I absolutely love Dr. Levine and the entire staff. They are truly wonderful people who are dedicated to their patients.

I had a wonderful experience at Hudson Valley Fertility. After trying for nearly two years, my OB-GYN referred me here. Casey and the entire staff made an already stressful and emotional situation go so smoothly. Casey thoroughly explained every option to my husband and me and never pressured us. We ultimately decided to begin with IUI because it was less invasive. Fortunately, I became pregnant after the first attempt and am due to deliver our baby girl this July. I am very grateful to Casey, Dr. Levine, and the entire care team at HVF!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Levine. I went to him after two failed IVF cycles at RMA. He truly made me feel comfortable, unlike the way I had felt at other facilities. I ultimately had a successful cycle, and my son is due in March. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Hudson Valley Fertility!

I have been with HVF for almost two years. We completed two IVF cycles with them; the first was unsuccessful, and the second succeeded. As the only local clinic in Dutchess County, I was very pleased with my experience. He is the only doctor there, and you get to know most of the care team. Both phlebotomists are wonderful and very kind. Overall, I was happy with my time here and grateful that I will deliver my miracle baby in February.

I cannot express how positive our experience at Hudson Valley Fertility was. Dr. Levine, Casey, and the office staff were highly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to succeed in our journey, and when we finally became pregnant through IUI, it seemed that the entire office was happy for us and celebrated with us. We highly recommend Hudson Valley Fertility and are deeply grateful for their help with our fertility journey.

My husband and I cannot put into words how much love and gratitude we have for Dr. Levine and everyone at Hudson Valley Fertility. We went to them in August after miscarrying our first pregnancy. During a time of profound shock and fear, Dr. Levine immediately showed us care, compassion, and, most importantly, science, medicine, and faith. After several months of fertility assistance and many prayers, I am now three months pregnant with our miracle baby. We are overjoyed and deeply grateful to Dr. Levine and the Hudson Valley Fertility staff.

I just completed my egg retrieval today! The entire experience was amazing—the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff supported me throughout! All five eggs on my basketball team were frozen!

I am disappointed that this clinic wasted so much time during my fertility journey, but initially it was the only clinic accepted by my insurance. They did not analyze or focus on my specific case or show any special concern. Dr. Levine moves from clinic to clinic and does not truly review your case. They did not adjust the treatment timeline based on our medical history, and I was repeatedly called back. Infertility is serious and very time-consuming. Although the clinic staff are friendly, this clinic is focused on money. I would rather drive an extra hour for more personalized treatment, which every couple experiencing infertility deserves.

The HVF staff are amazing! Their care and thoughtfulness are unmatched. Throughout my treatment, they treated me as a person and prioritized communication instead of viewing me as a number, outcome, or patient. The staff formed a close connection with me and showed exceptional dedication. I got along very well with Dr. Levine and trusted him completely. I am deeply grateful to this fertility clinic.

My beautiful baby girl has arrived, and I want to thank everyone at HVF. Trust them and trust the process. Attend every appointment, take every medication, and complete every scheduled step on time. I am so glad I did. Dr. Levine, Liz, Marianne, Shan, Naomi, Alyssa, Victoria, Jovan, Yani, and Jessica—thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience. I sought answers but was made to feel that IVF was the only option. Dr. Levine meets with you briefly and does not listen to your concerns. I called several times for results, then waited days for a return call. If you can go elsewhere, I strongly recommend it. Find a doctor who truly listens to your concerns, rather than focusing on the price as soon as you walk in.

Poor experience. Dr. Levine did not perform a thorough evaluation and immediately recommended IVF. Communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly request results and return calls to move the process forward. I understand that some people must use providers covered by insurance, but if you have a choice, go somewhere that will not treat you like a number.

I called Hudson Valley Fertility today, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed and discouraged. From the moment the phone was answered, the interaction felt more focused on insurance and scheduling than on understanding why I was calling. As I began to explain my situation, the first question I was asked was about my insurance. After being placed on hold, the receptionist returned and seemed primarily focused on booking an appointment rather than answering the questions I had as a prospective patient. This was my first time ever contacting a fertility clinic, and because I understand every office has its own process, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt throughout the conversation. However, I struggled to get my questions answered and was never provided with information about the providers available at the practice. I later learned they only have a male provider, which is not something I personally feel comfortable with and would have been helpful to know upfront. Most importantly, the overall interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and somewhat forced. It left me with the impression that my insurance coverage was of greater interest than my concerns as a potential patient. For individuals and couples trying to conceive, making that first phone call to a fertility clinic can be incredibly overwhelming, emotional, and mentally taxing. A little compassion and patience can go a long way. After this call, I contacted another fertility clinic in the area and had a completely different experience. The staff was welcoming, informative, and made me feel comfortable asking questions all before asking about my insurance. The contrast between the two interactions was striking. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that several people had recommended Hudson Valley Fertility to me and my husband with positive experiences. Because of those recommendations, I was hopeful and excited to reach out. Instead, I left the conversation feeling intimidated, saddened, and discouraged. While I understand that one phone call does not necessarily reflect the quality of medical care provided, first impressions matter especially in a field where patients are often navigating an emotional and vulnerable journey.
