Excellent doctors and staff. I recommend this facility 💯%.

I had a very positive experience at RMA mostly because of my amazing nurse, Brittany. She gave me so much kind support and answered every question and qualm. I looked forward to seeing her and talking with her. My husband liked her too and felt comfortable. I also have to say the front desk staff at the Jersey City location were always warm and nice. The nurses taking blood are pros! Painless experience every time. Though I got pregnant naturally in the end, I will recommend anyone I know who are struggling with their fertility journey to RMA. We learned a lot. Once I was pregnant, I received such reassurance with constant monitoring from RMA for the first 8 weeks. I also know if I ended up needing IVF and IUI, I would have been in excellent hands. Nothing but good things to say!

RMA Jersey City may operate as expected, but the billing department is less responsive. Since we stopped treatment, they have completely stopped responding to my messages. They collected a deposit at the beginning, part of which should have been refunded after the insurance claim. But six months have passed with no progress, help, or communication from RMA.

The staff at RMA are wonderful: knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and empathetic. Thank you to Dr. Jurema, our nurses Cathy and Britney, our phlebotomists, and the front desk staff. Thank you for explaining our treatment in detail, for all your guidance and support throughout the IVF journey, and most importantly, for a successful egg retrieval and embryo transfer. We cannot wait to welcome our little bundle of joy! From Denise and Paul 🫶🏽

Thank you to Dr. McGuire and the staff for giving my wife and me the best Christmas gift this year—she will deliver a baby girl in a few weeks. We are so grateful. Happy holidays and continued success. From Jacqueline and Harry.

I decided not to have my procedure at this facility. The staff were unresponsive, slow to answer calls, and knew very little about insurance. For something this important, such a careless office is an obvious warning sign.

I truly enjoyed my treatment at RMA. It reminded me of a Ford factory: everything was streamlined and orderly, and once in the system, I felt reassured that no detail would be missed. The system always made me feel safe and supported. Even if I forgot something or was unsure of the next step, I knew someone would guide me. I also loved the clinic's atmosphere. Before starting, movies had led me to expect infertility treatment to feel sad or heavy. Instead, RMA felt more like a luxury golf club. Everyone greeted you with a smile, visits had a reassuring rhythm—check in, make coffee, arrive early—and the locations were beautiful. The Basking Ridge clinic especially felt like a country retreat, somewhere you genuinely enjoyed visiting rather than merely undergoing procedures. We also felt part of an incredible team working toward something deeply meaningful: bringing a new life into the world. I was sincerely and unexpectedly moved by how pleasant, caring, and well-run everything was. I am truly grateful to have worked with RMA. The result: my husband and I welcomed a son 🥹, and now we are nearly 6 weeks pregnant. Thank you 🙏

Impossible to reach! They never answer the phone; it always goes to voicemail. Not worth your time! I am extremely disappointed.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am extremely grateful to RMA Jersey City, Dr. Susan Treiser, and Nurse Shelby Kist. They helped me tremendously and enabled me to conceive my first child on my first IVF attempt. Dr. Treiser was very kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. Nurse Shelby was always thoughtful, answered my questions quickly, and gave me confidence throughout the process. The entire team was professional and helpful and made me feel that I was not alone. I highly recommend RMA to anyone seeking hope and compassionate care.

Dr. Druce rejected me and said that at age 42 I could only use donor eggs, even though we had previously created 16 blastocysts and 5 PGT-tested embryos. His assistant Ann was very condescending and arrogant throughout the conversation, making the experience even more frustrating. I began to wonder whether the favorable laboratory data reported for women over 40 may actually be based on cases involving donor eggs.

This review reflects only my personal experience with Dr. Susan L. Treiser, not RMA as a whole. Although her credentials appear impressive, my care with her was deeply distressing and, I believe, contributed to a failed egg retrieval. I was 44, with low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve, and undergoing the fourth of five retrieval cycles. This was my strongest response to stimulation, and because I had only one embryo, retrieving as many eggs as possible was crucial. Problems began before the procedure. Once I was prepared, Dr. Treiser came to my bedside and said I had no escort. I explained that I am single and have no local friends or family to rely on. Previous doctors had allowed me to leave after two hours after signing an against-medical-advice discharge form. Her manner felt confrontational and disingenuous because she seemed focused on criticizing my lack of an escort rather than genuinely concerned about my postoperative safety. She scolded me: “You do not have any friends? No one can pick you up?” She suggested asking a coworker or neighbor, described needing an escort after her own surgery, and ultimately dismissed any alternative, saying, “We have to cancel the cycle.” Being repeatedly and publicly questioned about why I had no escort was humiliating. Suggesting cancellation after I was fully prepared, monitored daily, had taken the medication, and paid was absurd, especially given my age and limited fertility opportunities. I had to justify my ability to manage major medical and life events independently. The experience reflected poor judgment and little empathy for the reality some infertility patients face, making an already difficult process worse. I agreed to pay $200 for medical transportation so the procedure could continue. Dr. Treiser then disappeared for nearly 40 minutes. I had already waited more than an hour in pre-op and began worrying that the optimal retrieval window after the trigger injection had passed. Anesthesiologist Dr. Chopra then came in to ask about transportation: “Are you really going to pay for medical transport?” The question seemed prompted by Dr. Treiser's fixation on the issue and implied that I might lie simply to complete the retrieval, adding needless stress at a vulnerable moment. When I was finally taken into the operating room, Dr. Treiser was not there, and anesthesia began. I awoke in recovery to see “0” on the screen, apparently indicating that all follicles were empty. I had five retrievals at RMA. This was the only failed cycle despite having the strongest response, and the only one involving anxiety and delay before the procedure. Whether the proper intervention was missed, an inappropriate action was taken, or emotional stress caused premature ovulation remains unknown. These are deeply troubling questions for any patient. I ultimately became pregnant at RMA and appreciate the other staff members I encountered. The failed retrieval was so traumatic that I deliberately waited until after my pregnancy ended to write this review. Based on my experience, I would not choose Dr. Treiser again and recommend that other infertility patients seek another physician. I also recommend that RMA ensure multiple doctors are available for retrievals, because Dr. Treiser was the only doctor present and I had no alternative.

Exhausted from not receiving satisfactory answers, I went to RMA. The medical team patiently explained everything, answered my questions, and helped me when I felt discouraged. The doctors, nurses, and other staff were all kind and considerate. Dr. Trieser and my nurses Jacque and Jessica were very helpful throughout my treatment.

Dr. Maslow is an excellent doctor and a pleasure to work with. We had previously visited another clinic but found their care somewhat negligent, so we transferred to RMA, which proved to be an excellent decision. From the beginning, we felt genuinely cared for. The team was highly attentive, the facility was clean and well organized, and we always felt reassured.

Great, ifv gave us what we had always wanted—the chance to have our own baby. Follow-up: no one considered my family history of blood-clotting disorders, which they knew about, or my high platelet count and iron-deficiency anemia, all of which increase the risk of early preeclampsia. Still, I am grateful I was able to carry my pregnancy for 19 weeks.

My experience with RMA Jersey City office has been really exhausting and frustrating. On the day of our appointment with Dr Maslow we were not attended by the doctor but a nurse took our details ordered an extensive bloodwork and genetic screening which was crazy expensive when I had mentioned we just wanted to get basic checks like ultrasound etc done now considering PCOS and our beginning of conception journey. After all this, the clinic billed me for a 60 minute consultation with Dr Maslow when I had not even met the doctor! Now they also asked that I schedule appointment with a third party which would be billed separately for discussing my genetic screening results. I have just been feeling like I made a huge mistake by choosing RMA because I am just being billed constantly but given zero care so far! Feel like they just trying to mint money here. Extremely dissatisfied! Please avoid and go to a different clinic and save your sanity!

After my wife and I had been trying to conceive for a year, we decided to consult RMA in April 2025. We were fortunate to be treated by Dr. Susan L. Treiser, who presented us with various options from the very beginning. After undergoing various tests, reviewing multiple reports, and discussing the budget with us, the doctor recommended trying timed intercourse and intrauterine insemination (IUI). After 3-4 cycles of timed intercourse and IUI, my wife successfully became pregnant four months after our initial consultation. All the staff at RMA, including the doctors, registered nurses, financial advisors, and other team members, were very warm, responsive, and always reachable. We also received attentive care from Nurse Jacky. In May 2026, we welcomed our daughter. Thank you to Dr. Treiser, Nurse Jacky, and the entire RMA team for making our dream come true. If you are also planning to conceive, RMA is definitely worth a visit.

My experience at the Damian Fertility Partners clinic was truly amazing. Dr. Barry Perlman is highly skilled and communicates very smoothly. From the very first visit, the doctors, nurses, and all the staff made me feel comfortable, at ease, and provided meticulous care throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail gave me confidence and hope during this emotionally challenging journey. The team patiently and thoroughly explained every step, answered all my questions, and developed a personalized treatment plan, making me feel valued as a patient, not just a number. The clinic environment is warm, comfortable, well-organized, and filled with a positive atmosphere. I am sincerely grateful for the dedication and encouragement from every member of the Damian Fertility Partners clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking experienced fertility specialists and considerate medical care. Thank you for helping countless families realize their dreams!

I am grateful to Dr. Treiser for helping me overcome a specific physical condition and ultimately become pregnant. Her dedication to both my physical and emotional health is truly commendable and deserves the highest praise. During the difficult past several years, Dr. Treiser has been one of the most supportive people in my life. Throughout the process, Dr. Treiser's expertise in infertility was clear, and her team provided attentive care. What sets her apart is her ability to balance expertise with genuine kindness and empathy. She understood that pregnancy can be a roller coaster and supported me at every step. During several urgent situations, she went out of her way to arrange unscheduled visits to check my condition. These moments made me feel heard, seen, and cared for, which made an enormous difference in my treatment. The Somerset location has expanded significantly since my first visit, and its procedures have become more streamlined. What has not changed is Dr. Treiser's warm, caring nature and her team's compassionate approach. Her empathy, expertise, and personalized care make her an outstanding doctor. I can only imagine her facility will continue to improve and help more families in the future.

The IVF process is not easy, but thanks to Dr. Treiser's excellent work, we will finally welcome our first child at the end of the year. The precision of the process is remarkable, and it was worth it. Dr. Treiser gives excellent recommendations about what you may need based on your circumstances. We could not afford IVF, but I decided to change careers and obtained insurance through my new job that covered much of the total cost. Thank you, Dr. Treiser. We cannot wait to welcome our baby into the world!

Dr. Treiser is wonderful. She is direct and honest, which may not appeal to everyone, but I found it refreshing. After a difficult early pregnancy, she celebrated happily with me and personally called when we received good news. Although I have graduated from RMA, they still appreciate every update I send. Thank you, Dr. Treiser, for helping me achieve my goal of pregnancy and giving me the opportunity to become a mother.
