Responsive and willing to help at every step of the process, whether answering questions or giving clear instructions about next steps. A great team—very friendly and made every visit as easy as possible. 10/10 recommend.

I have been an RSC patient for almost 3 years, and I had to write a review to thank a particular staff member named Kylie. Over the years, she has stood out for her kindness, warmth, and thoroughness. When you meet her, you feel her positive nature and warm spirit. Despite some unpleasant experiences, I continued going to this clinic because they accepted my insurance, the location was convenient, and most importantly, I successfully had a beautiful child. I appreciate Kylie and whoever hired her. Thank you so much for everything you do.

I highly recommend RSC for egg freezing, especially Dr. Eisman and nurse Leslie! They were very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. Their follow-up was thorough, and they were highly capable, making me feel I was in trustworthy hands. If you have any specific physical issues or concerns, they will go out of their way to address them—truly! It is worth consulting with them and asking. Women in your 30s, if you are looking for a team to help you through the intense egg-freezing process, look no further. RSC is 5 stars! Thank you to the team there. (P.S. You may be assigned a doctor other than your primary doctor for the actual procedure because they rotate shifts—they are all excellent!)

Any clinic that uses weight alone as an indicator of potential success should abandon this ridiculous double standard. Being overweight should not mean someone is not allowed to have children; it is deeply upsetting. People would not be so rude if someone were too thin. You may want to find another clinic. I was just told that I could never undergo a retrieval under anesthesia. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and wish I had asked about weight limits before the consultation 😥
09/05/2025
The staff at RSC are unresponsive. We were required to complete a series of tests for intrauterine insemination (IUI), including mandatory genetic testing even though insurance did not cover it. They made it impossible to schedule any testing because the patient care representative could never be reached. For one test I was able to schedule, I was only told the results verbally, and the full report was never released to me.

I had multiple ultrasounds at several RSC locations, and I have to say Kelly is the best. She is exceptionally kind, understanding, and gentle—exactly the type of person you want beside you during an emotional and vulnerable process. Kelly always took the time to explain what she was doing, answered questions carefully, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every appointment. Her compassion and professionalism truly made a difference in my fertility journey, and I am very grateful for her support and expertise. She is a true asset to the clinic.

I truly wanted to leave a more positive review, but unfortunately my experience at the Oakland location was unsettling. The front desk assistant came across as overly authoritative, unpleasant, and unapproachable—qualities unsuited to a patient-facing role. In addition, Dr. Aisman's manner was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. It was completely unnecessary and, honestly, very disappointing after going through this journey with Dr. Aisman. What was especially frustrating and ironic was that although the clinic claims to support families seeking IVF, the presence of an actual child seemed to trigger them. As a result, I missed the irreplaceable moment of hearing my baby's heartbeat for the first time. I encourage the Oakland clinic to ensure its staff create a truly inclusive and supportive environment for all families, whether or not they already have children. Seeing a child should not be treated like seeing your archenemy. All patients see children in the real world. Simply be kind and professional. You are not helping anyone at the clinic by demonizing children. Just saying.

Would you blindly trust a clinic that cannot even handle its billing to manage your remaining most precious, viable eggs? I would think twice...
14/06/2025
Dr. Hariton is excellent, and I have reviewed him separately. Unfortunately, RSC Bay Area is the most difficult medical organization I have ever worked with, and I should note that they are not BBB accredited. Their billing department is virtually nonexistent. They never provided the necessary documentation to my insurance company, so my claim has never been processed, and it has now been 4 months since I completed treatment. My insurance company and I have contacted them more than 50 times, but I have received very few responses and no action. During one round of treatment, paid as a package on one day, I exceeded my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. In addition to the amount I overpaid, I have continued to overpay for other medical services because RSC Bay Area will not submit a single form so the insurer can process this claim and reflect what I actually paid. Sometimes you choose a less expensive provider but end up paying more in the long run. Use this provider at your own risk.

I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Eisman, and she is the kindest doctor I have ever met! She listened carefully to all my concerns and asked every necessary question to help us plan the next steps in our fertility journey. I left the consultation feeling hopeful and well informed! I highly recommend Dr. Eisman!

My husband and I came to the RSC Center at an advanced age, carrying a lot of hope but also many worries. From the very beginning, Dr. Hariton and Ivonne made us feel fully supported. Dr. Hariton is not only an outstanding expert in his field but also incredibly compassionate and creative. He carefully strategized our treatment plan to give us the best possible chance of success while minimizing the number of rounds we would need. We always felt that his recommendations were thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored exactly to our situation. Ivonne was equally wonderful. She stayed in close touch with us throughout the process, checking in regularly and making sure we followed every step of the medication schedule correctly. Her warmth, patience, and attention to detail made the entire journey so much smoother and less stressful. Thanks to their expertise and support, our journey ended in a true success. We are deeply grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and personalized care we received from Dr. Hariton, Ivonne, and the entire team at RSC. They gave us confidence, hope, and exceptional support every step of the way.

I could not find the office, and the lights were dim. I was nervous coming here. This was not a good start.
23/10/2025
My first IUI at this clinic miraculously worked, and I became pregnant. Dr. Harrington and his nurse Jazmine went above and beyond to help my husband and me conceive. I was very skeptical because I had visited other facilities that seemed interested only in taking your money rather than helping you become pregnant. Everything here was well organized and explained thoroughly, every question was answered, and the nurses had excellent attitudes throughout the process. Based on what several staff members told me and my own experience, Dr. Harrington makes a point of contacting you to ensure everything is going well. I am very grateful to Dr. Harrington and the nurse who performed my IUI; I was very pleased with both of them.

Everyone in the office was very helpful and kind, and I felt well cared for!

I am extremely pleased with how smoothly my IVF journey went under Dr. Hinckley's care! He consistently created a relaxed environment where I could ask questions freely and ensured I fully understood every step of treatment. He personally called with every important update, providing clarity and reassurance at the most critical moments. His expertise was evident, and the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, I always trusted him. I highly recommend Dr. Hinckley to anyone considering fertility treatment.
15/01/2026
I initially had a consultation with Dr. Harrington and, honestly, he seemed nice, relaxed, and easy to talk to. There were no issues with that consultation. Afterward, however, my experience with RSC quickly deteriorated. The biggest problem was communication with the case management team. Their patient portal feels very outdated, and they state from the outset that responses may take 72 business hours. Even with that low standard, replies took longer. Calling did not help. The case manager's phone always went straight to voicemail, and messages went unanswered for days. Nearly a month after my first consultation, I still did not know the next steps, and my case manager had not ordered any laboratory tests. For a month, I repeatedly tried to reach my case manager through unanswered calls, unreturned voicemails, and portal messages about questions raised by the care team, with no response. Given the time-sensitive nature of fertility treatment, this was very unsettling and made me hesitant to begin a cycle with this team. Dr. Harrington has many five-star reviews online, but my experience so far with RSC and its care team feels closer to one star. My main takeaway is to consult several clinics and not focus only on the doctor. Pay close attention to the doctor's support team and how they communicate. Responsiveness and communication are crucial because 90% of your contact will be with the case manager and support team, not the doctor. Also, just because past reviews show that certain approaches worked for others does not mean the team still maintains the same standard today. At large fertility centers, patients can sometimes feel like a number. Even so, I expect basic responsiveness, prompt replies to messages and calls, and access to a care team that can arrange necessary laboratory testing when needed.

I was conceived through this clinic using an in-house egg donor. When I developed serious health problems, my mother called RSC to ask whether these conditions appeared in the family history. RSC refused to help, claiming they did not keep records. Unfortunately, U.S. egg donor clinics are not required to retain records. It turned out that some of my health issues were documented in the family history, but we did not know this at the time of donation, so it was not included in the records my parents received. Remember that donor records are only a snapshot of a young, healthy person whose health can and often does change. I could not obtain this information from RSC. They made no effort to help us or obtain updates from the donor. This endangered my life, and they did not care. This could happen to your family too. Please do not use anonymous donors. Protect your child by ensuring access to accurate, current medical information. Most clinics will not proactively share health updates, even when a donor contacts them offering assistance. U.S. clinics are not required to verify donor medical information or retain records, so you must do this work for your family: choose an identity-release donor, ideally disclosed from birth, or a known donor under a legal contract. Then, if your child becomes ill and RSC refuses to help, you can still protect your child's health. Their doctors are highly skilled, at least in our family's experience, but their ethics and treatment of donor-conceived people are poor. Your donor-conceived child deserves access to their own genetic information as an adult.

My experience with Reproductive Science Center (RSC) was very disappointing, particularly regarding billing transparency and the finance team. My doctor, Dr. Eduardo Hariton, ordered genetic carrier screening through an outside laboratory, Natera. Before testing, I never received a clear cost estimate or meaningful financial counseling. I later received an unexpected bill for several hundred dollars. When I raised the issue with RSC's finance team, including Stephanie Sanchez, their response merely repeated vague, generic language from an earlier communication and told me to deal directly with the laboratory. They took no meaningful responsibility and made no effort to help resolve the issue. Simply telling patients that a third party will bill them is not the same as ensuring they understand the possible financial consequences. There was no verbal discussion, no cost estimate, and no confirmation that I accepted this financial risk. Patients rely on their medical team for both clinical and financial guidance, especially before potentially expensive tests. RSC did not provide that guidance. If you are considering RSC, ask detailed questions about the cost of every test or treatment. Do not assume anything is “routine” or covered by insurance. Overall, Dr. Eduardo Hariton's clinical care may be good, but the lack of financial transparency and support was deeply frustrating.

If you are considering Dr. Harrity and his team, now may not be the best time. I am currently receiving treatment from them. Although I experienced communication delays similar to another patient early on, I continued. The protocol and quality seem reasonable, but he did not offer me more options or ask what my actual goals were. The main issue has been the quality of communication over several months of treatment. The case manager and team seem to work hard, but they are extremely busy. After four months, I have had only two live calls with him, and I requested the second one. I am starting my second cycle in two days and received two different prescriptions with no instructions about what comes next. ChatGPT has been helping me make sense of it, which is far from ideal. I heard he is taking calls from new patients today, which is disappointing because he already seems overwhelmed. I can imagine the experience could be very positive at another time. If you are considering RSC or another center, ask in detail how and when they will discuss your care plan with you, and whether that approach meets your needs.

RSC gave us the gift that nature and Kaiser could not provide—a beautiful baby boy! The entire process went smoothly, and all our questions were answered. When we left to try another fertility clinic and encountered obstacles there, we called RSC, and they still answered all our questions. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and for giving us our baby, RSC!

Throughout the long and tedious process, I felt very safe and heard. I had many appointments, checkups, and blood draws. Anyone who came with me was always welcomed with open arms. I began my journey near the end of the COVID pandemic, so during the first half of my visits, I would not have known who anyone was without name tags. Everyone introduced themselves and explained why they were there and what would happen next. I only spoke with my case manager by phone. She was the kindest, most straightforward woman and the best person for any conversation you need to have. My egg retrieval was the most frightening and vulnerable appointment, but I never felt left alone with the stress. My anesthesiologist was hilarious during the 4 seconds we spoke before I went under. The next thing I knew, I had orange juice and the doctor returned to tell me how things had gone. I have never met people more patient, understanding, and calm. They are simply there to help you do what your heart is telling you to do.

Both of my daughters were conceived through RSC San Ramon in 2019 and 2023. Dr. Rosenbluth and the entire San Ramon team are incredible people. I felt safe and heard before, during, and even after treatment. We will always be grateful to them!
21/04/2025
We are extremely grateful that we found RSC and Dr. Hinckley during a very sensitive time in our infertility journey. Dr. Hinckley and her team’s compassionate and professional approach guided us to our family of four. Every stage of this complex process was clearly defined and successfully managed.
21/05/2025
I am not sure whether the five-star reviews above are genuine. Perhaps the technology and success rates are very high. The communication was extremely poor. We emailed and called the case manager every day and received no response. We planned to begin a cycle, but no one explained how or where to start. The patient portal is outdated and difficult to use. As new patients, we spent more than a month trying to communicate with the clinic, but the case manager did not respond. The process was so slow that we missed two cycle opportunities. We are very disappointed with the service and communication.

Nurse Jasmine handled the blood draw improperly, causing blood to spray onto my arm, her hand, the chair, and the floor. It was painful and distressing. I was very frightened because this had never happened to me before. It caused me considerable stress. Aside from that, everyone was kind, very friendly, and professional.
10/05/2025
Our experience with this clinic was very disappointing, especially with its billing department. Although our initial appointment with the doctor went well and felt promising, billing quickly became a nightmare. A billing mix-up resulted in a bill 8 times higher than a first appointment at other clinics. After we requested a correction, the revised bill was even higher because they added fees we had already paid. Communication with the billing team was extremely frustrating. They rarely responded, did not return calls as promised, and gave my husband and me conflicting information. More than three weeks have passed without a resolution or accountability. Unfortunately, we have lost trust despite initially feeling very positive about RSC. Based on this indifferent and unprofessional handling of a simple issue, we strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

A nightmare. Terrible experience—I would not recommend it to anyone. Read the other negative reviews and take them seriously. You will waste tremendous time and money here and feel like you are losing your mind. They do not care about you or your family-planning goals. They only want to bring in large numbers of patients and charge enormous fees without results. Communication is terrible—they do not explain the process well or respond properly to your questions or concerns, and they rush you through appointments and procedures...the entire experience feels insulting and inhumane. They rely on poor technology and online modules, and the intrauterine insemination/in vitro fertilization (iui/ifv) process is already stressful...everything about RSC makes it even worse. There is truly nothing positive to say. Billing is another nightmare. They supposedly have a billing team, but bills and insurance are not coordinated well. They are no help at all; it is a joke. If you are going through infertility, choose another clinic—do not go here. You should be treated like a human being, not rushed through appointments and left confused and frustrated throughout the process. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
21/06/2025
If you are seeking third-party reproductive services—especially as a single father—I do not recommend this clinic. Although they may be excellent at conventional IVF cycles and have high success rates, their communication, transparency, and coordination for third-party reproduction are severely lacking. I want to share this because it is an exceptionally complex and demanding journey for a single parent. Here is what I experienced firsthand: 1. Misinformation and wasted time At my first consultation, I was told to begin looking for a frozen egg donor “as soon as possible.” I spent four months researching and finally found matching eggs—only to be told that the clinic did not accept that egg bank. They then sent me a list of four approved egg banks that I should have received from the beginning. This wasted months of unnecessary searching and time. 2. Poor guidance on sequencing could ruin your match I was told to look for an egg donor from day one. In reality, the best time to begin looking was after receiving my own genetic screening results two months later. If I had found a perfect donor earlier and later discovered genetic incompatibility, all the work, emotional investment, and reservation fee could have been wasted. If incompatibility is discovered after reserving, you may lose both the donor and your deposit. 3. Delayed communication nearly cost me a new donor I switched to a new donor because they did not accept my frozen egg bank. The clinic uses a third-party coordinator whom you can contact only through its platform. They say to “expect a response within 24-48 hours.” After I found a donor, my agency contacted the clinic multiple times over five weeks for the preliminary matching review, including one strongly worded follow-up email, but received no response. I also sent two messages through the patient platform—again with no reply. We finally heard from the third-party coordinator only after I personally called my case manager. By then, I had nearly lost the donor and reservation fee. Such unresponsive communication is unacceptable in any medical process, especially one as time-sensitive as egg donor coordination. I am also concerned about how they would operate once the donor cycle began. 4. Unnecessary and overly conservative screening I was required to undergo psychological counseling, but it was not a mental health evaluation—just a simple conversation about becoming a parent. My egg donor—who was already a qualified donor—was also required to repeat psychological screening previously completed through my agency. These repeated steps not only felt unnecessary but significantly delayed the process. The clinic seemed to be duplicating work that the agency should handle. 5. Vague and excessive screening timeline The clinic told me the donor prescreening process could take 2-3 months, even though the required steps seemed to consist only of standard blood tests. This unclear process added to the overall confusion and inefficiency. 6. Unclear and unreliable financial coordination Many other reviews mention problems with the billing department, and I had a similar experience. I was repeatedly told that a financial counselor would contact me to discuss costs and next steps. Over more than 6 months, I received only one call. When I decided to leave the clinic after 6 months, all I had accomplished was freezing sperm—no donor match, no egg retrieval, no plan, and no transparency about future costs.

I was a patient of Dr. Harrington, and this was the worst service experience I have ever had. I completed all the lab tests and waited for someone to contact me about the next step, but no one did. I called the center several times and left portal messages for the case manager and Dr. Harrington. A week later, the case manager finally replied with a simple “sorry” and uploaded the lab results she should have uploaded two weeks earlier. We decided not to continue working with Dr. Harrington and his case manager. I have never seen such poor patient/customer care anywhere else.

Dear RSC staff: I would like to express my deepest gratitude to every member of the team for the attentive care, kindness, and support I received throughout my IVF journey. From my first appointment, every member of your team treated me with compassion, respect, and genuine empathy. IVF is emotional and often overwhelming, but your thoughtful guidance, professionalism, and encouragement made a profound difference in my life. Whether it was a reassuring word, a gentle touch, or a shared smile on a difficult day, your support was invaluable. You provided not only expert medical care, but also the emotional strength I needed to keep going. I always felt I was in the most capable and caring hands. No matter where this journey leads, I will always remember your dedication and warmth with gratitude. Thank you for standing by me and treating me with such care and compassion. Special thanks to Dr. Sara Reid*, Dr. Harris, Dr. Agarwal, Suzanne Yahiro Leibowitz, PA-C, nurses Yvonne and Ime, Ashly*, Vershon, Jasmine, Helen, and Frankie.

After a year of TTC (trying to conceive), including six months with our local OB-GYN, we finally had our second child. We began to feel that the doctor was not paying enough attention to our case, and we were discouraged by the lack of positive treatment results. We were then referred to the Reproductive Science Center (RSC). My only regret is not going sooner! At our first consultation, Dr. Rosenbluth was very encouraging and proactive, developing a treatment plan that gave us confidence. Dr. Rosenbluth is patient, kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. Based on our experience with our local OB-GYN, I expected IUI to be pushed, but Dr. Rosenbluth instead recommended continuing with a more conservative approach and increased monitoring. This immediately earned our trust in RSC because we knew they were not promoting options simply for money, which is a valid concern in fertility care. Although infertility is emotionally difficult, RSC makes sure you are fully informed throughout the process. Our case manager, Karina, was compassionate and excellent at her job. Communication was always clear and timely, making the entire process easier. She even cried with me the day she shared our pregnancy news, which shows how kind these people are. The office staff were warm and friendly, completing the experience. We are so grateful to RSC for restoring hope during our TTC journey and ultimately giving us the greatest gift!

I wanted to wait until my baby was born before sharing my experience because I did not want to jinx anything. My daughter was born and is now a healthy 2-month-old. I received care from several doctors at this clinic, but my primary doctor was Dr. Agarwal. They were all wonderful. I began IVF treatment in May 2024. My daughter was due in July 2025. I highly recommend them and will return here when I have my next child. Thank you, RSC team!

My husband and I are very grateful to the RSC team for making our IVF journey seamless. If I could rate RSC higher than five stars, I would. My doctor, Dr. Agrawal, is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. His entire team and our case manager, Sunny, consistently went above and beyond to communicate all blood test findings and results. During my pregnancy, Sunny also answered all my pregnancy-related questions. Dr. Agarwal and his team made our family complete.

Ellissa was absolutely wonderful. When I called, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to go over everything with me, double checked my information, and made sure I wouldn’t miss out on any benefits. You can tell she really cares about helping people, and it made the whole experience so much easier.

Because I moved, I visited three different IVF organizations, and my best experience was with Dr. Agrawal at Reproductive Science Center (RSC). He has excellent medical ethics and listens carefully! Procedures were gentle, meticulous, and unhurried. The clinic responded promptly to requests and questions, and all information and billing were well organized. The egg retrieval process was also calm and comfortable. Every clinic and doctor takes a different approach to each patient's treatment. Overall, the quality of care here was first-rate. Good luck!

I am writing this review at 36 weeks pregnant, deeply grateful for everything RSC has done for our family. We struggled for years with unexplained infertility before conceiving our first child, so we knew we needed expert help to avoid the same emotional and physical ordeal with a second pregnancy. After several IUI attempts at another clinic, we transferred to RSC. Under Dr. Eisman's care, everything changed. We quickly completed the necessary tests and received a clear treatment plan. For the first time, we felt genuinely supported rather than alone. Communication was seamless and the process efficient and organized. We started in January, and by May I was pregnant with our only healthy embryo. We are now close to our goal and will always be grateful to Dr. Eisman and everyone at RSC.

Reproductive Science Center in San Ramon completely mishandled my billing and has refused to correct the error. I have been calling since October with almost no response, while they are trying to hold me responsible for an incorrect charge. Because of this disputed bill, they will not allow me to schedule an appointment with my doctor. I am 42, and this delay has seriously affected my fertility and life plans. No patient should be denied medical care because of an unresolved administrative error. RSC management: Please contact me immediately to resolve this issue.

Hello, my name is Nau Para. I had a wonderful experience at RSC, and Dr. Agrawal is highly skilled. He communicates exceptionally well and always listens carefully to patients' needs! He is gentle and thorough and never rushes. The clinic staff are also responsive, and all information is well organized. My wife and I are very grateful to the entire team for their excellent work. This was my best experience at RSC. Thank you for all your hard work. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you, everyone!

I had my initial consultation last week but still have not received an email or phone call about the next steps. Based on other reviews, communication appears to be an issue. Natalie Prothero: Thanks to Dr. Agarwal and the RSC team, I am now 15 weeks pregnant with our second IVF baby. Dr. Agarwal is knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful throughout the process, and we have always appreciated his honesty and guidance. Our case manager, Emily, is very kind and attentive to every detail. She responds quickly, and she and Dr. Agarwal made us feel reassured and supported at every step. We have now had two successful frozen embryo transfers and are deeply grateful to Dr. Agarwal, Dr. Weckstein, and the entire RSC team. We feel fortunate to have been in their care and highly recommend RSC to anyone on a similar journey.

The case manager's phone always went straight to voicemail, and even after leaving a message, I would hear nothing for days. It has been nearly a month since my initial consultation, and I still do not know what to do next. My case manager has not ordered any laboratory tests. In fact, for a month I repeatedly tried to contact my case manager by calling a phone that was never answered, leaving messages that were never returned, and sending portal messages with questions for the care team, all without a response. Given the time-sensitive nature of fertility treatment, this made me very uneasy and hesitant to begin a treatment cycle with this team. Dr. Harrington has only five-star reviews online, but based on my experience so far with RSC and its care team, it feels more like a one-star experience. My main takeaway is to consult several clinics and not focus only on the physician. Pay close attention to the doctor's support team and how they communicate. Responsiveness and communication are essential in this process because 90% of your communication will be with the case manager and support team, not the physician. Also, just because previous reviews show that certain approaches worked for others does not mean the team is maintaining the same standard now. The reality is that patients at large fertility centers can sometimes feel like a number. Even so, I still expect basic responsiveness, timely replies to messages and calls, and access when needed to a care team that can order necessary laboratory tests.

The RSC San Ramon team is wonderful, and we are deeply grateful to them. Special thanks to Kylie and Ricarda for supporting us throughout treatment, and to all the clinic's doctors. No matter whom we saw, we knew we would receive excellent care. Thank you for looking after us.

Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area (RSC) conceived me using an in-house egg donor. As a teenager, I developed serious health problems, and my mother called RSC to ask whether there was a similar family history. RSC refused to help, claiming they did not keep records that long; unfortunately, U.S. egg-donor clinics may retain records for only eight years. Some of my health problems did have a family history unknown at the time of donation, so it was absent from the records my parents received. Remember that donor records are only a snapshot of a young, healthy person whose health can and often does change. RSC gave me no way to learn this, took no action to help us, and did not seek updated information from the donor. This endangered my life, and they did not care. This could happen to your family. Do not use an anonymous egg donor. Protect your child by ensuring access to accurate, current medical information. Most clinics do not proactively provide health updates, even when donors contact them to help. U.S. clinics are not required to verify donor medical information or retain records, so you must protect your family yourself: choose an identity-release donor, ideally disclosed from birth, or a known donor under a legal agreement. Then, if your child becomes ill and RSC refuses to help, you can still protect the child's health. Their doctors are skilled, at least in our family's experience, but their ethics and treatment of donor-conceived people are deeply concerning. Donor-conceived children deserve access to their own genetic information as adults.

They repeatedly make mistakes: prescriptions are sent late or to the wrong address, process changes are not communicated unless we contact them, and medical records are not sent to the anesthesiologist before surgery. It feels like the clinic is run by ten-year-olds. My apologies to ten-year-olds.

After a long fertility journey, I can finally share with immense gratitude that we have our baby, thanks to this exceptional fertility clinic in San Ramon. Dr. Hinckley was my primary doctor throughout. She is highly knowledgeable and always patiently explained every step and answered all my questions. I truly could not have asked for a better doctor. She made this emotional and sometimes stressful journey much easier and gave me tremendous peace of mind. I also want to emphasize how exceptional every doctor and staff member involved in the process was. From consultations to IVF procedures, the entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel how invested they are in their patients' success. The clinic itself is organized, efficient, and responsive, which is essential during fertility treatment. Thanks to their expertise and attentive care, we now have our baby, and I will always be grateful. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate fertility clinic.

The team at San Ramon Regional Medical Center (RSC San Ramon) was truly amazing, and we are incredibly grateful for the attentive care and support they provided us. From the very beginning, we felt reassured knowing we were in such professional and compassionate hands. I especially want to thank Dr. Mary Hinckley. She is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care made me feel like more than just a patient. During this very difficult time, she was both practical and knowledgeable, while also offering tremendous emotional support. I feel truly fortunate to have been under her care. I also want to thank Shanda and all the other staff members for their patience, help, and understanding. Their kindness and care meant more to us than they will ever know during such a challenging and emotional period. We could not have asked for better medical care. Thank you, Dr. Hinckley, and the entire team at San Ramon Regional Medical Center (RSC San Ramon), for everything you did. God bless you all.

After two unsuccessful fertility treatments, I decided to visit North Bay Fertility Acupuncture on a friend's recommendation. The appointments never felt rushed, and every concern was taken seriously. Within a few months, my cycle became more predictable, and I felt much calmer emotionally. I would gladly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Laura Eisman is an incredible physician to have beside you during a turbulent time in your life and the lives of your partner and family. RSC was highly recommended by another LGBT family close to my wife and me. We chose Dr. Eisman because reviews from previous patients convinced me that she was committed to understanding each patient's individual goals and circumstances and jointly developing a highly personalized treatment plan. If anything, that is an understatement. I have a high BMI and had encountered BMI limits at other fertility clinics, although all my laboratory results and vital signs have always been normal, if not above average, and I have no chronic conditions that would put me at higher risk during pregnancy. My only infertility factor is that my wife lacks a Y chromosome. Dr. Eisman gave me balanced, kind education about the pregnancy risks associated with a high BMI without ever shaming or patronizing me. She and the RSC team were also fully inclusive of my wife, and their educational materials were not heteronormative like those at many clinics. Dr. Eisman agreed with my wife and me that an unmedicated natural IUI cycle was best. Some fertility doctors seem interested only in “padding their statistics,” regardless of a patient's health or fertility status. Dr. Eisman listened to our goals and considered my overall health without bias about my weight. We became pregnant on the first cycle and are now “graduating” to our regular OB-GYN. In a few years, when we are ready for a second child, there will be only one choice for our fertility doctor: Dr. Eisman.
