IRG International Reproductive Genetics Hospital is a high-end specialist assisted reproduction and genetics hospital approved by the Lao Ministry of Health. Its first phase includes a treatment center of nearly 5000 square meters, planned as a leading reproductive medicine center.

IRG provides comprehensive consultations and specialist one-stop diagnosis and treatment for families affected by infertility worldwide.

IRG offers assisted reproductive and related technologies, including in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), embryo vitrification and fertility preservation through egg, sperm and testicular tissue freezing.

Following U.S. standards and under the guidance of a U.S. specialist team, IRG has established laminar-flow embryology and reproductive genetics laboratories covering approximately 1100m2.

IRG uses current assisted reproductive technologies and has introduced internationally advanced reproductive genetics equipment, including an illumina sequencer, Japan's NARISHIGE micromanipulation system, a UK RI laser system, a Roche immunoassay analyzer and IVFtech workstations.

Its standardized facilities and advanced equipment support internationally advanced platforms for assisted reproduction, embryo culture, cytogenetic and molecular genetic diagnosis.

IRG works with reproductive genetics specialists from the United States and Australia, drawing on the group's 15 years of assisted reproduction and hospital management experience. It develops individualized fertility plans based on each patient's health and requirements and follows a strict quality management system.

IRG carefully manages every oocyte, sperm and embryo. Using current high-throughput sequencing technology (NGS), it provides high-resolution karyotype reports, single-gene disorder screening, genetic sequencing analysis and genetic counseling. These services support the selection of suitable embryos for transfer. The hospital reports a pregnancy rate above 70%.

IRG has a China operations center in Kunming and offices in major cities nationwide.
