Dr Paige Partridge, États-Unis

I feared for my life under Dr. Hilton's care. I have never felt so neglected or mocked. Many of my requests were denied, delaying my diagnosis and treatment.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gorman and his staff. From the moment I entered the beautifully designed office, the receptionist gave me a warm welcome. Dr. Gorman is so kind, gentle, and funny! I came for a second opinion about an open hysterectomy, and in less than 5 minutes I transferred my care to him. I was in pain, and he immediately made time to give me a thorough examination and scheduled my surgery as soon as possible. Seeing a male doctor for the first time was frightening and uncomfortable, but Dr. Gorman made me feel completely like family. No doctor has ever treated me so well. Feeling safe and heard while agreeing to surgery was a blessing. Amazing!!

After the women's clinic in my small town closed, I had to find alternative pregnancy care and was referred to ParkHill. I could not have had a better experience. I was anxious when I arrived, but the office was lovely, and everyone I met was welcoming and accommodating. They explained that the doctor on call when labor begins handles the delivery, so I chose to rotate doctors at each visit. I worried about seeing a new doctor at every appointment, but honestly, everyone made me feel comfortable and seen. The last doctor I saw was Dr. Gorman, who delivered our baby girl. He was kind and knowledgeable, and although my delivery did not go exactly as planned, he put me at ease. I also never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, checkout was seamless at every visit, and I appreciated having constant access to my information through the online portal. They also create a financial plan from the beginning outlining payments/fees, so there are no surprises. I highly recommend ParkHill and would choose them again without hesitation.

I have seen Dr. Gorman for about 16 years. He was there for me through breast cancer, two miscarriages, infertility struggles, and then came in to deliver my miracle baby even though he was not the doctor on call. The fact that he is the father of 3 girls shows. His bedside manner is excellent, and I have always felt at ease under his care. He puts women and their needs first. During my pregnancy, I rotated among the other doctors at the practice and had a positive experience with every one of them.

Dr. Seale is one of the sweetest, most caring people I know. Everyone at Parkhill is kind, courteous, and uplifting. I am grateful they are my care team.

TL;DR: Do not see Dr. Hilton—painful IUD insertion and misdiagnosis I had a very painful and disappointing experience at Parkhill under Dr. Katherine Hilton's care. I had an IUD inserted but was not offered or informed of any pain-management options beforehand. The procedure was extremely painful, and I later learned that pre-procedure medication is commonly used to make insertion more tolerable. When I raised concerns about the pain, I was told it might be caused by fibroids and not to worry because they were small. Afterward, however, I experienced severe pain and numbness in both legs. I sought a second opinion and was told that the supposed uterine fibroid was actually a growing ovarian cyst, and that I had been given an IUD model commonly recommended for women who have given birth, without any alternatives being discussed. I filed a formal complaint, but the medical board found no wrongdoing. In her response, Dr. Hilton falsely said, “We discussed device options, risks...” That is simply untrue. She never mentioned side effects, risks, or any other options. Regardless, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly. Everyone deserves to be fully informed and treated with care and respect, especially in reproductive healthcare.

They treat Medicare patients like they are less and refused to see my daughter when she was extremely sick! Disgusting behavior.

The clinic staff here are rude. They do not greet patients, interrupt them, and do not help schedule appointments. I spent two days calling several times, leaving messages, and being transferred to unanswered lines. When someone finally called back, she said there was no record of my calls or messages. What? Why question me instead of simply apologizing and helping schedule my appointment? The only reason I stay is that my doctor is excellent. Dr. Emily Hinton provides outstanding care! But the clinic staff urgently need training in communication and customer service.
04/09/2025
Waiting an hour and a half without anyone explaining why is unacceptable. The first question was why I was there. I had to provide results from my medical history that the doctor mocked. When I advocated for myself and explained why I could not take a certain medication due to family history and deaths, that option was still forced on me, even though I provided documentation. I might as well give up... I should have left after the first condescending encounter. Attending medical school does not give anyone the right to disrespect patients who advocate for themselves. I will never return to or recommend this facility.

This review is written on behalf of a client. She saw Seale and was treated terribly. My client called me crying as soon as she got into the car! Lindsey said he, the baby, was too big. He weighed all of 15 ounces (about 450 grams). This makes me wonder whether Lindsey is projecting her own self-image concerns. During the exam, my client and her partner reported that she was handled roughly throughout. I am client-centered, and it deeply concerns me that my client contacted me because of unethical treatment in healthcare. Before reading earlier reviews, I thought Seale might simply have been having a bad day. It appears she just has a poor clinical manner.

I have seen Dr. Hix for about ten years. He is wonderful—kind, compassionate, and consistently attentive. He helped me through severe menopause and a massive uterine fibroid, which ultimately required a hysterectomy. Everything went well. He was patient with me and my fears and even prayed with me before surgery because I was scared. As usual, I had simply overthought everything. My fibroid had been ignored and kept growing. I had continued seeing female gynecologists, thinking they would understand how I felt, but I did not receive appropriate treatment. So I returned to a male doctor, thinking, “Men like to solve problems.” That is exactly what Dr. Hix did. In my opinion, no one is better, partly because of his excellent care and kindness. Dr. Hix, you are amazing! I cannot thank you enough. Praise to you and your team. With the highest respect, Jordan Griffin.

The doctors were kind, but twice they confused me with another patient who had the same name, and I often waited more than 40 minutes. Once, while they were monitoring the fetus, the equipment suddenly stopped working, and no one came to check. I was connected to the equipment and could not get up to ask for help, so I had to call the clinic to see whether someone could return. After 20 wasted minutes, someone finally came. I then waited another 40 minutes for the doctor to say they needed further monitoring, followed by another 30 minutes before they connected me for the additional monitoring. In the end, they said everything was normal. Ridiculous.

My doctor of 27 years retired, so it was time for a new start. I chose Parkhill Clinic in Bentonville, where I live. After researching the doctors carefully, I chose Dr. Terry, and I am so glad I did!! The front desk was friendly, and my appointment was on time. Before the examination, Dr. Terry met with me to learn about my family circumstances and any health concerns. He was very attentive, and the care was excellent!!! The clinic's nurses were energetic and cheerful, creating a very positive environment.
03/10/2025
Honestly, this appointment did not go as smoothly as I expected. The woman at the front desk seemed impatient, was short with me, and interrupted me several times. I did wait a long time, but Dr. Salyer was delivering a baby, so fortunately I had nothing else scheduled afterward because I was there for two hours. The first nurse was kind, but she made a comment implying that I did not know what I was talking about. Everything changed completely when Dr. Salyer entered. She confirmed that I did know what I was talking about and provided prompt, thoughtful care.
02/10/2025
I would not take my wife to Parkhill Clinic for OB-GYN care again. My wife has a service dog, and her PCP documentation states that she can bring the service dog. Arkansas says documentation is not actually required for service dogs, but the clinic still would not allow her to bring the dog and would not tell us exactly what documentation they required.
30/09/2025
I do not like leaving negative reviews, but this clinic's staff is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. I called twice to schedule with my primary care physician, Dr. Lowry, who is an excellent doctor. Both times, the woman on the phone sounded angry and impatient. After the first call, I thought perhaps she was having a bad day and let it go. When I had to contact her again to reschedule, however, she had the same irritated tone. She was extremely impatient, repeatedly interrupted me, and seemed angry with me. This upset me enough to 1) leave this review and 2) find a new primary care physician. Although I think Dr. Lowry is wonderful, the clinic staff was so rude that it was off-putting. I have now found a new clinic where the staff is much kinder. It concerns me that in a field serving vulnerable people, such as pregnant patients and those attending other gynecologic appointments, the first person you speak with can be so unkind.
24/09/2025
I love Parkhill Clinic! Dr. Scott Bailey took excellent care of my husband and me, from infertility through the births of my two wonderful sons. I felt cared for by Dr. Bailey and by all the staff, from the front desk to the nurses in the back. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Hix is amazing!!
04/02/2026
This place keeps getting worse! Terrible service, rude front desk staff, and no response after more than a dozen urgent voicemails! Stay away!
02/02/2026
Thirteen years ago, Dr. Emily Hinton performed my partial hysterectomy. My ovaries have functioned just as we hoped. I was 33 at the time and wanted to delay menopause for another decade and avoid struggling with its symptoms. I am now 46, and my ovaries are only beginning to decline like those of others my age. Thank you, Dr. Hinton. Long-term success deserves recognition. I want you to know how grateful I am for your care. I went elsewhere only because the person answering the phone at Park Hill was rude and made scheduling an appointment feel like a burden.
14/04/2026
A nice facility with friendly staff. Dr. Mason was wonderful! She patiently explained everything and was very gentle. She answered all my questions. She is an excellent doctor.
17/03/2026
If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried repeatedly to give this clinic another chance, but I can no longer put myself in an environment where I feel ignored, judged, and treated with such indifference. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making an already sensitive and vulnerable gynecologic visit even worse. No one should enter a gynecology office and encounter hostility and dismissiveness instead of basic compassion and professionalism. Healthcare should not be like this. Patients come to a clinic for support, guidance, and care, not to feel like a burden or be judged for asking questions. My experience here was deeply disappointing.
10/03/2026
The check-in staff were rude.

I feel this clinic took everything from me during the most difficult time of my life. I have had an undiagnosed illness for nearly three years because these doctors dismissed my condition. I am very timid and have been diagnosed with a learning disability and anxiety. I feel this greatly affected how they treated me. I was weak, vulnerable, and poor, and desperate for relief from daily vomiting, uncontrollable nausea, dizziness, and hot flashes. I waited an average of an hour and a half in the waiting room to see the doctor, only for every visit to be extremely rushed, lasting no more than 15 minutes. The doctor constantly interrupted me and would not let me speak; because of my learning disability, I need more time to form sentences. I never had the chance to say everything I needed before she told me what she thought or 'knew' my body needed, and she was never correct. Why did I spend nearly three years attending weekly medical appointments without receiving any help? I had high hopes that they could help me, but they could not. Because I was so unwell, I had to leave work early or take time off and eventually lost my job. The pain was unbearable, and even going to the store became a major challenge. My family watched me lose much of my early twenties to illness and could not believe how my doctors treated me, much less that they provided no help. Even my new doctor was shocked to hear it. Now I have found excellent new doctors and an OB-GYN who truly listens to me, and I am finally seeing a change. I would also like to say: Although I am not a mother, I can honestly say that I would be afraid for any mother and child who came to this hospital. Even if you beg them, they will dismiss what you know about your own body without hesitation.

After encountering issues in Fayetteville because providers no longer accepted our insurance, I checked our provider directory, which listed Dr. Salyer and others at Parkhill. Before making my appointment, I called to verify that they accepted my insurance. I was told they did, so I booked the appointment. When I arrived, I was told they did not accept my insurance, even though my insurance carrier was listed on the online new-patient form and I had been told in advance that it was accepted. I took responsibility and did everything correctly to avoid this exact situation. It is not my responsibility to ensure your employees provide accurate information. I would not have booked the appointment if I had been correctly informed when I first called.

The care team here is wonderful, but the parking is terrible. I bring my pregnant wife here every week, and she is due very soon, yet we have to park far away wherever we can find a space and take a shuttle back and forth. Meanwhile, employees and staff can park at the very front of the lot. There are many spaces for them but none for pregnant patients. It makes no sense... Target and Walmart have designated parking spaces for pregnant women, but the hospital does not.
29/06/2026
Treated me like shit because I had chosen adoption. Stabbed me 11 times in the back for an epidural and left a lot of bruising. My oxygen line after surgery was cut off and when I told them they ignored me til the 3rd time I had to say it. Nurse checked my stomach medicine line and told me to tell the doctor to look at it because she was leaving for the day. She couldn't be bothered to chart it or let anyone know, just left it up to me.
20/06/2026
I delivered four children with them and now receive menopause care here as well. They are the best. The doctors are attentive and thoughtful. I have been a patient there since 1988 and will never go anywhere else.
21/11/2024
I came to Parkhill from Lifespring because I felt unseen or, for lack of a better word, disrespected. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Terry and his team. Everyone was so caring, from the front desk and office manager to Dr. Terry himself. I never thought I would consider seeing a male obstetrician, but he made me do a complete 180!! I left with every question answered, and they made sure I understood their financial policies and what to expect over the next few months. If you are wondering where to go, this is the best choice for you and your baby! Thank you, Parkhill!
18/11/2024
The staff showed a serious lack of empathy. The dark-haired girl who greeted me that morning was very cold; her expression said it all. She did not care when I explained that I needed to go to work after my appointment, that I had booked the first appointment of the morning, and that I arrived before 8 a.m. My app showed 8:15, while she said 8:30, and I told her there was an error. She clearly did not want to help and ignored what I said. I had to wait until around 9 a.m. to be called, after about 10 other people had already been called. Everything also seemed rushed.
20/09/2024
When I went here, I had to rotate among doctors. At one appointment, Dr. Bailey walked in and immediately talked about my weight, saying, “You have a great figure; let's not ruin it.” I refused to see him again after that. He told me I should gain only 20 pounds during my entire pregnancy. I was not overweight at all, then or now. Saying every woman should gain only 20 pounds during pregnancy is ridiculous and makes women feel terrible. Some older women I know had him deliver their babies and were shocked, saying, “He must have lost his bedside manner,” and he certainly had. On the other hand, Dr. Seale delivered my daughter and seemed eager to get it over with somehow. I felt like an object rather than a patient. During labor, she would suddenly say, “Are you ready to give up?” because she wanted me to agree to a C-section after the induction and labor took a long time and I was not progressing. When I was later told I had to have a C-section, I panicked. I do not know the name of the male doctor who helped at the time, but he and the nurse were the only comforting people there.
24/05/2024
I transferred to Parkhill, and I am so glad I did. Dr. Bailey met with me for my initial infertility consultation. He was very kind and personable and showed great concern for my previous trauma. I am so happy to have a plan and a new OB-GYN now! :) Thank you, Parkhill and Dr. Bailey!
03/05/2024
I was a little skeptical at first because only one of the 4 women I spoke with smiled or was friendly at all, but Dr. Gorman immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very friendly, thoughtful, informative, and considerate of all my concerns and questions. Later, I spoke with Sarah by phone to confirm the cost of surgery, and she was very friendly, as was the first woman I spoke with. I wish I had written down her name. Sadly, kindness now seems like a bonus. My friend recommended Dr. Gorman because she said he saved her life. So far, I am very pleased with him.
01/08/2025
A friend highly recommended this place. At my first visit, they did not even test my hormone levels. They simply prescribed medication and told me to return in three months. At the follow-up, I waited over an hour in the lobby before being called. They weighed me, sent me back to the lobby, and I waited much longer. A doctor I had never met came in and began telling me how she would solve all my problems. She wanted bloodwork before changing my medication. We did the tests and expected a response within a week. Three weeks have passed, and despite three messages, no one has told me anything. I had to ask my primary care doctor to review the results. He said they had only run basic tests and should have ordered several others. I have been in pain and struggling for months, and this place is nothing like what was recommended. I am very disappointed and must start over looking for someone else to help.

I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis at Mercy Hospital. I was scheduled for a hysterectomy that day, but it was stopped because of the severe endometriosis. My gynecologist was excellent; after assessing me, she referred me to another specialist. While waiting for that referral, I decided to seek a second opinion. This clinic appeared in my search, and I learned that Dr. Scott Beilly had also treated a member of my church and was highly recommended. After meeting Dr. Scott today, I felt relieved knowing I would be well cared for. I had been scared and confused about what to do next, but Dr. Scott took those feelings away. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his team. If I needed another doctor, I would choose him again without hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Scott! My husband and I are very grateful.
29/10/2025
Dr. Seale is highly skilled and took excellent care of my wife. My negative review is entirely about scheduling and wait times. Every appointment starts 30 minutes to an hour late. I understand that emergencies can sometimes cause delays, but this happens every time. My appointment was at 10:15, and it is now 10:50 a.m. Disrespecting customers' time is very rude. If I did this at work, I would lose all my customers. Update: We did not see the doctor until 11:25.
18/09/2025
Dr. Seale is amazing. I previously had some pregnancy problems, and she helped me tremendously.
21/02/2026
This clinic helped me throughout my journey from infertility to a successful delivery. I highly recommend it. Dr. McKinney was my primary physician, and she was very attentive. She and her team always made me feel heard and cared for, even though I frequently asked many questions in person and through the online platform. The other doctors I saw when Dr. McKinney was unavailable were also excellent. One of my close friends is a physician and very selective about medical care, and she also loves Parkhill and chooses it for all her healthcare needs. Do not be discouraged by the average Google rating. If a business does not frequently ask customers for reviews, it tends to receive more negative ones. People are more likely to forget to write a positive review than a negative one; I had intended to write this review for more than a year.
02/05/2026
This clinic diagnoses infertility but does not actually treat it. I waited months for an initial appointment, only to have a brief visit with the doctor and two lab tests before being told I would be referred to a reproductive specialist. I came specifically for infertility treatment options, only to learn I would have to wait several more months for a referral elsewhere. Before waiting this long, make sure you research exactly which conditions they treat.
04/06/2026
I called to ask about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and then saw Dr. Scott Bailey. I have never been so impressed by a clinic or physician. This practice is genuine and trustworthy. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Bailey is exceptional. He addressed all my concerns about HRT, answered every question, and clearly explained what results I could expect and how long they might take. I am happy to say that his predictions have been completely accurate so far. I love this clinic and Dr. Bailey. I feel better than I did before the COVID pandemic. My only regret is not coming here sooner for help and answers. I spent 10 years feeling unwell, exhausted, and more. If you need help with HRT, do not hesitate to come here. For me, the answer was Parkhill Clinic and Dr. Scott Bailey. Even a five-star rating cannot fully express how grateful I am to him.

24/06/2026
My appointment was at 11 a.m., but I did not see the doctor until 1 p.m., and the entire consultation lasted only about 10 minutes. I do not know whether too many patients were scheduled at the same time or the clinic was understaffed, but I hope appointments can be managed more reasonably. I heard another patient raise the same concern with the front desk.
22/10/2020
I have been a patient since 2000. I will not see anyone but Dr. Partridge. She takes the time to ensure you receive the right treatment for your concerns. Love her!
21/05/2021
I saw Dr. Partridge at Parkhill, and she truly took the time to care about what I was going through. Excellent doctor. Thank God for her. She is a blessing!
14/10/2021
Absolutely top-tier gynecological care!! Great facility and staff!
05/11/2021
I love Dr. Partridge. After years without answers, she quickly arranged surgery to diagnose my endometriosis. She was very happy about my pregnancy. Although she was not my doctor during delivery, I will continue seeing her for all appointments during my next pregnancy and for postpartum care.
