Pendant ses études, le Dr Mousa et son équipe ont reçu plusieurs prix annuels pour des projets de recherche remarquables. En 2007, il a rejoint comme fellow le service d’endocrinologie de la reproduction et infertilité de l’hôpital universitaire Columbia et de l’hôpital NewYork-Presbyterian, où il a dirigé une équipe d’enseignement. En 2014, il a reçu la certification de la Société européenne de reproduction humaine et d’embryologie, devenant l’un des rares médecins en endocrinologie de la reproduction et infertilité certifiés à la fois aux États-Unis et en Europe. En 2015, il s’est installé en Californie et a obtenu une licence médicale californienne.

Les recherches du Dr Mousa portent sur l’endocrinologie de la reproduction et l’infertilité. Il a publié dans des revues telles que Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology, Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, et Fertility and Sterility. En 2010, alors fellow à l’hôpital universitaire Columbia, il a dirigé un projet de recherche sur la folliculogenèse et la stimulation de l’ovulation.

This fertility center is clean and welcoming. The staff remind you when to take medication and how to administer injections, and provide videos to simplify the process. They also regularly remind you of follow-up appointments. Dr. Moussa is highly professional, and staff provide translation and explanations if you do not understand English medical terminology. I am receiving IVF here and had my embryo transfer today. I hope the first attempt succeeds.

Reading the other reviews makes me sad. I wish my wife and I felt the same. The staff were very likable except Eli in finance, who was rude and made my wife cry. Women undergoing IVF deserve care and compassion, and his manner was inappropriate. During the process, unexpected extra charges repeatedly caught us off guard. We paid $5,000 for embryo genetic testing, but no one sat down with us to explain the results. Minutes before our second and final transfer, they finally discussed why they discouraged transferring two embryos. It upset me and made my wife cry immediately before the procedure, causing emotional stress that may have affected our chances. Nine days later, a staff member called to say the pregnancy test was negative. That was the last we heard from them. No one checked on my wife. We gave them our life savings, about $28,000, and left with nothing. I do not know whether we will try again. I blame myself daily for not researching more and choosing a better place. Perhaps pregnancy would not have occurred anywhere, but at least we could have felt we received the best care rather than throwing away our money and hope. I do not recommend this clinic.

This is a very good facility. My sister came here for IVF, and the staff and doctors were very friendly. The facility is clean and attractive. I am glad I could accompany my sister through her IVF experience. The front-desk staff were helpful and kept the process running smoothly.

Two years ago to take eggs, but in two years to do transplantation, only a 4BB blastocyst, I think to try, there is still the possibility of success, as expected in July 8 after the transplant, successful implantation, today's second blood test, the report is very good, thank the doctor's good technology, the service staff has patience.

Words cannot describe my journey at AFMC. The team was professional and caring, with an excellent manner, especially Dr. Mousa. She is an angel—kind, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She took every stage seriously, which is why I felt so comfortable. Highly recommended.

I recently visited AMFC LIFE on a friend's recommendation, and it proved to be an excellent decision. The entire experience was first-rate from beginning to end. The clinic was spotless and the atmosphere very welcoming. Norma was outstanding; her skincare expertise was clear, and she never pressured me into additional treatments. The results of my BOTOX treatment exceeded my expectations. For high-quality skincare in a relaxing environment, AMFC LIFE is definitely worth trying!

He created a personalized plan for me, adjusted it as needed, and followed up throughout my journey, keeping everything moving in the best direction and ultimately achieving a perfect, very successful result! Dr Moussa's compassion, professionalism, care, and dedication helped me realize my dream. I feel fortunate to have met Dr Moussa and will always be grateful. During the consultation, the doctor may open the curtain at any time, and your private parts will be directly facing the corridor. The academic evaluation is worthy of recognition, but the egg retrieval technology needs to be improved.

My experience has been good so far. Dr. Moussa is very kind and explained the treatment steps and results in great detail. She also clearly explained the preparation process before intrauterine insemination (IUI). We will begin IUI around next month, and I will update my review. I hope we also become pregnant successfully like other patients.

I tried for three months to conceive my third baby without success. Because I have polycystic ovary syndrome, getting pregnant this time was very difficult. I then came to this fertility clinic, where Hannah helped me throughout the process. After one monitored ovulation cycle, I conceived through intercourse at home! It worked after just one cycle. If you are struggling with infertility, I highly recommend this clinic; they are wonderful. I cannot wait to meet my baby and wish I had known about this clinic sooner!

We graduated from the fertility clinic today after conceiving with 1 stimulation cycle and 1 transfer. At 9 weeks and 2 days, we were thrilled to see our chubby baby on ultrasound 😃. Dr. Moussa is highly skilled, considered medications comprehensively, and chose a very appropriate protocol. Everything was well managed. Eli explained the costs in detail, and there were no hidden charges. We had previously visited another hospital where the pricing was expensive and confusing, with many hidden fees, so we found this clinic instead. Medical assistant Hannah was very kind and continually helped translate and resolve various issues. The other medical staff were also wonderful. If you are hoping to become a parent, do not miss this clinic. It is truly excellent!

Dr. Moussa is highly skilled, uses a comprehensive medication protocol, and is very kind. I am extremely grateful to her! Medical assistant Hanah is also very professional, kind, and attentive. The front desk staff are friendly, and the nurses are professional and kind. Eli from the financial team explained the costs thoroughly, and there were no additional hidden fees. This was especially important because another clinic we had visited deliberately gave us vague pricing. When we later asked about the cost of male fertility care, we discovered a major price discrepancy and had to withdraw midway. Thank God we found this clinic, and thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff!

In January 2026, we visited the AFMC clinic in Diamond Bar and paid the full consultation fee. Initially, we were very impressed with the clinical team. The staff were professional and knowledgeable during the visit, giving us confidence in our choice. However, our experience deteriorated sharply when communicating with financial coordinator Eli Li about insurance authorization. What should have been a simple process became a three-month ordeal that ultimately forced us to find another provider. Problems we encountered: - We sent more than 5 follow-up emails simply to obtain an update on insurance preauthorization. - Despite the front desk confirming that Eli was in the office, our repeated calls went unanswered. - For three months, we were told the authorization was ‘still processing.’ Insurance preauthorization normally should not take this long. After waiting patiently and giving them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, we had no choice but to transfer to another clinic, where our authorization was handled promptly. Although the clinical team was excellent, the administrative follow-up was seriously lacking. Prospective parents considering AFMC should have a backup plan and be prepared for possible administrative delays. Communication and follow-up are essential parts of patient care, and unfortunately, that was where our experience fell short. I hope the practice addresses these administrative problems so future patients/prospective parents do not face similar difficulties.
