kind, allowing me to undergo treatment with confidence. This hospital is popular, so there can be a wait, but I was free to leave temporarily and they helped accommodate my work schedule, so waiting was not a major inconvenience. I especially appreciated that, no matter how busy they were, they explained everything in detail during every ultrasound and examination. I would recommend this hospital to my friends. Thank you!
    Jan 15, 2026
The facility is clean and thoughtfully designed for patients. The staff are warm and calm, allowing patients to undergo treatment with confidence. The clinic also has strong treatment outcomes and delivers results. They accommodate a variety of circumstances, so I recommend that anyone having difficulties seek a consultation.

    Some staff members were rude.
    Jan 20, 2026
I am posting this several years later. When I was a patient, the quality of the nurses was poor. • I was placed on the examination table with my legs open and the seat section removed, then left waiting for about 10 minutes. Naturally, my body began sliding down. After 10 minutes, Dr. Morozumi arrived and said, “What...” in shock and confusion. Imagine how I felt hearing that while exposed with my legs open. I wanted to cry from embarrassment and anger. I wish they had waited until the doctor arrived before removing the seat. • They forgot to include the thin needle for my self-injection, so I had to inject myself with the thicker needle. It was painful. They usually show me the contents and confirm everything, but perhaps because they were busy that day, they did not. Always ask them to confirm the contents. • They were disastrously bad at blood draws and had to stick me at least 3 times on every occasion.
    Dec 13, 2025
The wait is extremely long, so be prepared for it to take more than twice the estimated time. During blood collection, many staff members seemed unfamiliar with the procedure and could not find a vein, so they had to insert the needle four times.
    Dec 15, 2025
Despite having an appointment, the wait is extraordinarily long, averaging 3–4 hours. It is very crowded even on weekdays. My appointment was at 9:30 a.m., and I did not leave the hospital until 2:00 p.m. This may be difficult for people who work full time. Around the time of an embryo transfer, you may need to visit three times a week. Be prepared, because the waiting and schedule adjustments are difficult every time. I appreciate that electrical outlets are available, but I think that is because the hospital recognizes how long the waits are.

After one year of treatment at the clinic, I miraculously welcomed my baby. I am deeply grateful to the healthcare professionals who helped me have this miracle baby. The delivery was critical, but my baby was ultimately born safely. At times like this, support for the husband is just as important as support for the wife. Men, please be sure to protect and care for your pregnant wives. Thank you very much to all the healthcare professionals.

He is an excellent doctor. I had previously visited three hospitals, then experienced a chemical pregnancy here before later becoming pregnant successfully. This was the first time a doctor took me seriously, and I ultimately delivered a healthy baby boy safely at age 45. I am truly grateful.

I became pregnant about six months after my first consultation. I am in my twenties but have had endometriosis since my teens. My parents also experienced infertility, so I decided early to seek treatment here. Looking back, it was the right decision. I tried to conceive naturally for about a year without success. The doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery, explaining that endometriosis (an endometrioma) might be making egg retrieval difficult. Thanks to the surgery, I became pregnant after my second artificial insemination. If you are also experiencing infertility due to endometriosis, I recommend consulting Dr. Morizumi. I was surprised that there was no fixed-physician system, but I was pleased that every doctor treated me thoughtfully during examinations. The long waits were somewhat unpleasant, but I realized this is a very popular clinic. (Morning appointments seemed to involve longer waits than afternoon appointments.) It is still early, but I will do my best to ensure a safe delivery.

You also helped me conceive my second child. I began treatment two years ago, had a blastocyst transferred, and became pregnant three months later. I had been scheduled for manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) at the hospital, so I requested a difficult schedule change, which they accepted. Thank you very much! I also think waiting times are now shorter than before.

I had three billing problems at this clinic. The worst was being charged 30,000 yen for a test I did not need because of the clinic's mistake. I was shocked and explained the situation to an older female doctor. She replied harshly, “Is it fine if insurance covers it? I understand. You may leave!” All the tests were unnecessary because they had been performed too early. Despite their error, they continued charging me without apologizing, and their response afterward was also poor. Soon afterward, I became pregnant after only one cycle at another clinic in Ginza 6-chome, so everything ultimately worked out. The staff there were thoughtful and attentive and performed no unnecessary tests. This experience taught me that spending a great deal does not necessarily mean receiving good care. Perhaps they have become numb to their routine, but this clinic seemed not to care about my feelings at all. I do not recommend this clinic.

We received infertility treatment here and were fortunate to have a child, whom we are now working hard to raise. Honestly, treatment at this hospital was extremely difficult and exhausting, both physically and emotionally. We had been unable to conceive for years, and my husband and I had endured so much before finding this hospital. At my first visit, a nurse and a female doctor said deeply hurtful things. They asked whether I was prepared and suggested treatment abroad. I left in tears, and I believe my husband was also deeply hurt. I realized that we had already prepared ourselves mentally before coming. I was shocked that they could treat me this way, especially as women, let alone as healthcare professionals. I do not believe they have experienced the pain of infertility. The director, initially kind, later became very rude and never examined me again after I became pregnant. Although they said I could ask questions, I felt unable to say anything. I truly cannot understand it. The atmosphere during treatment was tense, and the staff were consistently cold and detached. The only comfort was the kindness and gentleness of the reception staff. My embryos remain stored at this hospital. If possible, I would like another child, but the thought of experiencing that emotional pain again makes me want to give up. I also have to pay high embryo storage fees and cannot transfer them to another hospital. This infertility treatment made me realize that couples unable to conceive naturally have little choice but to endure hardship. However, I have no doubt that the embryology staff are highly skilled. I recommend this hospital to anyone willing to set aside all emotional concerns and undergo infertility treatment.

To the doctors and nurses at Morozumi Hospital: Thanks to you, my husband and I finally welcomed our precious baby! From 2021 to 2025, we went through four hospitals, countless egg retrievals, and four transfers. We repeatedly moved between hope and despair. Only someone who has experienced it can understand the physical and emotional pain. I once wanted to give up, but on the advice of a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, I came to Morozumi Hospital and met the director. Director Morozumi welcomed us warmly and listened carefully to our medical history. He believed in us and said, “With our hospital's medical technology, pregnancy is entirely possible.” Sure enough, after two egg retrievals, we successfully created three fertilized eggs. The director recommended addressing any unstable factors before transfer. The transfer was successful, and we safely delivered a healthy baby! I especially thank a Chinese-speaking nurse. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she patiently explained everything and encouraged us. We are truly grateful! Finally, I sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Morozumi Hospital. When we learned I was pregnant, my husband cried with joy. That moment will remain one of the most beautiful memories of our lives.

I became pregnant about six months after starting treatment. Dr. Morizumi was always sincere and calm. Even when I felt discouraged, he offered positive encouragement that made me feel much better. The nurses and staff were also very kind, which put me at ease. As others have mentioned, waits are often long, making visits difficult for working people. However, I think this reflects how popular and trusted the hospital is, and I am glad I persevered. Some female doctors were not very friendly or easy to communicate with, but the hospital posts the names and hours of doctors on duty, so this can be addressed by adjusting appointment dates and times. I have come this far thanks to these trustworthy doctors and staff. I think I will have my second child here as well. Thank you very much!

September 2025 As noted in the two entries below, I have frozen eggs twice. Afterward, timing prevented me from trying to conceive, so I returned in September 2025. Because I have PCOS and am now in my thirties, we decided to proceed directly to IVF, which is currently underway. The nurses and doctors are efficient without being cold, so visits remain comfortable. I do not know the outcome yet, but retrieval went smoothly and my transfer cycle is scheduled. Saturday waits were longer than expected—over three hours—and exhausting. Weekday evenings were much quieter, taking about 90 minutes from arrival through payment, so I recommend that time if your work schedule is flexible. ✴︎✴︎✴︎ I began visiting in April 2024 for my second egg-freezing cycle. Returning patients did not need blood tests, so I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and finished by 11:00 after ultrasound, consultation, injection instruction, and payment. The second visit cost less, but there seemed to be only one consultation before retrieval. Although I worried whether that was enough, it was convenient because it minimized time off work. ✴︎✴︎✴︎ (The image below is from my first visit) ✴︎✴︎✴︎ I froze eggs in January 2024. I chose this clinic because I qualified for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government subsidy, it appeared to handle many cases, and it was easy to reach. I was personally satisfied with the clinic and will describe it in detail. ★ Results I have PCOS, and the clinic monitored stimulation levels and other factors. Ultimately, the number frozen was about half my target for my age—6 eggs—and my goal of two children. This is only my experience, but until I reached my 14-egg goal, they charged the full retrieval fee while freezing cost only 50,000 yen, making it easier to consider returning. ★ Wait times As others say, waits are long. For a 9:00 a.m. appointment, I had to arrive before 8:30 for blood work. 8:30 a.m. arrival 9:00 a.m. blood draw 10:00 a.m. ultrasound 12:00 p.m. consultation This was the schedule almost every time. The wait before consultation was especially long, but I could leave for lunch. I appreciated the clinic's efforts toward efficiency, including an app, many power outlets, and Wi-Fi. ★ Atmosphere I expected an impersonal assembly-line experience, but it was very good. The nurses were kind and the doctor calm, showing no impatience when I asked questions. ★ Process The nurses are highly skilled at blood draws, so that caused no stress. The ultrasound doctor differed from Dr. Kumamimi, who conducted the consultation, but I noticed no lack of coordination. Experiences vary, but even with local anesthesia, the retrieval was quite painful. Because I had many eggs, it took about 25 minutes. You can watch the process on a monitor. Although it hurt, a nurse rubbed my shoulders throughout, which was reassuring. Before and after surgery, you rest in a private room for about 20 minutes. Refreshments are provided afterward, and you receive the complete retrieval results there. Mature and immature eggs are listed separately. I was told there were 4 mature eggs, 3 potentially viable eggs, and 10 immature eggs. Four days later, I learned the final number suitable for freezing. ★ Thoughts The procedure was expensive, time-consuming, and quite painful, yet I achieved only about half my goal. I will consider whether to repeat it, but I am glad I did it. I felt bad about taking so much time off work. As mentioned, the streamlined systems and friendly staff gave me confidence in the clinic even as a layperson. This applies beyond egg freezing. Although I was nervous about injecting myself every day, it was not very painful. I hope this helps someone reconsider the option in the future.

After trying to conceive for five years, I finally became pregnant within a year of coming to this clinic. They also helped me have my second child, and I am very grateful to all the staff and doctors. The Hawaiian music and pictures create a relaxing atmosphere that I personally love. Waits used to feel long, but by the time I was having my second child, they seemed to have improved and become shorter. Appointments are required. The clinic's daycare cared for my older child, allowing me to attend with peace of mind. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment using the latest technology.

I do not recommend this clinic for insured patients. Perhaps because most patients pay out of pocket, those with insurance receive poorer care. With insurance, patients generally do not see Dr. Morozumi after the first visit. Because no other doctor was available, I eventually saw him, but he was very dismissive. When I expressed concerns and asked questions, he seemed to respond, ‘So, are you giving up?’ Also, for insured patients, egg retrieval and transfer are performed by doctors other than Dr. Morozumi. Retrieval was more painful than at other clinics. I can add this now because I graduated from another clinic: looking back, many doctors here communicated poorly, making visits difficult. This was surprising because I had read on Ameba Blog that Dr. Morozumi was approachable and easy to talk to.

I conceived my first child at 45 and delivered safely at 46. Before transferring, another hospital told me, “It is only a matter of probability; you have to keep trying.” Here, however, they offered various suggestions and tried different approaches, including testing at an affiliated hospital. After repeated attempts, I finally had my beloved child. Attending appointments while working full time was sometimes physically and emotionally exhausting, but I felt they reduced the burden wherever possible, with candy in the waiting room, restaurant recommendation sheets, and snacks after egg retrieval. Once, I cried in front of the doctor because my PGT-A results were disappointing, and they kindly comforted me by saying, “That must have been very difficult.” The director is male, but all the other doctors seemed to be women. During my care, I did not see any other male doctors. All the physicians, including the deputy director, were friendly women. At first the director seemed somewhat impatient and difficult to approach, but he answered my questions carefully, encouraged me, and even asked about my husband—“How is he?”—always showing support. They regularly hold online information sessions and upload archived recordings to YouTube, so I recommend watching them.

I had my first child at 43 and am now five months pregnant. The frozen embryo transferred was created from eggs retrieved when I was 42. Before coming here, I received treatment at three other clinics, including well-known ones, but overall Morozumi was the most trustworthy and helped me achieve the best outcome. Reason 1. They carefully consider their treatment approach. At other clinics, communication with doctors was poor and the atmosphere made it difficult to ask questions. Some clinics also used exactly the same ovarian stimulation protocol every time despite poor retrieval results. At Morozumi, they always listened to my wishes and questions and considered options with me. Reason 2. I could speak directly with the embryologists. I could ask anything about fertilized eggs or the condition of the sperm and eggs. At the other three clinics, I had almost no contact with embryologists and never heard this kind of information. Reason 3. If a test lacks medical evidence, they explain that clearly. Once I requested a test I wanted, but they told me it was expensive and that its medical evidence had not been established, encouraging me to make a rational decision. I genuinely felt they were considering whether the test was truly necessary for the patient rather than the hospital's profit. Reason 4. Although the clinic is in Ginza, the waiting rooms for retrieval and transfer are fully private, with a television and air conditioning. After retrieval, they also served Hawaiian sweets and tea. Later, we received castella cake from Fukuya. Unlike other clinics, it felt luxurious. Reason 5. The third-floor waiting room has tables and chairs, so I could relax with my laptop or read. When it was crowded, I could also go out, so I had lunch, and the wait was never a problem. Mornings were busy, but weekday afternoons seemed relatively quiet, so I began booking those times. As a long-term fertility patient, I had some unpleasant experiences, but I think that happens at every clinic. I was fortunate to become pregnant, but even if I had not, I would still be glad I transferred to Morozumi Clinic.

I underwent treatment for secondary infertility. I had intended to write a review, although it is somewhat late. Yesterday, at age 42, I finally delivered a healthy baby girl. I began treatment at 39. Initially, I received insurance-covered care at a well-known Shinjuku clinic, but repeated transfers of the highest-quality embryos failed. I was also disappointed that they simply repeated the same procedure each time. Later, the clinic director's YouTube channel appeared in a recommended video. He seemed proactive in helping older patients, so after my final insurance-covered treatment, I transferred here. That treatment also failed, but I was interested in PGT-A and decided to continue paying privately. When I consulted him, he did not strongly recommend it because I already had a child, so I did not proceed. However, since subsequent treatment was self-funded, he gave me various suggestions and even switched to oral medication when I said I disliked self-injection. Egg retrieval was quite painful, although only my right ovary hurt and not the left, so I think it varies by patient. Ultimately, after the sixth transfer, I received PFC-FD treatment, tested positive, and successfully graduated from the clinic! The director said PFC-FD was not the only factor in our success, but after repeated failed transfers of embryos expected to implant, I had wondered as a layperson whether improving the uterine environment might be necessary. Perhaps that was what worked. The doctors may initially seem somewhat difficult to approach, but if you ask questions, they propose patient-centered policies. Several nurses seemed like experienced veterans and thoughtfully answered our questions. Some younger staff appeared rather bureaucratic, as if they had chosen the location themselves. That is why I gave four stars. After discussing it with my employer, I received permission to work remotely, so I could balance work and family seamlessly in the waiting room. It felt more like a study room at a preparatory school and allowed me to concentrate. Although everything ultimately went well, I am extremely grateful that we became the family of four we had always dreamed of. I would recommend this clinic to people I know who are struggling.

This May, shortly before my 42nd birthday, I safely delivered a healthy baby girl. I had looked forward to writing a Google review after a safe delivery, and I am delighted that I can finally do so. It took about a year of treatment covered by health insurance to achieve a result. This clinic is known for good outcomes even among older patients, and I firmly believe that reputation. Although only a small number of eggs could be retrieved each time, I was often able to freeze good-quality blastocysts. I attribute this to the embryologists' excellent skills and the first-rate equipment and environment. The clinic atmosphere was welcoming, and the doctors and nurses were easy to speak with and always positive. Visiting never felt difficult; each time I stepped out of the elevator, I felt relaxed and refreshed. Technical skill is naturally important to patients, but MLC also offered other reassuring features. The subtle Hawaiian touches in the interior and background music, along with the relaxed, cheerful atmosphere, helped calm me. Stress is the enemy when trying to conceive. After deciding to seek treatment, I struggled to choose a clinic and spent a great deal of time considering which one suited me best. Choosing the right clinic with strong results is an important decision, but I believed MLC was the best fit. My intuition and choice were correct! Thank you all very much for your help! [I hope the following is helpful] - I started treatment at age 39, shortly before turning 40. - Treatment was covered by health insurance. - I was diagnosed with a left ovarian endometrioma and had laparoscopic surgery before transfer. - Because of the endometrioma and my age, only 2-3 eggs could be retrieved each time. - Although some freezing attempts failed, a substantial proportion of blastocysts were successfully frozen. - I took breaks between freezing cycles to avoid stress and recover. In my case, consecutive retrieval and freezing cycles had not worked, and outcomes improved after a break. - In the first transfer, a 4AA blastocyst on day 5 did not implant. - In the second transfer, a 5BA blastocyst on day 6 implanted.

Timed intercourse did not work for me, so on my 39th birthday I took a chance on this clinic and finally welcomed my long-awaited first child. My husband and I both work, but the clinic let me work on my computer and offered very early appointments, so I could focus on treatment without changing my lifestyle. Waiting is unavoidable at any clinic, so I used that time to work. The downstairs waiting room is less crowded and has desks, so I recommend it. Early weekday mornings are quieter than weekends or evenings. Some treatments, such as egg retrieval, were painful, but I appreciated thoughtful touches like the Hawaiian painting visible in the operating room and delicious Hawaiian candy afterward. The doctor regularly updated his blog, which answered most of my fertility-treatment concerns. Reading it when stressed at home helped calm me. Haha. Starting treatment took courage, but I am glad I chose him.

I continued infertility treatment at my third hospital, Morozumi. I became pregnant after my first transfer at Morozumi and safely delivered my baby a few days ago. I was able to meet my baby daughter thanks to everyone at Morozumi Women's Clinic. Thank you very much.

I previously had unexplained infertility, but after ICSI and laparoscopic surgery, I became pregnant about a year later. There can be a wait, but the clinic has a Hawaiian theme, with Hawaiian music and artwork that make it feel like a vacation. You can relax during treatment, and they also provide referrals for laparoscopic surgery. I recommend it to anyone struggling with treatment at another clinic and unsure what to do.

I had tracked my fertile periods myself but could not conceive and was very worried. A friend recommended Morozumi for infertility treatment. After visiting, I thought the clinic was excellent. I love Hawaii, so I also enjoyed the clinic's atmosphere. I had previously visited an infertility acupuncture clinic in Ginza, and someone there recommended this clinic. After one egg retrieval, my first transfer was negative and my second was positive, so I successfully graduated. The doctors are kind, communicate well, and are trustworthy. I felt comfortable entrusting my care to them. I have always believed infertility treatment cannot work without a trusting relationship. I am truly grateful. Thank you very much.

Recently, I developed irregular bleeding during infertility treatment and came here for testing to rule out disease. I had undergone the same test at another clinic without difficulty. This time at Morozumi, the doctor had trouble collecting cells, and two doctors had to take turns. I remained with my legs apart for a long time, frightened, in pain, and anxious, and was completely exhausted. After returning home that day, the bleeding would not stop and the pain was severe. Later at Morozumi, the doctor handed me a low-resolution sheet saying there was “no problem,” yet it stated: “An insufficient number of cells were collected from the target area. Only a small number of endometrial cells were obtained. Repeat testing is recommended.” I was shocked.

I am 43 and recently gave birth to my third child, a daughter. My first son was conceived at a KLC-affiliated clinic, while my second son and first daughter were conceived here by the shortest route. At 37, I conceived my first son after my second egg retrieval. At 40, I transferred the remaining frozen embryos for a second child, but none implanted. This time, I transferred to MLC because I wanted thorough preconception testing and high-dose stimulation. Testing here showed that I had endometritis. The high-dose stimulation was also uncomfortable and expensive, but it lasted only one cycle. A single retrieval produced enough frozen embryos, and I ultimately conceived my second son and first daughter in one transfer each. My results were excellent, and I could see the difference in their technology. Although the actual consultations were brief, each visit took four to five hours because the clinic is so popular. This was the only drawback, so I deducted one star. That said, I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses at MLC for giving me the wonderful opportunity to have and raise children. Thank you very much.

I came to this clinic through a referral. I was unsure whether visiting a clinic specializing in infertility was a good idea, but decided to go because my partner and I wanted specialized testing. As other reviews mention, the wait can be long. However, you can leave if necessary, and because it is in central Ginza, there are ways to pass the time. Long waits are also fairly normal at Tokyo hospitals (^^; The hospital has Wi-Fi and outlets, and the third-floor waiting room has desks. Calls are made through an app or monitor, so watching a movie on your phone makes the wait manageable. Everyone wants to discuss different concerns, so it is understandable that consultations run over time and cause delays. Knowing that each doctor gives patients this attention made it less frustrating. If you dislike waiting, I recommend booking the latest weekday appointment! One concern was that I never submitted the treatment consent form given to me at the beginning. I am not especially anxious about such things, so I let it go, but wondered whether the form was unnecessary. Also, the doctor was often different at each visit, although perhaps you can request a primary doctor. At times I felt I had not communicated clearly or that what I was told differed from the prior visit. Reviewing the information yourself should prevent problems. Ultimately, I conceived through timed intercourse and graduated from the clinic. When I became pregnant, I was happy that my doctor shared my joy. I appreciated that they did not simply dismiss concerns because I was young. Everyone's feelings will differ, but I am glad I went because the doctors and nurses all gave me consistent information.

The clinic apparently has a good technical reputation, but its operations are extremely poor. Patients who leave the clinic return late, and the same numbers are called repeatedly. It is so inefficient that patients who conscientiously wait inside are disadvantaged. I would like them to improve operations promptly. Even if you are first to check in, bloodwork and an explanation alone take 4 hours. I understand that the order may vary depending on the procedure, but explanations also seem inadequate. The clinic may consider long waits and insufficient explanations normal, but there is little sincerity overall. Once treatment begins, transferring clinics is difficult, so patients presumably continue attending while enduring stress and frustration. I am very worried about what lies ahead, but I will try to be patient and trust their skills and results.

The blood draws and ultrasounds seem normal, but afterward it takes a very long time to be seen. I think they accept more bookings than they can accommodate. What is the point of an appointment? After waiting more than three hours, I finally had my examination after the ultrasound. Then I waited over another hour for my medication. When I asked whether the receptionist had forgotten the order, I was told yes and that they were only then starting to prepare it, after even more time had passed. In the end, it took more than six hours to sort everything out. This happens frequently.

Some reviews mention extensive initial testing and long waits, but the doctors, nurses, embryologists, and receptionists all provided careful, attentive treatment and support. I safely graduated after just over a year. Recommended. Postscript I safely completed my pregnancy and gave birth. My baby is now 5 months old and doing very well. We still have fertilized eggs remaining, and I would like to try for another child.
    Jan 4, 2025
It is true that waits can sometimes be long, but I believe the clinic's technical expertise is very reliable. I recently had my second child through this clinic. Patients with some knowledge may receive better treatment recommendations, but the doctors generally develop treatment strategies based on the latest information. The medication adjustments and timing for egg retrieval are precise, and the retrieval technique is excellent! I underwent 7 retrievals in total. For my second pregnancy, I was able to produce multiple blastocysts of higher grades than during my first. Some hospitals apparently do not measure these factors, but here they carefully determine medication, retrieval, and transfer timing after hormone testing and ultrasound examinations.

I want to thank Dr. Ryozumi for his tremendous help in achieving my pregnancy. His effective explanations and proposed treatment plans enabled me to become pregnant in the shortest possible time. Excluding the time spent obtaining a referral and undergoing uterine fibroid surgery at Sanno Hospital, I believe I actually saw Dr. Ryozumi for about 3 months, including two egg retrievals and one transfer. Before becoming pregnant, my life revolved around work, and I worried that childbirth would change many things, including how I worked and my career. But from the moment I gave birth and heard my baby's first cry, my values changed 180 degrees. Now I love being with my child most, and I focus on making baby food and supporting her development. I am surprised that my enthusiasm for returning to work has declined, but I am happy. Because of gestational hypertension, my blood pressure began rising two months before delivery and eventually approached 200, so I had to deliver prematurely, with some help from the NICU. She is now 8 months old, sleeps and eats well, and is tall and sturdy. She not only crawls quickly but can stand on both feet and is growing at a remarkable pace. I look forward to watching her grow each day and will continue doing my best to raise her. Thank you again, Dr. Ryozumi. My husband, my grandparents, and I are all very happy.

From the time we began visiting the clinic, we asked to proceed with IVF as soon as possible, and we were able to do so. The doctors, nurses, and staff were courteous, and they provided extensive information about advanced medical care and lifestyle habits. This is a trustworthy clinic.

I underwent infertility treatment at another hospital for two years without success, then conceived my daughter here. The doctors and nurses were warm and supported me even when treatment was difficult or did not go well. At the end of every consultation, the doctor checked whether I had any questions, so I felt comfortable coming to the clinic. I would also like them to care for me when trying for my second child.

I underwent repeated egg retrievals at another clinic for over a year without success. After transferring to this clinic, I felt they provided treatment suited to me as an older patient. The visits were demanding, but everyone at the clinic was very courteous and kind, which was a great comfort. Thank you very much. 《I gave birth》 I am adding an update to say that I gave birth to a baby girl in August. My due date was 9/7, but because I had an umbilical cord prolapse and rupturing my membranes would have been dangerous, I was hospitalized for monitoring for several days and delivered by cesarean section on 8/13. At birth, my baby had transient tachypnea of the newborn and spent about 4 days in an incubator, but we were able to leave the hospital together on the same day. I had many concerns throughout pregnancy, delivery, and discharge, but we are both doing well now. There may be challenges ahead because of my age, but I hope to approach parenting positively and enjoy it. For reference, I was 45 when I became pregnant and 46 when I gave birth. I hope this may be helpful to someone. (Neither umbilical cord prolapse nor transient tachypnea is related to age.) Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at Morozumi Ladies Clinic. Thank you very much.

I recently delivered a healthy baby boy. I am very grateful for Dr. Ryozumi’s expertise and for the kind care from all the doctors, embryologists, nurses, and staff. I hesitated to proceed with IVF because I had not achieved the results I expected, but no one pressured me to take the next step, and treatment continued only after I agreed. As a result, I became pregnant after one IVF cycle and graduated from the clinic. I am deeply grateful to have the child I always wanted. Thank you very much.

Even on a weekday I waited about 5 hours, while the consultation ended after 5 minutes without eye contact. I felt no sincerity. It is better to stop going.

Conclusion: this clinic is not friendly to working women, so I do not recommend it to busy people. Here is why. I heard the earliest morning appointment could be completed in about an hour, so I followed their advice and booked 8:30, thinking I could still work. I was called to the examination-room entrance immediately, but waited 2 hours without being seen. What is the point of booking in advance? I had to work at 11, and when I told them, they said, “Everyone is the same.” The experience was not what I had been told. I asked them to stop because I had work, but in the end they did not finish until 11:50. They said 1 hour, but it took 3.5 hours. The person in charge said it was busy after the holiday, but why accept a one-hour appointment under those circumstances? I do not understand. I had to cancel a meeting and was truly inconvenienced. Time is extremely valuable to working women. This clinic does not understand that. Its operations need improvement.

The wait is far too long. What is the point of an 11:00 appointment if I am not seen until 3:30 p.m.?

Many patients from Naoka Women's Clinic also visit Ginza Pearl. With experienced doctors led by Dr. Yoshigaku, patients can receive treatment with confidence. It combines well with acupuncture, and we recommend it to patients at our clinic.

I transferred my care to Ryosaku Ladies Clinic. I met Dr. Tatsuzumi when my infertility treatment was not progressing and I felt discouraged. He gave me a clear idea of when I might become pregnant. Just as he told me, I was able to graduate from the clinic. At the first consultation, I was told infertility treatment might be difficult, but the director, doctors, and nurses always treated me positively. I am truly grateful. Thank you very much. [Postscript] Our long-awaited first child was born in August. Childbirth was more difficult than expected, but when the baby was born and I heard the first cry, tears streamed down my face. Thanks to the director of Ryosaku and the staff, we were able to meet our child. Thank you very much. Everyone's support helped me persevere when I was close to giving up infertility treatment. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you so much. For now, I want to focus on caring for and supporting my first child, whom I was finally able to meet thanks to everyone. Someday, when things settle down and we want a second child or sibling, we will contact you again.

I began IVF treatment at age 38 and became pregnant and graduated from the clinic 11 months later. I had two egg retrievals, both under local anesthesia, and neither was very painful. I became pregnant after my third transfer. The doctor respects patients' opinions and tries new approaches when something does not work. He also reassured me that things would go well the next time. Dr. Tatsuzumi seems reserved at first, but is actually very dedicated and warmly describes himself as someone who loves children. The wait is long, but Wi-Fi and tables are available, so I could work while waiting or go to the nearby Starbucks. I will return when I consider having a second child. P.S. The pregnancy continued smoothly, and I safely delivered a healthy baby! Once again, I am filled with gratitude.

It has now been 7-5 years, but you have cared for me since my first and second children. They are siblings whose embryos were frozen and stored at the same time. After two years without results at a natural-cycle clinic, I transferred here following a miscarriage. There are several options based on your AMH, so I felt it suited me well because my AMH was low. We could also bring in sorted sperm from a nearby urology clinic, which was helpful for our family. Even several years ago, the wait was long. I thought the process could have been more systematic if smoother flow had been prioritized, but it did not bother me. I was also impressed by the measures introduced to reduce waiting times based on patient feedback.

After receiving care here, I gave birth a few days ago. I was somewhat nervous about undergoing IVF treatment for the first time, but the doctor's detailed explanation enabled me to proceed. The nurses and receptionists were also courteous and friendly. Although I am now working hard to raise my child, my life is happy. I am truly glad that I did not give up and underwent treatment.

I have been unable to conceive a second child. A deciding factor was the children's area, which allowed me to bring my child along. I had considered other clinics but was worried about what to do with my child. I consulted Gin no Suzu, the clinic I attended, and they recommended Ryokaku Ladies Clinic. The hospital interior feels like Hawaii!!! I had heard it was Hawaiian-themed!!! I love it, and the atmosphere is calming. Everyone, including the doctor, is very courteous. It is a popular clinic, so the wait can be a little long, but the children's area and atmosphere make that manageable. I will do my best and hope to see results soon. First, I will do my best with the self-injections in preparation for egg retrieval.

Everyone at the clinic is very kind. The appropriate treatment differs from person to person, so be honest and proactive, follow the PDCA cycle, and do not give up. I truly felt that the team did everything humanly possible while awaiting the outcome. I believe you can receive treatment here that you will not regret. They provide a safe environment for egg retrieval, culture, transfer, and emotional support, and every blood draw was skilled and painless.

I received treatment at Ryouzoku Ladies Clinic and gave birth to my first child in June (*^^*) I am truly grateful to everyone at Ryouzoku Ladies Clinic for helping me have my child. Infertility treatment was often difficult because I could not see the finish line, but the staff were kind and supportive, which made me happy. Because I lived far away, I had to travel to the hospital by Shinkansen while working full-time, including night shifts, but I could continue treatment while working. I would also like treatment for my second child! (Comment upon graduation) Because this was my first IVF treatment, I was nervous and anxious, but the doctors, nurses, and staff were very kind and helpful, so I could look forward to treatment with peace of mind. Although the wait was long, I was happy to see the doctor. I also liked that there were many restaurants and department stores nearby. I would like to return for help with my second child (*^^*)

I conceived through IVF and gave birth a few days ago. Thanks to treatment tailored to me, I became pregnant smoothly. I am extremely grateful. This was my first time trying to conceive and receiving infertility treatment, and I never imagined I could become pregnant so quickly. I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the doctor and other staff. My questions and concerns were resolved, allowing me to receive treatment with peace of mind. In addition to the consent forms, the treatment materials were easy to understand. I also watched the videos and read the blog, which helped with both treatment and daily life. The director's articles about food also gave me a welcome break, haha. They accommodated some requests, such as consultation dates due to work, as long as treatment was not affected. It was always crowded, but the wait was not long. The waiting room had a calm atmosphere unlike a hospital, so waiting was not stressful. The preoperative waiting room for egg retrieval was also a private, hotel-style room where I could relax while waiting and recovering. I underwent a series of examinations, and any problems found, such as a uterine abnormality or thyroid disorder, were referred to a specialist hospital. Even after I graduated, they continued to follow up, which helped me safely through a difficult delivery. I hope to receive your help again when trying for a second child. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you very much.
