I highly recommend Dr. Kashani! She is knowledgeable and current on infertility research and also has a special gift for connecting with patients and showing compassion. The emotional roller coaster of infertility is not easy, but an excellent provider and care team make it much easier. The office is exceptionally clean and tidy. Karen and Vivian are so sweet and wonderful to work with. Thank you, Dr. Kashani, for taking such attentive care of me and helping me achieve my dream of becoming a mother.

Dr. Kashani and her team, especially Karen and Vivian, went above and beyond throughout my fertility journey. Dr. Kashani was kind, genuine, and deeply invested in the success of my IVF treatment. She is personable and genuinely caring as well as extremely intelligent. She always gave me her professional advice, even when it was not what I wanted to hear. She did not let my emotions interfere with her professional judgment, which I deeply appreciate. I value her ability to use experience, medical literature, and evidence-based practice to develop the best options for success while still allowing me to make my own decisions; she offered her personal opinion only when I asked. Several close friends of mine are undergoing IVF. Sadly, their experiences have been poor at best. One used an IVF facility with poor or incorrect communication, which can be devastating in IVF, and lost embryos because of a laboratory issue. Nearly 30 couples are currently affected, resulting in a class-action lawsuit. The team Dr. Kashani built would never produce such outcomes. Vivian is extremely sharp and works quickly; nothing gets past her. This makes coordinating laboratories, appointments, documents, and everything else much easier. Karen, the office's primary nurse, is truly a saint. She has many years of IVF experience and always knows what to say in any situation. Fertility treatment has many ups and downs, and she kept me grounded. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Kashani and her office and trust them without hesitation. Their professionalism, communication, and personal attention cannot be overstated. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and will return to Dr. K's office for my next journey when I am ready. IVF is not easy regardless of your provider, but in my experience Dr. K is the best. I would not go through it with anyone else.

Dr. Kashani and her staff were wonderful to work with during my IVF and embryo-adoption transfer process. At every visit, phone call, and other interaction, they treated me with professionalism and warmth, and I always felt valued and cared for. I appreciated how thoroughly Dr. Kashani explained the entire process and patiently answered every question. She approaches each patient's situation thoughtfully, carefully monitoring and adjusting the process to meet the patient's exact needs. Dr. Kashani and her staff are very helpful and responsive. I knew that if I messaged Dr. Kashani or emailed the staff, I would receive an immediate response. She is also one of the few REI physicians who successfully performs natural-cycle transfers. This was important to me because it involved fewer injections while offering a higher implantation rate. I am very glad we chose to work with Dr. Kashani and have already highly recommended her to friends.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kashani and her team highly enough! My husband and I transferred to her practice after two egg retrievals at another clinic. Our first clinic was large, we rarely saw the doctor, and we felt like a number. IVF is already very stressful, and feeling like a number made it worse. I am so glad we moved to Dr. Kashani for our third retrieval and frozen embryo transfer. The office is small, so you get to know Dr. K and her team well. You see her at every appointment, which is very reassuring. She pays close attention to detail, never rushes you, and always makes you feel cared for. Your treatment plan is completely personalized rather than a standard protocol used for everyone, as at our previous clinic. She is always available to answer questions through the messaging app and personally calls with major updates, even on weekends. Thanks to Dr. Kashani and her excellent team, our retrieval with her produced great results, and we are expecting a baby this June. :) Everyone else in the office is wonderful too. Vivian is the best coordinator you could ask for. She is highly responsive and exceptionally organized and truly helps streamline the entire process. Karen is very kind, and I always felt comfortable with her. The embryology team is very talented, and the billing department is thorough and easy to communicate with. If you are considering Dr. Kashani, go for it! We drove from San Diego for every appointment, and it was absolutely worth it. We miss visiting the office and wish we could continue seeing Dr. Kashani for prenatal care. See Dr. Kashani and her team; you will not regret it!

Dr. Bana Kashani and her team are outstanding! Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Kashani. She is exceptionally kind and genuine, and makes every patient feel valued. She truly personalizes the experience, tailoring protocols to your specific needs, and her approach is very thorough. Dr. Kashani is a compassionate and understanding doctor who listens deeply and takes the time to support you. She sincerely wants her patients to succeed and leave with a baby. Dr. Kashani celebrated with us, cried with us, and mourned with us at every step of this journey. She stands beside and advocates for her patients, and her dedication is unmatched. Her staff are also incredible! IVF coordinator Vivian is undoubtedly the most organized, efficient, and kind person I have met. She is extremely attentive, always responds promptly, returns calls quickly, and pays close attention to every detail. I often felt that I must be their only patient to receive this level of care, but I know this is how they treat everyone. Nurse Karen is also a gem. She goes above and beyond to assist Dr. Kashani with cases, providing encouragement, thoughtful follow-up, and unwavering support that made me believe anything was possible. In the past, I dreaded appointments at other fertility clinics because of poor bedside manner and because the staff did not remember me despite my frequent visits. That is absolutely not the case here. Every appointment at Dr. Kashani's office left me feeling hopeful, cared for, and genuinely supported. Dr. Kashani is beautiful inside and out, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking fertility care. With her help, we were blessed with our perfect little boy, the greatest gift to our family. We are now working with Dr. Kashani to help our son become a big brother. I do not usually write reviews, but Dr. Kashani and her staff deserve every bit of praise. My husband and I had several consultations with other doctors, but when we consulted with Dr. Kashani, we knew this was the right place for us! She is kind and knowledgeable, and her staff are wonderful. They communicate exceptionally well; test results were never a mystery, and I received follow-up calls after procedures. I even called after hours several times and received a return call within minutes to address my concerns! Dr. Kashani is as invested in your pregnancy outcome as you are; she genuinely cares and wants the best for you. My appointment waits were always short, and I never felt rushed when asking questions or undergoing any procedure. We had such poor luck with doctors earlier in our fertility journey, so having an excellent doctor and a phone number where we could reach someone knowledgeable was a breath of fresh air! We had one transfer in 2023 that gave us our son and another in 2024, and I am currently pregnant with our daughter. I know many people's views of a fertility clinic depend on how well it “worked” for them, but even if IVF had not worked for us, I would have nothing bad to say. Seriously, if I could have Dr. Kashani, Vivian, and Karen as my doctors for everything, I absolutely would. I would recommend Dr. Kashani a thousand times over—and already have to several friends and family members!

Dr. Kashani changed my life. After about three years of a very confusing infertility journey in which OB-GYNs kept “treating” me with very strong hormonal medications that only made my condition worse, I found Dr. Kashani. She immediately knew to take me off those medications and worked with me so my body would respond to reproductive endocrinology approaches that actually worked. Dr. Kashani knew I wanted to avoid IUI or IVF, so she placed me on medicated timed-intercourse cycles. When my body did not respond correctly to certain medications, she knew exactly what to change. In 2024, for the first time since 2017, I was able to mature a follicle and ovulate with assistance. Medicated timed intercourse is not easy, and my journey was not linear, but Dr. Kashani's warmth, expertise, and energy, along with her staff's professional, attentive, and caring approach, made the entire process better. Our most recent TI cycle was so successful that my husband and I conceived twins. We knew we were taking that risk, but we were overjoyed after years of fearing we would never become pregnant. If you are struggling to conceive and stressed by the unknown, see Dr. Kashani; she is a first-rate fertility specialist. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr. Kashani and her staff for their life-changing care!

Dr. Kashani and her staff are absolutely incredible. We drove an hour and a half each way to see her, and it was 100% worth it. We now have a beautiful baby girl! Our first IVF doctor gave up on us - he couldn't figure out what was wrong after we had a miscarriage and then three consecutive failed transfers. He ran all the usual tests and biopsies and everything came back normal. I spoke to several of Dr. Kashani’s patients before setting up the consultation meeting, and she came highly recommended. After consultation meetings with several doctors, we decided to work with Dr. Kashani, even though she was extremely far away from where we lived. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. After going through what felt like a “factory” clinic where I was just a number in the waiting room, I was blown away by the personal care, concern, and empathy that we received from everyone at Dr. Kashani’s office. Dr. Kashani was incredibly thorough and always took the time to answer questions and talk through options without making me feel rushed (or, worse, like a bystander in my own journey). She went above and beyond the normal range of tests and protocols to give us the best chance possible. Everyone in the office is beyond amazing. I always received prompt responses from Vivian at the front desk, and Karen always took extra care when drawing my blood because she knew I wasn’t great with needles. The embryologist went above and beyond to ensure we had the best quality embryos possible. Everyone was kind and personable. We were starting to lose hope that we’d ever be able to conceive on our own. We can’t thank Dr. Kashani and her staff enough for our miracle baby. I recommend her 1000%.

Dr. Kashani is extraordinary. She provides exceptionally thorough and attentive care. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She truly cared for me during the most difficult period of my life and shared in my pain while remaining very optimistic and supporting me until we achieved our goal. She was a true advocate for me. Because of her, I am holding my two-week-old baby in my arms. Her office and staff are also very organized and kind. No matter how many times I contacted the office each day, they responded promptly to emails and calls and gave me answers. After a devastating experience at another fertility clinic—where I felt like a number, had a failed transfer, and endured five miscarriages—I was nearly ready to give up. My husband found Dr. Kashani after careful research, and she changed my life. From our first call with Vivian, who was kind and knowledgeable, I knew this would be different. Dr. Kashani's smaller practice provides personalized care, and she takes time to answer every question with empathy and expertise. Dr. Kashani carefully reviewed my history and tailored my treatment to my age, 41, recommending a different egg retrieval approach. Her knowledge and innovative thinking helped us obtain a 4AA embryo and achieve a successful transfer after RECEPTIVA testing showed endometriosis, which she treated without surgery. Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Kashani or how remarkable she is. I believe God led me to her clinic because she understood the complex journey ahead. Dr. Kashani is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, personally invested in every patient's journey, genuine, and helpful. She kept her promise to contact me and patiently answered every question. While recovering from my second egg retrieval, I unexpectedly had a stroke affecting my eye. Although the first hospital discharged me for outpatient follow-up, she urged me to go to UC Irvine as soon as possible. Dr. Kashani gave us the reassurance and guidance we needed throughout. Even while I was hospitalized, she texted me every day to check in. I will never forget her genuine care. Although our first transfer succeeded, graduating from her clinic was bittersweet because she is the best doctor we have ever met. Her staff are also wonderful. Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Kesani. As an obstetric nurse, I have worked with many physicians, especially obstetricians and gynecologists. I was deeply impressed by the amount of time Dr. Kesani spent with us at every visit, her extensive knowledge, and her patience in listening to our concerns. She carefully reviewed every laboratory result I brought and every step of my fertility treatment. After a year of unsuccessful attempts to conceive, Dr. Kesani identified my anovulatory cycles and corrected my hormonal imbalance, helping us become pregnant after one month of treatment. We were very satisfied with our care from Dr. Kashani. Of course, we ultimately achieved pregnancy, and our son is now seven and a half months old, healthy and happy, which is wonderful. But before this, we had gone to a larger clinic where three transfers failed. I know statistically our case was not simple, and those failures may have been unavoidable even without Dr. Kashani. What truly felt different was the exceptional care and patience she gave us. She genuinely listened to our concerns and tailored the treatment plan to our specific needs as an anxious couple. After two and a half years of infertility, a friend recommended Dr. Kashani to us. She was the first physician who truly listened to my concerns and took the time to carefully review all my previous test results and symptoms. Many of my symptoms had been overlooked by other doctors for years, and she was also the first to suggest the possibility of endometriosis. Because my endometriosis did not appear on ultrasound, she explained that the only way to confirm the diagnosis was through laparoscopic surgery. As my symptoms worsened, I contacted Dr. Kashani again for guidance. She went above and beyond to help me find an experienced surgeon and even personally consulted one of the specialists she recommended. I underwent surgery three weeks ago, and the findings confirmed that I did indeed have extensive endometriosis. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Kashani and her entire team. She genuinely cares for her patients and always acts in their best interests. From listening and advocating for me to coordinating referrals and supporting me throughout, she made me feel understood and cared for during one of the hardest periods of my life. We were very pleased with our care from Dr. Kashani. Of course, we ultimately became pregnant and now have a healthy, happy 7.5-month-old son. We had previously gone to a larger clinic and had three failed transfers. I know our case was statistically difficult and those failures might have been unavoidable even without Dr. Kashani. What truly made the difference was the extraordinary care and patience she showed us. At every appointment, Dr. Kaushani spent significant time with us, and I was deeply impressed by her extensive knowledge and careful listening. She genuinely cares and wants the best for you. Appointment waits were always short, and I never felt rushed when asking questions or undergoing procedures. Before coming here, we had terrible luck with doctors during our fertility journey, so having such an outstanding doctor and a phone number where we could reach someone knowledgeable was a breath of fresh air. We had a transfer in 2023 that gave us our son and another in 2024; I am currently pregnant with our daughter. I know many people judge a fertility clinic based on whether treatment “worked,” but even if IVF had not worked for us, I would have nothing negative to say. Honestly, if Dr. Kashani, Vivian, and Karen could be all my doctors, I would choose them. I would recommend Dr. Kashani a thousand times over, and I have recommended her to several friends and relatives!

What distinguishes Dr. Kashani is not only her deep medical expertise, although she is unquestionably the most skilled and detail-oriented doctor I have met, but also her genuine care and dedication to every patient. She does not merely say she cares; she shows it in every interaction. To her, you are never just a number at a clinic. You consistently feel her attentive care and wholehearted support as you pursue parenthood. From day one, she provides a VIP-level experience. Her communication is unmatched: clear, timely, and reassuring. Her office staff are also outstanding. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and provide clear, understandable treatment guidance. Dr. Kashani and her team are truly exceptional! After a devastating experience at another fertility clinic—where I felt like a number, had a failed transfer, and experienced five miscarriages—I was close to giving up. After careful research, my husband found Dr. Kashani, and she changed my life. From our first call with Vivian, who was kind and knowledgeable, I knew this would be different. Dr. Kashani’s smaller practice provides personalized treatment, and she takes time to answer every question with empathy and professionalism. Dr. Kashani carefully reviewed my medical history and tailored treatment to my age, 41, recommending a different egg-retrieval approach. With her knowledge and innovative thinking, I successfully produced a 4AA embryo. After a RECEPTIVA test showed endometriosis, she proceeded with transfer without surgery. My rainbow baby is now two months old, all thanks to her! Dr. Kashani was my cheerleader and always called after hours with results, while Vivian and Karen made every visit warm and comfortable. Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Kashani or how remarkable she is. I believe God led me to her clinic because she understood how complex my journey would be. Dr. Kashani is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, personally involved in every patient’s journey, sincere, and helpful. She always followed through when she promised to contact me and patiently answered all my questions. While recovering from my second egg retrieval, I unexpectedly had a stroke in my eye. Even though the first hospital had discharged me for outpatient follow-up, she advised me to go to UC Irvine as soon as possible. Dr. Kashani gave us the comfort and guidance we needed throughout. Even while I was hospitalized, she texted me every day to check on me. I will never forget her genuine care. Although our first transfer was successful, graduating from her clinic was bittersweet because she is the best doctor we have ever met. Her staff are also wonderful! Vivian is organized and easy to reach, which provided great reassurance during a busy journey. She is kind and easy to communicate with, truly one of a kind. Karen is gentle and kind and always knows what to say for comfort. I appreciate all the effort and care that made our journey successful, and I will miss everyone there.
