Jody is amazing!!

My experience here was excellent. My provider was Andrea Roberts, APRN. She was very kind and genuinely cared about my concerns. I felt valued because I had never received such good service at other clinics. I also had blood drawn today, and the nurse was wonderful. She was very thoughtful. After waiting two hours, I fell asleep, and when she came to check on me and saw that I was sleeping, she turned off the light. I love this place! Highly recommended!

I called on Thursday as a new patient and was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Scheduling went smoothly, and the doctor was very kind. After an ultrasound, I saw Dr. Maly. He addressed my concerns and offered three treatment options. He recommended the one he believed was best but did not pressure me. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a healthcare facility. I called to schedule as a new patient and was told a nurse would follow up. When Fran called, she collected all my personal information before checking availability, then told me I could not be seen for several weeks or even a month. She admitted she could not view the clinic schedule or make appointments. She was cold and dismissive, and the call left me in tears. I was then transferred back to the front desk and suddenly told an appointment was available the following week. When I explained how upsetting the experience had been, they offered no apology or acknowledgment. I ultimately found another provider who scheduled me for the next day. When I called this clinic to cancel, they answered, tried to transfer me, and then disconnected the call. If this is how they treat new patients, I would never want to receive care from them.

I have never had such a wonderful healthcare experience! Tammy made me feel heard and genuinely cared for. She is highly knowledgeable and spent considerable time discussing my hormone replacement therapy concerns and options, which is rare today. I was seen quickly, and all staff were caring and professional. Thank you!

This clinic holds a special place in my heart. For years, I suffered severe pelvic pain and saw doctors from Tennessee to Nebraska. Each time, Dr. Marley was the only one who found and treated the source. He is kind, listens well, and is highly knowledgeable. I am very grateful to this clinic!

Have been a patient for years. I’ve always had a great, welcoming and warm experience.

Dr. Marley is undoubtedly one of the best physicians I have ever met. He is thorough, compassionate, and knows exactly how to make patients feel comfortable. From the moment he entered the examination room, I felt welcome, heard, and well cared for. He explained everything as he proceeded, worked gently and precisely, and paid close attention to detail, making my visit a very positive experience. It is clear that he is highly experienced in caring for a wide variety of patients and genuinely cares about each one. I sincerely wish he still delivered babies because he would absolutely be my first choice if I became pregnant. Before my appointment with Dr. Marley, I also had an excellent interaction with advanced practice nurse Jackie. She was equally outstanding—she answered all my questions, understood my personal feelings, and made me feel that I had finally found a place where I could receive care with confidence. Every staff member I met treated me with exceptional care and kindness, and I am sincerely grateful for their help.

I just had surgery today. Dr. Marley and his team were amazing! They explained everything clearly and were especially kind and friendly. The procedure was frightening for me, but they reassured me and gave me the best care.

Dr. Marley delivered my child 15 years ago, and I was extremely disappointed with his care. In addition to his cold manner, very brief visits, and attempt to induce labor to suit his schedule, I was shocked that he performed an episiotomy without my consent before I began pushing. Because I had an epidural, I did not feel it, and he neither asked permission nor explained why it was needed. I suspect he routinely did this for his own convenience and profit. I neither needed nor wanted an episiotomy. Recovery took years, and it was the most painful part of the experience. This review is long overdue, but I am furious that he may still be causing unnecessary harm to women. If something feels wrong, it is wrong. You can create any birth plan you want, but be aware that Dr. Marley may override it and leave you with an unusually long recovery because he strongly favors episiotomy for all patients. Be very cautious!

I have not personally been treated by Dr. Maly, but I want to recognize him for helping my best friend overcome decades of severe pain and discomfort related to her menstrual cycle and ovarian cysts. My friend saw several specialists over the years who often dismissed or minimized her symptoms. She underwent several invasive laparoscopic procedures that provided only temporary relief, but I do not believe her previous doctors ever took time to investigate the root cause of her ongoing problems. My friend appropriately met with Dr. Maly as a new patient. During the appointment, he sat with her and asked all the right questions. Most importantly, Dr. Maly wanted to understand what she had endured over the years, what caused such severe pain and discomfort, and how it affected her mental health. My friend not only felt heard, but also validated that her symptoms were not “all in her head,” as other providers had implied. Dr. Maly promptly scheduled an exploratory laparoscopy. Through that procedure, it was discovered that my best friend had been living with pain and discomfort from undiagnosed endometriosis for years. Thank you, Dr. Maly, for taking time to truly listen and properly investigate the cause of her severe and often debilitating pain. Although endometriosis has no cure, my friend finally has answers and trusts Dr. Maly to develop a treatment plan for ongoing management.

I have never felt so dismissed by a doctor. I chose Dr. Maly because of his reviews, so I feel compelled to share my experience. I wanted to discuss bleeding and the possibility of a hysterectomy. He spoke at length about how my total testosterone level of 80 ng/dL would cause cardiovascular problems. He then said that most of the symptom relief I experienced from hormones was merely a placebo effect. He stated that joint pain and difficulty concentrating are not common perimenopause symptoms and that he had not heard patients report them, so he called them “nontraditional symptoms.” He suggested that I not only stop hormone therapy but suppress my hormones to “see what happens,” so we could determine which hormones I “needed,” if any. He said suppression might cause “a few hot flashes,” then turned to my husband and quietly added, “perhaps some mood swings,” before turning back to me and sarcastically saying, “but you know nothing about those.” I should have left, but I stayed because I was somewhat speechless. He ended the appointment by acknowledging that he might not be the right doctor for me, but said it was fine if I wanted to work with him. He spent 80% of the appointment circling around the topic of hormones and asked me perhaps 2–3 questions in total. I barely had an opportunity to speak and left knowing he did not intend to help me, but rather to tell me how to manage my hormones, mainly by eliminating them. If you plan to use hormone replacement therapy (HRT), he may not be the right physician. He is clearly opposed to testosterone and seemed to doubt that my other hormones did anything beyond a placebo effect. We barely discussed the bleeding that brought me there. By the end, I felt dismissed, insulted, ignored, and even deceived.

Lincoln's best specialist and surgeon, in my opinion. His staff are also very kind and respectful. I have never had a doctor personally leave me a message or return my call—it is usually a nurse—but he contacted me himself to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. If you choose Dr. Maly, I am confident you will receive excellent care!
