    以前体验还不错,但今天真是糟糕透了。我通过另一家诊所预约了核磁共振,报价大约12000泰铢。到了RJK医院,他们却要价17000泰铢。我合作的诊所有个客户在2026年2月做过核磁共振,价格才12000泰铢左右(他们给我看了收据)。结果RJK医院让我等了55分钟,还编造了一个涨价40%的理由!真是绝了!更可笑的是,他们在社交媒体上还宣传特价10999泰铢。所以,就想趁着外国人已经来过你们医院好几次的时候,狠狠宰我一刀!真是高明!服务态度差劲透顶。他们明明知道我很生气,却没有通知我的诊所(他们是合作方,有协议),却什么解决方案都没做,只是老是重复涨价40%的说法……

    If you are using insurance, think carefully before choosing this hospital. My insurance claim was denied, and the hospital provided no support or assistance. They said the only way to be discharged was to raise the money and pay for treatment myself.

    My name is Thanakorn. I received treatment here in 2024 and stayed in room 0823. I returned in 2025, and in 2026 I stayed in the same room again. The nurses and doctors are very attentive. The equipment is also modern. Although treatment is somewhat expensive, I believe it is worthwhile for our future recovery. I highly recommend this hospital; it is truly excellent.

    The customer service center is terrible. They do not show which doctors are on duty in each department or provide a schedule specifying their days. They view LINE messages all day but never reply. Phone responses are curt and unhelpful. The staff are extremely lazy. They say only one doctor is on duty, and you must ask which days that doctor works. They then provide a daily duty list, but you must ask for the specific hours each day, and they only tell you the hours for that day. They say nothing about other doctors on duty. Doctors are listed on the website, yet staff say they are not working. They should tell patients which doctors work on which days so appointments can be arranged and doctors selected, but they know nothing. Their tone is curt and irritable. There are no patients, and they seem uninterested in their work.

    The staff were very attentive and the quality of care was good. However, they charged me nearly 4,000 yuan for medication that cost only 1,000 yuan at a pharmacy, four times as much. The consultation fee was also higher than originally quoted.

    I had a health check today and received excellent service. The staff and nurses were very polite and attentive. The laboratory technician was gentle, and it did not hurt at all.     During the examination, the doctor deliberately pressed hard on my eye and blamed me for not relaxing. Then she suddenly realized she needed to evert my eyelid. It was clearly intentional; they did not greet me and acted dismissively. They have no empathy for foreigners. Eyelid eversion is a simple procedure. She is only in her first year of residency.     Foreigners are not welcome here. Instead of gently lifting my eyelid, the doctor deliberately pressed hard on my eye for about 10 seconds, causing trigeminal nerve inflammation.     Everyone provided wonderful care and service. Even the health screening service was impeccable. During my hospital stay, the nurses were all very kind; when drawing blood, they always apologized that it might hurt a little, which felt very comforting. They repeatedly asked about dietary restrictions or allergies, showing genuine concern for patients. They also delivered meals when I ordered.     I was very impressed. I was admitted around 2 or 3 a.m. with acute appendicitis. The medical team arrived almost an hour before me, but this was understandable because there were more urgent cases and the hospital had warned me that the wait might be long. The care team was excellent. I arrived with only abdominal pain and never expected appendicitis. The nurses were attentive, considerate, and kind. Anyone who needs to be hospitalized alone can feel reassured; the standard of care is excellent. As expected, a private hospital is expensive, but I highly recommend it if you have insurance. I was initially worried about the cost, but the hospital verified, coordinated, and estimated what I would need to pay. They explained every charge clearly, which I greatly appreciated.

I mentioned this at the first-floor screening point, and they told me to inform the surgical nurse who would dress the wound. On the fourth floor, the nurse led me to the operating room while using her phone and left me waiting to be told which bed to use. When I said I had brought my own dressings and medication, she simply told me to put them down, then dressed the wound without notifying the doctor or opening my medication bag. Afterward, I saw the doctor and asked why my supplies had not been used. The doctor did not know. When the bag was opened, it contained the antiseptic I had brought. This clearly showed carelessness and poor attention during treatment. I am sharing this review to help other patients make informed choices and avoid receiving this kind of care repeatedly. I came to the hospital for a wound dressing change. At the first-floor screening area, I clearly told the staff that I had brought my own wound-care supplies from my previous treatment. They told me to confirm this with the nurse when I reached the operating room. However, when I arrived on the fourth floor, the nurse led me into the operating room while looking at her phone, and I had to stand there waiting for her to tell me which bed to lie on. I again told her I had brought my own supplies and medication, but she only asked me to set them aside and began changing the dressing without checking them or informing the doctor.     Terrible experience. I first saw a doctor for a high fever, fatigue, sore throat, back pain, and headache. The doctor diagnosed enteritis. Two days later, my sore throat worsened until I became hoarse. My condition did not improve, and I received no specialist care. The doctor then diagnosed only a common cold, while the infection spread to my eyes. I will never return to this hospital.

    This is a private hospital where every staff member provides excellent service. Everyone is cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. I had my first health check here, and booking through HD Mall was very convenient. They also have a dedicated health screening center, so you do not need to visit other departments. I will definitely return. Everything is clean, the facilities are new, and this hospital is my most trusted choice.

    I feel very disappointed and upset about this experience. I came in for a comprehensive health checkup covering 58 items, including cervical cancer screening, and followed every step the nurse instructed. Before leaving, I asked about the screening results. The nurse said they would arrive by email within one to two weeks. I waited and eventually forgot while preparing to return to New Zealand. In early February, I remembered and contacted the hospital through LINE. I then learned that the nurse had forgotten to take me for the cervical cancer screening. I filed a formal complaint on 6 February, but as of 23 February there has been no progress or update. This caused great distress and loss of trust. I am extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism. I do not recommend this hospital and will not use its services again.

    I went to this hospital, and the doctor said my problem was accessory breast tissue requiring surgery under general anesthesia and a stay of 1 to 3 nights. I asked for the approximate cost, and they calculated 150000B. I was shocked 😮 because it is minor surgery. I went to another hospital, where it cost only 43000 B.

    I spent two nights in the executive ward. The nurses were kind and attentive. At discharge, the physician scheduled a blood test for the following week, and a nurse said it was included in the hospital fee. On test day, finance asked about insurance and revealed there was an additional charge, so I declined. The physician did not seem concerned whether I completed it. This wasted time and could have cost over a thousand more. I am very disappointed and feel the hospital is too focused on money.

    Absolutely terrible—do not go! Zero stars. There is no communication among nurses, accounting, and physicians. You never know what they will do or when. They keep you waiting indefinitely. They pressure you into admission in a threatening way, and after you enter the ICU, they force you to pay 80,000 baht within three days. The worst hospital. I am posting so people know, although this may be deleted.

    I stepped on a piece of glass and was in severe pain, so I wanted to have it treated. When I arrived, I asked to park in the rider-designated parking space. The underground parking lot was too far to walk from, and my foot hurt so badly that walking was difficult. Another security guard asked whether I could walk there. I asked if it was too far because the wound was very painful. Then another guard muttered something I could not hear clearly, but it sounded like a complaint. I asked to park in the rider-designated space because it was close and my foot hurt, so I only wanted to stop there briefly. Perhaps it was my fault because the space was not intended for parking. My dog was at the veterinarian, so I ignored him and let him complain. At registration, I explained that I had stepped on glass and had a large wound. I wanted to file an accident insurance claim, but registration said that if no glass fragment was found in the wound, it could not be considered an accident and the claim would not be covered. I suddenly realized that stepping on glass apparently does not count as an accident. I was very confused. If stepping on glass is not an accident, what should it be called? I truly do not know.

    The service from all the clinical staff was excellent, but one internist should explain conditions more clearly so patients feel more confident in the care they receive. This is a private hospital, and treatment is not free. 1. Another department arranged a specialist consultation, and I waited an hour for the results. The doctor was not there and told me to return four days later. I admit I was nervous during that time because I felt pressured by both doctors, although deep down I knew I was fine because I had not engaged in any risky activity. 2. On the day I returned for the results, I asked a question about something I did not understand. The doctor seemed unhappy and told me to return to the department that had referred me. This was confusing. If I could have received the results that day, I would not have returned. Who would expect the doctor to start work at 6:30 p.m. and finish at 8:00 p.m.? He also suggested that I go back to the hospital where I was initially seen. But I have health insurance. The doctor also assumed that if I was dissatisfied with the doctors here, I should go to another hospital, even though I had said nothing of the sort. 3. I want to thank the nurse in that department, who helped me manage my symptoms and told me what to do, which the doctor had not mentioned. 4. The medications and treatment options should be explained clearly, including which costs are covered by insurance.

    I came for a health checkup. The staff provided good service, but the wait for the results was very long. After 2 hours, I still had not been called to hear the results. The nurse said the wait would be 1–1.5 hours, but after 2 hours I still had not been seen. At other clinics, I have waited only 1 hour, never more than 1.5. 😔

    My two-year-old child has a food allergy. The doctor treated him, but I waited a long time—two hours—and still could not get a room. In the end, because it was late and my child was sleepy, I had to cancel the room and go home. I paid only for the treatment.

    If zero stars were possible, I would give zero. The doctor diagnosed a fractured rib and inflammation in my right hand muscles but did not provide a medical leave certificate, even though this affected my job and I could not work. He only scheduled a follow-up after 7 days. How am I supposed to apply for benefits and compensation? When I returned, he said he would not issue it retroactively, depriving people who need help of their rights. Terrible.

    The nurses seemed confused, and so did the pharmacists. They appeared to provide good care, but their work was extremely disorganized. They misjudged the timing and wasted a great deal of time. The medication label from the pharmacist was wrong, although the contents were correct. What if an uninformed older person took the wrong medicine? The medication prices were prohibitively high. The physical therapist kept coughing in my face while I was in intensive care. They had a cold and, instead of treating themselves, switched with a healthy person. What if a patient became infected?

    So excellent that I had to leave a review myself. I was deeply impressed with the hospital and every member of staff. When I became ill, I searched for a hospital near home and found Ruamjai Raks Hospital nearby. I had never known the hospital before, but the reception welcomed me warmly, and the doctor diagnosed me carefully and ordered detailed tests to find the cause. I stayed for 2 days and received excellent care from the nurses, doctors, and staff, who were attentive and spoke kindly. I stayed alone without anyone accompanying me but still felt very comfortable. The hospital is modern and clean, and the room was like a hotel. Before discharge, the hospital handled the insurance reimbursement documents very well. The head of the ward on the 8th floor checked on me, carried my belongings, and escorted me downstairs. I cannot express how impressed I was. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this hospital; the staff are extremely professional and everything was excellent. I will return if I become ill again.

    A very, very poor experience. I cannot comment on doctors in other departments, but I seriously question the OB-GYN department's experience, and they made nonsensical statements. Think very carefully before coming here for prenatal care.

    I went for a health checkup. I deducted one star because of the nurse who drew my blood. She tried three times without success and eventually had to draw blood from my wrist. The room had poor ventilation, and I nearly fainted. Instead of ventilating the room, the nurse tried to finish the blood draw and then went to get ammonia. I was too afraid to let her try again. However, the doctor was very kind and explained the results in detail. The ENT doctor was also friendly.

    I went for an echocardiogram under a package that said medical and service fees were included. During the examination, the doctor checked me and asked about my symptoms. Afterward, I was charged an 800-baht medical fee and told the specialist fee included in the package was only for the doctor to review the results. I do not understand why this was not explained upfront. The doctor examined me; was I not allowed to speak at all without being charged a medical fee? Ridiculous. 800 baht may not be much, but it felt coercive, so I probably will not use this service again.
