I finally became pregnant after 4 IUIs. However, Zana in billing is a poor communicator. Honestly, the office has been the same since I was released to my OB. In October, after my first intrauterine insemination (IUI) claim was finally processed, I told her the insurer required additional documentation of medical necessity or proof that I was considered "infertile." During my consultation, I had also told the office that when they checked my fertility-treatment coverage, the insurer said prior authorization documents were required. After the first claim, she should have remembered and sent them. Instead, they resubmitted the first IUI claim twice and continued submitting the other three without the documents the insurer required. Whenever I called about the denied claims and what the insurer needed, I was sent to Zana. Zana sent me a statement showing an IUI coinsurance amount, but it was unclear where that amount came from because every claim had been denied. Zana eventually tired of me and my screenshots and gave me the billing department's number; they were confused too. They said they now had to review every item on the account. It is frustrating to deal with this months later when I had monitored my claims from the start because I did not want a surprise bill. They also told me they could not send the semen analysis results to insurance because it was not covered—but my insurance does cover part of it, and I asked them to submit it. I am still fighting that issue. I do not know what will happen financially, but this means you need to verify everything and save all communications. It is exhausting. I am also still waiting for 4 refunds that are being held because their system shows a balance due to this mess. What a wonderful experience when you should be enjoying every second of finally being pregnant. I have now sent screenshots from BCBS stating that this is a covered benefit requiring prior authorization, but she still thinks it is not covered for me. Also, each of the four IUIs has been submitted 3-5 times, each with a different denial remark code. Everything is a mess. I deleted this review hoping the issue would be fixed. It was not. I am still fighting, so I am posting again. At this point, I recommend OU. I think I would at least trust its billing process more.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Khan and the entire OKC fertility clinic. I feel fortunate to have found such a compassionate, kind, informative, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable team. From Jasmine at the front desk, to Lois, who always checks on you and provides a comfortable place to land, to Dr. Khan, who spends as much time as needed answering every question without making you feel rushed. Her explanations are thorough, and she ensures that you understand every step of the process. Dr. Khan clearly cares deeply about both her work and her patients' success. We are still praying for our miracle, but I would not want to go through this with any other team. The best of the best.

This is not a reflection on Dr. Khan, but everyone else at the clinic is a joke. There is no good management. They do not give you enough information up front. The finance department is terrible. If you want a good experience, go to OU downtown.

I cannot say enough good things about OKC Fertility and its incredible team. Dr. Khan is absolutely amazing—down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and willing to take the time to explain what is happening in your body. I never felt like just another patient. She was always happy to answer questions, offer support, and make sure I understood every step of the process. The rest of the team is equally outstanding. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely caring—they feel like family now. I have been coming here for about a year and have seen the practice grow firsthand. There was some staff turnover early on, and some employees were not the best fit, but I have watched the clinic overcome those growing pains and become stronger. They have truly made progress, and I feel confident in the care they provide. If you are on a fertility journey, there is no better place to be. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me.

I have been coming to Oklahoma City Fertility since October 2024. The staff is wonderful, and the service is prompt. I had a flat tire and worried I would miss my appointment, but they had no problem accommodating me. My favorite nurse is Louise; she respects and cares for her patients :) Every staff member who has cared for me has been wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is terrible. My friend had a successful IUI, but the office now refuses to process her insurance and demands that she pay out of pocket. This has caused unnecessary distress during her pregnancy and put the baby at risk. How dare you. The stress caused her to develop hives. The office refuses to discuss her bill with her further but expects her to pay out of pocket? Zana, how do you expect her to pay if you will not speak with her? Her insurer told the office that the claim was submitted incorrectly, but they refuse to acknowledge or correct it. You should be ashamed and find new careers.

I do not recommend Oklahoma City Fertility. Over 6 months, they mishandled the $80 payments I made. When I called to make the final payment, I was told I still owed $494. They falsely claimed that in 2024/4 I was charged $250 for drug testing and an office visit, even though I had not been in the building since 2023/10. The office manager still has not called me back to explain. She was very hostile and curt and did not understand my frustration at all, which is astonishing when patients spend hundreds or thousands of dollars in a short time for the services you provide. I am glad I did not begin IVF with them. Make sure you obtain and keep your receipts.

After two early miscarriages, I began treatment with Dr. Khan in March 2024. We discussed the plan, and I felt comfortable with it. She always made sure I was heard, and visits never felt rushed. I became pregnant in July 2024, and Dr. Khan confirmed the pregnancy by ultrasound in August 2024. I am very grateful to this clinic!

It truly saddens me to see other people's negative reviews. Communication at this clinic has been excellent, and the financial department worked hard to help me develop a budget and estimate costs. Dr. Khan is direct. At first, I was unsure whether I liked that style, but now I appreciate it. Her straightforward manner has been very supportive, and I can tell she wants these treatments to succeed as much as I do. I began seeing Dr. Khan after a miscarriage in July and will start IUI this cycle. Overall, my experience at OKC Fertility has been very positive, and your support has made the highly stressful process of fertility treatment much easier.

About eight years ago, I did what I thought was a simple community service: donating sperm. Easy money, a quick process, and no strings attached. Fast-forward to yesterday, when I received a Facebook message from someone claiming to be my son. I thought, "Great, perhaps my donation truly helped someone." But then he said he was 42. I am 35. I told him, "Dude, unless that clinic has a DeLorean with a flux capacitor, I am definitely not your father." But he was certain. He even sent a photo and looked old enough to be my father. Long story short, I spent an hour trying to explain basic math and biology to someone who is probably in a higher tax bracket than I am. Meanwhile, the clinic's customer service refused to respond to my email asking how its "no-contact policy" had turned into a middle-aged man calling me "Dad" and asking for fantasy football advice. Overall, 1 star. I do not recommend donating unless you are emotionally prepared for random calls from people older than you claiming an inheritance.

I waited more than a year to post this review, not because I believe pregnancy is the only measure of a fertility-clinic experience, but because I wanted to leave a thoughtful, comprehensive review in contrast to many reviews from people with very limited experience at this clinic. I first met Dr. Khan in summer 2024 when she performed fertility testing while I was under another doctor's care. When I realized I needed fertility medication to grow our family, I returned as her patient. Dr. Khan is thoughtful, caring, evidence-based, and takes time to understand your medical history and goals. She fully supported trying medicated cycles before IVF and never pressured us into any decision. After a successful egg retrieval, we had two failed embryo transfers. Dr. Khan worked with us on different tests and protocols, including immunosuppressive medication, and our third transfer was ultimately successful. Dr. Khan also has a joyful and supportive team of women—Lois, Nancy, Jasmine, and Hannah! I cannot forget Dr. Williams, who does all the hard work in the laboratory and is always happy to answer my questions on transfer day. This is truly a small, family-run fertility clinic led by excellent women who want you to have the family of your dreams. I am deeply grateful to this clinic and recommend it to anyone needing fertility services!

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing. The financial department was a joke—disorganized and unhelpful, making the process stressful rather than smooth. Most importantly, the laboratory was also terrible. The quality of service felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was awful, and I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere. We ultimately transferred to the University of Oklahoma and succeeded there. This is not personal criticism of the doctor or her abilities, but the clinic experience was terrible.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with fertility concerns. They treated us like family! Dr. Khan personally checked on me whenever I needed her, and her staff always greeted us by name. Our IVF journey was successful, thanks to God and Oklahoma City Fertility!

My doctor recommended Dr. Khan, so I contacted this clinic. Unfortunately, the reviews appear to be accurate. They require credit card payment information when booking and ask you to contact your insurer and provide proof of benefits. I thought this was the billing department's responsibility. It was very disappointing. The doctor may be excellent, but the staff drive patients away. I was very dissatisfied and followed other reviewers' advice by going elsewhere. Seeking medical care is already stressful enough without poor clinic service adding to it.

Can I have another sperm transfer?

I found Dr. Khan dismissive of my fertility concerns, especially given my autoimmune conditions. When I initially raised the possibility that my medical history—including postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and endometriosis—could affect my fertility, she simply said we would rely on test results rather than discussing the issue in depth beforehand. Instead, she gave me a very general overview of the process. She spoke so quickly that before I could absorb the many details of such a complex process, she asked whether I had questions. The initial consultation lasted less than 5 minutes and felt very rushed. When my results came back, Dr. Khan expressed surprise that my situation did not fit typical statistics. This was frustrating because I had already voiced concern that my fertility might not follow standard expectations. If these concerns had been taken seriously earlier, I believe I would have had more realistic expectations about the process. I also felt uncomfortable at times during the consultation. For example, when the doctor asked whether I had noticed symptoms, I felt the implication was that I should have recognized them sooner, which felt blaming. I explained that I have several overlapping health conditions, making it difficult to attribute symptoms to a single cause, but I did not feel she fully understood my situation. She told me we could still attempt retrieval, but stimulation was unlikely to work. This communication felt overly definitive and sometimes seemed to base the expected outcome on what Dr. Khan could do rather than on the uncertainty of how my body might respond. This did not feel appropriate and increased my dissatisfaction with her approach, especially in an already difficult situation. Overall, I felt more like a statistic than an individual patient with a complex medical history. I wish the doctor had taken a more personalized and compassionate approach that considered my specific circumstances and concerns.

I love the entire staff here. They are caring and supportive! Dr. Kahn has always looked out for my best interests whenever I have seen her. I highly recommend them!

The staff and Dr. Khan were wonderful from start to finish! When I scheduled my consultation, the receptionist was very welcoming and patient. Dr. Khan is highly skilled, knowledgeable, thorough, and responsible. The woman in the lab was also wonderful and very courteous. Five stars!
