Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Rosencrantz and his entire staff, including Cindy, Anne, Leahanne, Lauren, Monica, Lorena, Carolina, and everyone else =) My RE referred me to Dr. Rosencrantz after an unfortunate ectopic pregnancy in late 2022. When I first met him, I was still traumatized by the pregnancy loss, but he was very kind and compassionate. I decided to proceed with egg retrieval only because I wanted to see whether I could become pregnant naturally again. I did become pregnant, but it ended in a ruptured ectopic pregnancy. IVF was therefore the only option. I had my first transfer in late April, and I am happy to say that I am now 15 weeks pregnant! I cannot thank Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff enough for all their excellent work helping patients like me achieve their dreams. I will definitely return in the future for baby number two. Choosing RHWC was one of the best decisions I made in my fertility journey. Thank you so much!

Five stars are not enough. After we could not conceive naturally and given my advanced maternal age, my husband and I met with several fertility specialists in Orange County. As soon as we met Dr. Rosencrantz, we looked at each other and said, 'He is our doctor.' We simply knew. We trusted him completely. This can be a challenging process, and I needed to trust the person leading it. He was neither the least nor most expensive, but his humble manner, reputation for success, and clear expertise made us feel we were receiving the best care. He developed a protocol that allowed us to graduate from the clinic this month, and we could not be more grateful. It truly takes a village, and Dr. Rosencrantz has invested in excellent people to support his patients, from billing and patient care to surgical nurses and embryologists. You see many of these people more often than the medical team or close friends. You want people who excel at what they do. I thank everyone, including Lauren, Lorena, Amy, Leahanne, Monica, and Carolina. I especially thank Anne Chun, who played such a positive role in our journey that when we 'graduated,' I joked to my husband that I did not know what I would do without her! Infertility and IVF are challenging experiences, but with this knowledge and support, climbing the mountain becomes less intimidating. Thank you, Dr. Rosencrantz and team, for helping us grow our family!

Infertility is physically and emotionally demanding. I do not even know where to begin. Before finding RHWC, we completed 4 egg-retrieval cycles and averaged only one frozen day-7 embryo. After many consultations and disappointments, I found RHWC through Yelp/Google. My first consultation with Dr. Rosencrantz was grounded, and he was very honest about the likelihood and chances of success. He strongly recommended using an egg donor, but after speaking with my husband, we truly wanted to try once more. Dr. Rosencrantz supported us throughout. He went above and beyond and tried everything. To our surprise, we obtained a higher-quality day-6 embryo. He ensured that every possible test was performed before the embryo transfer. He said I was one of his most difficult patients because I had a false passage. Dr. Rosencrantz is an excellent physician who does outstanding work. After nine years of dreaming and trying, we have our miracle baby. My dream came true when Dr. Rosencrantz and his entire team congratulated me on my pregnancy! I will be forever grateful from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend RHWC, Dr. Rosencrantz, and his excellent staff, especially Lorena, Cindy, and Anne.

I highly recommend Reproductive Health & Wellness! The care, kindness, and attention I received here were extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Rosencrantz is not only highly knowledgeable but also professional, compassionate, and understanding. Nurses Anne, Cindy, and Lorena gave me unwavering support throughout my journey. They listened to my concerns, clearly explained every step, and held my hand through tears and celebrations. Their encouragement meant the world to me. I truly miss our interactions. I am tearing up as I write this, although that may be because I am now 6 months pregnant, thanks to them and everyone at RHWC. The facility is modern and well maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Our experience at the Reproductive Health and Wellness Center was simply amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, the entire team welcomed us with warmth and compassion. Dr. Rosenkrantz is truly an outstanding doctor—his expertise and gentle manner made us feel confident and well cared for throughout our journey. The nursing team—Cindy, Anne, LeeAnne, and Lorena—was exceptional. Their support, patience, and kindness made a significant difference during such an emotional process. They were always there to answer our questions, offer comfort, and celebrate every milestone with us. Thanks to this incredible team, we have now graduated from the clinic and moved on to our obstetrician. I met Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser Irvine in 2017. When he opened his own clinic, we decided to follow him. I knew he was the person who could help us through our difficulties. He gave us hope and explained everything so we could understand every upcoming step. We became pregnant during our first round of IVF. We now have a 10-month-old miracle baby girl. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dr. Rosencrantz and his wonderful team. Thank you, Dr. Rosencrantz, for making our dream come true. If you are looking for an infertility clinic, I highly recommend the Reproductive Health Center—the best.

I had a prior issue with them and Dr.Rosencrantz and his nurses reached out to help me. Dr. Rosencrantz was very heartfelt and went above all to help me and my husband get a baby. He was there every step of the way explaining what can happen and answered all our questions. I really thought I was not able to conceive after 3 miscarriages and after the help of Dr. Rosencrantz and his amazing team, we are blessed with a healthy 3 month old baby girl now. We owe everything to Dr. Rosencrantz and his team. We are able to enjoy our little piece of heaven everyday and am very greatful for Dr. Rosencrantz and the miracles he helps bring about with many families. My husband and I had tried working with several other clinics when a random late-night Google search led me to Reproductive Health and Wellness. The first time I called the office, before discussing any details or logistics, they asked how I was doing. I immediately felt seen and heard. Infertility can feel isolating and lonely, and I knew at once that this was a place I could trust. Dr. Rosencrantz and his team are incredible. They worked with my husband and me, and after 4 IUIs, we finally became pregnant and welcomed a healthy baby boy in February. At every procedure, I felt cared for, heard, and valued. During each one, Dr. Rosencrantz explained the steps we should take and how they would affect the IUI. I always felt fully prepared. When a procedure did not work and I had to call the office to arrange the next one, I was always met with compassion. The clinic understands your body throughout every procedure, but the staff also pay close attention to your emotional well-being and the feelings these appointments, procedures, and decisions can bring. This clinic understands, and they support you!

I found RMA through my own research and our healthcare benefits program. They even told me that Dr. Rosencrantz's clinic was designated a Center of Excellence, which I believe is reflected in favorable statistics and success rates reported to the CDC. Overall, my first consultation felt extremely positive. My husband and I have been trying for a second child for a year and have experienced two MMCs. Dr. Rosencrantz gladly listened to our story and provided an action plan, including testing. We are still completing the preliminary steps, but I am glad I found this fertility clinic. I also appreciate that he did not say we needed IVF immediately, something I often hear about other fertility clinics. He gives an honest opinion. Finally, both the staff and phone service are excellent. When I first called, I obtained an appointment that same week, and the friendly office staff were a refreshing change :)

I chose this fertility clinic because of its many positive online reviews, but my experience has made me question how genuine they are. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Rosenkrantz was extremely disappointing. Compared with other fertility specialists we consulted, his expertise and guidance fell far short of our expectations. We spent considerable time and money without meaningful progress, adding frustration to an already emotional fertility journey. Communication from the front desk was also very poor. From the first day, we rarely felt welcomed, and interactions often seemed cold and dismissive. A few nurses were friendly, but they were the exception rather than the norm. Overall, the clinic felt more like a business than a patient-centered practice. Fertility treatment is sensitive and stressful, and we expected more compassionate, professional care.

My husband and I just graduated from the clinic this week, and we are expecting our little princess, so I had to leave a review! We came to RMA after two years of infertility and several failed IUIs. My husband and I are both young, 25 and 26, and many previous doctors told us to keep trying because we would eventually have a baby, but we always felt something was wrong. We are grateful that RMA took us seriously, and fortunately our first IVF transfer was successful. We appreciated the efficient appointment process, and the doctors and nurses were very attentive. The treatment plan felt completely tailored to our needs and reflected our desire to start a family as soon as possible. Special thanks to nurse Anne for taking such excellent care of us when our transfer took longer than expected. We chose this clinic solely because of its online reviews and were extremely satisfied. If you want a fertility clinic that truly treats you as a person, see Dr. Rosenkrantz at RMA Southern California. As a same-sex couple who had been trying to conceive for over two years, we struggled to find a doctor who was genuinely LGBTQ+ friendly and willing to accept us, but Dr. Rosenkrantz did so without hesitation. The unbiased, nondiscriminatory care he provides is rare. We conceived naturally after only the initial testing, but his encouragement was exactly what we needed to keep going. We also appreciated their patience. Our income is limited and we needed time to pay, but they never pressured us and always let us proceed at our own pace. Dr. Rosenkrantz is kind and compassionate. We are very grateful to have found a doctor who provides high-quality care without prejudice. Thank you!

We just graduated, and we were very pleased with our IVF experience with Dr. Rosencrantz. He was recommended by my fertility acupuncturist, Dr. Patricia Lee, whom I deeply trust. Before choosing Dr. Rosencrantz, I consulted another specialist, but I immediately felt more confident moving forward with him because he explained every step of the process, including his success rates, so clearly and thoroughly. His experience was evident in his explanations, and the data he provided made it reassuring to know exactly what to expect. His treatment plan was very methodical, giving me confidence that the protocol was well established and thoughtfully designed. Before my second egg retrieval, I researched additional supplements that might improve outcomes, especially because the first retrieval often serves partly as a trial cycle. When I contacted him, he quickly advised me on appropriate doses and adjustments. By modifying the stimulation protocol and adding the supplements, we significantly improved my results in the second egg retrieval, which thrilled us. Their anesthesia protocol and Dr. Rosencrantz's surgical skill were also excellent during both retrievals, and I had no postoperative complications. The team responds promptly by phone and email to questions outside appointments. Nurse practitioner Cindy and nurses Anne and Lorraine were all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Special recognition goes to Anne, who spent extra time on the phone calming my anxiety on several occasions. IVF can be emotionally exhausting and overwhelming, and her compassion and support truly made a difference. We will return and recommend this team to anyone considering IVF.

Dr. Rosencrantz and his team are wonderful! We are incredibly grateful that they helped us welcome a healthy, beautiful baby. Throughout IVF, we were treated with exceptional care and respect. We flew and drove from out of state to California for them, and every moment was worthwhile. Whenever we had a question, we posted in the portal and received a reply the same day. Communication was smooth, treatment was excellent, and the entire experience was very positive. Thank you, Dr. Rosencrantz and team, for helping us build our family!

My experience with Dr. Marcus Rosenkrantz and his clinic staff was terrible. Letrozole had worked well before I came here, and I was prepared to continue, but he completely refused. He would not prescribe it, showed no interest in me or my partner, and pushed an extensive list of unnecessary, expensive tests costing hundreds of dollars before he would consider helping. Worse, I was told the appointment would cost $100, but my card was charged $250. I called for a month seeking a refund of the overcharge. No one called back, resolved it, or did anything. Completely unprofessional. This clinic made me feel ignored and treated like a walking wallet. If you value your time, money, and dignity, go elsewhere. A complete scam.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rosencrantz. He gave us all the information needed to make the best decision for us. There was no pressure to proceed to IVF. Even when the likelihood of IVF became low, we did not move forward until we felt comfortable. Not every cycle succeeds, but he did everything possible to reduce risk. He and his staff also have excellent bedside manner. Lorena is especially good at offering encouragement when you need hope. I would say realistic expectations are essential before seeking fertility help anywhere. Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff are not magicians, but they understand the science and how to help you become pregnant. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for us.

Dr. Rosencrantz and his team are wonderful. He presents all information thoroughly without making it overwhelming. He joins you on the journey and, no matter how often you want to leap ahead, keeps your focus on the current step. I have only amazing things to say about Dr. Rosencrantz and his team! I saw him in 2021 and had my beautiful daughter, then returned in 2024 and am currently in my first trimester. He is unquestionably the best doctor I have met. I see him at every visit, and he always takes time to answer my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He is extremely intelligent and will help you achieve your dream family!

I saw Dr. Rosencrantz in 2021 and am leaving this review now because I realized my experience was not simply with a place helping people become parents, but with a business. Testing found nothing wrong with me, and the only male factor was slightly low sperm morphology, which lifestyle changes could address. Despite no serious medical findings, he said IVF was our only option. There was no further investigation, effort to identify a root cause, or additional testing—just the most expensive treatment. He therefore missed a uterine polyp. If I had naively followed his advice and gone directly to IVF, every cycle would have failed because the polyp was never found. I would have been devastated and impoverished while he only became wealthier. I have learned much since continuing without him. In my view, recommending IVF for $15,000 as our only option after finding nothing seriously wrong showed he was motivated by money. Finally, because of him I will never see another male doctor. I asked about a critical factor in female fertility and he told me it was ‘no big deal.’ I now feel no amount of medical school equals the lived experience of being a woman. If you do not have a vagina, do not talk to me about mine.

How do I even begin to thank and appreciate, Dr Rosencrantz and everyone at the clinic,for making our lives so meaningful and wonderful..Dr.Rosencrantz made the whole process of IVF seem so simple and seamless.. every appointment with the doctor, he made sure he gave us enough time and was never in a rush..He always advised us on what is best in every scenario..He had the utmost patience, during any important procedure.. Thanks to him and the team, we got fortunate and are blessed with a boy and a girl,who are now 21 months old already 💙 😀.. I could go on and on and on,but no amount of words is enough ever, to thank Dr Rosencrantz and everyone in the clinic. We are forever grateful 🙏..
