IVF Centre @ Medini is one of the few centers to offer EmbryoScope monitoring, an advanced technology that helps select suitable embryos for transfer.

Embryos are stored in specialized incubators that provide an optimal environment for development. A built-in camera takes several images of the embryos each hour, which are combined into a time-lapse video showing their development.

This advanced monitoring system allows Medini's embryologists to closely observe embryos at each important stage of growth and development. It also enables detailed analysis of each embryo to select those with the greatest potential for pregnancy.

    The nurses are honestly wonderful. But for IVF treatment, money seems to be their main focus. It is very expensive. The clinic should first perform hormone testing, not only blood tests. Based on my experience, I feel I wasted my money here. Anyone planning IVF should have hormone testing first because it can better explain potential problems in the body.

    We had a comfortable and pleasant experience at the IVF center at Medini Clinic. The clinic was clean and hygienic, which put us at ease from the beginning. Nurses Santhi, Saremetha, and Atikah were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visits. Most importantly, Dr. Jaya was warm and friendly from the initial consultation. She listened carefully to all our concerns and patiently explained every detail, making us feel relaxed, understood, and well cared for. My wife and I are very grateful for the clinic’s warm service, professionalism, and excellent medical care.

    I initially came to this center only for a semen analysis, but after seeing its first-rate facilities and peaceful environment, we decided to begin our first IVF journey here. I am very glad we did. We met Dr. Jaya, a warm, kind, and professional physician. She patiently explained every step and answered all our questions. Her sincerity and confidence reassured us during what could have been a very stressful time. The entire team, from reception to the nurses, was friendly and supportive. They always welcomed us with a smile and even replied to my messages outside working hours, demonstrating their dedication to patients. The egg retrieval went smoothly, and I felt very well cared for throughout. Afterward, the staff promptly updated us on embryo development on Day 1 and Day 3, which meant a great deal to us.     Dear Sincere (Malaysia) Team, The sky is clear and bright in Beijing today. After an extremely hot summer, the weather is gradually cooling, and Beijing is about to enter its most beautiful golden autumn. In this lovely season, I am delighted to share my good news: at the end of last month, I safely gave birth by cesarean section to my baby, who weighed 6 jin 7 liang. Both mother and son are well. At this time last year, I made my first journey to Singapore and Malaysia to begin IVF. My initial unease and anxiety gradually faded after I arrived at your clinic and got to know the doctors and nurses. With your help, the entire process went smoothly: ovarian stimulation in October, egg retrieval in November, transfer in December, a positive pregnancy test in January, and a safe delivery at the end of August. Thanks to your team's professional guidance, my IVF journey was so successful and smooth. Thank you to the nurse who arranged my itinerary, to Alicia for answering my many questions in detail during embryo development, to Ms. Han for coordinating arrangements in the early, middle, and later stages, and to the nurse who patiently cared for me at my bedside after the transfer.     Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything the IVC Center @ Medini team did during our IVF treatment. IVF is emotionally and logistically challenging, with many complex procedures.     Everything went smoothly and positively from surgery onward. The team promptly answered my questions and advised me through WhatsApp. Special praise to nurse Kaley, who was truly caring. She was thoughtful and kind, especially after I woke from surgery, and took excellent care of me. The only improvement would be for the anesthesiologist to place the needle in my arm rather than my hand because my veins are already small. Otherwise, the staff were professional and patient, and I felt very well cared for.

    Our first IVF consultation was excellent. The facility was first-rate and not crowded at all. Umiza provided exceptional customer service: warm, attentive, responsive, and thorough in answering all our questions. She even brought in the embryologist to answer some of them. The doctor seemed busy but professional, and we appreciate Umiza's positive assessment of her, so we will choose this doctor.

    Our experience has been excellent so far. The doctors and embryology team have been very kind and professional and kept us updated throughout. We started with 6 eggs and currently have 2 frozen embryos, and we are still waiting to see whether we obtain more. We are very grateful that the clinic gave our embryos enough time to develop.     This center is wonderful! I had an excellent experience there. The staff were very helpful and professional. Dr. Jayanthi was patient, friendly, and helpful. She made us feel comfortable, never rushed, and never frightened us. Ms. Umiza was extremely helpful, and my wife liked her very much. She was kind and explained every step clearly. Although we met Dr. Tey Shea only once, special thanks to her as well for remaining calm and keeping us hopeful.
