Stork 11 Fertility Center Taipei, Taiwan

After the hardship of three egg retrievals and a long wait, the crucial moment of embryo transfer finally arrived. This journey inevitably brought anxiety and unease, but fortunately, choosing Stork Fertility Center made the path to parenthood feel warmer and more reassuring. The consultation environment at Stork Fertility Center has been designed with great care, and the relaxing atmosphere is noticeable as soon as you enter. The clinic is beautiful and spotless, with soft music playing throughout the space to ease the tension of waiting. Most thoughtfully, the waiting area offers a variety of snacks and juices, and nutritious meals are provided for major procedures, making a long wait feel as comfortable as spending time in a café. Here, advanced medical care is combined with a warm, high-quality environment and friendly medical staff, providing tremendous emotional support to women trying to conceive. I sincerely recommend Stork Fertility Center to every future mother still working toward parenthood. It is truly a place where you can let go of tension and entrust your care with confidence.

I just completed my egg retrieval and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I decided to freeze my eggs as a safeguard, so I would have another reproductive option if I need one in the future. There was a lot I did not understand at first, but Dr. Hsieh explained everything in great detail and with great patience. Every step was clearly explained, which made me feel at ease. My consultant, Amuyi, was also wonderful. She was very thoughtful throughout the treatment, responded quickly to messages, and proactively checked on me. From the injections and monitoring to the procedure and postoperative explanation, the entire team was professional and caring. I am truly grateful to them. If you are considering egg freezing or want an additional option for the future, I highly recommend coming here for a consultation.

I studied in a healthcare environment, so I fully understand how hard medical staff and everyone working in healthcare facilities work. Stork is a well-known, high-end clinic. My partner and I underwent egg retrievals one after the other, and I have spent a great deal of time here waiting and registering. I can usually wait one or two hours, or even two or three hours, because I understand how hard you work. I also never leave reviews casually, because I respect every profession. When my partner had an egg retrieval, everything went normally on the day of the procedure. Today it was my turn. Mine was among the first procedures that morning. After the procedure and recovery, I was asked to wait in the waiting area and told someone would let me know whether I should eat first or see the doctor first. I waited for more than an hour, but no one came to get me. There was no appointment number in the app. Only after I asked did someone tell me, “Your meal will be brought to you shortly; we are waiting for the consultation...” I said I did not need the meal and asked them to let me finish the consultation so I could go home and rest. I did not think the food was important, but isn't checking on a patient after general anesthesia important? The waiting area only had chairs. I was sitting there with abdominal pain and bloating, not even knowing whom or what I was waiting for... P.S. After my partner's procedure last time, the meal arrived within 5 minutes. So I am certain the timing of the meal has nothing to do with medical instructions. This is such a high-quality fertility center. I hope you can be more mindful of how patients feel while waiting. If the wait must always be this long, is there any way to improve it?

I wholeheartedly recommend Stork Fertility Center Taipei! From my initial egg-freezing consultation through the egg retrieval, the team's professionalism and attentive care were evident throughout. Special thanks to my consultant, Vick, who was extremely patient during the consultation. Whether I asked about treatment details, how to administer the injections, scheduling, or any of my many questions, he explained everything carefully and answered each one, helping me make my decision with greater peace of mind. Because I needed to take the medication abroad and administer the injections myself, I was initially concerned that the international arrangements would be complicated. However, the Stork team planned everything exceptionally well. After completing my initial assessment in Taiwan, I took the medication abroad and administered it there. I then returned for blood tests and ultrasound monitoring as scheduled, and the doctor adjusted my medication based on the results. The entire process was smooth and well organized. The clinic is comfortable and welcoming, and the medical staff are all very kind. At every follow-up visit, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. From the doctors and nurses to the consultants, everyone demonstrated great professionalism and extensive experience, making the initially daunting egg-freezing process feel much more reassuring. Egg freezing is a journey that requires courage and perseverance, but the Stork team's support and care helped me feel at ease through every step and gave me greater confidence in planning my future.

I'll post this for you, although I don't know what it says. I'll send over a plaque reading “Admirable Medical Ethics” later. ^^

Thanks to Dr. Lai and the nursing team at Stork Fertility Center, my wife safely delivered a baby boy at Tri-Service General Hospital in Neihu in August 112! We plan to try for a second child, but probably not for another year and a half. Update: In 115, during the month of 2, my wife safely delivered another baby boy at Taipei Zhongxing Hospital. Thank you again.

I am so grateful for the team's attentive care and concern! From the thoughtful arrangements at my first visit, including a choice of delicious meals for the initial visit and after surgery, to their patient and prompt answers while I was taking medication overseas, and through surgery and the series of postoperative treatments, with no extra postoperative treatment fees, the team was attentive and made me feel at home. This gave me the confidence to take this step. Special thanks to Director Lai for the detailed explanations and encouragement that helped make surgery successful in my complex case. Thank you again for every bit of warmth and care from the team!

I began my IVF journey at Stork Fertility Center at an advanced maternal age and naturally felt anxious, but with Dr. Jin Zixuan's attentive, professional support, I made steady progress one step at a time. Fortunately, I received good news on the first attempt. All the hard work was worthwhile, and I am sincerely grateful for this difficult yet hopeful journey ❤️❤️

I had never considered freezing my eggs, but as I got older and occasionally saw news about celebrities facing fertility problems, I began to think I should give myself the opportunity. I researched extensively on Google, then contacted a highly rated clinic called Stork through Line. They also have a Hong Kong branch that provides consultations. After my appointment and discussion, I felt much less worried. I then booked a flight to Taipei to see the doctor, have blood drawn, and collect the injections. Back in Hong Kong, I waited for my period and gave myself daily injections, then returned to Taipei for the trigger shot and procedure. The entire process went smoothly. All information was electronic, and the clinic's follow-up service was excellent. Even coordinating across cities was easy. Overall, it was extremely convenient and worth recommending!

A review from Hong Kong! Age 31, AMH 2.72, 24 eggs retrieved, 21 mature. Thank you, Stork Fertility Center. All the nursing staff were gentle and attentive. The app is simple and easy to use. The nurses provide close remote follow-up. I had no discomfort or pain throughout the egg-retrieval journey. Highly recommended for women still considering their fertility options.

For women of reproductive age who are not currently planning to have children but want to preserve healthy eggs during their prime years, I recommend considering an egg-freezing consultation. You can begin with an AMH test and discuss the result with a doctor. The clinic also told me that the rate of actually using frozen eggs in Taiwan is fairly low, around 10%, but if finances allow, it can serve as a form of insurance for the future. The full treatment takes about two weeks from the first injection to egg retrieval. My work requires travel between northern and southern Taiwan, and Stork Fertility Center partners with medical institutions in several cities and counties, making monitoring, tests, and medication pickup much easier. For busy women, the hardest part is promptly following monitoring and medication instructions based on the menstrual cycle and follicle development. Stork coordinates well with its partner facilities, which eased my anxiety about taking time off work. I also appreciate the clinic's excellent app. All results and upcoming schedules are recorded in detail, so I did not worry about forgetting anything while busy. The medical staff's friendly, prompt replies were very reassuring. They sent personalized reminders at every checkpoint before surgery. When I felt unwell afterward, they immediately arranged an examination at a nearby clinic and checked on me every day until I had fully recovered. Although egg freezing involved discomfort, worry, and fear, Stork provided genuine reassurance. I recommend that anyone still undecided schedule a consultation. The photo shows the healthy meal after surgery—I finished two boxes at once 😆

Thank you to Stork Fertility Center for making my egg-freezing journey so reassuring! From scheduling and AMH testing to injection instruction and reminders, the trigger shot, every professional assessment by the doctor, and the final procedure, everything was thoughtful and smooth. I also thank myself for being brave and determined enough to take this step. For the rest of my life, I am preserving choices for my future self, ready at any time to welcome a new chapter in life. 🫶🏼

I decided to freeze my eggs at a point in life when I was reconsidering my future. I realized that I did not plan to have children in the near term but wanted to preserve another option for the future, so I began seriously considering egg freezing. My first AMH result was below 1, which was difficult to hear. Later follicle monitoring showed that I still had about seven follicles, gradually restoring some confidence. After learning about the treatment options, I chose the 'Green Egg Freezing' plan, which guarantees a minimum number of retrieved eggs. That arrangement felt more reassuring and better suited to my current circumstances. I then began treatment. Each follow-up visit and every injection felt like preserving a little more possibility for the future. I did not freeze my eggs because I was anxious, but because I wanted to preserve some choice for myself before more time passed.

My two years of treatment at Stork Fertility Center were a long journey. IVF involves more than medical treatment; it also brings waiting, hope, and anxiety. During that time, I set daily alarms to take medication and gave myself injections in the abdomen or buttocks like clocking in for work. To identify my optimal implantation window, I completed ERA testing. After the transfer, an immune issue was discovered, so I also received IVIG treatment. The hardest periods were waiting for results after each blood draw and waiting to see the baby's heartbeat. Looking back now, I have almost forgotten how many tears I quietly shed during the process. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Lai Hsing-Hua's expert judgment and timely intervention, as well as consultant Renee's assistance and concern. What made my experience especially remarkable was that this was my first pregnancy and first transfer, and I became pregnant after transferring only one embryo. I gradually realized how difficult that outcome truly is. Looking back, I believe it was more than luck. I chose to trust the medical expertise and confidently placed my care in Dr. Lai Hsing-Hua's hands. I am now almost eight months pregnant and very glad I did not give up. I hope sharing my experience helps others still on their IVF journey.

The wait is extremely long, starting at a minimum of four hours, despite the large number of staff. It is longer than at a major hospital and completely exhausting. The consultants also give medical instructions. We said that we wanted confirmation from a doctor, but the consultant confidently said it was fine. The consultants do not display healthcare licenses, so we do not even know whether they are medical professionals.

Egg freezing was something I had considered for several years before finally deciding to proceed. With the uncertainty of the future, I wanted to give myself some insurance. From the initial consultation in Taiwan and self-administering injections at home to returning to Taiwan for the procedure, the Stork Fertility APP provided clear instructions. I considered giving up midway, but I am glad I persevered.

I underwent egg freezing and had a very positive overall experience. The clinic staff were kind and professional, and the doctor patiently explained the entire treatment process in detail, which made me feel reassured. My doctor was Dr. Kim, who was very professional. I am usually anxious about blood draws, but I felt almost no discomfort here. Throughout treatment, the medical team also followed up carefully via WhatsApp and took excellent care of me. The clinic is clean, comfortable, elegantly designed, and relaxing. I was also very satisfied with the final egg retrieval results. My sincere thanks to the clinic team for their professional and attentive care. After comparing clinics in Singapore and Hong Kong, I ultimately chose Taiwan because the quality of service and overall experience here were excellent. Highly recommended 👌🏻

For such a high-end clinic with so many employees, why is the efficiency still so poor? Every visit involves an extremely long wait. Today I waited from 10:30 to 16:30 before everything was finished. The clinic really needs to discuss how to improve its administrative and workflow efficiency, since everyone’s time is valuable. This is sincere feedback.

I returned to Taiwan for a short period to arrange treatment and initially worried that the tight schedule would be chaotic, but Stork Fertility Clinic provided exceptionally attentive service. What impressed me most was their ability to coordinate care across regions. We traveled among Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, and the clinic had professional partner clinics in each city, allowing treatment to continue without interruption. This is incredibly convenient for people returning to Taiwan from overseas! The clinic’s app also has an excellent tracking feature, with synchronized, real-time information, and all costs are fully transparent. The medical team continually follows up through LINE, making it feel as though a professional team is always beside you. I sincerely recommend Stork Fertility Clinic to everyone on their fertility journey—you can feel completely at ease in their care!

The physicians, consultants, and nurses are highly professional, but there is always secondhand smoke on the sidewalk by the entrance despite the no-smoking sign. Sometimes it can even be smelled from the seating area on the first floor. Is there really no way to address secondhand and thirdhand smoke? Why should IVF patients have to remain in an environment that exposes them to risks of miscarriage, stillbirth, and fetal abnormalities?

I had surgery for a teratoma 5 years ago. Although it was not severe enough to require removal of an ovary, testing showed that my AMH level was well below average for my age. I consulted Stork Fertility Center and chose the green egg-freezing plan. Fortunately, 15 eggs suitable for freezing were retrieved in a single cycle. The procedure went smoothly, and I recovered well. Throughout the process, Stork Fertility Center thoughtfully provided treatment and postoperative information through LINE and the app!

Friends around me chose egg freezing at about age 30 to avoid even a one-percent chance of regret, so I treated it as a small gift to myself at 33 🎁. I did not need many injections, perhaps because I followed a mild stimulation protocol. The nurses were all gentle and friendly. I especially thank the nurse who administered my trigger shot; I barely felt it, despite friends frightening me by saying it would be extremely painful. Ultimately, rather than a gift to myself, I see it as buying extra insurance, because today is the youngest I will ever be.

I first came to Stork Fertility Center Taipei late last year. My AMH result, 3.62, was better than expected, and despite my advanced reproductive age, I still hoped to fulfill my dream. The nurses and doctors recommended and evaluated egg freezing as soon as possible. Every consultation and treatment follow-up made me feel reassured. After I began ovarian stimulation injections, they monitored me closely, adjusted my medication, observed my response, and made further changes. They reminded me of every detail at each step, reducing my anxiety. Because this was my first surgery, the clinic environment was also reassuring, and I was guided gently through the procedure. Stork Fertility Center has expertise across many areas, including domestic and international transfer procedures. Its dedicated app tracks status and records, allows details to be reviewed at any time, and is simple and clear to use. I am very grateful to the clinic's nurses and doctors. Nine eggs were successfully retrieved, preserving hope for my future. I hope to fulfill my dream at Stork Fertility Center. I thank myself for having the courage, and most importantly, I thank Stork Fertility Center for its reassuring support.

My wife and I are Hong Kong residents living in Ireland. We first underwent IVF in the United Kingdom, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. After extensive research, we decided to receive IVF treatment at Stork Fertility Center in Taiwan. We initially experienced another failure, but with the attentive care and patient follow-up of Dr. Lai Hsing-Hua and English-language coordinator Joy, we eventually welcomed our baby. We especially want to thank Dr. Lai and Joy. Even three months after the embryo transfer, when we had returned to Dublin, they continued helping us monitor my wife's E2, P4, and ultrasound reports. Their support was instrumental in the safe arrival of our baby. Joy also provided emotional support and encouragement throughout, so we always felt accompanied. Stork Fertility Center gave us more than medical services; they provided thoughtful care genuinely centered on couples trying to conceive. This is what makes Stork Fertility Center so exceptional compared with other healthcare organizations.

The service staff were very nice, but the pre-visit consultation took place in the main lobby. Although they spoke quietly, people nearby could still hear. This should be improved by providing a private area to ask clients about their circumstances. Everyone has a right to privacy, and you should protect it. That is my suggestion.

Extremely poor service.

I had extensive testing at a fertility center and a hospital, and all results were normal, yet 3 IVF cycles failed. A friend introduced me to Stork Fertility Center, where additional immune testing finally identified an abnormal result and gave me an explanation. After implantation, the medical team monitored me closely and adjusted my medication as needed, allowing my baby to remain healthy. The baby has now been born safely. I am truly grateful to Dr. Lai and the entire team.

I underwent egg-freezing treatment here and had a comfortable overall experience. The clinic is clean, bright, and relaxing. I most appreciated the doctor's professionalism and patience. Every step was explained in detail, which put me at ease. Treatment visits were scheduled appropriately, so I did not need to take frequent time off work. This is ideal for busy professionals. I recommend it to anyone with the same needs!

I had an excellent experience at Stork Fertility Center. From the initial consultation and follow-up visits through the egg retrieval, every nurse provided attentive and gentle care. They were very patient in every conversation and with every question, which completely eased my anxiety and fear. Egg freezing was neither as difficult nor as painful as I had imagined, and it gave me an opportunity to secure my future with ease and grace.

Five-star technology, one-star service. It is time-consuming, and the service staff cannot keep up with the process.

I chose Stork Fertility Center for egg freezing because my family strongly recommended it. From the initial consultation through appointments, medication, and surgery, everything felt professional and reassuring. I am very grateful to Stork Fertility Center for its professional and compassionate service.

As I grew older, my husband and I longed for a child, but natural conception never occurred. My doctor also warned that egg quality declines with age and success rates continue to fall. Watching friends become parents left me both envious and sad, and I finally found the courage to pursue fertility treatment to give myself another chance. I consulted many leading specialists and completed eight IVF cycles, but every attempt failed. Doctors often said the embryo itself might be the problem and suggested trying again, while the medication barely changed. Repeated disappointment left me physically and emotionally exhausted, and I began to believe I was destined never to have children. It was a very dark time, and without a remaining spark of hope, I might have given up. As a last resort, I went to Stork Fertility Center. The first attempt still failed, but Dr. Lai was different because he placed great importance on testing and data. By monitoring D-dimer through blood tests and analyzing the embryos, he finally identified thrombosis as the real problem. He then adjusted my treatment: I began Plaquenil three months before transfer, switched anticoagulant injections from Arixtra to Clexane, and received IVIG twice. The second attempt succeeded. When I saw two lines on the pregnancy test, I burst into tears and felt that every hardship had been worthwhile. I most want to tell others not to give up easily. Everyone's cause is different; identifying the true problem and treating it appropriately can make a miracle possible. This journey is difficult, but you are not alone. I hope my story gives strength and confidence to others still trying, and that everyone receives good news soon.

Because I did not plan to have children soon, I decided to freeze my eggs at age 34 for added security. The entire treatment experience was excellent. 1. Extremely friendly medical staff and counselors From consultation through completion, the medical staff were kind and patient in their explanations, which made me feel much more at ease with an unfamiliar process. 2. Comfortable clinic environment The clinic is clean, easy to navigate, and relaxing. 3. Excellent App integration Treatment notifications, blood draw queue numbers, and even egg retrieval results are immediately available in the App, which is very convenient. 4. Gentle, attentive egg retrieval I was initially afraid of the retrieval, but the medical staff reassured me throughout and worked gently, greatly reducing my anxiety. 5. Thorough postoperative follow-up Because my AMH was high, I developed ascites and significant swelling after the procedure. At my follow-up, the clinic immediately arranged testing and treatment. They were very professional and reassuring.

Throughout my egg-freezing cycles, the procedure nurses were very attentive, the doctors were professional, and the equipment was comprehensive and safe. The entire experience inspired confidence and trust. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The environment is very clean and comfortable, and I felt relaxed rather than anxious at every visit. I was fortunate that my first embryo transfer succeeded. The doctor considered my circumstances and provided professional, proactive treatment. I am especially grateful for the consultant's support. She always listened patiently, offered warmth and encouragement, and carefully explained any questions I had. One evening, I went to the clinic for urgent care because of bleeding. Although it was already late, the nursing staff stayed very patient and told me they would not let me go home until I was stable, which was extremely reassuring. I am deeply grateful for all the support throughout this journey.

In planning my life and reproductive choices, I have always wanted to preserve more possibilities for the future. After comparing several options and receiving recommendations from friends, I chose Stork 11 Fertility Center in Taipei for egg freezing, and the overall experience is well worth sharing. First, the clinic is very comfortable. From the moment you enter, it feels warm and professional. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous, and the process is well organized and reassuring. The medical team is highly professional. The doctors patiently explain every step, from AMH testing to preparation before egg retrieval, so I fully understood my physical condition and treatment details. During treatment, the clinic provided a personalized egg-freezing plan and thorough injection training, so I felt confident administering the injections at home.

This was my first egg donation, and because it was here, I had no concerns 👍 The service staff were wonderful, the decor comfortable, the music soothing, and the equipment excellent. Everyone cared and closely monitored my condition, and treatment went smoothly. I highly recommend donating eggs here ❤️

I am from Hong Kong and came here last year to freeze my eggs. The experience was excellent. Today I brought my girlfriend for her first consultation. I first consulted online by email, then staff from their Hong Kong office met me in person and answered my questions. I later flew to the Taipei center for blood tests and my first doctor consultation. I brought the medication, needles, and injections back to Hong Kong in a cooler. Several months later, when my work schedule allowed surgery, I notified them by email. Staff followed up promptly and professionally and guided me through every preoperative step. I injected the refrigerated medication myself in Hong Kong to prepare for surgery in Taipei during the same cycle. The Taipei doctor reviewed my test reports and recommended a retrieval date. I flew to Taipei the night before and had surgery the next morning, successfully freezing 23 eggs. At every visit, their kind, courteous staff welcomed me warmly. Online staff followed my case clearly and promptly by email, while the app stored procedural information and gave me confidence preparing remotely. I also loved the comfort food provided before consultations and after surgery. I recommend this clinic to girls like me who want to freeze their eggs :)

Five-star service All the medical staff were calm, kind, and reassuring. (The seafood congee was unbelievably delicious...😍)

A friend referred me to Stork Fertility Center in Taipei, and I traveled from overseas for egg freezing. Before treatment, the consultant patiently answered my questions by email and continued to follow up on my condition overseas during and after treatment. The Taipei center is spacious and comfortable and thoughtfully provides meals for guests who need them. The professionalism of the doctors and nurses eased my concerns about the procedure. I was very satisfied with the entire treatment.

I had long hesitated about freezing my eggs because I was afraid of injections and worried that I was not fully prepared. I am grateful to have met the Stork Fertility Center team, who explained everything carefully and provided attentive care. From the consultation through postoperative follow-up, they made me feel safe and reassured. The APP also made the information and communication process complete and clear.

I had planned to freeze my eggs last year but kept postponing it because I was so busy. When I returned for a consultation in January 2025, my AMH was lower than it had been the previous March, so I immediately decided to begin treatment and hoped to finish before Lunar New Year. The process from consultation to egg retrieval can be completed in about two weeks ✅ On the day you decide to begin, the consultant explains every medication and how to inject it in detail. If you truly cannot inject yourself, you can return to the clinic and ask a nurse to help 🫶🏼 For this retrieval, I chose the green egg-freezing program. Throughout the cycle, I gave myself 4 injections plus 2 trigger injections. I had only one interim follow-up, and the third clinic visit was the retrieval. My abdomen felt more bloated after the injections, but it was tolerable. The trigger injections were the most painful of all 🤣 My attending physician was Dr. Lee, and Dr. Lai performed my retrieval. Both doctors were friendly and answered every question. On the day of surgery, the operating-room nurses were all kind and professional. They made me feel reassured rather than nervous. Fortunately, more eggs were retrieved than either the doctor or I expected 😆 The app clearly shows the progress of the entire cycle and which medications to inject and take each day, which is ideal for someone forgetful like me. The retrieved eggs can also be viewed in the app, which is very convenient 🫶🏼 I chose egg freezing to give my future self another option and avoid future regret 😊

I did a lot of research before freezing my eggs and ultimately chose Stork Fertility, which is first-rate in its apps, packages, environment, and service! I sincerely recommend it to women considering egg freezing. Give your future self another option!

Early last year, I finally froze my eggs after wanting to do so for a long time. My only regret was not doing it sooner. I hope sharing my experience helps those who are still considering it. If cost is not a concern, I recommend doing it as early as possible, since younger eggs are generally healthier. My entire experience at Stork was comfortable. Egg freezing is quite private, but the treatment was arranged so that nothing felt awkward. Professionally, I especially recommend Stork's option of a second egg retrieval within the same cycle and Dr. Lai's expertise. My first retrieval produced fewer eggs than expected. After discussing it with the doctor and adjusting the medication, we successfully matured more eggs for a second retrieval and obtained approximately the number expected for one baby. The second retrieval saved me both money and time. Stork provided an excellent experience in every respect.

After reading discussions about egg freezing on various forums, I found that Stork had excellent reviews. After several complications, I finally began treatment at the end of 2024 and completed my first egg retrieval 2 weeks later, in early 2025. This was my first experience with fully self-funded medical care, and it was excellent!! The environment was very comfortable. The nurses were extremely gentle and kind during blood draws and ultrasounds. The consultant explained the treatment in detail and taught me how to give the injections. I was surprised that injecting myself did not hurt at all, as I had been a little afraid! I was somewhat nervous on the day of surgery, but having an anesthesiologist present was reassuring. When I woke up, I was already in the recovery room. The nurse helped with my care and getting out of bed and carefully explained all the postoperative issues to watch for. The postoperative meal was also delicious! They called that day to check how I was doing at home. I completed postoperative reports over the next few days, and they called if I reported discomfort. The service was very thorough! That evening, I could see the actual number of frozen eggs and photos of the eggs. It was quite a journey~~~

This place is wonderful! It is a good organization that listens carefully to patients' post-visit feedback, responds thoughtfully, and makes improvements. There is a dedicated app where you can directly view all your medical information, test reports, signed consent forms, embryo photos, and more!! (Your future child can see their development from an egg. The technology is impressive, and it is a fascinating experience.) After each appointment, the app sends a feedback form that can be completed within 48 hours. This time limit helps prevent memory errors and supports fact-checking. The service staff are very kind, gentle, and reassuring. For blood draws, infrared technology precisely shows your veins. My veins are naturally very small, and in the emergency room multiple nurses often have to stick both arms repeatedly, which is painful. Here, technology solves that problem. Choosing Stork was the right decision 🙋‍♀️ The environment is very clean, with a bright and comfortable waiting area and a partially outdoor terrace. The summer sunshine is unforgettable. In winter, the terrace is partly enclosed, making it warmer than outside. The green walls, artwork, and layout are all designed very comfortably. I chose Dr. Li Ri-Sheng. He always carefully explains medical information and recommends relevant patient education websites. He also offers warm encouragement, which I believe helps most first-time patients feel reassured and know what to expect from treatment. (I am very particular, highly sensitive, and picky—just being honest, so please do not criticize me 🥺) I am currently in treatment and will continue to post updates 🥰

I am very grateful for the team's care 🧡

This time I chose to see Dr. Lai at Stork Fertility Center. Dr. Lai was very realistic and did not give patients false hope. Because my AMH was low, he told me in advance that retrieving 5 eggs in one cycle would be an excellent result. In the end, 7 eggs were successfully retrieved and all 7 were frozen! The cost was also lower than I had expected. At a follow-up ultrasound, Dr. Li performed the scan. My previous ultrasound experiences had been poor, so I always felt nervous, but Dr. Li was very kind and patient and put me at ease. I will choose Dr. Li's clinic for my next egg retrieval. The entire retrieval process went smoothly except for the trigger shot. Because the syringe differed from the ones we normally used, when my partner tried to replace the original cap after giving me the injection, the needle pierced through the cap and went directly into their hand. Everyone should be careful! I hope everyone working through this process has a safe and successful journey :)

I felt very welcome from the initial consultation through the end of treatment. The service was truly first-rate. Highly recommended!

The nurses and doctors were kind and patient. The consultation would be better if they explained more about which parts might be uncomfortable.

I froze my eggs here, and the entire treatment took only 12 days. The service was very thoughtful, and every follow-up visit felt reassuring. The doctor was professional, and the nursing team was meticulous and caring, reminding me of every detail. The injections and medications caused no discomfort, and I was carefully looked after during the procedure, so I never felt nervous.

My husband and I had hormone blood tests and a semen analysis here in August. The decor is beautiful, but many things made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, we strongly do not recommend this clinic and would never return. Anyone considering this clinic should read about our experience below. Every statement is true and not exaggerated. Too many things at this clinic raised questions, and we could not trust their professionalism at all. 1. The reception desk is directly inside the entrance. At check-in, the receptionist asks private questions, such as when your last menstrual period was. Other patients are within arm's reach, and there are no partitions, so there is no privacy. The privacy concerns are serious. We found it unbelievable that such a large clinic had not considered patient privacy and security. 2. After checking in, I was called for a blood draw, which was done right at the reception desk in an open area where many people walk by. To my shock, the woman drawing my blood was not wearing gloves. (My husband told me afterward because I cannot watch needles.) This was frightening. Gloves are always worn for vaccinations, so why would this clinic draw blood without them? It was extremely unprofessional. I completely lost trust in the clinic and seriously questioned how they control medical quality if even a simple blood draw is handled this way. 3. After the blood draw, a woman took us to a table and chairs near the entrance and asked private questions, such as whether we were married, whether we had tried to conceive, the date of the last ejaculation, and our family medical history. This was a completely open area, not a private room, and people nearby could hear us, just as we could hear the conversation at the next table. I cannot understand why such private questions were asked in an open area with no regard for privacy or patient feelings. Many people visit clinics like this because they have health concerns. Should the clinic not consider their privacy? Not everyone wants others to know their private information. Privacy is fundamental in any medical setting and a basic sign of respect for patients. 4. After the questions, we were taken upstairs to wait for the doctor. The waiting area was packed and felt like a market. We had an appointment, but it seemed no different from not having one because no one told us how long the wait would be. Staff said they did not know. After 30 minutes, we were called in to see Dr. Hsieh Chia-Lin. He spoke extremely quickly, as if trying to finish and move to the next group. He did not listen to my questions or address my concerns and only talked about what he wanted. He seemed impatient, rushed, and focused on seeing as many patients as possible. He spoke like a machine gun; before we could process what he had said and ask questions, we were ushered out. The blood test results were handwritten on their brochure rather than provided as a formal printed report. It felt very unprofessional and careless. The entire experience was terrible. The beautiful, upscale-looking building is only a facade; the staff, doctors, workflow, and operations are highly unprofessional. 5. My husband was later called to provide a semen sample. Staff gave no clear instructions about whether we could leave afterward, so we were left waiting there.

I had my AMH tested late last year at age 32 and thought I still had plenty of time. Only 8 months later, at 33, it had fallen sharply and was below average for my age, so I decided to proceed directly with egg freezing. The clinic is comfortable and the staff are pleasant. I had no unsatisfactory experiences. Self-administering stimulation injections was much easier than expected. If you live near the clinic, you can take the medication back to your original clinic for administration or collection of the remaining doses. The egg retrieval also went smoothly, and fortunately I had little discomfort afterward. Be aware that many patients are waiting, so allow extra time. If you live overseas, your time at home is valuable, so handle in advance anything that can be managed abroad, such as determining when your period will begin. If you are unsure how to schedule, ask the clinic proactively so you do not miss the opportunity.

Last year I froze my eggs at Stork's Neihu branch. I initially chose Stork because of transportation convenience. Throughout treatment, however, I found them extremely attentive and thorough. They called and messaged after every follow-up. One day after retrieval I had heavier bleeding, and they responded quickly even when I asked at midnight. Because retrieval seemed like a minor procedure, I did not closely review doctors' backgrounds and simply chose the prettiest one 🤣. The doctor was easy to communicate with, very nice, and professional. Overall, the entire process went smoothly. Recommended 👍

At my first egg-freezing consultation, I thought Stork's environment was beautiful and the front-desk staff and consultants were very kind. 7/29 My first AMH test was 2.61. After consideration, I decided to schedule egg freezing one month later. 8/27 I checked in for the egg-freezing appointment with my mother and boyfriend. Dr. Lai patiently explained the process again and estimated how many eggs might be retrieved. The consultant carefully explained the injections and medications for the following 2 weeks. 8/31 Ultrasound showed 9 follicles in the right ovary and 3 in the left. The consultant said injections should continue until 9/4, with the trigger injection that evening. The trigger injection was quite painful 🥲. 9/6 I checked in at 8:45 a.m. Because I had bad memories of anesthesia, the nurses checked on me throughout. I fell asleep after seeing the doctor. When I woke, I was very sleepy but had no other discomfort. The nurse thoughtfully offered pain medication and let me continue resting. I then waited for the consultation and retrieval count. Stork's postoperative meal was healthy and delicious. A total of 12 eggs were retrieved, including 10 mature eggs. Stork continued checking on my recovery after discharge. The entire treatment experience at Stork was very comfortable. I highly recommend it to women who want children but are not ready to give birth now.

We began the initial consultation and treatment in 2023/08. Later, my wife was diagnosed with fibroids, underwent surgery and recovery, then had egg retrieval and testing. We completed the full set of required tests. Transfer was on 6/28. On 2024/09/05, Dr. Kim announced that we had graduated. In seven years of marriage, we underwent many tests, tried Western and Chinese medicine, and even explored metaphysical approaches. We also tried IUI three times elsewhere. Ultimately, I still believe in the power of science. My wife endured the most throughout this journey. All mothers are remarkable, but I think mothers willing to try IVF for their children are the greatest. I encourage everyone still trying to keep believing and stay strong.

After our first successful treatment and the safe birth of our oldest child, we decided two years later to prepare for a second baby. In early August 2023, we returned to Stork for embryo-transfer treatment. This time, however, we faced many hurdles. After transfer, high clotting markers and intermittent bleeding required repeated heparin and progesterone-in-oil injections to support the pregnancy. At one point, the physical discomfort from injections and the pressure of fearing I could not protect the baby made me break down in tears. With Dr. Lai's careful examinations and the consultants' warm support, I finally received my graduation certificate and left Stork at 14 weeks. Before I left, Dr. Lai warned that the placenta was low, so I needed to be especially careful throughout the rest of pregnancy. At 29 weeks, bleeding began again and I went to the emergency department. Every night I was afraid to sleep deeply in case bleeding started. Ultimately, high rupture of membranes and bleeding required hospital bed rest. My husband and I hoped to continue beyond 35 weeks, but a high inflammatory marker meant the doctor recommended an urgent cesarean section. Fortunately, our baby arrived safely and healthily at 33 weeks. Finally, thank you to all the medical staff who helped and cared for my baby and me from pregnancy through delivery.

I highly recommend this fertility center. Dr. Hsieh is very professional, and Dr. Lai is also excellent; I saw both. I strongly recommend having IVF here. They monitor you frequently, with follow-ups every 2-3 days after transfer, and take even small concerns seriously. Customer service is friendly, and the on-site service is excellent. Thank you for helping me graduate successfully. I only wish the wait at each appointment were shorter. 🥹 P.S. Dr. Hsieh takes time to warm up, but his professionalism is unquestionable—he was formerly head of gynecology at Chang Gung. He becomes more talkative over time. Prepare your questions so the visit does not feel rushed. Personally, I really like Dr. Hsieh. ☺️ I saw Dr. Lai only once, but you do not need to prepare many questions because he is exceptionally knowledgeable. Mothers with immune issues may especially want to consider him. Neither doctor has an especially warm or gentle style, but I value professionalism and success rates more than those extra feelings because everyone wants to graduate successfully as soon as possible. Thank you, Stork. When I received my graduation certificate, my eyes filled with tears and I felt reluctant to leave. Thank you for your attentive care. 🙏👍

I had long considered freezing my eggs but never had the courage. In Taiwan, I had heard of Stork Fertility Center, known for its service and professionalism. Because I had lived abroad for years, I never found time to freeze my eggs. When I returned to Taiwan this time, I immediately chose Stork for egg freezing. Before my first consultation I was unfamiliar with the process, but the staff and Dr. Lai patiently explained everything and taught us the steps before egg retrieval. They also responded promptly to questions. The clinic was very clean, reassuring, and comfortable. They checked on me before, during, and after treatment. The egg retrieval and recovery were far more comfortable than I expected. I was truly moved afterward and am very happy that I chose Stork. Thank you to Dr. Lai and all the nursing staff. I feel I made the right choice.

Because I was overseas and undergoing treatment for the first time, I had many questions. The international consultant was always patient in answering them and accommodating me. The doctor was also very professional, and the final treatment outcome was better than originally expected.

My egg-freezing experience was better than expected. Because I am older and had few follicles, I used a mild protocol. It was not nearly as frightening as I imagined, and follow-up visits were less frequent than those my friends had at large hospitals. The clinic's equipment is new, and being able to view images of the eggs in the app was reassuring. Although this is the only place where I have frozen eggs, I highly recommend the overall experience. It is suitable for busy working women, and freezing earlier while young is easier.

In 2023, I decided to undergo IVF in Taiwan. After seeing positive online reviews, I chose the slightly more expensive Stork Fertility Center. Fortunately, Sharmine from Hong Kong followed my case throughout. Although I never met her in person, her phone conversations and email replies were very reassuring. She replied quickly and was polite and patient. I was very satisfied with the entire process, and the interior was comfortable. The doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff were also very friendly. This year I successfully graduated and brought my baby home. I am very grateful for their help. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Dr. Lee and the director for staying with us throughout the journey and helping us achieve a good outcome after many attempts. We also thank the staff for their constant encouragement and assistance, which gave us the courage to continue.

I first learned online about the well-known Stork Fertility Center around five or six years ago, before it had expanded to Taipei. When I began considering egg freezing this year, I looked for a suitable facility and was delighted to discover that Stork now had a Taipei location, so I went for a consultation. I had previously undergone egg retrieval in another country and was very familiar with the process. Overall, the greatest differences were not just the price: the environment and everyone there made me feel very safe and comfortable. The detailed explanation before treatment, careful instruction during treatment, and thoughtful follow-up afterward all felt very warm. They help people who experience medication side effects or anxiety about the procedure feel reassured. I think this is the most important quality apart from medical expertise. Thank you, Stork. I hope to have the opportunity to continue with other treatments in the future.

After two years of consideration, I decided to freeze my eggs. The consultants were gentle and kind throughout the consultation process. While I was taking the ovarian stimulation injections, the nursing staff followed up carefully, which made me feel secure. My physician was Dr. Hsieh Chia-lin, who professionally answered many of my questions. Dr. Lee Jih-sheng performed my egg retrieval, and the procedure was completely painless! I also recovered very well afterward. The post-procedure meal was excellent, and the nursing staff followed my recovery attentively. Recommended!

Stork's egg-freezing service has a very comfortable environment, and everything was explained clearly, helping me feel relaxed during each treatment. The small number of follow-up visits also saved me a great deal of time and was very convenient! I sincerely recommend it to anyone who needs this service.

I found this facility online by chance. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it was, with very modern equipment. I felt completely at ease choosing to donate eggs here! Every employee is attentive and thoughtful 😚 Aura assisted me this time. She was extremely attentive and spoke very gently, which I appreciated. I visited about 5 times in total during treatment, and every visit felt welcoming! From blood draws and teaching me how to inject medication to the final procedure, every staff member accompanied and cared for me thoughtfully. Although the clinic was busy, I could tell that everyone was doing their best! An excellent facility~ I highly recommend it to anyone considering egg donation, egg freezing, or IVF ❤️‍🔥

1120725 First visit to Stork Fertility Center 1121002 Embryo transfer 1121009 Positive result 1121208 Graduated from Stork Fertility Center 🎓12W+2 1130606 Successful delivery Thank you to everyone at Stork Fertility Center for helping us successfully bring home an adorable daughter ❤️

I am a mother with immune-related and blood-clotting issues. Thanks to Dr. Lai's expertise, I successfully delivered a healthy boy-girl pair of twins ❤️ Stork Fertility Center has an excellent environment and service, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel relaxed during IVF treatment. Whenever I had questions during the process, they responded on LINE. Early on, I had an emergency with bright-red bleeding and went to the hospital, but fortunately everything was fine. I recommend Stork Fertility Center to my friends as well. I am truly grateful 🙏

Because I expected to need my eggs in the future, I first attended a seminar hosted by Stork Fertility Center. After briefly reviewing information online, I found that egg-freezing costs did not vary much among fertility clinics, so I decided to freeze my eggs at Stork Fertility Center. At my first outpatient visit, I had blood drawn to test AMH. Although the value was still within a reasonable range, at a little over 3, I decided to begin treatment as soon as possible because of my age, 35 up. I scheduled the second visit for day two or three of my menstrual cycle. First, a transvaginal ultrasound is performed, and then the doctor decides how treatment will proceed. The first stage involves daily short-acting ovulation-stimulation injections. A third visit is then scheduled for a blood test to measure E2, which determines the second stage of treatment and the procedure date. The third visit was for the egg retrieval. For the two days before the procedure, I received trigger injections and fasted for eight hours. Early on the procedure day, I checked in at the clinic, changed clothes according to the nurse's instructions, and lay on the operating table for preparation. Anesthesia began after the doctor arrived, and when I woke up, I was already in the recovery room. Afterward, I met with the doctor to hear the retrieval results, received a postoperative meal, settled the bill, and collected my medication. From entering the clinic to leaving took about three hours. Cost: One egg-retrieval cycle basically costs 50,000, paid in two installments. Medication costs are additional, and the dosage varies according to each person's results. My treatment cost about 110,000 in total. Retrieval result: 25 eggs retrieved and 23 frozen. The stimulation injections were fairly easy to learn. Only the final trigger injection was slightly painful, and I tended to feel dull abdominal discomfort, but it was less severe than menstrual cramps. The procedure itself was also fine, and I had no significant pain afterward. Advantages: 1) The clinic staff are all very kind and friendly, and consultations and education are thorough. 2) The clinic environment is excellent, with a coffee machine and cookies. 3) The APP allows you to book appointments and track treatment progress and results. 4) The operating-room environment is also very good and less intimidating, and a postoperative meal is provided. 5) LGBTQ-friendly. Disadvantages: 1) Appointment waits are very long, and the queue number is only a reference; it cannot predict when you will be seen. To be safe, I recommend allowing at least three hours for each visit. 2) The clinic is in Dazhi, so transportation is less convenient, although this varies by person. Fortunately, I did not need many follow-up visits this time, so it was acceptable.

An excellent consultation experience! The consultation process was very professional and warm. When we first met the doctor, she patiently listened to our situation and questions and explained every step in detail. This professionalism and attentiveness made us feel reassured throughout treatment and gave the experience a personal touch. Every consultation made us feel their care and support. The other staff were also very friendly and professional. They always answered our questions patiently and explained each procedure in detail beforehand, making us feel very reassured.

Stork Fertility Center caught my attention because it is LGBTQ-friendly, holds relevant information sessions, and has experience shipping eggs abroad. The egg-freezing treatment was also within my budget, so I decided to proceed there. The environment was comfortable throughout, and the doctors, nurses, and consultants were attentive. The treatment was extremely efficient: including the egg retrieval, I only needed three follow-up visits, which was convenient for someone traveling from far away. Most importantly, I was very satisfied with the result: 31 eggs were retrieved in total.

This is my second visit, and I chose Stork Fertility Center again because the doctors are professional and experienced, all the service staff are excellent, and the consultation rooms contain many works by Yoshitomo Nara that make you feel relaxed without realizing it. I must recommend Dr. Li Jih-sheng. Many friends have seen him, and everyone was satisfied and had good results. Besides being professional, he is exceptionally gentle and understanding. Dr. Li, thank you!

I am very happy with my experience and sincerely thank the team. The clinic showed thoughtful service in many details, and I felt well cared for from the first consultation through the postoperative period. The team patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, and I truly felt supported throughout the journey. Thank you so much. My procedure was also very successful. Thank you!

My AMH is very low (about age 31, AMH 0.86). Over one year (2023/6–2024/6), I underwent three egg retrieval cycles at Stork Fertility Center and was fortunate to accumulate 19 eggs. I am truly grateful to Dr. Lee Jih-Sheng for his attentive care. ▶︎ Egg-freezing consultation / overseas shipment At my first egg-freezing consultation and AMH test in 2023/6 (self-pay 800), I was considering shipping the eggs overseas and purchasing donor sperm abroad for IVF. Besides the egg-freezing fees, I asked many questions about shipping costs. Stork Fertility Center's prices were transparent, and the consultant was professional. She asked whether I had selected an overseas reproductive center and even whether I planned reciprocal IVF, in case additional tests were needed before retrieval. The consultation and AMH test are done together. AMH results are available within 1 hour after the blood draw and reviewed by the doctor. After the appointment, a consultant takes you to a small private room for further explanations of treatment and costs. An egg-freezing information video is shown there, and the consultant provides an educational booklet. All information is clear and easy to understand. ▶︎ Egg-freezing costs The cost of one retrieval has several parts: A. First-visit registration fee 550 + egg-freezing treatment payment 25000 B. Injection costs during treatment (people with more eggs and higher AMH use more injections, so it costs more), oral medication (very inexpensive), and the trigger injection required before retrieval, within about 2000 C. Registration fee on retrieval day 550 + final egg-freezing treatment payment 25000 D. One year of storage paid on retrieval day (8000 per year regardless of the number of eggs, so additional retrievals do not incur another storage fee) ▪️The 50,000 egg-freezing treatment fee includes registration for interim follow-ups, all ultrasound fees, blood tests, and the egg retrieval procedure. ▪️For someone with very low AMH like me, each retrieval costs roughly 70,000 to just over 100,000; a friend with a high AMH above 5 paid a little over 120,000 in total. ▪️Retrieval counts and costs 2023/6–7: 7 eggs, about 70,000 total (excluding more than 20,000 for injections at another hospital), plus 8000 storage 2024/1: 5 eggs, about 102,000 total 2024/6: 7 eggs, about 72,000 total ▶︎ First egg retrieval At my first appointment, my AMH was tested. I was 30, but my AMH was only 0.86, which was extremely low and devastating news. Dr. Lee Jih-Sheng explained many possible reasons and advised retrieving eggs as soon as possible because the egg reserve declines irreversibly over time. I decided to pay 500 for an ultrasound to check the egg count that cycle. Because I was afraid of transvaginal ultrasound, I had only an abdominal ultrasound, which showed about 2 eggs—very, very few—so I did not immediately begin treatment. The next day, I went to another hospital for an egg retrieval consultation and another AMH test. The doctor there said a transvaginal ultrasound was necessary because abdominal ultrasound was inaccurate. I had the transvaginal scan, which fortunately was not very painful, and it found 9 follicles! That was very different from the 2 reported the day before. The doctor said that with my AMH of 0.85 (almost unchanged when retested 😂), this follicle count was quite rare and strongly recommended retrieval during that menstrual cycle. Although the hospital estimated about 140,000 in total, I decided to proceed, paid for blood tests, and received a long-acting stimulation injection costing 20,000. However, after asking more detailed questions at my second hospital visit, I learned it had no overseas shipping package and that transferring the eggs to another hospital after retrieval would be inconvenient. I asked whether Stork Fertility Center would accept a patient who had already received injections elsewhere and decided to return there for retrieval. After Stork Fertility Center took over, I continued seeing Dr. Lee Jih-Sheng. Dr. Lee arranged the injections from a cost-conscious perspective, helping a low-AMH patient like me reduce the financial burden. I highly recommend him for this 👍❤️❤️❤️ At the end of this cycle, 7 eggs were successfully retrieved—a very good number. Thank you so much, Dr. Lee! ▶︎ Doctors I have seen After three retrievals and accompanying a friend to hers, I have seen nearly every doctor. Here are their consultation styles and my personal impressions. ▪️Lee Jih-Sheng (my attending doctor for all three retrievals; performed the 1st and 3rd procedures) Characteristics: attentive and patient, helps patients save money, gives conservative retrieval estimates that can somewhat reduce confidence in the result 😂 Dr. Lee is quite attentive and patiently answered my many questions. Knowing that my low AMH might require several retrievals, he generally used mild-to-moderate stimulation and prescribed less expensive injections 👍 (for example, avoiding the expensive long-acting Elonva and mainly using Gonal-F every 2 days). Dr. Lee also does not have the largest patient load. On Thursday evenings he is the only doctor seeing patients, so follow-up waits are much shorter, though Saturday mornings take longer. Occasionally, Dr. Lee personally performs transvaginal ultrasounds. Having the doctor do it rather than an ultrasonographer feels more professional and reassuring. ▪️Hsieh Chia-Lin (attending doctor for the first half of my second retrieval cycle) Characteristics: many patients, somewhat rushed consultations Perhaps because Dr. Hsieh has so many patients, waits are long and consultations do not feel very thorough. She initially managed my second retrieval. I had 9 larger follicles, and she prescribed a more intensive stimulation protocol, mainly Pergoveris injections almost every day. At the first monitoring appointment, when Dr. Hsieh was not present, only 4 follicles had grown larger. Feeling anxious and disappointed, I quickly switched back to Dr. Lee, though retrieval was only a few days away and it was basically too late for a change. Ultimately only 6 follicles grew larger, and 5 eggs were retrieved 💔 This cycle cost much more—just over 100,000 excluding storage—but produced only 5 eggs. I do not know whether Dr. Hsieh's protocol was unsuitable for me; perhaps intensive stimulation is not appropriate for low AMH. At my first follow-up, Dr. Hsieh was at the Hsinchu branch, so at the Taipei branch I could only have blood tests and ultrasound without a consultation. I had no one to ask about my many follicles not growing and could not discuss changing medication with Dr. Hsieh 🥲 The final result was also poor. Perhaps Dr. Hsieh and I simply were not a good match. ▪️Lai Hsing-Hua (attending doctor for my friend's 2023/12 retrieval; I attended one consultation) Characteristics: hurried, rushed consultations, ultrasound-free retrieval My friend's AMH was high, above 5. Based on that result, the doctor said she could undergo an ultrasound-free retrieval protocol with no ultrasound throughout. She therefore never had an ultrasound and did not know how many eggs there were during treatment, which made her somewhat nervous. Apart from explaining the ultrasound-free retrieval, the doctor only broadly stated which injections to take on which days. There was essentially no other explanation about retrieval, and he answered briefly only when my friend asked questions. It felt as though he was in a hurry to get us out of the consultation room 😅 He prescribed a long-acting stimulation injection and daily Pergoveris. Without ultrasound, we did not know the initial follicle count. Ultimately, 18 eggs were retrieved, which was quite good. People who prefer an attentive doctor may not suit Dr. Lai. Those with high AMH who want convenience and speed may be a better fit 😂 ▪️Jin Tzu-Hsuan (performed my second retrieval because Dr. Lee was unavailable) Characteristics: patient and attentive, but the retrieval was more painful 😖 The doctor was very kind, and the routine postoperative consultation was patient and attentive. However, my second retrieval was extremely painful, and urination remained somewhat painful for more than a week afterward. Overall, it was the most uncomfortable of my three procedures and had the slowest recovery. I do not know whether this was related to the surgeon. (My first procedure was also quite painful, but not as painful as the second. Before this procedure I said the previous one had hurt, so the pain medication dose was increased, but for some reason it was still extremely painful.) ▶︎ Advantages and disadvantages of Stork Fertility Center Advantages: transparent prices, relatively affordable retrievals, well-developed arrangements for overseas shipping, and a comfortable clinic environment (cookies and juice) Disadvantages: distant location (11-minute walk from the MRT station), many patients, and very long waits (at least about 2–3 hours from arrival to departure) ▶︎ Advice If your AMH is very low like mine, I suggest paying for an ultrasound at Stork Fertility Center during each menstrual period (550 registration + 450 ultrasound) to determine the follicle count, since the visible follicle count varies randomly each cycle. Then undergo retrieval in a month with more follicles. This can effectively increase the number of eggs retrieved each time, reducing both discomfort and cost.

I am 45 years old and currently 30 weeks pregnant. My first IVF cycle at Stork Fertility Center succeeded! Thank you to its professional team. I already have an older child, but after trying unsuccessfully for several years to have a second, I consulted several large reproductive centers in Hong Kong. After blood tests, they all said my results were poor and my AMH was extremely low. They said a conventional protocol would produce virtually no results or progress and only suggested giving up or focusing on my older child. In other words, because I was over 35, they did not want me lowering their success rates. A friend introduced me to Sharmine, Stork Fertility Center's consultant from Taiwan who is based in Hong Kong. She was highly professional and patient. Through many emails, she resolved all our questions and concerns. As an overseas consultant, she followed up thoughtfully before and after our care in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, providing ample preparation information and explaining everything step by step. She deserves great praise!!! When my husband and I flew to Taiwan for our first appointment at Stork Fertility Center, our first reaction on entering was, ‘Is this really a reproductive center!?’ The warm decor reduced our tension and stress. The appearance and service were nothing like the cold atmosphere in Hong Kong. The front-desk staff were friendly, and they arranged for a Malaysian Chinese staff member who spoke Cantonese to assist us. When we formally met Dr. Jin, she seemed very young, but her advice was highly professional and her attitude positive, giving us greater confidence. All the equipment at the center is new and professional. The blood-draw nurse used a red light to locate a vein and succeeded immediately—truly quick and precise. My husband especially liked the self-service coffee and beverage bar and the snacks. Sitting in the outdoor garden with coffee helped him pass quite a lot of time. Lunch was also delicious and generous. Based on my previous tests and data, Dr. Jin identified the issue, created a personalized plan, and clearly explained her recommendations for subsequent treatment. The day finally came to transfer our hard-won embryo. I was initially nervous, but Dr. Jin and the team's warmth put me at ease. The nurses cared for me attentively throughout. Their actions and attention to detail showed great respect for patient privacy and consideration for the person undergoing the procedure. They explained each upcoming step in detail, greatly easing my anxiety. Dr. Jin explained everything throughout. The procedure was very quick, with little physical discomfort, and she finally told me it had gone smoothly! After I returned to Hong Kong, Sharmine continued following my case. When a blood test confirmed my pregnancy, I emailed her the good news, and Dr. Jin adjusted my medication dosage as needed. On one occasion I needed emergency medication, and Sharmine followed up anxiously and continuously. Fortunately, the fetus safely made it through the bleeding episode. Stork Fertility Center's APP surprised me most. Appointments, waiting times, payments, treatment progress, test reports, and egg or embryo status can all be viewed in the APP at any time. Finally, thank you to the Stork Fertility Center team for helping us fulfill our dream.

When we first decided to pursue IVF, we knew it would not be easy. I wanted my wife to undergo treatment in a comfortable environment with the most professional medical team, so I did extensive research online and read nearly every IVF-related article and forum. We ultimately chose Dr. Hsieh Chia-Lin at Stork Fertility Center. I am very glad we made that choice. Dr. Hsieh's professionalism and warmth eased our anxiety. From the start of IVF treatment to now, as we prepare to welcome our baby, we have come to look forward to every return visit with Dr. Hsieh. After each appointment, we feel a sense of relief—even more than after seeing our own prenatal doctor. Thank you so, so much, Dr. Hsieh! The entire Stork Fertility Center team is also excellent. Thank you to every professional there. #WishingUsASmoothDelivery!

Many friends around me chose IVF after unsuccessful attempts to conceive. A friend later recommended Stork Fertility Center, and it was also close to me, so I booked a consultation and started treatment that day. The environment is excellent and does not have the cold feeling of a typical clinic. Everyone is very kind. I was alone on egg retrieval day and initially a little afraid, but the staff's warm attitude helped me relax. After the procedure, I had only slight bleeding and none of the pain or discomfort my other friends experienced.

Because I married late and was older, trying to have a child felt very difficult. I underwent 3 unsuccessful IVF cycles at another hospital. Later, a close friend recommended Stork Fertility Center. During treatment, they gradually discovered that besides poor egg quality due to age, I also had an autoimmune condition that attacked the embryos. After treatment by Director Lai and immunotherapy, I finally gave birth to boy-girl twins a few days ago. Although the process was difficult, I am truly grateful to Stork Fertility Center for making my dream of becoming a mother come true.
