The team here makes you feel like a person rather than a number. I am grateful that Dr. Rossi and her team were very candid with us about our situation and chances. Because of our collective experience, we have recommended that family and friends seek treatment and guidance here as well. Words cannot express our gratitude for the compassion and care we received, but I am still trying to convey it.

My first appointment was deeply traumatic. This was all new to me, and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Kennard performed an HSG, which they had described beforehand as cramping similar to a period. They fit me in that day, although the appointment was about an hour late. Please keep in mind that I am also petite. During the HSG, the speculum alone caused severe discomfort and pain. I became very tense and did what people naturally do when uncomfortable—slightly lifting my hips off the table and trying to close my legs. She kept telling me to relax and put my hips down, never pausing to ask whether I was okay or whether we should try something else, such as a smaller speculum. I have no doubt she was in a hurry and wanted to finish quickly, so she essentially ignored my pain. I have had only two Pap smears in my life and had never experienced anything like this. They simply left the room for me to change, and I cried all the way to my car and halfway home. I cannot describe how I felt or how I was treated. I was not treated like a person. We still completed three months of IUI, and every doctor who performed an IUI was excellent—gentle, considerate, attentive to my comfort, and never made me feel like a test subject.

The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. We tried to schedule several months in advance, but they canceled my appointment the following week, then left a message saying I could reschedule. When we called to do so, they were suddenly booked for several months. I will never return or recommend this place.

Do not choose Ohio Reproductive Medicine. I spent about 18 months there. It was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Their communication system is severely flawed and limited to an outdated portal and voicemail. The nurses and technicians are kind, but that is the only positive. I saw Dr. Londra, who is pleasant but unable to have difficult conversations, offer useful advice, create a care plan, or even provide a firm diagnosis when appropriate. Every appointment was difficult. They ultimately keep you coming back for what I now realize were unnecessary blood tests and ultrasounds. Their laboratory is open only until 12:00 p.m., so it is impossible to have an ultrasound and laboratory work on the same day. I had 4 failed IUIs, preceded by an overwhelming number of appointments. I had to ask questions, investigate, suggest, and advocate for myself at every step. My doctor never offered any useful advice. Most infuriatingly, after I experienced a missed miscarriage, Dr. Londra became extremely condescending. She left my husband and me in the room without any firm information or guidance. She offered no advice or options for natural or medically assisted management and did not even tell me whether to continue my current medication. I again had to call and ask all these questions and express my concerns. I have had time to process my emotions, and both my husband and I believe Dr. Londra is incompetent at least in how she communicates with patients. Combined with how cumbersome the clinic itself is, this was a very, very poor experience. Go elsewhere.

Ohio Reproductive Center's attention to detail is unmatched. Dr. Kennard and her nursing staff always gave us the best care, and we owe our pregnancy to them!

By far the best fertility clinic! Dr Rossi is absolutely amazing. My wife and I felt so welcome and heard. You see the same doctor everytime so your not getting new doctors that look at your chart minutes before walking in the door, they care here and if something isn’t working they don’t wait for you to spend thousands more before changing it. Our twins will be 1 next month!!!

To be clear, the 1* is for the clinic staff, not the doctor. Dr. Schmidt was consistently kind and compassionate throughout our treatment. That said, the billing department is a joke. In more than 20 months of dealing with them, we did not receive a single bill. We arrived for an appointment, and they handed us an overdue notice we had never received and tried to pressure us to pay immediately. The bills we did receive were also poorly formatted and did not always explain the nature of the charges. This was despite having insurance that reimburses 100% of certain charges, which we should have paid if the bills had been correct. Several other departments were not much better. If we did not like Dr. Schmidt so much, we probably would have left this clinic more than 14 months ago.

This review concerns the staff/scheduling, not the doctors. To be clear, the doctors at this clinic may be excellent. I would not know because I tried for several days without being able to schedule an appointment. I called at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 2:30 p.m., and 4 p.m., but was placed on hold each time and eventually sent to voicemail. Once, a staff member answered but hung up on me. I left my contact details and was told they would ‘call back within one business day.’ After several more calls over the following days, I gave up and booked with Columbus OB/GYN online in about 90 seconds. The purpose of this review is to draw attention to the scheduling problem. Similar reviews already exist. This is not directed at the doctors.

Everyone was kind and helpful! Many thanks to Dr. Schmidt and all his nurses for helping me throughout my infertility treatment!

I did not expect to meet the rudest doctor I have ever encountered here. As a fertility specialist who often works with heartbroken, struggling couples, I expected better interpersonal skills. If you are considering Dr. Kennard, I strongly advise against it. I have never left a clinic so angry and disappointed.

Our first baby is now due soon, all thanks to the wonderful Dr. Rossi and her excellent team, with special thanks to Miranda and Colleen. Before meeting Dr. Rossi at Oregon Reproductive Medicine (ORM), we were referred to another clinic. We left the first clinic feeling deeply discouraged and unsure whether we could become parents. A few weeks later, we scheduled a consultation with Dr. Rossi and left certain that we would become parents. The two consultations could not have been more different. Dr. Rossi was very positive while remaining realistic, which helped us stay hopeful throughout the process. She never rushed our visits and always answered every question patiently. She welcomed any suggestions and concerns we raised, and her manner and attention made a difficult journey feel positive. If I could give her and her staff—who were always friendly and knowledgeable—more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend Dr. Rossi and her team!

My experience was very disappointing. After multiple failed attempts, the process felt rushed and lacked appropriate transparency. At my final visit, I was shocked to discover that a nurse performed the intrauterine insemination. I had not been told in advance that a nurse would perform the procedure. When I asked about the doctor and stressed that a physician should perform it, she said she had done many of them, which led me to assume she was an advanced practice nurse. Most concerning, although a doctor did not perform the procedure, the insurance claim was billed under Dr. Kennard's name. I felt misled and found this unacceptable. Patients deserve to know clearly who is performing their procedure. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated.

I went to ORM for an initial consultation, and I wouldn’t recommend them. After reading through reviews, I noticed that many of the lower rated reviews were about Dr. Kennard who I happened to be assigned to for my consultation. If you read through the reviews from google and other websites such as Reddit, previous patients have mentioned her unfavorably. When I went to my initial consultation, Dr. Kennard made multiple comments about the person prior to me who was having infertility issues and left her office crying. Following the consultation and bloodwork, I received a condescending follow up voicemail from Dr. Kennard about how I didn’t leave my full name in the previous voicemail that I left earlier. I do have that voicemail saved. Following that, I decided to not continue at ORM and ended up having a smooth experience at another clinic. To be direct, Dr. Kennard is a Karen and a walking HIPPA violation waiting to happen. I encourage anyone who must deal with her to keep documentation/proof of anything that she says and does and if need be, report her to the OCR or medical board. While many of the things I’ve heard or read about her had to do with her rudeness, I was greatly appalled by a story from a woman who claimed that Dr. Kennard made racial remarks during their session. Please note, that many clinics including ORM rotate doctors for egg retrieval day, so even if you aren’t assigned to Dr. Kennard as your regular doctor, you may end up with her doing your surgery.

The staff here are terrible. They do none of what they promise, and every phone call brings contradictory information. They always blame system issues, but the real problem is that they did not record your information correctly in the first place. They are extremely rude every time you call.
17/04/2026
Their policy discriminates against people over 45, and the telephone staff are unfriendly. They simply transfer you to an unanswered line and are very dismissive. I do not recommend their services for older women.

‘After struggling with infertility for more than five years and visiting numerous clinics in Columbus and India, we finally found answers with Dr. Rossi. Other specialists could not identify the cause, but Dr. Rossi's expertise led to a clear diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan that was unexpectedly gentle and beneficial to both my physical and emotional health. The entire experience went smoothly. Appointments and treatment were convenient, and the nursing staff were exceptionally dedicated and supportive. If you are looking for a doctor who combines outstanding expertise with compassion, I highly recommend Dr. Rossi.’

This is by far the worst fertility clinic I have ever dealt with, not to mention the doctor. This clinic treats patients like numbers. They could never remember which treatments I had undergone. More than once, they said, “Let's try it again,” even though I had never tried it before. They forgot that I had not had any blood tests and never answered the phone. They always returned calls at the end of the day, so if you missed the call, you had to call back, leave another message, and repeat the process. Dr. Rossi was like a ghost. I never saw her, and I had to schedule a special appointment just to speak with her. They were happy to take our money but had no interest in getting to know me, my husband, or our circumstances. They would not even allow my husband to accompany me to the clinic. They performed no diagnostic workup and simply kept trying the next method without investigating what was actually wrong. It is a terrible place. Then, when I wanted to leave the practice, they charged me 35 dollars (!) to transfer my medical records. Ridiculous!
