Medical team: The team includes more than 20 physicians, more than 40 embryologists, and over 30 nurses. Dedicated embryologists continually train and build experience in every stage of embryo culture, including pre-culture of oocytes, micromanipulation fertilization, culture of fertilized eggs, and embryo freezing and thawing. They have extensive reproductive cell culture expertise and continue to research and innovate. Because patients with infertility may have reduced egg and embryo quality, embryologists play a vital role in treatment. Even small technical differences can affect embryo development and treatment outcomes.

Facilities: In 2012 alone, Hanabusa performed 3,547 IVF treatments, including conventional IVF and micromanipulation fertilization but excluding artificial insemination. Its large patient base supports continued investment in facilities and innovation.     I consulted many doctors, but ultimately Dr. Ryota Okamoto was the one I trusted most. His ultrasound examinations were always thorough and easy to understand, and he consistently encouraged me. Fertility treatment is filled with uncertainty and anxiety, but every time I saw Dr. Okamoto, I felt more positive and thought, 'I will do my best with this doctor,' and 'If anything comes up, I will consult him.' My husband often could not accompany me because of work, so I usually attended appointments alone, but my conversations with Dr. Okamoto provided tremendous emotional support. His gentle tone, expressive manner, and empathy for patients surely ease the anxiety of many patients and help support them. Now that I have successfully become pregnant, I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Okamoto. If I need medical care again in the future, I will certainly seek his help.

    I successfully became pregnant after my second transfer. Every doctor was kind, and their explanations were clear, thorough, and reassuring, so I felt comfortable attending the clinic. After reviewing my test results, they recommended IVF at an early stage, which allowed my husband and me to avoid wasting valuable time as we were facing pregnancy at an advanced maternal age. They also recommended appropriate advanced medical treatments at each transfer, which helped me become pregnant quickly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone undergoing fertility treatment.     We successfully conceived our first child here. We very much hope to conceive our second child at this clinic as well, so we commute from the Kanto region, where we recently moved. I previously changed clinics twice, so I understand how important it is to find the right clinic for you. The doctors are very thorough and attentive, and the embryologists are highly skilled.     It is always crowded here, but I suppose that is unavoidable, so it is acceptable. All the nurses are kind. I think whether you connect well with a doctor depends on the person. I booked my preferred doctor whenever possible. Most receptionists are friendly, with one exception. She is older, and although I asked about things I did not understand, her explanations were unclear, so I ultimately had to ask someone else. That other person is always kind. If she does not want to deal with patients, she should work in the back office. I am grateful to have graduated from the hospital in under three years. Thank you very much.

    I attended this clinic for about a year. I might have given up on having children if I had not gone there, but I became pregnant through IVF. The doctors, embryologists, nurses, and all the staff were very kind and considerate. During egg retrieval, I cried like a child, and a nurse kept gently stroking my arm, which was very comforting. They have excellent expertise and first-rate facilities. Update: My second child was also conceived through IVF at this clinic. The wait times can be long, but the waiting room has plenty of chairs, Wi-Fi is available, and cards are accepted, so I highly recommend this clinic.

    I struggled with secondary infertility for four years. After six failed IUIs at a local hospital, I heard about this clinic’s reputation and transferred here. I worried about commuting from another county while working, but they quickly arranged testing and treatment. About seven months after starting, I conceived during my third IVF cycle and delivered successfully last June. Whenever I felt lost and wanted to give up, Dr. Hiroji Yamada gently encouraged me.     I previously underwent about five years of expensive treatment at this clinic. Because I knew nothing about the lifestyle required during infertility treatment, I never became pregnant. I had received several treatments under a senior female doctor, so I would have appreciated it if she had explained and recommended the most suitable treatment this time, as she had before. Instead, her cold and dismissive attitude made me lose trust in her. She left me waiting without explanation, which was shocking and upsetting. I may be only one of many patients, but given her attitude, I understand why my stress kept increasing and ultimately prevented me from becoming pregnant.

    I attended with confidence. There are many doctors, but I noticed little difference in their care, making the clinic easy to use. You can sometimes request a doctor, which was helpful. Fertility clinics often seem hectic and hard to book, but appointments here were easy. For nonurgent questions after returning home, I could message through the app and a doctor replied, avoiding a phone call. That was excellent! I also liked downloading the fertilized egg’s blastocyst file to my iPhone ^_^ I conceived my first child after my third transfer. I am considering a second and would return.

    Infertility treatment is so difficult. I received a negative result a few days ago. Although I am discouraged, I think this is a good hospital. The person who recommended it to me succeeded after only one IVF cycle, so I had great hope. Also, procedures here truly do not hurt. I am very afraid of pain. During an IVF ultrasound at another hospital, I bled continuously and had severe pain, but here I was surprised to have neither bleeding nor pain. It felt miraculous. Dr. Yamada and the other female doctors are gentle and cause no pain. I rarely see the male doctors, but Dr. Koguchi is remarkable. Everyone here seems highly skilled. I had not updated my review for about two years, but I continued treatment here and successfully had a baby. I am now very happy living with my child. I sincerely thank the doctors who cared for and helped me during my most difficult time. Thank you. This is an excellent hospital, and I recommend it to anyone considering treatment.

    The wait can be long, but that is unavoidable because most hospitals have long waits. There seem to be many doctors, and I thought the doctor who treated me this time was competent. Some receptionists are calm and some are not, so your experience depends entirely on luck.

    On weekends, if you have a morning appointment and arrive on time, you will likely wait 3-4 hours. 😃 Everyone says the wait is about 2 hours, but I think it is also around 2 hours on weekdays. Weekends are truly terrible. I kept refreshing my phone for emails, but no one called me, and the updates seemed endless. You can only be patient. I also received an email instructing me to undress in the waiting room and wait to be called, but to my surprise, someone who had just had a pelvic exam walked into my room. Even more surprising, she did not apologize. I am not saying this was the clinic's fault, but such things can happen.

    This past March, I safely delivered the baby I had long hoped for. I sincerely thank you for your attentive care over a year and a half of treatment and pregnancy. I had previously experienced a miscarriage, and you performed a very thorough internal examination. Perhaps it was that thoroughness that earned my trust. I will never forget the comfort you gave me at the follow-up appointment. Your care saved me and gave me the resolve to "try once more." After I became pregnant, every doctor would cheerfully say, "The baby is doing well!" Each time, I felt deeply reassured and joyful. After later transferring to another hospital, I realized that this was not common and again appreciated the warmth of your hospital. Every doctor examined me carefully, and it was easy to ask questions, so I felt reassured at every visit. Friends I know who were treated at your hospital also delivered safely. I highly recommend this trustworthy hospital. Once again, I express my sincere gratitude. Thank you very much. P.S. I especially liked being able to use various features through my smartphone. - Calls could be received through my smartphone, making it much easier to go to the restroom or elsewhere. - When I was unsure whether something warranted a phone call, the messaging feature made it easy to ask questions. Several times, I asked things that seemed unnecessary at the time but was very glad I had asked. - I could leave without waiting for the bill. Because I travel a long distance and the intercity bus runs only every 1-2 hours, this was extremely convenient and allowed me to catch an earlier bus.

    I previously received treatment at Motomachi Yume Clinic and later transferred here. From the first consultation, the doctor listened very patiently and carefully, which made me feel reassured. While my husband was away on business, the doctor was flexible and suggested alternative options. The clinic also has an online chat feature, making it easy to ask questions at any time. Ultimately, I became pregnant after one egg retrieval, which produced many high-quality embryos, and one transfer.     The wait can be long because there are many patients, but the clinic is clean and has plenty of sofas and chairs with power outlets, making the wait comfortable. There are many doctors, appointments are easy to schedule even on weekends, and they readily answer any questions or concerns.     I wanted STI testing, but they said they could not provide routine screening because they specialize in infertility. Wouldn’t an STI affect my uterus? Shouldn’t it be addressed promptly? I heard that someone I know contracted an STI during pregnancy and delivered prematurely… The tests and prices were listed under routine examinations, so I thought I could get tested. I wish the homepage or another page had stated that this testing is only available to patients receiving infertility treatment… It is very disappointing.

    All telephone calls within the clinic are answered by email, so you have to watch your smartphone constantly, which is very stressful. Even after receiving an email saying they will contact you shortly, you often have to wait another 30 minutes. On egg-retrieval day, I waited an hour and a half because no bed was available. This was my first time experiencing such poor customer service at a clinic.

    After receiving treatment here for nearly a year, including testing, we were fortunate to welcome our first child through in vitro fertilization (IVF). We delivered our baby safely one year after egg retrieval. The convenience of the facilities, the attitude of the hospital staff, and their technical skill were all perfect. My husband and I had tried to conceive for six months, but every result was negative. To be thorough, we underwent a series of tests. The results showed that we both had underlying conditions that prevented natural conception. We were both in our twenties and had never been seriously ill, so we assumed we should be able to conceive naturally. We knew almost nothing about fertility treatment and felt hopeless, thinking we might never have a child. However, the doctors calmly explained surgery, IVF, other treatments, and future plans. They helped us change our perspective and continue treatment positively. At this hospital, doctors explain in detail the fastest route to pregnancy and how it works, allowing us to undergo treatment with confidence and hope. As others have said, wait times are somewhat long. As of 2024, I usually had Saturday or Sunday morning appointments and waited about 2-3 hours. However, I have visited other hospitals, such as dermatology clinics, with longer waits, so personally I did not find it excessive. At the end of every consultation, each doctor asked, “Do you have any other questions?” and always answered politely. They treat every patient with great care, which may explain why appointments run behind schedule. I had heard that IVF requires more frequent visits, so I worried about balancing it with work. Fortunately, weekday evening appointments were available, and apart from the egg retrieval and implantation days, I did not need to take time off. I did not want to disclose at work that I was receiving infertility treatment, so I was very grateful. Questions forgotten during the consultation can be submitted through the hospital App at any time, which is very convenient. The hospital staff must work hard for patients' convenience, but whenever I visited, they always smiled and provided excellent service. On the day of my post-transfer assessment, I entered the examination room and received a printed report saying, “Congratulations, you are pregnant.” I will never forget how I felt that day. After leaving the hospital, my husband and I cried together. Raising a child is not easy, but praying and remembering my time at Ei Women's Hospital help me persevere. I am happy every day.     I began treatment at a clinic in Osaka in May 2024, but its treatment policy did not match my preferences, so I transferred here and received extensive support with IVF. I began treatment at age 42 in September 2024 and became pregnant in January 2025. Perhaps because I had been working to improve my health with acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and supplements since January 2024, everything proceeded smoothly on the first attempt, from egg retrieval and embryo development to implantation. I still do not tolerate medication well, and some days the side effects left me unable to get out of bed, but I am truly glad I received care here. The clinic is very clean and has many female doctors; I was always treated by a female doctor. Information is shared electronically, so I felt comfortable leaving my care to them. Each doctor has a different style: some listen carefully, while others focus on the key points and finish quickly. I think it is helpful that you can choose a doctor who suits you. The same building also offers acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine consultations, aromatherapy, supplement advisers, and, if I recall correctly, yoga-like exercise classes. I received supplement advice, which was very detailed. Importantly, the embryologists who perform IVF and ICSI at this clinic are said to be highly skilled. I was fortunate to become pregnant.     I have been attending this clinic for about six months. After gradually addressing issues affecting both my spouse and me, we moved on to intrauterine insemination. Although I am not a professional, I had researched infertility treatment extensively and had some knowledge, but I still felt quite anxious when it came time for IUI. I understood that semen is washed during IUI to remove unwanted bacteria and select only the motile sperm. During the examination after washing, the doctor said, ‘We were able to extract a good sample.’ Because the original results had not been good, I asked what criteria supported calling it a good sample. He replied, ‘I don't know,’ ‘No one has ever asked me that before,’ and ‘This isn't my specialty either... (ask someone else).’ Honestly, I was speechless. I simply wanted to understand the basis for that statement. Otherwise, I could not tell what had been used just by looking. Because I still was not satisfied, I asked a second doctor, but the question was avoided. I was told, ‘Because you are young, your chance of pregnancy will increase with repeated IUI cycles,’ and ‘Data show that washing generally improves the sample by 1.5 times.’ During infertility treatment, ‘because you are young’ is not a meaningful basis, and as someone struggling with infertility, I wished they had chosen their words more carefully. I was also repeatedly told that washing improves things by 1.5 times, but I believe results vary between individuals... I felt very sad. Please show greater empathy toward patients.

    I went there for my first infertility evaluation. The examination seemed simple, but I understand that they cannot make an assessment without the test results, so I will decide on the next steps based on those results. Everything from scheduling to phone contact was handled by email. It was somewhat confusing because it was very different from a normal account-registration process, especially since the reception number changed and a password was sent separately. However, when it is crowded, it is easy to get up and use the restroom, so that may have both advantages and disadvantages. I had read reviews saying the reception service was poor, but it was actually average. They also explained the reception system to me in detail.

    Since we began considering a second child, conceiving naturally had been difficult, and I was worried about my age. I feel very fortunate that I was ultimately able to conceive safely. I decided to write this review in hopes of helping people who feel overwhelmed by information and do not know how to choose a hospital. As a healthcare professional, I was not very concerned about reception service, so I chose this hospital based on its track record and the opinions of colleagues. Of course, everyone evaluates a track record differently. In the end, everyone—the receptionists, doctors, and nurses—was very kind, and nothing felt particularly strange. I think how we interpret every word can change greatly depending on our emotional state during treatment. All the doctors at this clinic work very hard and are passionate about helping patients become pregnant. As a fellow healthcare professional, I understand this even more. Some reviews mention long waits, but I think that also reflects the clinic's popularity. During infertility treatment, subtle things can be painful, and we experience many ups and downs. I believe it is important to take a long-term view of treatment. No one knows what the final outcome will be, but the staff at this clinic will do everything they can to help us.

    I visited many infertility treatment facilities and ultimately conceived two children here. I am very grateful to the director. Although appointments can take a while, the facilities are excellent, the clinic is close to Kobe-Sannomiya Station, and I believe the director is a good doctor.

    First, this clinic specializes in infertility treatment. Considering the wait times and stress, I think it is best to visit another clinic for anything other than infertility treatment. This is a JISART-accredited hospital with around 30 partner clinics in Japan. I began male treatment around 2021 and female treatment around 2024. For female treatment, the long waits during the first two visits were confusing. I remember the first consultation taking about four or five hours from check-in to payment. I am used to waiting now, so it no longer bothers me. I feel reassured when I think of everyone here as being on the same journey! Even when few people appear to be waiting, the wait can sometimes be long. By the way, if you ask the receptionist, “How many people are waiting?” they will tell you. If you become impatient or hungry, step outside nearby for some fresh air. Even when you think the wait may be a while, you will still end up waiting. I often work up an appetite at Freshness Burger across the street. Be sure to bring a phone charger!! Around 2024, there were several arrogant and incompetent receptionists, perhaps because they were young. They did not understand what we were saying and could not communicate in the local language, which made me so upset that I cried several times. Things changed around 2025. There are now many experienced staff members and the atmosphere is calm, so I can spend time there with peace of mind. Many reviews criticize the doctors' attitudes, but I do not mind because I only want to work toward my goal and achieve results. Although there are many sad and difficult moments, I think it is best not to expect emotional support from the doctors. I recommend using the prepaid system because it shortens your time at the hospital.

    I moved just after implantation was confirmed in Tokyo. Because I had previously miscarried, I wanted to transfer to another fertility clinic, and they gladly accepted me. Some clinics refuse transfers midway through treatment, so I was very grateful. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all kind and courteous, and I could easily discuss any concerns with them. The clinic is very spacious and has plenty of waiting areas, so I could stay comfortably. My delivery went very smoothly, and I am now planning for a second child.     I now understand why this hospital has so many negative reviews. I am an overseas patient on a joint Japan–U.S. program and chose this hospital mainly because it has a fairly complete Chinese-language patient service process. You can select a doctor for the first visit, but not for follow-up visits, ovarian stimulation, or procedures. I understood this to mean that the first doctor would be responsible for the stimulation plan, while other doctors would assist with examinations and perform the procedure. In reality, the hospital records the patient's information in a system, and you see a different doctor every time. The result is that every doctor is perfunctory. Combined with the hospital's very high patient volume, I did not receive the care or attitude expected from a physician; all I felt was that they were rushed, dismissive, and irresponsible. I waited two hours for a five-minute consultation. I do not know whether all Japanese hospitals are like this, but I strongly feel this cannot be right. Most frighteningly, I have been taking injections for seven days and still do not know who is responsible for my protocol or who will perform my procedure. I am now debating whether to continue.

    It has been almost eight months since I was referred here for treatment and testing. Today, I was delighted to confirm my baby's heartbeat for the first time. I have now successfully “graduated” and will transfer to a general obstetrics and gynecology clinic. Throughout treatment, the doctors and staff were very kind and considerate, and I am sincerely grateful to them.

    I underwent surgery for multiple uterine fibroids at another hospital and tried to conceive naturally, but before I knew it, I was 40. A friend introduced me to this clinic. The doctor then provided a detailed examination and explained the treatment plan, and I decided to proceed with IVF. Because it was my first time, I was nervous, but the kindness of the doctors, nurses, and embryologists eased my fears. I became pregnant about 4 months after beginning infertility treatment.     Thank you so much for giving us such a happy family life. I hope my daughter grows into someone who brings happiness to others, just like all of you. I thank every staff member for their excellent work. I started at age 39 years and 2 months, so I decided to go to the best hospital! I chose Eisan. I told them I wanted to proceed immediately to ART rather than continue with other methods, so everything moved smoothly. The problem was found quickly, and I was admitted to a large hospital for surgery. Although only two eggs could be retrieved at a time, implantation occurred 7 months after my first visit. (1 cycle of screening tests, 3 egg retrievals over 3 cycles, 1 cycle for surgery and treatment of illness, and 2 transfers over 2 cycles.) I was fortunate to have a hospital nearby and to be able to adjust my work schedule, coordinate all the timing, use insurance coverage, and benefit from the monthly maximum medical-expense limit, so I decided to try infertility treatment. Incidentally, the medical insurance my mother arranged for me included a rider for advanced medical care. As a result, every egg retrieval, transfer, and advanced treatment was covered, allowing me to afford all treatment costs. This experience made me feel my mother's love.

    I successfully graduated and am currently 15 weeks pregnant. I attended this clinic for over a year. After 5 egg retrievals and my 3rd transfer, I received a positive result. (I had attended two different hospitals for about a year and a half before transferring.) I had difficulty obtaining good embryos. Each time, the doctor worked to identify the problem and determine how to proceed with the next treatment for the best outcome. Thanks to this, we obtained a good embryo, and the transfer was successfully confirmed as positive. My one regret is that I attended two other hospitals first. I wish I had come here from the beginning. I believe the doctors, incubators, facilities, environment, and technical capabilities are the best among infertility hospitals in the Kansai region. I plan to leave Kansai temporarily, but I will also come to this hospital when trying for my second child. That is how satisfied I am. Thank you very much!

    We had our first IVF cycle in summer 2022 and transferred a frozen blastocyst that September. It split into identical twins, whom we delivered safely last year. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, it took about three years to receive this gift. I will never forget the shock of learning we were having twins. Because waits were long, I tried to book as early in the morning as possible. Finding the right doctor may be difficult, but there are many doctors, so eventually you will find one! Haha. I think attending appointments is quite difficult for people who work full time. I am glad I chose this hospital. Thank you to Dr. Satoshi Yamada for his great help with examinations, egg retrieval, and confirmation of pregnancy. I was truly happy when he said, ‘Congratulations, that is wonderful!’ after my positive result. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your help over the years. During 8 years and 8 months of treatment, I endured an ectopic pregnancy, several polyp removals, egg retrievals, transfers, fibroid removal, and many other difficulties. Yet the clinic was relaxed, the doctors trustworthy—special thanks to Dr. Tokura for attentive care—and the nurses kind, so visits were not painful. I think this is why I persisted through such a long treatment period. 'Someday' finally came for us! I am truly glad I believed and continued. I am now busy raising my lovely child. It is a different challenge, but I am happy. If you persist and do not give up, the day you hope for will come!!!

    Treatment began with artificial insemination, and I was diagnosed as pregnant on the third attempt. Along the way, examinations and hysterosalpingography found a uterine polyp, which was surgically removed. Treatment did not always progress as I hoped, but I controlled my impatience and trusted the doctor. I became pregnant on the first insemination after surgery, so none of the tests or procedures were wasted. The doctors and nurses gave precise, easy-to-understand instructions.     Thank you for your help more than ten years ago. The incredibly long appointment waits and unexplained infertility were very painful, but when I tried artificial insemination, the timing was perfect. Dr. Ei told me, “You have a beautiful egg that looks ready to rupture,” and I was able to receive the injection. I became pregnant after just one injection and had a healthy baby. I was truly happy and grateful. However, when I began attending again for secondary infertility while working, I told them I could not wean my child. I heard staff whispering behind the curtain, “I can't believe she came here before weaning.” I felt terrible. I still remember crying and feeling frustrated on the way home. I worked full-time and could not wean because I wanted to stay close to my older daughter after her difficult days at nursery. The doctor treated her lightly—or rather did not listen at all. I was disappointed. He has now become prominent. I sincerely hope you become a doctor who helps suffering patients. My heart was broken by such a callous comment, so I gave up on having a second child and chose to breastfeed my thriving older daughter until we were satisfied. I experienced everything: joy, frustration, and anger.

    I became pregnant after my fourth transfer and first ICSI! Thank you. I hope to have a second child, but because it is far away, I have to wait so long that I cannot pick up my child from nursery on time. I would like to take him and apply for childcare, but the maximum time is 3 hours, and the wait is too long to finish within 3 hours. It is difficult to know what to do in this situation. It is a very good hospital and the staff are kind, but... Also, constantly checking my email is tiring 💦 I keep checking while watching YouTube, so I appreciated my previous phone even more.

    After three and a half years of infertility treatment and care in Tarumi and Sannomiya, I was able to become pregnant through ICSI!! People often say the waits are long and appointments are meaningless, and it is true that you are never called at your exact appointment time. However, I believe the waits are long because they take time to examine every patient individually. Whenever I had a question or uncertainty, every doctor I asked spoke with me politely until I was satisfied. This allowed me to receive treatment and attend with peace of mind. If you want a hospital where examinations are more casual but waits are as short as possible, it may be a good idea to find one and go there. They treated me and performed thorough examinations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists were all kind, and I am glad I came here! Thank you very much ♪

    I was reassured by the very detailed and thorough treatment plan. On Saturdays and Sundays, the wait sometimes exceeded 2 hours and was difficult, but weekdays went more smoothly.

    The wait is extremely long. It feels as though you arrived without an appointment or are a first-time patient. When it took 2 hours just to hear my test results, I almost rolled my eyes. Yet neither the doctor nor the staff seemed apologetic, and they did not offer the earliest possible schedule. Their attitude seems to be that your schedule does not matter and fertility treatment naturally takes a long time. I think this hospital is very reassuring for people with plenty of free time or those fully focused on trying to conceive. Because it is a large hospital, it can offer many services. However, I believe it is very stressful for people trying to fit treatment into a busy schedule.

    Although I was already older, the doctors were very kind to me. It was easy to ask questions and discuss medication. Everything was designed to ensure a smooth process from reception through payment. Booking and consultations through the app were helpful. The wait was sometimes long, but charging outlets and Wi-Fi were available, and the waiting area was spacious, so it was not too stressful. There were times during treatment when I had no results, but the doctor did not simply repeat the same treatment and instead suggested several approaches. I cannot believe I was able to graduate from the clinic smoothly, and I am grateful for the continued treatment I received there. It was truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

    I had my first child here through my second IVF cycle and am currently seeing the doctor to have a second child. When I was trying for my first child, some patients brought their children with them. I did not find it uncomfortable; I thought the children were adorable and wondered whether mine might come to me soon too. However, I can understand why others may feel uncomfortable. When I returned for fertility treatment for a second child, I was told that children were not allowed. I also used the affiliated childcare center, but it is only open in the morning. When trying for my first child, I could leave work in the afternoon and attend the clinic, but I can no longer do that. If the doctor's appointment is in the afternoon, the waiting time makes it impossible to collect our child from daycare on time, so we have to take the entire day off. If accompanied by a guardian, children may wait in the children's area on the 4th floor. The television is on but repeatedly shows the same content, and there is only one small slide. Without toys, I do not think a mother could manage the long wait for the appointment. When I take the elevator from the fourth floor and leave the building through the first floor, I often pass other patients. Outside there are many pregnant women and families with children. This may be difficult for people trying to have a child. Is wanting a second child a luxury when you already have one? I wish I could manage alone, but I also want my child to have a sibling. Is that selfish? If you bring a child to the fourth floor, other patients may encounter them in the elevator. If bringing children is a concern, I wish consultations could be held on a floor where children are permitted. I truly feel this way. I had an afternoon appointment but could not stay because I would not make it in time to collect my child. Despite paying 5,000 yen for round-trip transportation, I had to return home without seeing the doctor and missed an entire treatment cycle. Please also consider the waiting time.

    One male doctor was very sarcastic and made me uncomfortable. His schedule was empty, so he was the one available for urgent visits, but he seemed ready to lose his temper. There are many doctors, so you need to find one who suits you, but I do not recommend this one. No wonder his schedule was empty despite the booking system!

    At first I knew nothing and was simply anxious. I saw different doctors at each appointment, but they were all kind and courteous, so I felt comfortable receiving care. Professor Kodera was especially kind. I am also grateful to Professor Koji Yamada, who helped me greatly and earned my complete trust. Even after I had nearly given up, I became pregnant. I appreciated that she followed my progress and told me what precautions to take. I had heard that some doctors become distant after a patient conceives, but Dr. Yamada continued to explain everything kindly and carefully. In an era when anyone can write anything on Google, some comments are unfortunate and disrespectful to doctors working hard to provide care. Although fertility treatment had begun to exhaust me physically and emotionally, the director was gentle and kind to me.

    I became pregnant through ICSI and was able to graduate from the clinic. Before coming here, six cycles of timed intercourse and IUI had failed. I transferred intending to move directly to IVF. My AMH was low for someone in her thirties, so I never expected to graduate after just one frozen embryo transfer. I thought, 'I wish I had come here sooner.' Fortunately, testing also found an endometrial polyp, which was surgically removed. The doctors, nurses, practitioners, and staff were all kind and pleasant, and I felt comfortable throughout. The waits could be long, but the doctor answered all my questions thoroughly during consultations, so I understood why. I was initially hesitant because I had never seen a male doctor, but the examination was neither unpleasant nor painful. I saw a review saying information was not shared internally. I understand the feeling of having already explained something, but this happens at other hospitals too.     I transferred from another hospital after a friend's recommendation. The treatment itself was difficult, but I became pregnant soon after transferring, so I wanted to express my thanks.     At another hospital, I underwent ICSI. Six eggs were retrieved and one embryo was transferred; the others were unsuitable. The result was negative, and I did not agree with the doctor there, so I transferred to Ei in 2020. At my first visit, Ei listened carefully to my treatment history and thoughtfully helped arrange a schedule that balanced work and fertility treatment. Within six months, 12 eggs were retrieved and 10 fertilized. After treatment for endometritis, polyp surgery, and other tests, I was able to proceed with transfer. The embryos were returned to my uterus under the best conditions, and I successfully had two children. I underwent three transfers in total, and all three were positive. I think the clinic's technical skill is excellent. Because of work, I could not always see the same doctor and saw several different doctors, but their policies seemed properly shared and I rarely received conflicting information. I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you very much!
