    Really, really good.

    The overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below expectations. From the front desk to the nursing team, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness. Given the relatively high fees, the service was not significantly different from that of a public hospital. The doctor appeared experienced. However, considering the high charges, the standard of care did not meet expectations. Despite the cost, follow-up was very limited, whereas patients would normally expect more attentive and personalized service. Communication was a persistent problem. Patients often could not contact or consult the doctor directly, especially at critical moments when important decisions had to be made. Online consultations often required waiting several days and repeatedly following up before receiving a response. Staff also seemed more focused on avoiding disturbing the doctor than on providing patients with direct access. As a result, most responses came from nursing staff rather than the attending physician, greatly limiting direct patient-doctor communication. Given the high fees, one would expect better access and more direct care from the doctor, but the actual experience did not meet that expectation.

    The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. The doctor was highly skilled and explained everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way.

    I saw Dr. Wichai about menopause. His examination was very thorough, and his explanations were clear.

    I had a wonderful baby with Dr. Songjiat. He gave me a great deal of helpful advice, and all the nurses were very kind. I could ask them questions at any time. 😀
