Today is my official graduation day after completing IVF treatment at Sunfert Bangsar South. Special thanks to Dr. Sumithra and her nurses for their unwavering support throughout the journey. Dr. Sumithra is highly dedicated and patient, explains everything in great detail, and always ensures that we fully understand every step of treatment. She gave us support and care and continually encouraged us to remain positive. One day, I will tell my child that your arrival was due not only to our determination but also to Dr. Sumithra's attentive care, exceptional expertise, and selfless encouragement. Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything she has done for us. We sincerely wish her health, happiness, and continued success in her career. I did my first IVF cycle with Dr. Sumitra and highly recommend her. Follow all her instructions and listen carefully as she explains the benefits and side effects of procedures and medications. In 2022, when I was 38, I had my first IVF consultation under Dr. Sumitra's care. The embryo transfer was successful in January 2023, and thanks to Allah, the baby is now 2 years and 3 months old. I am now 41 and pregnant with my second baby, also through IVF under Dr. Sumitra's care. I was 12 weeks pregnant, and the embryo had been cryopreserved. I highly recommend Sunfert to anyone considering IVF. Dr. Sumitra explains everything clearly and in great detail. Sunfert is also a fertility center with a high success rate, reasonable prices, and good value.

In 2022, I conceived my second child under the attentive care of Dr Wong Pak Seng. Then in 2025, under the guidance of Dr Eeson, I conceived my third child. After our first embryo transfer failed at another center, Dr. Sumitra's Facebook page kept appearing in my feed—honestly, it felt like divine intervention. We went for a second opinion, and wow... it was absolutely the best decision we ever made. From that point on, we followed every recommendation she gave us, with no shortcuts 😄. A few months later... ahhh! ✨ Her skilled hands worked their magic again, and the transfer was successful! She is always positive and reassuring, yet firm when needed, which is exactly what prospective mothers need. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Huang. Despite my age and medical history, I was able to become pregnant safely. The clinic's waiting area is spacious and bright, and I felt comfortable at every visit. The nurses and staff are all very kind, efficient, and trustworthy. They told me I could return anytime if I wanted a second child in the future, and I was almost moved to tears.

My consultation with Dr. Sumitra was very smooth and pleasant. She carefully reviewed my medical history, including a previous polyp and the fact that both my husband and I are thalassemia carriers. She is very easygoing and never pressured me into any decision. The medical facilities are also first-rate. The genetics team and counselors guided us throughout the process and patiently explained everything. Fortunately, with the attentive care of Dr. Sumitra and her team, we became pregnant on our first attempt. All I can say is: make an appointment! They are truly wonderful!

I had 2 failed PGT embryo transfers at Alpha and was very disappointed. I then switched to sunfert and succeeded after 1 stimulation cycle and 1 transfer, using second-generation IVF. MR wong is truly excellent and highly skilled.

Even when my first attempt did not succeed, she never let me lose hope. I planned to have IVF here, but after reading the reviews I found that: 1. They do not respect clients' time. 2. The doctors are arrogant. I decided not to visit this clinic. It would be better to improve the customer service experience before expecting new business.

This was our first time undergoing fertility treatment and doing it at Sunfert was the best decision we made. Dr Sumithra was thorough and her advice and decision making was always with our best interest in mind. From detecting I had fibroids that should be removed, and even advising to postpone a cycle when my husband was ill - Dr Sumithra always wanted to ensure we had the best results. We always felt the whole process was curated specially for us. Each step of the process was also made comfortable at Sunfert with caring and attentive nurses and embryologists. Honestly I had such a positive experience with our IVF journey, despite the uncertainty at times. Will always recommend Sunfert! It was my first time undergoing fertility treatment, but it was a truly wonderful experience. Dr. Eeson is always friendly and takes the time to clearly resolve any questions I had. The nurses were also kind and gentle, which made me feel at ease. On the day of egg retrieval, I stayed at the hospital for half a day, and I really appreciated how they helped ease my anxiety with their warm care while I rested on a clean bed. Now that I have been blessed with a baby, I will always feel grateful to this hospital.

I was nervous about receiving infertility treatment overseas, but they remained kind and supportive even when I was emotionally unstable. I appreciated being able to choose my own treatment plan instead of having the doctor decide for me. The nurses were always warm and friendly. Before treatment, I never imagined I could come to the clinic with such a positive attitude. I think this was better than receiving treatment in Japan.

Praise be to Allah, after more than three years of waiting, we finally succeeded. We previously sought treatment at a government hospital without results, then came here on a friend's recommendation. Praise be to Allah, IVF succeeded in just five months. During those five months, I consulted Dr. Sumita and Dr. Mahita, both excellent doctors. Their explanations were clear, and they offered plenty of practical advice. The nurses assisting both doctors were kind and helpful. God willing, when my baby is one year old, I will return here to have a second child.

Throughout our IVF journey, we experienced many failures and disappointments. It was truly a roller coaster, with far more lows than highs and almost no exciting moments or good news to celebrate. In fact, there were none. Finally, on our last IVF attempt, we became pregnant. Although we approached the first trimester cautiously and managed our expectations at every step, it was still pure joy. At each doctor's visit, we saw progress. Yes—we finally reached the second trimester! We were fortunate to receive care from two excellent doctors throughout the process. Dr. Wong, who treated us earlier, was also experienced, calm, and reassuring. His support and expertise gave us a strong foundation during the most difficult stage. Later, Dr. Sumitra took over our care, and honestly, she made this dream come true. She was meticulous, passionate, and dedicated, while balancing seriousness with humor. I still remember her Diwali wish that we would become pregnant. It was so sweet and thoughtful! Of course, I will never forget the wonderful nurses at Sunfert, who were an essential part of my journey. Every time I visited the center, they made me feel at home with their warm conversations and shared stories. Thank you, Atira, Eileen, Chloe, Wan Fong, and all the other nurses whose names I have not mentioned but whose faces I remember clearly. You will not be forgotten. I will miss you all very much. Please continue sharing your warmth and kindness with every patient who enters the clinic. We went through 11 IVF cycles, two miscarriages, and countless tests. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lim. She was very patient, considerate, and kind. I had no pain after the procedure and woke up resting comfortably in bed. Dr. Lim also performed my hysteroscopy to remove polyps and uterine fibroids.

I had a poor experience with Dr.Sumithra Devi last month. She was impatient, rushed to push IVF, and was almost rude. She was unwilling to listen to the patient even without any appropriate tests or examinations. I left the meeting feeling very discouraged, as though my chance with IVF was extremely low despite good test results. I decided not to return to Sunfert. Although the clinic itself is nice, luxurious, and has a pleasant atmosphere, the doctor is what matters!

My wife and I recently received fertility treatment (IVF) at Sunfert. The experience was very positive from start to finish. We were fortunate to be treated by Dr. Sumithra with assistance from Nurse Atira. Every visit was pleasant. They both went above and beyond to include me as the husband. I began my fertility treatment journey at Kasih Fertility Clinic, which is affiliated with Sunfert Fertility Centre. All follow-up care was provided by Dr. Sharifah Masyitah, followed by OPU and FET with Dr. Sumitra Devi at Sunfert. Dr. Sharifah Masyitah was very gentle and supportive, and I followed every instruction she gave me. I then met Dr. Sumitra at Sunfert. She gave firm advice and adjusted the dosage based on my issue with a thin endometrium. Thanks to the team, I became pregnant after my first FET.

Despite all the complications, I am grateful for Dr. Wong Pak Seng's professional advice. Drawing on his many years of experience, he continually tailored my treatment and helped me reach where I am today. Infertility sucks but i was confident i was receiving the best care under Dr Sumitra in Sunfert Bangsar. I underwent fertility treatment september 2023 with my husband and finally got pregant in 2024 aftr 2 cycles of IVF. Dr Sumitra and the rest of staff are great and i was confident i was receiving the best care posssible. We began our journey in June 2023 and successfully froze four embryos. Our first FET in August 2023 worked, but sadly we miscarried. We tried a second FET in July 2024 and, thank God, are now 12 weeks pregnant. Our doctor, Dr. Sumitra, is excellent and very experienced. If you have concerns, ask her directly and she will explain everything. If she says everything is fine, do not stress. She is very particular, especially about the condition of the uterus. In our case, we had to remove a polyp. She referred us to other doctors and helped recommend the best doctors and hospitals she trusted. The staff are also very helpful. If you have questions about medication, products, or billing, they explain everything. We have waited almost 10 years; please pray for a healthy baby and safe delivery!

This is my second pregnancy with help from Dr. Sumithra at Sunfert. We are very satisfied with both the outcome and the process. Dr. Sumithra gives detailed explanations, answers questions that may concern us, and always asks about my well-being during examinations. I usually experience mixed emotions during embryo transfer, but the doctor tells me to relax and pray. This truly calms me and helps me relax throughout the process. Hello, I would like to share my experience with those seeking high-quality fertility care. I recommend coming to Dr. SUMITHRA at SUNFERT. This was not my first experience with fertility care, but I must say that SUNFERT is one in a million. Dr. SUMITHRA was my doctor. She is professional, highly skilled, and compassionate. The process went smoothly, and she also offered plenty of guidance on how to proceed week by week. I had undergone several unsuccessful IVF attempts at different fertility centers, and my last delivery was 9 years ago. I went through this frustrating process, but with Dr. SUMITHRA's help, she made everything seem simple, as though she had magical hands... Alhamdulillah, my IVF was successful. We began consultations in 2020, paused because of the COVID pandemic, and resumed in late 2021. Following the doctor's guidance, we conceived successfully in 2022. I experienced bleeding at 6 weeks of pregnancy. It was a distressing experience, but the Sunfert team handled my condition promptly and provided appropriate guidance, saving my pregnancy. We are the happy and proud parents of a healthy baby girl.

Doctors should never use words that offend and hurt people seeking their help and a chance to have their own children. Do you think people come to your clinic for fun? No, they do not. They come because they have no other way to conceive naturally. Why begin with hurtful and offensive words, then tell them to take various tests to see whether they can have children? Honestly, today's experience was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. Dr. Sumitra's wording was completely unprofessional and made me decide never to set foot in Sunfert again. I simply asked why you do not use general anesthesia for egg retrieval. It was a very simple question, but she lashed out and told me not to try to do her job for her. She said we are civilized, not barbarians, but the way you speak is absolutely barbaric. How dare you say that no one has died during IVF? That had nothing to do with my question. Do not add pressure to patients like us. You may be the best doctor or center, but when you are full of pride and dismissiveness, you are not a good doctor. Learn these qualities first. Never treat another patient this way. I kept calm despite being hot-tempered, but not everyone will.
