« Ce qui me passionne dans ce domaine médical, ce sont les progrès considérables que nous continuons à accomplir. Les patients doivent comprendre les dernières recherches et technologies lorsqu'ils envisagent leurs options de traitement. Thanks to Dr. Glassner and his team, I am now 25 weeks pregnant. I came to Main Line from another clinic, where I felt like just a number and had been dismissed because of poor statistics. Dr. Glassner listened to me, advised me as a doctor, and then guided me like family. All the nurses and staff are very friendly and responsive. Whether I call or send a portal message, I always receive a prompt reply. I look forward to working with our team again in the future to continue growing our family.

I honestly do not know where to begin. After two years at a previous clinic, we came to MLF and Dr. Glassner. After the initial consultation, I immediately knew we were in the right place. Dr. Glassner is truly one of a kind. He was honest and open about his genuine thoughts on our unique situation, yet hopeful and optimistic when I struggled to find hope. He truly offered a shoulder to lean on. But it did not stop with him. Everyone on the team was wonderful, from the women at the front desk who greeted me with a smile at 7 a.m. to the nurses who cheered us on at every step. Special thanks to Hannah, who is an angel on earth. If you are unsure whether MLF is right for you, I am here to tell you that they changed our lives.

I recently scheduled an appointment for January 6. Because we did not have time over Christmas to complete paperwork for my husband's appointment two weeks later, they called and left a voicemail threatening to cancel my appointment the day after Christmas. I will choose a clinic with more patience and a better bedside manner. They want appointments and money but do not genuinely care about patients.

My experiences with Dr. Gocial are always pleasant! He is caring and understanding and always explains things clearly. He has a heart of gold, will care for you, and makes sure everyone on your team does the same. He helped build my family and will do everything possible to make you feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone facing fertility issues.

IVF is a stressful process, and the Main Line staff help you at every step! Try not to get caught up in the number of eggs.

Dr. Glassner is wonderful! Through IVF, he helped us have both our children and made our dream come true. I sincerely recommend this clinic; they are highly skilled and have an excellent team.

The front-desk staff lack compassion and are often rude. The billing department is poor, and you must carefully review everything they do. I was repeatedly charged twice or overcharged, or my reimbursement forms were billed incorrectly. The nurses are wonderful, and having scheduling options at several locations is helpful.

Perfect!!! 🖤🤍

As a two-time egg donor, I had an excellent experience working with Jennifer Rightley, RN, BSN, and the entire third-party reproduction team. They were professional and compassionate and genuinely supported me throughout the process. Special thanks to Michelle, my nurse during the retrieval. Her calm and kind presence helped me greatly and eased my anxiety. I am very grateful for this team's care and dedication. Both of my experiences were wonderful.

Gina was amazing! The technician before her, whose name I cannot remember, was also wonderful. I had questions and concerns about my plan, and both were very helpful. People like them make the process easier. Thank you, Gina, and the kind woman who performed my ultrasound.

NP Gina was excellent. She explained the entire procedure in detail and kept me calm. It went smoothly and did not hurt at all. I would recommend her for any OB-GYN procedure.

I would never recommend Main Line Fertility to a young couple like us. They treat you like a number and truly care only about money. I had a consultation in January and completed all the necessary testing. I was diagnosed with lean PCOS. My first cycle began in February and worked, but I experienced a very early miscarriage, known as a chemical pregnancy. I pleaded for progesterone support because I had blood drawn every two days and my progesterone kept falling, but they refused to prescribe it. They then worried it was ectopic because my HCG first fell, then rose, then fell again. Although I appreciated the care I received there, nurse Brie was the only person who showed me compassion. Rachel, Dr. Brasile's nurse practitioner, told me they had not expected me to become pregnant during my first cycle and considered it more of a “trial run.” Rachel also argued with me when I asked about a trigger injection, which had been discussed during my consultation. I saw the doctor only once, and when I asked how the next cycle would be managed if I became pregnant again, they completely ignored me. I ultimately switched to a small clinic and became pregnant immediately under that doctor's care. She promptly started me on progesterone support and low-dose aspirin. She treated my chemical pregnancy as a genuine loss and did everything possible to help my body support a pregnancy. Thanks to my excellent reproductive endocrinologist, I am now 12 weeks pregnant with a daughter. She listened to me, considered my sister's experience with PCOS, and explained that sisters with the same parents often have similar fertility issues. When I told Main Line Fertility that I was changing doctors, they did not send my records even though I signed all the forms. My new doctor also requested them, without success. This week, I have called several times trying to have my records sent to my OB-GYN, but they told me I must pay first. I am happy to pay so that I never have to deal with them again, but be aware that money is all they care about. If you disagree with them, they will ignore you. They lack empathy, and some staff should not work with women going through such a difficult journey or experiencing loss.

Terrible experience. They told my wife to arrive with a full bladder, then made her wait an hour. She repeatedly asked to use the restroom after her 11 a.m. appointment time but was not allowed until 11:30. The delay appeared to be caused by soft pretzels delivered by a pharmaceutical representative. Fortunately the staff were fed, while my wife was left crying.

I am concerned by my experience contacting Main Line Fertility to discuss plans for a future pregnancy. Although I was never treated at your clinic, the initial inquiry left an extremely negative impression, and I am now glad I did not become a patient. When I tried to schedule a consultation, I encountered unexpectedly rude and frustrating treatment. I was told that policy prohibits currently pregnant patients from meeting a provider, even to plan future family building. Although the policy was surprising, the cold, dismissive tone was worse. My interaction with a manager was even more troubling; his manner was abrupt and unprofessional. I was told a senior leader would follow up. That was over two months ago, and I have received no response. Fortunately, another provider outside the clinic offered an online consultation and took time to explain my future options. Their professionalism highlighted the stark contrast with your team's treatment. I came seeking supportive care but now feel I dodged a bullet. If the initial interaction is any indication, later treatment may have been equally dismissive and lacking in empathy. I hope you take this feedback seriously. People seeking reproductive care deserve respect, compassion, and basic humanity, especially during such a personal and emotionally difficult time.

I would give this clinic zero stars if Google allowed me to do so. I was a patient of Mainline Fertility Bryn Mawr from April 2021 - January 2023. I had 6 rounds of IUI (all failed), 2 egg retrievals (which yielded just 1 healthy embryo) and 1 failed transfer. I was a patient of Dr. Brasile and then switched to Dr. Gocial. I didn't get any eggs retrieved during my second egg retrieval due to Dr. Brasile's chosen protocol. Instead of adding a double trigger to increase egg maturity, she chose to prolong me on the other meds for almost 14 days, which caused missing ALL the viable eggs. Instead of recognizing her mistakes, she then proceeded to tell me that she thought I had an issue with the LH hormone coming from my brain. When I challenged her on that diagnosis, she said 'unfortunately that's not something that can be tested, it is based only on my clinical experience'. As a doctor of any kind, you can't guess a patients diagnosis. After this failed egg retrieval, I consulted my case with 4 different Reproductive Endocrinologists from 4 different clinics around the country, showed them the protocol she used and they ALL agreed it could have been solved with a double trigger and that she had decided to keep me on meds too long. It only took me 2 rounds of failed egg retrievals and 1 failed transfer to say goodbye to her and this clinic. I feel very sorry for those patients that do more than 3 rounds of egg retrievals with no success. Fortunately, I went to RMANJ clinic in April 2023 and I had a healthy baby boy born on September 2024. BEST DECISION. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone seeking good reproductive care, it is completely true that they only care about money, no patient's success. Please stay away of this business.

Absolutely terrible!!! First, we raised our concerns with Main Line Fertility several times, but they did nothing and did not even apologize, so please do not post nonsense beneath this review. Communication is nonexistent, from a front desk that can never be reached to rude doctors who dismiss questions as a waste of their time. This clinic is awful! I would not trust Main Line Fertility to handle a dead cockroach. They never keep their promises and always find excuses. They clearly have more patients than they can manage, but that will not stop them from continuing to take your money! Zero stars!

I had an excellent experience with the third-party donor team. As a donor, I am almost certain the standard of service Jen and Mare provided could not be surpassed. From my first contact with Jen, she was warm and sincere, and she remained so even after the retrieval. Donors at Main Line are very fortunate. Thank you both! ❤️

This was the best experience we could have hoped for! Dr. Khan’s entire team was incredibly supportive throughout the process.

Very greedy. After the initial consultation, they transfer every patient to a third party. You never see your primary doctor again. If the third party rejects you, you cannot get your money back; they exploit every loophole. They care only about your money. Their criteria for a “qualified parent” are impossible for anyone without full-time employment, benefits, and a high salary. If you struggle financially through no fault of your own, Main Line considers you unworthy of parenthood. As a neurodivergent patient with communication difficulties, I also personally felt discriminated against.

My experience was among the worst of my life. Staff were rude, aggressive, and extremely unprofessional. From arrival, I felt unwelcome and burdensome. The X-ray technician was impatient when I asked simple process questions. No patient should feel uncomfortable asking about their care. Administration was chaotic. Staff gave conflicting information, and nobody seemed to know what was happening. The process was disorganized and poorly managed. Worse, they charged me again to access my information and records, although I had already paid.

Dr. Jenna Kahn is the best. She knows how to communicate and explains every test result word by word so you understand exactly what is happening. She is kind, calm, and caring.

My husband and I began our journey with Main Line Fertility in 2021 after trying to conceive naturally. My OB-GYN recommended Dr. Glassner, and I quickly understood why. Although we mainly saw him for the initial consultation, egg retrieval, and final transfer, he was always responsive. He answered every question promptly and made me feel supported at every step. After the transition to Prelude, there were minor communication issues between the front desk and clinical team. Nothing serious—just small bumps in the process. Thanks to their care, I delivered a healthy baby boy in April 2024. Believing our journey was complete, we donated our remaining embryos to a couple in California and retained one just in case. We recently transferred that final embryo, and I am now 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a healthy baby girl. Today was my last day at Main Line Fertility, and I officially graduated. It is bittersweet. It will feel strange not being able to message through the portal before seeing my OB-GYN for the first time in two weeks. I sincerely thank everyone at Main Line Fertility and every member of Dr. Glassner's team, especially Allison, who supported me tremendously throughout. We will always be grateful for their role in building our family.

The team at MLF is wonderful, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is understanding of how challenging this process is and the time commitment it requires. Dr. Kahn was wonderful. She clearly loves what she does and treats you as an individual. She explains her thought process to you and takes into consideration your questions and concerns. I am so glad I went to her, and definitely feel that her thoughtfulness (and some luck) contributed to this complicated process feeling as smooth as it could for me.

I am immensely grateful for Dr. Shahab Minasian's expertise, guidance, and attentive care. From our first visit, he gave us support and hope throughout this challenging journey. His extensive knowledge, patience, and thorough approach gave us confidence at every step. Thanks to Dr. Minasian, Dr. Gossiar, and their outstanding team, we succeeded on our first attempt. We will always remember his dedication and care.

I began IVF at MLF at age 35 after 10 years of infertility. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Glassner because I appreciated his direct, honest approach. IVF was emotionally and physically difficult, with many highs and lows. We obtained four embryos. Because I have endometriosis and my husband had sperm fragmentation, we chose ICSI. Our first transfer succeeded, and our daughter was born in November 2023. The second transfer was ectopic, and the third did not implant. Our final embryo had an inconclusive PGT result, and Dr. Glassner advised transferring it without retesting. I am so glad we did: I am now 19 weeks pregnant with a healthy boy! MLF transformed our lives. Special thanks to Dr. Glassner's assistant Allison for her understanding and care during difficult days, and to ultrasound technician Alyssa at the WC office—she is the best. Thank you all for making our family complete. I hope everyone facing infertility holds on to hope and never gives up!

I was fortunate to have this clinic for both of my surrogacy journeys. Everyone, from the doctors to the daily staff, was wonderful. Special thanks to Katie, Jen, and Maryanne. Their communication and kindness ensured I never felt misled, confused, or overlooked. They truly went above and beyond.

This may be the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. They keep getting my bills wrong, and I have already corrected them 5 times. They have also made repeated mistakes with our medications, and their communication is terrible.

I have been a patient at Main Line Fertility for about two years. During that time, I completed one egg retrieval and four unsuccessful IVF transfer cycles. Although the clinic is clean and some members of the clinical staff were helpful in answering my questions, my overall experience was disappointing, particularly regarding communication, care coordination, and billing. In my experience, Main Line Fertility responded quickly when starting treatment, scheduling appointments, or processing payments. However, responses to patient questions, explanations of treatment plans, and resolution of billing issues were often delayed or inconsistent. From a clinical standpoint, I felt that the clinic did not give enough attention to identifying or addressing potential factors that could affect embryo implantation. After my first two failed transfers, the clinic recommended that I consider another egg retrieval even though I still had embryos remaining. Looking back, I am glad I did not follow that recommendation. Billing and administrative processes were an ongoing concern. I was overcharged for services multiple times. Most recently, after a failed embryo transfer earlier this year, I requested an itemized bill. It confirmed the discrepancy and showed that I was due a refund. Several staff members initially assured me through the patient portal that the refund had been approved. However, when I followed up, I was told that the charges were correct and no refund would be issued. After I provided documentation of all payments and services, I was again told that I was due a refund. When I asked further questions, I was told that the refund would be applied to cryopreservation services from the previous year because no claim had been submitted to my insurance company. After contacting my insurer, I learned that the service was fully covered and that the clinic should have submitted a prior authorization and insurance claim. When I shared this information with Main Line Fertility, they told me they do not always submit claims because most patients have limited insurance coverage. That explanation clearly did not apply to my situation. Someone had evidently made an error when reviewing my coverage. Although the clinic later told me they would submit the authorization and claim, they ultimately said it was “too late” because the filing deadline had passed. They also suggested that I submit the claim myself. Throughout this process, I had extensive back-and-forth communication through the patient portal, by phone, and by email, but different staff members provided conflicting information. The clinic's billing team never acknowledged or apologized for the poor communication or delays. I am now left trying to resolve the issue with my insurance company on my own. When I began treatment, I was told that the clinic had a dedicated team responsible for prior authorizations and insurance claims. Based on my experience, this process appears inconsistent and lacks accountability. In addition, after my most recent failed IVF cycle, no one from Main Line Fertility reached out or followed up with me. This lack of communication was particularly upsetting during such a difficult time. I strongly encourage prospective patients to keep detailed records of all services, request itemized bills, and proactively confirm that prior authorizations and insurance claims have been properly submitted. I also recommend seeking a second opinion about treatment plans and procedures. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Main Line Fertility's level of communication, coordination, and accountability.

Dr. Glasner once told my wife that she would never be able to have children. He could not explain why the IVF treatment had failed. We now have a three-year-old child, and my wife is pregnant with our second child through natural conception. A doctor displaying awards and accomplishments does not mean that the doctor is honest or cares about patients.
19/05/2026
Dr. Glasner was incredibly helpful throughout my fertility journey. I am a young breast cancer survivor, and my husband is also a cancer survivor. Dr. Glasner did not minimize our situation. He was not only thoughtful but also showed great care and compassion for our fertility concerns and medical histories. He cared for us as his patients while remaining empathetic about everything we had been through. I cannot express how grateful I am to him! Heather and Alyssa at the West Chester office were also amazing! They supported me through some very difficult appointments and were always patient and gentle when I felt discouraged and tearful. On the day I might graduate from the clinic, I gave them a huge hug and cried tears of joy because they had helped me so much throughout my care. I highly recommend this team and sincerely thank every one of them!

I rarely leave reviews, so my experience had to be truly awful for me to do so. I scheduled an appointment to drop off a sample for testing, a process that should take no more than two minutes. On arrival, the receptionist immediately said, ‘We have a no-children policy, so you need to wait outside.’ This was not disclosed by phone during scheduling, through the automated system, on their website, or in referral documents. I replied, ‘Okay, but this is not really an appointment; I am just dropping off a sample.’ The extremely rude receptionist said, ‘It is still an appointment. This protects people who are sensitive about pregnancy.’ First, no one was even in the waiting room for my two-year-old to upset. Second, I was only dropping something off, which they knew would take moments. Third, I do not accept that explanation. This child exists only because of fertility treatment and testing. Do they not think I might be sensitive to the subject? My chart shows years of fertility problems, tests, and procedures. Adults encounter children every day. Should those supposedly sensitive adults have private commuting routes to avoid school zones? The receptionist did not need to be rude because my child is living proof of the hope their clients have. I will never return. If these are the policies you enforce and encourage, you should be ashamed. Your staff need to do better and understand the implications.

I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the level of service makes it necessary. The office visit was fine, and the doctor was clearly experienced and trustworthy. Patient service outside the office, however, is terrible. Simply calling to speak with the care team is difficult. The front desk rarely answers, and transfers to the medical team reach voicemail 95% of the time. The message promises a callback within 1 hour if you call before 3 p.m. Today I left 3 voicemails beginning at 8:30 a.m. and have received no callback about an urgent, time-sensitive medication matter. They encourage messages through the portal, but responses there are not timely either.

I have been a patient here ever since. This office and these people are the only things that make the process a little easier. They are very compassionate and caring. Bre, Cheryl, Stacy, and Dr. Somkuti are wonderful! I highly recommend this office and its staff. I do not know what I would do without them!
07/12/2023
We had a wonderful experience with Bre. She was attentive and helpful, listened to our concerns, and addressed them. She treated us as more than patients. Lori, the laboratory staff, and the front desk staff were all wonderful. Everyone at the Fort Washington office was outstanding.

I have been working with Main Line Fertility for several months, and the experience has been wonderful. From the beginning, meeting Dr. Alexa was a very positive surprise. She explained everything clearly and patiently answered all our questions. After I completed all the recommended testing, she met with us again and offered extremely valuable insights that helped me in many ways. I have truly enjoyed working with MLF. This is our first IUI, and we are now in the two-week wait (TWW), hoping it succeeds!

*CAUTION: UNETHICAL & DECEPTIVE BILLING – PLEASE READ* A month prior to starting any treatment, I had a consultation with a financial counselor at MLF who verified my insurance benefits, and I signed a financial agreement for $3,295 for the upcoming IVF cycle (excluding medication, labs, and co-pays). More than a month after signing the agreement and providing payment (MLF requires full payment before an IVF cycle), and less than 24 hours before my egg retrieval, I received a call from a financial coordinator threatening that I had to pay an additional $4,905 or my egg retrieval for the following morning would be cancelled. This was after I completed all ultrasounds, follow up appointments, labs, and IVF injections. I had also already taken the trigger shot the day before (eggs have to be retrieved 36 hours after the trigger shot), so I had no choice but to pay—the eggs HAD to be retrieved 23 hours after the phone call. It is important to note that the original financial agreement that was signed a month earlier was deleted from my patient portal before the shady phone call to hide evidence of the original financial agreement. Likewise, the messages sent by the financial team were consistently abrasive and dismissive, and MLF never accepted accountability for the egregious financial discrepancy. I did not receive an itemized list of charges prior to the demand for $4,905. After multiple requests and ignored messages, I finally received a list of charges 12 days after my egg retrieval. There are several unspecified charges ranging from $750-$5,587.50 listed on dates when I only went in for routine follow-up appointments. Only 6 hours after my procedure, the embryologist coldly informed me via a patient portal message that I had 21 eggs retrieved, but they only froze 4 eggs. In turn, 81% of my eggs were disposed of after the retrieval. Those 4 eggs offer a nearly nonexistent chance of future fertility. I was still forced to pay exorbitant storage fees for those 4 eggs that will likely not survive after they are thawed. My experience at MLF will not preserve my fertility, but it did rob me of more than $8,200.

Rachel Bruner has been wonderful throughout my fertility journey. From our first interaction, I felt heard and understood. Bruner takes time to listen and explain everything clearly, making an otherwise stressful fertility process much easier. Her warm personality and excellent bedside manner distinguish her. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, skilled professional.

I had a terrible experience with Main Line Fertility from beginning to end. I felt like a number. They frequently confused my appointments and protocols and were difficult to deal with. The only department I heard from reliably was billing. Calls and messages went unanswered for days, and callers never seemed to have reviewed my chart. I was told to take medications for which I had no prescription. I was supposed to take medications they had “forgotten” to call in. They would tell me to begin treatment I had not even discussed with a doctor. My husband also disliked the doctor because he found her unprofessional and felt she did not take me seriously. When I was 7 weeks pregnant, I was told to wait for a natural miscarriage. I was in extreme distress, no one returned my calls, and no support was offered, showing the lack of care. A D&E was offered afterward because they had mishandled the situation. Overall, the priority here is moving women into IVF as quickly as possible. If they do not choose that route, they receive no care. Look up who owns Main Line—the same company that owns fertility financing—and you will understand why. At the Havertown location, indifferent or poorly trained technicians also blew my veins on three separate occasions.

Rachel was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my appointment.
06/09/2025
My appointment was at 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 and waited until 11:30. I left without having the procedure. Overall, I had several unpleasant experiences at the Havertown office: once I waited nearly an hour for a one-minute blood test, and another time the HSC camera was broken. I hope I am the only case, in which case this would be discrimination; otherwise, the office needs to improve its workflow management. I understand that fertility treatment is a long and difficult process that may require several cycles. However, the problems I encountered were avoidable. They delay services, but never delay asking for payment. You can only move to the next step after paying everything in full. I decided not to continue my journey because I no longer trust the office staff. I wish everyone else good luck and hope your dreams come true.

Stay away from this terrible clinic. I have not been there in a year and never received bills from them before. I paid in full at every appointment, yet they suddenly sent me a stack of bills from spring 2024 that I had already paid. The clinic was disorganized from start to finish, which is why I stopped going, and this only confirms it. I am furious to be contacted out of nowhere. I strongly recommend avoiding Mainline Fertility/Prelude. Anywhere else would be better.

I would choose MLF again for IVF without hesitation. Dr. Brassier and her team showed exceptional professionalism, empathy, and the most attentive bedside care I have experienced. At MLF, you truly feel seen and supported; you are not just a number.
09/12/2025
It is unethical to charge for out-of-network services without authorization from the insurer and/or consent from the patient. Repeated requests to speak with the clinic manager about billing discrepancies were blocked by a third-party billing “specialist” who knew nothing about the matter. I hope this Google review brings attention to MFL's poor performance.

I found this visit unprofessional, disrespectful, and a waste of time. Front desk information was inconsistent and unreliable. Different staff quoted different prices for the same service. Semen analysis was first quoted at 200, then a message said 160, and later I was told the price changed that day. I have documentation. The visit was also split in two. The first cost nearly 400 and was supposed to include consultation, bloodwork, and transvaginal intrauterine ultrasound. Because of understaffing, the ultrasound was not performed. A second visit was scheduled at nearly the same price. At the second visit, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, dismissed my concerns, and insisted my information was wrong. Given the importance of this process and the lack of transparency and professionalism from the start, I changed providers. I need clear information and expect an organization to take something this important seriously.

Dr. Bloom made our first fertility clinic visit excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered. Dr. Bloom is highly knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to my wife and me, making us feel reassured and confident. Based on this first visit alone, we would recommend the clinic to everyone. We look forward to returning.

Dr. Bloom and her entire team made me feel like family from the beginning. Everyone was kind and reassuring and treated us patiently at every appointment. I always felt seen, understood, and valued. We officially became pregnant and 'graduated' from the clinic a week ago, and I already miss them! I highly recommend Dr. Bloom and her entire team.

After two years of trying, my doctor recommended that my husband and I see a fertility specialist. With many specialists nearby, we did not know which to choose. My neighbor recommended Main Line Fertility (MLF) because one of her coworkers was undergoing a second IVF cycle there and was pregnant with her second baby. In June 2025, we began seeing Dr. Brasile and nurse Rachel. Because IVF is expensive, we decided to try intrauterine insemination (IUI) first. The first attempt failed. The second produced a positive pregnancy test, but two days later we learned I had miscarried. We were devastated. More than two years of failure, extensive hormone treatment, and countless needles ended in another painful loss. MLF stayed with us and did not let us give up. Instead of discouraging us, they encouraged us to continue. We had to wait a month for my body to recover before a third IUI. Meanwhile, we met with Dr. Brasile to discuss what to do if it failed again, and we prepared to begin IVF in the new year. Unexpectedly, two weeks later we learned the third IUI had worked and I was pregnant again. We continued follow-up at MLF for about a month before they transferred us to our obstetrician. I want to thank Dr. Brasile, Rachel, Heather, and all the nurses and staff at MLF, especially the Havertown office. Every one of you helped my husband and me achieve our dream of building a family. You made our dream come true. I am now 18 weeks pregnant with a boy due August 1. Without MLF's dedicated team, our happiness might still be incomplete. Thank you!

A warning against using Main Line Fertility. In my opinion and experience, they are consistently confusing, communicate poorly, act shortsightedly, and overstate their expertise in complex cases. DM me if you would like to discuss this before choosing them.
01/05/2026
This clinic is terrible. Dr. Bloom and her team are the most irresponsible healthcare providers on earth. Countless messages and calls went unanswered. They made an already stressful medical experience worse and never apologized or took responsibility. They are never at the clinic, and the staff who are there cannot answer any questions. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This clinic is a disaster and ruined our family-planning experience. Mainline Fertility is awful. Dr. Bloom is like a mirage—never there and never speaking to you. Even when you request a call, she sends messages through that ridiculous app instead of taking five minutes to call. Go elsewhere. Reviews praising Dr. Bloom and her team are false.

Our experience at MLF was wonderful. After trying to conceive for a year and being diagnosed with unexplained infertility, my husband and I contacted the MLF team. From the first call to our final appointment, we felt comfortable and welcome. The infertility journey is not easy, but the MLF team took excellent care of us and helped us navigate it smoothly. Thank you to the entire team—the front desk, financial counselors, nurses, ultrasound technicians, and doctors! Special thanks to Dr. Kahn, who was kind, caring, and wonderful to work with. Thank you for always prioritizing our best interests and answering our many questions. You helped us achieve something that once felt impossible, and we cannot thank you enough.

Dr. Gocial and his teams at the Philadelphia and Bryn Mawr offices are wonderful. I had undergone multiple unsuccessful IVF retrievals/transfers at another fertility clinic, and a colleague recommended Dr. Gocial. I was at such a low point, overwhelmed by the time and money spent trying to have a child. The professionalism and sense of safety I felt in that office were unmatched. Every staff member was helpful and knowledgeable about my case and made me feel like more than a number. Infertility is extremely lonely and difficult, but I felt they lifted me up, embraced me, and kept me moving forward. When I ‘graduated,’ my nurses came out to hug and congratulate me! Last Christmas, my husband and I gave our parents the best gift by sharing the good news. On August 8, I delivered the most beautiful baby girl, all thanks to Dr. Gocial and his outstanding team. I will always be grateful to all of you!

*CAUTION: UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE BILLING—PLEASE READ* One month before starting any treatment, I consulted an MLF financial counselor who verified my insurance benefits, and I signed a $3,295 financial agreement for the upcoming IVF cycle, excluding medications, labs, and out-of-pocket costs. More than a month after signing the agreement and paying, as MLF requires full payment before an IVF cycle, and less than 24 hours before my egg retrieval, a financial coordinator called and threatened that I had to pay an additional $4,905 or my retrieval the next morning would be canceled. This was after I had completed all ultrasounds, follow-up appointments, labs, and IVF injections. I had already taken the trigger shot the previous day, and eggs must be retrieved 36 hours afterward, so I had no choice but to pay. The eggs had to be retrieved 23 hours after the call. Notably, before that suspicious call, the original financial agreement signed a month earlier had been deleted from my patient portal to hide evidence of it. The financial team’s messages were also consistently rude and dismissive, and MLF never accepted responsibility for this serious financial discrepancy. I did not receive an itemized list of charges before the demand for $4,905. After multiple requests and ignored messages, I finally received a list 12 days after my egg retrieval. It included several unspecified charges ranging from $750 to $5,587.50 on dates when I had only routine follow-up appointments. Only 6 hours after the procedure, the embryologist coldly informed me through a patient portal message that 21 eggs had been retrieved but only 4 were frozen. This meant 81% of my eggs were discarded after retrieval. Those 4 eggs provide almost no chance of future fertility. I was still forced to pay exorbitant storage fees for the 4 eggs, which are unlikely to survive thawing. My experience at MLF did not preserve my fertility, but it did cost me more than $8,200.

The wait is absurd. If the phlebotomist cannot find your vein to draw blood and obtain the expected STAT results, they make you wait again. After three failed attempts, they simply tell you, "I can try again if you want," and when you politely decline, they wish you a "good day at work." No one should be treated this way. There was no care or concern, only sarcasm.
17/07/2025
It was a long process, but with the help of Dr. Gocial at MLF, I finally became pregnant. The Center City staff were always kind and attentive.
25/06/2025
I am deeply disappointed with this clinic and glad I switched. First, they told me they did not accept my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket. That is fine—not everyone is in network—but their wording made it sound as though I had no fertility coverage at all rather than clearly stating that they were out of network. I should have asked my insurance company, but they should have explained it more clearly. In any case, after every appointment I went to the front desk to check out and asked how much we owed because I intended to pay myself. However, after my first and only failed IUI, we were told we had received an unexpected $700 bill. I repeatedly asked to speak with the financial team, but they never called me back. Also, after the IUI failed, I received no call or portal message expressing sympathy. Nothing—only something like, "Let us know when you want to come back." We paid thousands of dollars out of pocket, and you cannot even leave a voicemail saying you are sorry it did not work? Nothing at all?! Just, "Hey, you still owe us $700."
02/06/2025
Dr. Gocial is very kind and compassionate. He truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and develop a treatment plan that is right for you.
26/04/2025
I would give 0 stars if I could. After making me wait a month, they canceled my appointment. I could not reach them. I called several times, waited more than ten minutes each time, and left voicemails. They never answered or called me back. I was told I could pay at the appointment, but they canceled it for "nonpayment." This is ridiculous! Stay away; they clearly do not care about patients.

I cannot recommend Dr. Bloom and her team at Main Line Fertility in Philadelphia highly enough. After switching to her care, I immediately felt the difference- it was like being at an entirely different clinic. Dr. Bloom is caring, compassionate, and realistic, and she backs every decision with the most up-to-date data, which gave me confidence in our plan for our second round of IVF. She made time to meet with me in person as often as possible and was always accessible when I needed her. Her team, particularly Kate, Reagan, and Sydney, are absolutely wonderful. They made communication so easy, answered every question quickly, and gave me the personalized experience I had been missing with other doctors. I truly felt like more than just a number; I felt cared for and supported every step of the way. Kate literally held my hand for procedures and was so compassionate. It was so great to see a familiar face every ultrasound. She is the best! After a long journey, I finally found success with Dr. Bloom and her team, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be their patient. If you are looking for a fertility doctor who combines compassion, expertise, and individualized care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bloom.

Dr. Alex, thank you so much! My son is three months old, God bless him. I had some arrangements to handle, so I was unable to leave you a message. Your treatment was excellent, and so was your staff. I simply want to thank you. My husband and I are both very grateful; you treated me very well.

We saw Dr. Kahn at the Main Line Fertility office in Philadelphia, and she is truly phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond for us. We felt genuinely cared for — not just as patients, but as individuals navigating the emotional and physical challenges of fertility treatment. Learning that we needed to pursue IVF was incredibly overwhelming, but Dr. Kahn made us feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. She personally called before every major milestone — starting medication, retrieval, transfer — and was always the one to deliver important news, whether good or difficult. After a failed first transfer with a different doctor, Dr. Kahn made sure to be available — even on a day she wasn’t scheduled — to perform our second transfer. It was so kind of her. Saying goodbye (for now) to MLF was bittersweet, and that’s entirely because of the incredible care we received from Dr. Kahn and the amazing team at the Philadelphia office. We will forever be grateful for her role in our journey.

Terrible management. They called demanding payment, but had not applied my deductible. The office manager called me, and I asked why my deductible had not been applied. She was supposed to submit it and call me back. Two months later, a collection agency called me—unbelievable...🤦🏽‍♀️. Mainline Health never contacted me again or resolved the billing issue.

Mainline Fertility was essential for building our family. The doctors, including Dr. Bloom, were very supportive, and continually refined our treatment plan to give us the greatest chance of success. One particularly noteworthy item is how weight inclusive the practice is. We specifically traveled to Philadelphia from Florida for treatment because of this fact. Thanks to Dr. Bloom and Mainline, we welcomed a healthy little girl in December 2025. We would absolutely return as we continue to grow our family.

My husband and I went to Main Line Fertility for embryo freezing. Nothing went seriously wrong, but nothing went well either, and we left after two appointments. The Prelude portal is among the worst software I have used: astonishingly slow, difficult to navigate, and often impossible to access through a browser. During IVF hormone treatment, the last thing I would want is an unstable app that constantly logs me out. Communication about appointments was poor, though I admit I do not know the standard process. I expected an initial assessment and lab order, but instead found myself in a discussion about my fertility outlook and was expected to ask informed questions on the spot. Educational materials or any written explanation of the process or appointment would have helped, but we received nothing. At our initial consultation, we emphasized that we were considering surrogacy. This was never recorded in our chart, which we discovered only after asking why third-party laboratory testing had not been arranged. It was a minor, easily corrected mistake, but it said a great deal. They never truly focused on our specific circumstances or health concerns. We arrived with clear goals and concerns but were quickly placed into a standard process with almost no explanation or consideration. This may be fine for a straightforward case, but for a complex one, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I went through egg freezing with Main Line Fertility and had a great experience. The whole process can be a lot, but they made it feel way more manageable than I expected, from the stims phase to the retrieval and recovery. Dr. Jenna Kahn was amazing from the first consult. She explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my million questions without rushing me. The nurses were just as great and kind, in both Philly and Bryn Mawr locations. The app communication was also really convenient and organized. All my check-up appointments were super quick too. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering egg freezing or fertility treatment.

I love it here! All the nurses and technicians are truly angels to work with! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate—a little sunshine during an emotionally difficult time. I am so grateful for them and cannot say enough good things! Working with Dr. Minassian was also a pleasure. He was kind and sensitive to my situation while also being direct. He struck an excellent balance. There is no question about his knowledge or experience. His dedication to his profession and patients is very clear. He also explained everything well. I never felt rushed or like “just a number.” Being able to trust your doctor is such a blessing and relief. I never felt the need to search Google for information after or between appointments! :) I am extremely satisfied with this place. I feel very supported here. 10/10 would recommend!

This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The procedure to determine whether I could become pregnant was terrible. They say different people experience different levels of pain. I experienced level 9 pain. Since then, I have dropped a kayak on my big toe, partially dislocated my shoulder, and struck my face on a counter when I slipped in the bathtub. None of those even came close to the pain I felt during one of the two procedures at Main Line Fertility. The staff was kind.

Main Line Fertility is excellent, and we would recommend them to our family doctor. I was with them for nearly a year, and Dr. Minassian and his team were incredible. Before starting IVF, I received all the details and information I needed. I completed all the necessary tests, and then we proceeded step by step. Egg retrieval felt amazing and went quickly. Four healthy embryos reached the blastocyst stage—3 boys and one girl. Yes, I also had genetic testing. We chose our baby girl on March 3, the transfer was successful, and on March 11 we found out we were pregnant. I am now 9 weeks and 1 day pregnant and feel very lucky and happy. Thank you to the Minassian team for making my long-held dream come true. In November 2025, I will become a first-time mother. Thank you to this outstanding team and the medication they provided.

My experience at Main Line Fertility was consistently excellent. Dr. Minassian and the entire staff were outstanding. From my first visit, I was impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, friendliness, and sincerity. Every appointment made me feel welcome and supported, which meant so much during this emotional fertility journey. I recently completed treatment with them and feel both happy and sad: happy to begin a new chapter, but sad because I truly loved this team and will miss them. I wish every healthcare experience could be this positive. I came to Main Line Fertility seeking answers and practical solutions, and they addressed my concerns with empathy and professionalism. I will always be grateful to this excellent team and highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Minasian should lose his medical license. I have never been told I was both overweight and excessively hairy. Please read the full review for details. Do not go to this clinic. This was our first visit. I am 32 and my husband is 30. We conceived two children naturally without complications or difficulty, but have now been unable to conceive. I had an IUD removed 9 months ago and have been trying since. The staff greeted us warmly, but we became uncomfortable after meeting Dr. Minasian. He made inaccurate statements, did not listen, and was extremely biased about weight. He asked what I weighed during my first pregnancy years ago. I said 120–130 pounds, and he said my current weight of 200 pounds was why I could not conceive. He made me feel terrible and advised losing weight, reducing carbohydrates, and essentially following a diabetic diet. Apart from a vaginal ultrasound, he performed no testing. Instead, he boasted that he had trained every OB-GYN in the area and said my previous doctor could not be a real doctor because he did not know her, even though I had praised her for successfully removing a deeply embedded IUD 9 months earlier. Based only on my history and without testing, he concluded that I had polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), although I had no symptoms. He refused blood tests without explaining why. The vaginal ultrasound provided useful information about egg count and health, which appeared normal, but he did not say whether there were cysts or explain my frequent burning pain and cramping. He insisted my husband have a semen analysis despite already having a positive result. I explained that several home cycle trackers clearly identified ovulation, but he showed no interest. I said I had ovulated two weeks earlier, yet he insisted I would ovulate in one or two days because he believed he could feel it. I wanted my efforts to conceive naturally to be acknowledged and respected. Instead, I held my husband's hand and wished the conversation would end. He then said I had excessive body hair and claimed, without examining me, that I had dense hair around my navel and new chest hair due to PCOS. He mentioned leading a small PCOS research organization with only 200 members nationwide, apparently seeking recognition for his achievements. He boasted throughout the consultation. Finally, he returned to my weight. My weight was within the clinic's standard, below its limit, and my BMI was not high enough to require special attention. Yet he repeatedly claimed carbohydrate intake affected fertility, showed us an ovarian diagram, and insisted my earlier pregnancies occurred only because my BMI was lower. He described IVF options and success rates in detail and implied we should proceed because insurance covered it. I expected a different experience. The receptionist was kind but did not schedule a follow-up. She handed us a semen collection cup in a small white paper bag and sent us away. We will not return.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr.Shahab Minassian for his outstanding expertise, guidance, and compassion. From the very first visit, he made us feel supported and hopeful through this emotional journey. His knowledge, patience, and careful approach gave us confidence every step of the way. We will always be thankful for his dedication and the exceptional care he provided.

My husband and I are extremely grateful to Main Line Fertility, especially the West Chester office and all the nurses, ultrasound technicians, front desk staff, and Dr. Brasile. We felt defeated and hopeless after another fertility consultation, but after speaking with Dr. Brasile, we immediately felt relieved and ready to begin this journey with the Main Line staff. Dr. Brasile is confident but also realistic, and she will do everything she can to help you achieve your goal. With Main Line's help, we became pregnant on our first attempt and are excited to become parents in July. We felt so much care, compassion, and hope from the West Chester office staff and are deeply grateful!

This is my second time returning to Main Line with Dr. Alexa. My husband and I love her. But it does not stop there. The women who helped me time and again were wonderful. Nicole greeted me with a smile in the morning and asked how my week or weekend had been. Some days it was very difficult to walk in there, but she was a breath of fresh air. Heather and Brie drew my blood and took my vital signs. Again, they were always so positive and considerate of why we were there. With checks once and sometimes twice a week, I saw these three women every time, and they worked like a well-oiled machine. They made me feel like a person at every visit. I cannot thank them enough.

Do not go to this clinic. I saw Dr. Brasile for fertility problems caused by an autoimmune condition, and her standard of care was inadequate. From day one, she said she did not know how to handle my condition, and we agreed simply to monitor me for a few months. Months later, I had to push her to test my DHEA level. It was abnormal, and only then did I begin medication. There was no follow-up after starting the medication, which could be very dangerous because DHEA treatment must be monitored for complications. I felt dismissed and unwelcome at this center, which led me to join a Facebook group for women with autoimmune conditions. Through those discussions, I learned that Dr. Jerome Check had experience with my specific condition and went to see him. At our first visit, he told me he had successfully helped many patients conceive and had actually trained Dr. Brasile in these methods. In fact, the treatment of women with my autoimmune condition is detailed in numerous papers. Saying I was disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. I am still seeing him, and he has brought many of my symptoms under control with medication. If this practice makes you feel dismissed and forgotten, it is not in your head. We must stand up and speak out when we do not receive the care we deserve. If you do not want to use donor eggs and want to try conceiving naturally, do not waste your time here. Contact Dr. Jerome Check at the Cooper Institute in New Jersey. As a side note, there is nothing wrong with choosing donor eggs. However, you deserve the time and care needed to decide after being treated ethically and receiving all the information you need. Best wishes on your journey, and Happy New Year.

Review update, July 2025 Although they replied, they did nothing to resolve the issue. I called as instructed in their response, but I was still ignored and avoided. I encourage you to do the same. Review update, June 2025 The decline since I last saw them in 2020 is unbelievable. We were self-paying, and Dr. Brasile knew this. She met with us by video for nine minutes simply to “catch up.” I did not think much of it at the time because, if you know her, that is how she is. Months after we stopped treatment, we discovered that she had billed each session as 45–59 minutes of treatment!!! Worse, from the first clinic visit, the place felt like a factory, with almost no warmth, comfort, friendliness, or similar qualities. My next cycle arrived quickly. We had agreed to proceed with intrauterine insemination (IUI), but when my cycle began, no one prescribed our medication. On cycle day 3, I had to send a message through the app. A nurse found the problem at around 4 p.m. on Friday, quickly corrected it, and issued the necessary prescription. On the day my period began, I had laboratory tests at another clinic. The IUI cycle fee covered the entire cycle, appointments, laboratory tests, and the IUI. Someone decided the appointment was not included, so when we received the bill, they charged us separately even though I had already paid for the full IUI cycle. I contacted Prelude's billing department several times but kept getting brushed off. They told me to call the clinic, which of course ghosted me. I am extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, deception, and terrible, unethical, and fraudulent billing practices. Be careful. 2020 review We loved everyone and everything at MLF. The administrative staff were always kind and courteous. The nurses were amazing! Heather and Kathy were our two favorites! Dr. Brasile was also wonderful. She supported us from day one and helped us reach our goal. We worked with MLF on and off for a year. When we returned for a consultation in December 2019, Dr. Brasile was very compassionate about our loss and encouraged us to try conceiving naturally because we were self-paying. Although we had a chemical pregnancy the following month, they immediately performed blood tests that same day and started my first Clomid cycle, followed by our first intrauterine insemination (IUI). Although we did not conceive in January, in February I had a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and two Clomid cycles, producing a total of 11 follicles! The doctor knew we needed an immediate HCG trigger, so we had our second IUI at the end of February with 3–4 viable follicles. We learned I was pregnant at 3 weeks and 2 days, and despite the chaos of the COVID pandemic, they closely monitored us with ultrasounds, blood tests, and follow-up visits. We graduated three weeks ago and were so grateful that we had to share our story. Thank you to everyone at MLF! xo

We met with Rachel Bruner for our first appointment, and she made us feel completely at ease. She answered all the questions and concerns we had before the appointment. She approached everything seriously and kindly and gave very thorough, professional answers.

I cannot say enough good things about the MLF Westchester team. I have received care at several MLF locations since 2022. Although my experiences elsewhere were always excellent, the past six months with the WC team were exceptional. Alyssa is wonderful—she understands my journey and always made me feel valued and heard. From the moment I entered the office through my graduation today, everyone there made me feel special and understood. I will miss you all, but I am deeply grateful to every one of you. Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Main Line Fertility. Dr. Glassner used creative thinking to help us reach where we are today. We are very grateful for the consistent care from everyone at the Main Line office in West Chester. Although our path to parenthood was not easy, the team stayed beside us with guidance and answers. We especially thank Alyssa, Allison, and Dr. Glassner for all their support!

MLF has been a dream for me. This is the third fertility clinic I have tried, and I could not be happier here! At MLF, there are no delays or empty promises to “wait and see.” Instead, they support everything they say with action and facts. Everyone is genuinely committed to helping you build a family in every possible way. Dr. Brasile is outstanding and knowledgeable, as is Nurse Rachel! Rachel is always patient and helpful, especially because I ask many questions at every visit. She always reassures me that we are on the right path, and I am very happy to be part of the MLF family!

Dr. Bloom is amazing! She made sure we left the office understanding every detail of the female reproductive system. She thoroughly explained my condition and the appropriate procedures and measurements we would need to become parents. I am very grateful to her and excited to continue this journey with her. Thank you, Allison and team! 🫶🏾🥰

Bloom.

I have been receiving fertility treatment from Dr. Bloom. Although I am not yet pregnant, I am very satisfied with the care so far. Dr. Bloom is knowledgeable and compassionate and always takes time to explain each step of the process. Communication has been excellent—Dr. Bloom and the entire team are always available to answer questions and provide support. I feel genuinely cared for and believe I am receiving the best care on this journey. Highly recommended!
