I am so grateful to Dr. Olcha and his wonderful team for making my HyCoSy completely painless and successful! He was so gentle and reassuring, and my husband and I are very grateful to have found him. We are excited to proceed with our first IUI under his care and hope for a successful outcome.

My husband and I tried to conceive for more than a year before deciding to seek help from a fertility specialist. Initially, I visited three different fertility clinics in New York City, learning about the complexities of insurance coverage while looking for a doctor who could provide care tailored to my needs. One major challenge was that our embryos stopped developing between days three and five. At the second fertility clinic, we discovered that my husband carries a Robertsonian translocation. Despite our efforts, including using a Zymot device, ovarian PRP, and mild IVF, we were unable to create viable embryos, which eventually led us to consider embryo adoption.
During the adoption process, we prioritized finding a doctor who could provide compassionate, personalized care. After reading many reviews and browsing various fertility clinic websites, we found Dr. Olcha, who seemed to embody the qualities we sought.
From our first meeting, Dr. Olcha was very transparent about the potential outcomes of IVF and guided us through every step before treatment began. His collaboration with the nursing staff was excellent. They always responded to my questions and concerns within a few hours, often within one hour. We began the embryo transfer process with remote monitoring, and his team arranged laboratory and ultrasound appointments close to my home, which was very convenient for my work schedule.
Although I was anxious about the success of the embryo transfer, I trusted Dr. Olcha's clinical judgment regarding the medication protocol he prescribed. My first transfer resulted in a positive pregnancy test, but sadly ended in a biochemical pregnancy. The second transfer also faced challenges due to an error by the adoption agency. Dr. Olcha went above and beyond to contact them and help us resolve the issues. His advocacy during this heartbreaking time was invaluable and provided much-needed support.
For our third transfer, I asked Dr. Olcha about adding lipid infusions to improve the chance of successful implantation. Although there was not extensive evidence supporting this approach, he respected my autonomy in deciding whether to proceed. I am delighted to share that, thanks to the protocol Dr. Olcha designed, we have our miracle baby. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Olcha and his incredible team for everything they did for me. Their unwavering support helped us achieve this miracle baby. I firmly believe that without their expertise and compassion, we would not be celebrating this wonderful moment.

We saw Dr. Olcha for IUI, which was successful. His bedside manner is excellent. He always explained procedures thoroughly and was honest and gentle. I highly recommend this practice. I was very pleased with Dr. Olcha's care. I contacted Dr. Olcha for fertility care, and during the consultation he took time to explain everything and answer questions, which I greatly appreciate in a doctor. I ultimately did not proceed with any fertility treatment because, to my surprise, I was already pregnant! Even though I was pregnant and no longer needed fertility services, Dr. Olcha continued monitoring my pregnancy during the first few weeks to ensure everything was progressing well, which helped reassure me. In addition, whenever I had a question, I emailed him and he replied quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Olcha!

Dr. Olcha and Giana were outstanding in helping me through the egg-freezing process. I always felt fully supported and greatly appreciated their quick responses, even late at night or early in the morning. Their guidance was clear, and I did not have to worry about logistics, administration, or scheduling because I was monitored remotely at a Manhattan clinic. Dr. Olcha made me very comfortable on the procedure day—I loved the heated blanket and cozy socks—and the postoperative staff cared for me attentively. I was also very satisfied with the pricing and never felt taken advantage of. I am already considering a second cycle and would definitely choose Dr. Olcha again!

After treatment at several other clinics, I began to feel like a number in a long line—not ignored, but processed. Their approach was efficient, professional, and standardized, which I understand is necessary. But I needed something different at this point in my life. By chance, I found Dr. Olcha during a review search, and he changed everything for me.
From the beginning, Dr. Olcha treated me not only as a patient but as a person with hopes, fears, and a deeply personal experience. He gave me something I was beginning to lose: hope. With that hope, I found more joy, ease, and inner peace during a very difficult treatment process.
The care here was not only expert and attentive—he seems brilliant—but deeply human, compassionate, and thoughtful. I felt seen, heard, and genuinely supported. For the first time in a long while, I felt hopeful. His nurse Gianna is wonderful and makes every appointment seamless and stress-free, which is no small achievement. I never met anyone from Billing, but communication by email was effortless—a dream compared with the billing nightmares elsewhere that left me in tears.
I am deeply grateful and fortunate to have found Dr. Olcha and his excellent team. In a fertility-care world that can feel overwhelming, impersonal, and discouraging, Perch Fertility felt completely different, offering care rooted in kindness, trust, and hope.

I highly recommend Dr. Olcha and his team. When my partner and I were struggling with infertility, we initially sought support from other clinics. We had three failed intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), two disappointing egg retrievals, and one failed transfer. Every procedure was painful, and the entire process felt impersonal. Then Dr. Olcha entered our lives.
When we first met Dr. Olcha, he showed kindness, compassion, and empathy. As we spent more time with him, he proved that he offered far more than words. He patiently answered all our questions and explained every step in detail, empowering us to make decisions with him. Dr. Olcha attended all our appointments and called us as soon as results were available. He even came in on his day off to perform my egg retrieval. When the retrieval was successful, he celebrated with us. With Dr. Olcha, we felt like partners and valued people.
Medically, Dr. Olcha is exceptional. He was extremely gentle, and all my treatments were smooth, painless, and successful. My care plan felt highly personalized, and he carefully adjusted it throughout according to how my body responded. During the embryo transfer, he explained every step and excitedly showed me on the ultrasound where the embryo had been placed.
Today, we have two wonderful children thanks to Dr. Olcha and his outstanding team. Dr. Olcha is an unparalleled physician with an impeccable bedside manner and personalized approach to care. I am honored to have been his patient and highly recommend him.

Go see Dr. Olcha. Do not overthink it; just go. You will not regret it.
Before Dr. Olcha founded Perch Fertility, I had the privilege of working with him and Gianna at another clinic. This team is dynamic. Dr. Olcha welcomed me warmly, and Gianna quickly became a true friend throughout the process, not just a nurse.
I experienced multiple miscarriages, and Dr. Olcha was a light at the end of our dark tunnel. He personally called with test results and difficult news, sometimes even after hours. He was also sensitive to my emotions, listened to me, offered help, and always had a plan and next steps. He made me feel incredibly reassured and was determined to help me. After leaving my clinic, he arranged for me to receive care at another clinic specializing in recurrent miscarriage, where one of his colleagues worked, to ensure my well-being. Even after Dr. Olcha was no longer my primary care provider, he continued looking after me and made sure everything proceeded smoothly when I had insurance issues. He could have left the clinic and ended his relationship with me, but he did not. He remained by my side throughout the journey.
We now have a 1-year-old child.
Please see Dr. Olcha. He was the first doctor I met who truly cared about me as a patient. I will always be grateful to him for the help he gave me during this journey. I highly recommend him and Gianna.

Dr. Meir Olcha is an extraordinary individual and fertility doctor. He is both understanding and empathetic, particularly toward those pursuing family growth in non-traditional ways or later in life. As a member of Facebook groups for women—over 45 trying to conceive, as well as the single mothers by choice group— I’ve come across many stories of IVF and frozen embryo transfer failures. Additionally, a 42-year-old friend of mine experienced two failed transfers. In light of this, I recommend Dr. Meir Olcha at Perch Fertility.
I have experienced two successful pregnancies with his help beyond the age of 50. I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Olcha. The journey was already lengthy due to the legal steps and time involved with donors, egg retrieval, embryo creation, and testing. However, Dr. Olcha's expertise meant I didn't face the additional heartbreak of failed attempts, which many others have unfortunately experienced.

A doctor who truly cared about me and a clinic that restored my hope.
My fertility journey was not easy. I had been treated at two leading IVF clinics in New York City. Although the care there was “good,” I always felt like just another patient on an assembly line. I rarely saw the doctor, and the process lacked a personal touch.

I successfully completed two egg-retrieval cycles here with excellent results. During my first stimulation cycle, Dr. Orcha carefully considered my feedback and physical symptoms and used them to create the best stimulation protocol.

Given my age and test results, I knew my chances of success were not high. I was nearly 40, had very low AMH, and had previously undergone long-term hormone therapy. Honestly, it was difficult to remain hopeful. Despite this, I managed to obtain an embryo in a single cycle! This result was far from guaranteed and would have been nearly impossible without an exceptional doctor and team.
Dr. Orcha and his team were outstanding in every respect. Their care, communication, and coordination were impeccable. Every step was carefully planned and thoughtfully considered, and consultations were never rushed. Their explanations were always clear, honest, and tailored to my specific situation. It was evident that every decision was deliberate and meticulous.
I truly believe Perch Fertility demonstrates exceptional clinical expertise. I retrieved only a small number of mature eggs, but every one fertilized successfully and developed into a blastocyst. I do not believe this outcome would have been possible without such meticulous care and outstanding clinical skill.

I am a radiologist, and both sides of my family include physicians. My wife had a long IVF journey. Despite our access to medical resources, I struggled to find the right treatment plan for her and often felt confused and helpless. Before meeting Dr. Olcha, we saw many doctors and even traveled out of state to find him. In medical knowledge, compassion, ethics, and patience, Dr. Olcha and his team are by far the best. I cannot recommend enough!!
End of last year I went to Perch Fertility to freeze my eggs and received phenomenal care from start to finish. To this day, I am still raving about this place to family, friends, coworkers (basically anyone who will listen).
Dr.Olcha and his team made me feel seen, heard, and supported through every step of this process. Something that is supposed to be stressful and scary was made simple and easy because of Perch Fertility. Every question and worry I had was met with care and compassion.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Perch Fertility and Dr. Olcha. Fertility treatment can be one of the most stressful, isolating, and emotional experiences in a couple's life, but from day one, the entire Perch team made us feel supported, well informed, and genuinely cared for.
What impressed us most was how attentive and thorough they were throughout the process. They never left us confused about our progress or next steps. They welcomed every question, addressed every concern, and always took the time to ensure that we felt comfortable and understood.
