Dr. Harris found the problems that had caused my infertility for a decade through exploratory surgery. She corrected them. After several cycles without pregnancy following surgery, I decided to take a short break. I became pregnant the next cycle. My daughter just turned 10 months old! We are so grateful to Dr. Harris, and whenever someone mentions problems while TTC, I recommend her.

Dr. Geila Harris is an excellent physician and highly knowledgeable in her field, but communication is severely lacking in some areas. I do not know whether it is someone in her office or something else.
The last I heard, they had found an IVF clinic covered by my insurance. I had been calling and leaving voicemails since late October—not harassing them, just calling every other week. It was now one week before Christmas. I finally reached the nurse, who then told me I would have to see someone else because my insurance did not cover her. My insurance was the one that told me about her. I feel that I wasted time and money. I am 35 and have fertility problems. I do not have time to waste.

Where do I begin? Dr. Harris is absolutely amazing! She is highly knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does! I have been seeing Dr. Harris for about nine months, and she has been extremely patient with me. She always has a bright smile that immediately puts me at ease. She explains everything very thoroughly. Yes, she does speak quickly, lol, but she does not mind repeating herself. Although I am not pregnant yet, we have a great plan, and I am glad to have an excellent doctor by my side! The receptionists are also incredibly sweet and friendly. I love everything these women do! I highly recommend Dr. Harris to everyone TTC. She is also knowledgeable about PCOS :)

Dr. Harris is highly knowledgeable, and it is clear that she loves what she does. She speaks quickly but is very willing to repeat things or answer any additional questions. She will also advocate with your insurance to ensure that services are approved. I feel very well cared for and hope and pray for a good result after surgery.

I gave 1 star only because Google does not allow zero. In 4 years of TTC treatment, I have never been so disappointed in a doctor. Dr. Harris’s office is terrible. As other reviews say, she speaks too quickly and treats you like a number. I later realized she remembers nothing, takes no notes, makes frequent mistakes, and gives my husband and me different information each time. She repeatedly confused our medications, forgot to call prescriptions in so I missed cycles, and did not return calls, messages, or emails. I could describe the awful experience in greater detail, but overall I feel I wasted more precious time and money. This is the first Google review I remember writing. Front-desk employee Evonne also treated us badly. Please improve your staff: be kinder, recognize patients’ vulnerability, document treatment so you remember it, respond at least occasionally, show empathy, and slow down. Dr. Harris and Evonne seem better suited to an emergency room than this sensitive, emotional setting. Postscript: Before writing this, I was told my stimulation medication had shipped yesterday so I could start today, but it was never sent and no one can be reached as the weekend begins. Thank you for wasting more valuable time.

They took my money and will not return it. I have never visited this doctor, but a payment I made through her third-party billing service was sent to her, and she no longer returns my money or emails. If I ever need an IVF doctor, I certainly will not choose her. This feels suspicious.

From our first video call, Dr. Harris was exceptionally thorough, thoughtful, and attentive. At every visit, treatment, and follow-up, she listened carefully and showed genuine care. She patiently answered every question until I fully understood and consistently made me feel reassured. Thanks to Dr. Harris, I became pregnant and am now a mother. I will always be grateful for her attentive care and support throughout this journey.

I waited almost three months for an appointment with Dr. Harris, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist from the very beginning.
I first contacted the clinic around 3 20 and scheduled an appointment for 4 23. Before the appointment, they asked me to complete and fax several forms. They sent me 10 pages, but apparently there should have been a 11 page—a medical records release form—which I never received. Just before the appointment, they called and said it had to be canceled and rescheduled because that form had not been signed. When I explained that I had never received it, the receptionist insisted it had been sent and moved my appointment to 5 21.
I mailed the missing form along with copies of the front and back of my ID and waited another month. Then, on the day of the appointment, just as we were preparing to leave for Knoxville, almost an hour away, they called again to cancel, claiming that they had never received my medical records from my doctors.
I immediately contacted my primary care physician and gynecologist, and both offices confirmed that they had never received any request for medical records from Dr. Harris's office.
From the start, the receptionist I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome from the first time I visited the office in person to schedule the appointment. The door was locked, and when she finally opened it slightly, she was cold and impatient. When I explained that my gynecologist had referred me and that I would be paying out of pocket, she treated me like a burden rather than a patient willing to pay.
To be clear, I do not know Dr. Harris personally and therefore cannot evaluate his medical expertise. My review is based entirely on my terrible experience with the receptionist and clinic administration. After two canceled appointments and months of wasted time, I finally found another physician. That office immediately sent all the paperwork and smoothly scheduled me for 6 2. (Jeffrey A. Keenan, MD, reproductive endocrinologist)
If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Patients deserve professionalism, communication, and respect—especially when paying out of pocket and waiting months for an appointment.

We absolutely love Dr. Harris and are deeply grateful to her and her receptionist/nurse, Yvonne. Dr. Harris was the second fertility doctor we saw. We worked with her for about a year and a half. She was the first doctor to conduct a detailed evaluation of both my husband and me. She listened carefully to our concerns and provided facts and solutions whenever possible. She speaks quickly, but she will repeat her explanations and answer questions—and someone like me who loves asking questions always has plenty!
Dr. Harris was very honest with us. Even when some information was difficult to hear, it was reassuring to know that she was telling us the truth and explaining the practical next steps.
Yvonne will take good care of you. She is also very honest, which we appreciated. She had to make some difficult calls, but she always handled our emotional responses with compassion.
Note: If not for certain events in our lives, my body’s unexpected reaction to some medications, and my not having surgery sooner, we might have conceived much earlier.
We are expecting a baby boy, entirely thanks to Dr. Harris and her team.

This lack of bedside manner did not surprise me much at first, but then I realized she remembers nothing, never takes notes, frequently makes mistakes, and gives my husband and me different information every time we speak. I could describe in greater detail how awful this experience has been and how I feel I wasted more precious time and money, but ultimately, everything was terrible. I cannot remember ever reviewing anything on Google before. This does not even include how badly Evonne at the front desk treated us. A message from a very disappointed patient: please train your staff to be better and kinder, remember the vulnerability of the patients you are treating, document your patients so you remember their treatment plans—obviously—be at least somewhat responsive, try to show empathy, and slow down. Dr. Harris and Evonne seem better suited to an emergency room than to this sensitive and emotional environment. Postscript: Before writing this, I was told that my stimulation medication had been shipped yesterday and that I should begin it today, but she never sent it and is completely unreachable, and now we are heading into the weekend…so thank you for wasting even more precious time.

They took my money and refuse to refund it. I never even saw this doctor, but a bill I paid through the third-party billing service she uses was sent to her, and she has not returned my money or answered my emails. If I ever need an IVF doctor, I certainly will not choose her. This seems questionable to me.
