    Yesterday I visited the ENT department. The receptionist was very welcoming and took me to the correct department. They were highly professional and treated me well. The consultation alone cost 1200 baht, and with flu medication and treatment for an ear infection, the total was 5600 baht. Fortunately, my travel insurance reimbursed me. I do not know whether that is expensive or inexpensive, but it seemed very reasonable for the care I received. The hospital was also unbelievably clean and beautiful. I had never seen such a good hospital before. Thank you🙏🏼

    After wearing glasses for 20 years, I finally no longer need them 🥹✨ I recently had femtosecond laser vision correction at Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital, and everything went very smoothly✨ The doctor and staff were patient, professional, and reassuring. The procedure was quick and nearly painless. Recovery was better than expected, although I did have some pain and tearing about 6-7 hours afterward. Fortunately, pain medication and sleeping pills helped a lot, and my vision quickly became clear👀 The hospital was also clean, modern, and comfortable.     I hesitated for a long time about LASIK, but today I can only say, “I wish I had done it sooner!” LASIK was the best gift I have ever given myself. ☺️ Waking each morning able to see the clock on the wall and my family's faces immediately without searching for my glasses feels like a small but immense joy.     We both received a free 18-item health screening that included liver function, kidney function, blood glucose, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), but not a complete blood count (CBC). Additional tests are available for a fee. We mainly came for glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) testing (700 per person) and a complete blood count (280). They also offered a free cellular age assessment for different organs. Bow Orrawan, who conducted the assessment, said she had graduated in medical technology. I was impressed by how clearly she explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. She spent nearly half an hour explaining the results to each person. She did not try to sell us vitamin supplements; the decision was entirely ours. The results accurately reflected 80% of our health concerns. We did not buy any supplements because we only wanted confirmation first.

    This is the kind of private hospital you actually want to visit. It does not pursue extreme luxury like some other Bangkok hospitals, but it has excellent facilities, capable staff, and prompt service. More importantly, it does something other hospitals do not: prices are fair, and doctors ask beforehand whether you want certain procedures, even when they know your insurance will cover them.

    This hospital is extremely inefficient. I was referred to King's Care Department for a free health screening. After the results were available, a staff member explained them to me. Later, I purchased a vitamin infusion package and was told I needed to see a doctor, but this doctor only tried to sell products. He showed no concern for my health and provided no medical education. He talked constantly about sales, while actual medical information made up only 1% of the discussion. Even the salesperson in a white coat explained more than he did. Goodbye to this hospital.

    I chose Dr. Nampueng based on a recommendation. Today, I decided to have surgery at the Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital location. From the moment I entered the laser surgery room until now, I have felt no pain. The doctor was extremely gentle. 👓I previously had -500 myopia and 75 astigmatism.     Goodbye, glasses! 😅😅 I wore contact lenses and glasses for 20 years. It was time to say goodbye to them. I consulted Dr. Bow at Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital. She gave me excellent advice, and I was able to have the procedure immediately. It was not as painful as I had imagined. The next morning, the world looked bright, with no more waiting.     I was lured to the Jin Care department on the 3rd floor for a health check. The blood-test result was negative and frightened me. Uninformed people become victims. Without even seeing a doctor, they pressured me into buying various products worth hundreds of thousands of baht. A hospital should not do this. At the very least, they should let patients see a doctor. Do not be deceived by free offers.

    I received a call inviting me for a free health check. When the results were ready, a person who was neither a doctor nor a nurse reviewed them and repeatedly pressured me to buy various vitamin programs. The programs were expensive. When I said I could not afford them, the pressure continued. I eventually bought one vitamin D injection. Afterward, I became very worried because a friend told me vitamin D should be tested with a blood test before an injection. I never even saw a doctor. A hospital should not do this. They should consult my doctor first rather than have salespeople continually pressure me with offers.

    On August 21, I took a tourist to the hospital for an examination after a recommendation through MuvMi; the staff seemed familiar with the driver. The tourist had dizziness, mild chest tightness, and shortness of breath that day, although the symptoms had improved. The doctor found a worm-like clot in the heart that might have spread to the lungs and caused the breathing difficulty. As the doctor was uncertain, he requested a lung examination and CT scan, then admitted the patient. Around 4 p.m., a finance employee collected nearly 50,000 baht for the room and CT scan, excluding the earlier 7,000-baht examination fee and other charges. The tourist had private and government insurance, but the doctor said he knew nothing about it and advised paying first and claiming from insurance later. After the tests, the hospital had him wait for results in the admission room. Around 5 p.m., the doctor said the preliminary results were normal but that he needed to wait another 2–3 hours; the doctor had gone home and would call the nurse. When I called the next day, the doctor did not answer and only said the tourist had left that morning. He could not tell me what was wrong and said I should ask the tourist directly. I recommend the nearby Hua Chiew Hospital.

    I was invited to the Jin Care department at Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital for a free health check. When the results were ready, the person reviewing them was not a doctor. They kept pressuring me to buy wellness programs. I wanted to lose weight, so I tried one, but the money I spent achieved nothing. I only received a saline IV, with no weight-loss plan at all. This kind of vague sales practice should not occur in a hospital. I was very disappointed. A hospital should be more trustworthy. The sales staff only wanted to sell instead of explaining things clearly.

    My first visit to level B1 was at 07.45. I parked in the building, and the first available parking was on level 6. The walls along the ramps were almost the same color as my car, and with my poor eyesight it was a little difficult to distinguish the layers. Going up was manageable because it was near an opening, but coming down was funny. Luckily no one was behind me, haha. When I reached level 6, I drove straight ahead and saw a BENZ parked there, so I parked beside it. This space was near the elevator. Taking it down to level 1 brings you to a 7-11 by the elevator exit. On the way to the restroom, I saw a sign saying the toilet paper is biodegradable and should be flushed down the toilet. That was new and interesting. After registering as a new patient, I still had time, so I explored the street food in the alley behind the hospital. After a short walk, I unexpectedly found the Hua Chiew Hospital food court. Prices were good, with rice noodle rolls and chwee kueh, steamed buns, fresh coffee, and other affordable drinks. I tried an iced Americano with no sugar for 35 baht. It was drinkable and tasty. Give it a try.

    Hello, I recently used this service. The hospital was very clean, and the service was excellent from submitting my card and seeing the doctor through surgery and admission to the ward. Staff in every department provided the best service. The room was clean, fully equipped, and there was a massage chair outside. Billing and medications were brought to the patient's room, making it excellent value. I really wanted to give five stars. However, one issue cost one star. It concerned the hospital having to submit the insurance claim twice. I felt it was difficult for the hospital to resubmit it. But I must say that I specifically wanted this doctor to perform my surgery. Otherwise, I would have had the surgery at another hospital. Overall, however, I was impressed with the service.

    You are welcome to receive a free health check. All the staff, doctors, and nurses are very kind. They provide excellent, attentive service. They explain things clearly and work to help us make changes where possible. They do not sell any programs. If you are interested, you can ask directly at the counter without feeling pressured.

    We were invited for a free health checkup. After it was completed, they began discussing a very high price of about five hundred thousand baht. The staff said it was for our health and that if you become ill, medicine is a chemical that harms your health. Why, then, do hospital doctors use medicine to treat patients? I would say the marketing was unclear. If you operate this way, the business will not grow. People simply want to check their health. I did not want to buy anything.

    Clean, quiet, and quick process. I had a health checkup with the 1+1 package. When I received the results, the general practitioner repeatedly mentioned many abnormalities on the ultrasound and recommended that I see 3 specialists. In the end, however, it was only a waste of money and time.

    The hospital obtained personal information from the health department and called to invite people for 2 health checks: 1. blood test and 2. body scan. It took 1 hour 30 minutes and 3 calls. When we arrived, there was no queue. After the blood draw, we sat waiting without being told what to do next. Only after asking did someone come discuss the blood results, but the person was not a doctor and could not answer questions such as what foods contain this protein. They only recommended going to the hospital for vitamin injections. When I asked about the body scan and showed the text message, the employee said he had been on vacation and knew nothing about it. He said it would take a long time but would check the queue. He returned saying there were 5 people waiting, 20 minutes each. It was already 15:25, and the health check was still unfinished.

    I came to this hospital with a very high pulse. What can I say!? This may be the best hospital I have ever stayed in! Even in the emergency room, everything was highly competent, organized, and professional. The ICU stay could not have been more professional. Dr. Tan and his team may be the best thing I have ever experienced. The expertise, kindness, and information were simply incredible. Dr. Tan explained everything to me in perfect English and repeatedly asked whether I had questions. In my view, all examinations, IVs, equipment, and medications represented the highest current standard of medicine. Every staff member was kind and courteous and took time to address all patient concerns. German medicine could still learn a great deal here. Overall, despite my health problem, I felt very comfortable. I can recommend this hospital to everyone and advise going there as a patient if necessary. Keep it up!

    I received an invitation for a free health check. The staff took us downstairs to the Gold Health area until the blood test results were ready, then invited us into a room to hear the results. Normally a doctor would review and analyze them, but instead someone with no medical knowledge, like an office clerk, read them. If there was an “L,” she said it was too low; if there was an “H,” she said it was too high. She could not answer any questions because she was not a doctor. If this is what you are inviting people to, please do not. It damages the hospital's reputation. Or are you trying to sell more packages?

    I was very impressed by the excellent health checkup program. It is a good program, and I recommend trying the services in the health care department.

    The doctor made a very poor assessment. A knee wound was sutured, with an appointment to remove the stitches 7 days later. As soon as the stitches were cut, the wound separated and had to be sutured again. It was also very expensive.

    I use insurance benefits for treatment every month/every 3 consecutive months in the obstetrics and gynecology department on the 4th floor, receiving the same medication. This month I received the usual service, but I was surprised when paying the difference. The same medication cost twice as much as before. Staff later explained that each doctor charges a different fee. They should have informed me in advance. It was upsetting. I do not recommend treatment at this hospital and may choose another hospital for follow-up.

    Acne treatment was provided to someone receiving LASIK surgery. - I do not recommend Phor, initials N.P., on the Saturday morning shift in ophthalmology/LASIK. The way this person speaks to patients is very poor, with no sensitivity and as if constantly angry. - A nurse named Som acted carelessly. During the eye examination, she accidentally poked the patient's eye with an instrument while holding the eye open. This left a poor impression. The other doctors and nurses were good and calm. #lasik #eyesurgery

    Danger, hospital warning ⚠️⚠️ Yesterday I saw a neurologist because of significant spasms in my head. After taking the medication prescribed by the doctor, my condition immediately worsened. I felt extremely drowsy and had to sleep all day. The headache and spasms did not improve at all, and my thinking became much more clouded than normal. The doctor said it would only make me sleepy. Despite having no psychiatric symptoms, I was prescribed a psychiatric medication, clonazepam, a drug used to treat various psychiatric conditions, even though I told the doctor I did not have those symptoms. When I researched it, I found that the drug is used for anxiety, epilepsy, and panic attacks and has a high risk of side effects. This made me very concerned about receiving treatment here. I also asked a doctor friend, who said this medication is generally taken at night, but the doctor here told me to take it morning and evening rather than at bedtime. In summary, the hospital 'will not take responsibility' if something happens to a patient, because when I called, they said the doctor probably had not misdiagnosed me. I contacted them through Line, but they did not reply. Think carefully before going to such an irresponsible hospital ⚠️
